I had my massage appointment today, and it was one of the best experiences with Lucy. Shes incredibly friendly, skilled in massage techniques, and her head massage was amazing. This was my first time with her, and being a monthly member, Im impressed. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the waiting area offers coffee, water, and tea. Ill definitely be back in two weeks.

Service was excellent and given on time. Total focus was on what the client wanted. I would recommend Andrew for moderate to deep tissue massage. I received the full time scheduled having my massage, not filling out papers. Room was clean, had a nice smell, music was very relaxing, sheets were already warm from the heating blanket that was on bed. Massage was excellent. Went to my appointment for 90 minutes massage with Augusta. The front office checked me in. 15 minutes passed after my scheduled time so I checked with the staff and the said they will go to the back to see if she’s ready. The came back to me to inform me that she had an emergency and wasn’t in. I understand emergencies happen but why did they check me in and have me wait???Obviously they do not confirm with them whether or not they are even there.The manager offered me a 15 minute enhancement which was nice however I do hope they are just as understanding for other clients who have last minute emergencies. Thier policy it to charge the client for the visit when missed🤔

The experience with Steven was one of the best that I have ever had. He was very professional and intuitive to considering my needs especially in my current time of increased tension with recent loss of a family member. He has raised the bar for expectations and I will definitely be returning to him. I am grateful to him for this experience.

Dom was great and I will book him again! I had a 1 hour Swedish massage. He wasted no time getting out those knots. He is very skilled and knowledgeable with the body and it shows in his work. He was very professional, making me feel 100% comfortable, maximizing the time with problem areas and providing the perfect pressure. Highly recommend!

Massage Envy in Water is a great massage place. Everyone is nice! I know, every place says hello with a smile but this felt real.Plus everything smells great and had chill vibes.I got the best massage. I almost don’t want to say who cause, I want him to always be available.But seriously, shout out to Steven for being great at his profession.

Hands down, THE BEST MASSAGE I have ever had!!! I have a small amount of scoliosis, but the pain is severe. Steven knew exactly what to do and the pressure to apply. I walked out feeling like a new person. I have had over 30 massages in my lifetime and he truly was the best I have ever experienced!

I went for a massage on my birthday which was in and of itself good. The biggest issue is that they charged me for 2 services instead of one. We called the location they admitted it was an accident and promised a refund. That never happened. There was no call back nor a refund and Im having to dispute the charge though my bank. Going forward Ill just stick with Hand and stone as they are better at managing and prioritizing the customers.

Steven was incredible. Best massage I’ve ever had! I told him my areas of focus, which was my back because I have painful knot, he made sure he worked them all out. I appreciate how he continually asked if the pressure was okay throughout the massage, because sometimes it’s hard for me to speak up about that. Steven was very thorough 10/10!!

Milva was very sweet and she gave me an amazing massage. I hadnt been to ME in a couple of years and the experience was much different. Hot towels, aromatherapy, and a foot scrub! This was a birthday gift and I really enjoyed it. I also got to keep the lavender cream from the aromatherapy and I got a sample of the foot scrub she used. Very great experience overall! Thank you!

Steven was great ! He was professional, kind, and put me at ease. It was the first time I was really relaxed during a massage. Steven has experience with medical massage and stretching, so he knew how to work out my knots, very impressed (and relieved!) Highly recommend!

Steven was hands down the best massage therapist i’ve ever had the opportunity to be paired with. deep tissue with incorporated stretching to get to the muscles. he really listens to you and is super in tune with your body- spending extra time on what needs it; my massage was very personalized. you can tell he really takes pride in his craft. and he’s so extremely friendly, makes sure you’re comfortable all throughout the massage.front desk staff was very kind and quick too. wish i had found this place sooner!!! =) 10/10

Dan is great, but everyone has done well when my busy schedule had me book various massage therapists. On time, clean place, professional employees! Andrew has experience with sessions you can book with rapid tension device that improves circulation!

Cristina was wonderful. She explained everything and my face felt amazing after my treatment. The issue I think I’ve always had with massage envy in general is that the session that I pay for which is an hour is Never an hour. This one was 43 minutes for $70. If I’m paying for an hour I do expect to be in my session for an hour. Not specific for this one but for all of them I’ve ever had at massage envy

Adriana is the absolute best. Went to her for the first time in March while I was having terrