Really nice people and decent place for the price. I didnt give the full 5 stars because of a few things. I probably should mention my service was a 1 hr Swedish massage. This was my first time getting a Swedish massage so Im not sure if he was doing it correctly. Firstly, it was really fast and I didnt enjoy my whole body being shaken during the process. Secondly, the room was too cold. Third, the lights were left one bright and not dimmed until the end. Lastly, there was no music. Ive had a massage before, so I know the basics. But having a comfortable environment is the most important part about getting a massage. Its suppose to be relaxing. Dim lighting, soft music, and gentle to firm techniques (depending on the client) are very important. These are all simple things to fix. Which is why they still have a good rating and mostly because they were very polite. I would go again if my concerns are heard and accepted next time.

The service is good but when I did the membership more than a year ago, the benefit included an additional message the birthday month but then change that and I only get a 99 cent mask.

This was my first time, but not my last time enjoying the services of this professional spa. I had a combination massage that included reflexology and also a sugar scrub. Luke was the best masseuse but my daughter said that her masseuse Tina was the best. Try them for yourself and you wont be disappointed. The owner is personable and the spa is clean and nicely decorated.

Absolutely five stars for Lotus Blossom ! My partner and I indulged in a couples massage, and Angela and Eugene worked wonders. I mentioned my hip flexor issue, and they addressed it expertly I felt like I was walking on a cloud afterward. Next time The sauna before the massage is a must! the overall experience was wonderful, peaceful, Highly recommend!

Had a girlfriend weekend not from area and lucky to find the spa close to our location. Massage therapist (s) we had amazing and experienced definitely listened to us and personalized our sessions. Room comfortable and excellent drapping as we had male therapists but they were very professional, kind, and showed us respect. You could tell our comfort and wellbeing was there utmost goal. Thank you!

Luke was very skilled and knowledgeable about the needs of his patients. His pressure was perfect and he ensured I was comfortable throughout my 2 hours combination massage. It truly was the best massage and service I have had!

While on vacation we booked a couples massage to relax and we absolutely loved it. The service was excellent and very professional. We felt completely pampered and highly recommend Lotus Blossom Spa.

I had a facial and body scrub done with Shandi and she was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and addressed all of my skin concerns. Definitely coming back to see her!

Horrible Place! They literally charged my card thousands and I kept calling asking for evidence of contract and points available, they said they couldnt find any account nor any points, but somehow my card was being charged. The owner was never there and never got back to me! I disputed the charges with my credit card company and miraculously they sent over evidence that they never sent me! Horrible customer service! I dont recommend going there and especially getting into any membership with them unless you want fraudulent charges on you.

All but one massage therapist was great. I typically go monthly, Luke is my favorite They are finally working on a much needed makeover. Sticker wall decor, wobbly toilets, poor lighting, lights that click off in the bathroom and staff on loud phones call is distracting. Front waiting area is a crazy mix.But thankfully I go for Luke.

I must say, I am a huge fan about proper massages . And I have a lot of knowledge about them , this was the best wonderful massage experience I have ever had. I struggle with a disability and have a lot of body tightness and this place for sure took care of it. Its friendly loving welcoming environment makes me feel right at home. Tracy is very sweet at the front and keeps the place clean and organized , cici was my therapist and all my pain is gone for she did a wonderful job with the deep tissue and Chinese style massage much respect !

Ive been a member for many years and I have never had anything but exemplary service and care from everyone I have ever had to opportunity to work with. Its been a pleasure and a literal relief (from back pain) for me. Thank you.

My wife and I had a couples massage this afternoon. It was AMAZING for both of us. She had Dr. Luke who my wife wanted to take back to Tennessee with us!!! She said it is her BEST massage in her 63 years of life in earth. I had Eugene and he was also fantastic. He hit all the areas I asked him to with Thai massage and stretching. I feel like a new man! We will return.

The massage therapist was amazing. He was kind and knowledgeable and just a cool dude. The front office was so kind and I could tell they tried their hardest to make me feel welcome. It felt like a little family and that makes my heart happy.

My wife and I got cupping done at the same time and the results clearly vary… which led me to believe that this technique of acupuncture it’s pretty accurate and it’s practice. They were very professional very knowledgeable and most importantly they seem to care about what they do! It was a very easy process and very willing to answer any questions we may have had and were able to articulate everything they were doing including the outcome of the cupping results. Would definitely recommend any first timers to get a message before cupping for better results!

Fair prices, professional staff that goes above and beyond. It seems unassuming from the outside, but comes fully equipped with infrared saunas, showers, and a variety of massage options. On top of it all, it was incredibly easy to schedule a visit.I experienced a Tui Na massage with Dan for the first time and it seriously helped alleviate so much of the chronic neck pain I have been experiencing for years. It probably did more for me (and was more cost effective) than my physical therapy sessions.The owner was super kind, thoughtful, and had great customer service. We look forward to visiting again whenever we are back in Orlando!

I am sharing my wonderful experience with the therapist Eugene. I have been getting for a few months now Thai massages with this knowledgeable and skilled therapist and the results show for themselves. I have more mobility y range of movement since I started with his treatment plan. Its the least to say the Eugene keep himself updated with the latest techniques, he just completed a month of training in Thailand to bring the best to his customers. Eugene I can thank you enough!

Did a massage with my girlfriend the experience was pretty good. The massage therapists were very professional and did a good job. Price wise its in line with other places not associated with a resort. My only real complaint was that when you pick your masseuse online it doesnt say exactly if its a man or woman so I accidentally picked a man. Which isnt a big deal but a slight complaint.

The therapists have received advanced Eastern overseas medical training and use maximum effect techniques that relieve tension, help reset alignment, stretch to increase range of motion and eliminate bad energy. I was accepted as a last minute walk in, greeted warmly and left on a cloud. Deep tissue actually means deep tissue and my neck and shoulders have never felt this light leaving a massage before -- I felt taller. Sadly, I am not local and if I was I would be coming here from now on. Dhan was my therapist and would highly recommend you to trust his process (which might seem a little unconventional compared to someone with Western massage school training) because he is a professional at his craft.

What a great experience! They cured my wife of several long term issues, one with her neck, and another with her hand. Great to see that they have a Thai massage therapist trained in Thailand too! Will definitely return!

The massage therapists were excellent. No thrills included (like a sauna) but well priced. The interior area needs some TLC. Oh and the staff at the front desk were very nice.

Best massages we’ve ever had! Our family of 5 decided to get a last minute massage on our vacation. We were able to schedule our entire family a day prior and all ended up loving the massages. Angela, the owner/manager was my masseuse and did an amazing job. She did a great job at addressing my pains but also making the massage relaxing. My husband was massaged by a man (we don’t know his name) who was a medical massage therapist. He did a wonderful job, as well. We all loved the hot towels and great oils. We are so thankful Angela fit us in and for the spectacular business she runs. We hope to come back to Lotus Blossom Massage soon!

I Did NOT have neck pain before appointment, but now I do; Therapist told me I have a cervical spine problem and I need to go and get an X-ray very soon ….. I DID NOT have ANY neck issues before, hoping my neck will stop throbbing soon…. He spent most of the session waving his hands in the air, saying he was bringing energy to my body; he slapped my hands, and said he would stop when I said it hurts; Also bent my hands until I said stop… Then he said the Federal Government was controlling the weather….Also said autism is caused by vaccines, I have 2 autistic sons, and found this a very hurtful thing to say; Very Bizarre Experience, Will Not Be Returning

Came here a few months back. Very relaxing environment. There’s dim lighting in the waiting area and soothful music playing in the background. Our one hour couple’s massage actually lasted an hour which I was very happy about. My husband felt so relaxed and we felt alive again after our massages. Definitely coming back again!

Got a 90 min deep tissue. Kim was wonderful. The pressure was just right and she constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. The towel under my neck was hot but felt good and relaxed my muscles. She verified to make sure it wasn’t too hot. I also used the infrared sauna and took a shower to clean off the toxins my body had just released. Gloria, was very friendly and made the experience great. I get monthly massages back at home and would definitely return.

This place is beautiful and tranquil. The wife and I treated ourselves to a couples massage as an anniversary gift and I was amazed. The place is very decorated and in peaceful harmony. The 2x masseuses who took care of us were very thorough and really gave our bodies a very refreshing rejuvenation when it was all done. We only did an hour and I felt like a new person walking out. I personally cant wait to return. Highly recommended !

On vacation in Orlando, and decided we wanted to get deep tissue massages, last minute. I called all over and got outrageous prices from all the resorts around here, and other chain massage places were booked solid. Well, I hit the jackpot when I called here. They had an opening and we were blown away by the service! Alanna at the front desk was so nice and made us feel like part of the family as soon as we walked in. My therapist was Darlene, and WOW! She gave me the deepest-deep tissue massage of my life! I couldnt believe it! Highly recommend! Clean, professional, and friendly place.

Had such a great experience, the receptionist is a really funny nice dude. The massage therapists were very professional and it had a nice environment. Listened to all my requests and made my tight arm feel much better. Got the couples massage and the other therapist was giving advice (like stretches) to my partner to avoid getting so tight.

The people are very welcoming. They also listen to your needs and deliver on it.

This was my first time getting a massage. Amy, the manager, recommended the full body lotus couples massage with my boyfriend. Patricia and Lalini were fantastic and very charismatic. We felt extremely relaxed! Very clean and calm atmosphere. They were professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend! The hour flew by too quickly!

The technicians at this place are well trained. They take their time and do a very good and relaxing job. The massage and facials we got were great. The equipment and materials they are working with though are not the best. When crawling up on the table the foot of the bed fell and the bed collapsed on me. Overall great treatments and a great way to spend a rainy day

Best massage in a long time. I googled best deep tissue massage in Orlando and found this place, read the reviews and booked an appointment. Manager was very helpful and got me right in. I had a pinched nerve in my back and had been to see a chiropractor twiceand another massage therapist last week. I saw Susan and she did a wonderful job of getting into the exact spots that were hurting, my pain was gone after the visit and I plan to return monthly. They also have a lot of other great spa services. I recommend highly!!

I have been going to Jessica for a deep tissue/combination massage for three months now, and I dont want to see anyone else. She is a genius and really understands how the muscles. The whole staff is so professional and friendly. And the facility always smells great! So glad I found this place. For reference, I have been to four other massage parlors: two large companies and two hole-in-the-walls, and I was never a loyal customer.

My husband and I went there based on the reviews. We were staying at a hotel that had a spa but the prices were crazy, so we decided to go off site. What a great decision! We paid $145 each for a 2 hour massage (its a package of 90 minutes Swedish massage and 30 minutes reflexology). Andy did my massage and I think Erica did my husbands massage. They were both great. I heard my husband snoring 4 minutes into it, and he said he heard me snoring too! Anyway, the place is not fancy, but who cares? We will definitely go back again the next time we are in Orlando.

Went in for a Rose Oil couple’s massage. Nadia and Leilani did AMAZING. My boyfriend and I were so relaxed, when the session was finished we were so giggly and relaxed. Well worth every single penny. They were so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel so comfortable from the second you walk in. Thank you so much, we loved every minute!!!

January 5, 2024Since the remodel of the business interior in my humble opinion this place has gone down hill with management (new) and changing each time. They do not understand the web page time frame for facials that do not match the time give on appointment and this in my opinion is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I am not going back there ever again. People scheduled with a certain facialist will not get that individual as they are constantly changing. I believe the quality of service is lacking.I have taken a screenshot of the webpage that just does not match the business standards of service time frames anymore. Management will argue with you and tell you she or he does not control the web page description of service and the time frames will differ.

I am a regular client there my massage therapist is Robin and she is great! She is also my acupuncturist and my session are always the full session.She makes you feel like you are the only client she has but yet she is always busy. Everyone here is so nice and friendly from the manager Angela to all the therapist. Make an appointment soon you will be glad you did.

My wife and I are in Orlando for a week...and I injured my back. Went to a local Chiropractor and he said get a massage. We looked around...many were full for today until we stumbled upon this place. I am glad we did. My wife and I both got a 90 minute deep tissue massage. OMG. When we were done...we felt so good, we could hardly walk out of the place. I have had massages around the world...and I have to say...this is one of the best. Alana was at the front desk and checked us in. She is amazingly friendly and makes you feel very comfortable for walking into the unknown. My therapist was Tina. She is a little thing...but OMG...she hit every spot that needed work and then some. I can not believe how I feel. I now will be able to enjoy my vacation because this place was so fantastic. I am writing this review and am still in a heavenly relaxed fog....I wish I lived around here...I would be hitting this place up every week.

I’m a retired 66 year old male who just started a part time job. After three days of working on a ladder reaching above my head, my back muscles and lower back were extremely painful and in knots.I called Lotus Blossom and scheduled an hour-long hand and hot stone massage. Mary was my masseuse and she was incredible!!After the appointment my back felt much better. The next day my back was literally pain free!!Can’t say enough about their service. 5 Stars!!

This massage was the worst Ive ever had and Ive had a few. I actually ended the massage early as I was miserable. The woman massaging me was rubbing my bone most of the time. Lightly. When she did find a muscle it was as if my grandma was touching me. Little to no pressure. When I told the front desk my experience they said im sorry and im not authorized to offer you a discount. very nice receptionist but someone should make a change on the therapist.

Loved this spa !! I recently went in for a couples message and enjoyed every minute. Amy and Leilani were great therapists. Definitely would recommend those two if your looking for the best therapists in the spa. They ask questions and make sure they are cautious if a customer has a health condition etc. Will go back if I ever need a message in Orlando !!!

Amazing experience! luke is an incredible practitioner of cupping and basically eliminated the back pain that had been plaguing me for weeks.

Im giving them 2 stars because: the facility is nice, the massage (at least what i got) was ok but the therapist almost acted like she didnt want to be there.I had four specific areas of concern and she hit two ok but barely touched my legs. So for that Id rate her a 2.Im not sure what her problem was. When I arrived the therapist I booked with wasnt the same who worked on me. I had chosen her based on reviews but chose not to press the issue.Anyway I will give them another try but will be certain to get the one I book next time.

Its been a year since I went to this Spa and my recent anniversary and reason for my original visit reminded me to praise the therapists.This was my first time visiting a massage spa but My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time there. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and my therapist had surprisingly strong hands which was awesome for someone like me who isnt very sensitive and always tense.We are major dorks and towards the end of the massage we even got to chatting with the therapists about our recent anime Netflix binges. Would definitely stop hear on our next trip to Orlando.

Unfortunately for me I dont live close to this spa so I dont get the opportunity to visit more often. They have always provided me with excellent massage work and Ms Svonne has gifted hands! She really listened to my requests and issues and provided me with an amazing experience. Definitely worth the trip and the price is certainly reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment.

After walking around Universal Studios for 3 days the old legs were getting a little sore. Found this place on Google Maps seen the reviews and schedule an appointment. When we arrived there was a short paper to fill out and was seen right to the room didnt have to wait at all. The massage itself was good the only thing I would have liked to have seen was handlebars above the table so they can walk on your back.Update:Took one star off after all the bloddy texts I got for surveys and would you recommend

Nia was the best massage therapist I have ever had. Lotus is the most professional and clean place Ive ever been. My gosh I was so surprised, these people have so much experience. I travel for work and have massages in many states and countries and this was at the very top if not the best ever. Please request Nia!

Kim and Vickie service myself and my boyfriend, Kim place a burning hot towel under my neck without checking the temperature first.Kim Did not give me a full body massage, skipped out on my feet and arms. I do not recommend if you are looking for relaxation or a good experience. So disappointed. If the back of neck blister I will be returning back with a bill and asking for full refund!!!

I had an amazing Ashiatsu. Im a big guy .. Over 6 and 250+lbs and the pressure applied was perfect from head to toe. The place is very nice and extremely clean. Definitely recommending to anyone who reads this. Sun 4/11/21 1pm

Amazing!!! Steven is fabulous the way he mixed stretching into my massage was one of the best I have ever had. I strongly suggest the sauna prior to the massage If I could give 10 stars I would. Staff super friendly and informative and listen to what you want.

Best massage ever! Honestly probably the best I have ever had thus far. I called in last minute and was able to get a couple’s massage within the hour. Nice quiet peaceful room, felt relaxed right away, gaelle (hopefully I spelled it right) was very sweet and attentive. Asked me what areas I was concerned in and actually listened to what I wanted! I’be been to other places and they always ask but never actually do that. My feet are walking on earth and my knots and tightness is gone. If I ever in the area again, I will definitely come back. Great way to end my vacation.-friendly staff-clean nice space-professional and experienced

Best massage Ive had in the Orlando area. Ed lin, was very good and professional. The place was clean and well kept. We got the worth of what we paid for. At other places, an hour massage is actually just 45 mins because they count your prep time too. At Lotus Blossom, you get your full hour of massage. We are definitely coming back! :)

The best professional therapy in Orlando. We have been to many such massages. But this one has its own etiquettes. FromThe person booking your appointment on the phone. And to the person giving you the therapy. And the one taking care of your needs. Everything here is just amazing. Plz go only if you are looking for a professional therapy. And not for anything else. We had a deep tissue and reflexology combination. They keep soothing warm towels folded under ur neck and back while massaging. They give amazing warmth and good feel to the stiff muscles.Goodluck. My massage therapist was ok but if you are looking for a relaxing or luxurious atmosphere look elsewhere. The waiting area is under construction, the walls are paper thin so you can hear every conversation and door close from your room, and the music that is playing is very tin/echoy which is the opposite of relaxing. The beds are not heated and even the headrest for the bed kept breaking as i was laying there.

My husband and I are in orlando for the week, and currently have had a subscription to massage envy and couldnt get into any of the local places. Made an appointment with lotus blossom and WOW better than massage envy! It doesnt even compare. All of the staff was wonderful.

Loved the front desk gal. Very personable.Easy to get an appt for the same day. Reasonable prices. Easy place to find...Massage however was NOT everything I was hoping. The therapists hands were rough/calloused... and she didnt use enough slip... so I felt a little like i was getting an Indian burn (not sure another name for it, sorry) all over my body from the rubs. It also felt like maybe she was in a bad mood bc she was kind of roughly throwing me around Haha (my head back and forth, arms yanked out, etc). It felt rushed even though it wasnt. I feel like slower movements and MORE SLIP would have made this massage more relaxing... as well as incorporating some aromatherapy, maybe some good smelling oils in the room. There were no smells anywhere which is something I like to experience. Sorry guys!

GREAT massage! I thought about doing the resort spa but decided to save some money and try Lotus Blossom instead. I am so glad I did! The masseuse was very knowledgable and skilled. Not the same amenities as the resorts, but I didnt need all that, I was just looking for the perfect massage, and I found it. Thank you!

Better than I expected.Came here after a long drive from Houston and got sore feet from WDW walks & queue.Robyn knew how to fix my problem and really glad I found this place and got a good therapist.Came back 3 days later because experience back problems from roller coaster ride and again Robyn fixed that.She is very good as well on foot massage.

This last service was not the best, it started 10 minutes late and finished on time, I was expecting a deep tissue and ended up being more on the very oily soft side, I hope to have a better luck next time with a different therapist.

When I first got there I thought so far so good and from someone who gets massages typically once to twice a week take it from me. So I got there for a 90 minute relaxation massage set up on the table, Kim came in said hello and just started working, kind of rough for a relaxing massage but ok whatever, then the so called music would play start getting loud then stop switch to something else, start to get loud then switch again, became very annoying. When the music stopped you can hear people talking, then the music would start again and on n off all over again. Again, supposed to be relaxing! Kim was getting harder n harder, I told her I get deep tissue all the time bcuz I have an Autoimmune Disease which affects my muscles n joints, RELAXING pls. I was actually happy when it was over bcuz i was not relaxed at all...when I told the girl at the desk how unsatisfied I was she shrugged her sholders and was like, oh we cant do anything about the radio...YES, YES U CAN! No offer for a new one, no im sorry, no nothing, then the girl couldnt add or subtract, she told me it was $88 with new person discount, I gave her a $100 bill told her take $45 so i can tip Kim although i wasnt happy but thats me, i told her put $43 on my card and she didnt believe $45+$43 was $88 so she had to use her phone calculator to check my math, then she gave me the wrong change should have given me $55 back she gave me $45... Yea, no, not going back there.

Very clean, professional. Great masseuse. Very relaxing. Only negitive is that the next day my muscles were very sore. Which was a first for me. Also hall way noise was busy and distracting. Aside from that, the place was very nice and great price.

Amazing !! Tried cupping for the first time and it was great! Very professional and it worked. I had really bad tension in my back and tmj in my jaw and when I left the pain from my jaw was gone and my neck and back felt so at ease I feel brand new

I went to Lotus Blossom Spa for my birthday with my girlfriend, who left crying because Kim burned her with a towel. Never going again and I highly not recommend anyone go.

I booked an appointment here by accident thinking it was different spa this was a mistake. The massage was not up to normal standards and inside of building is very basic not at all spa environment. It seems more like a doctor office.

DO NOT GET TINA!!! She is terrible. Does not feel relaxing. I just wanted it to be over. She wasnt gentle (was not a problem with pressure), and her strokes did not feel pampering in the least.
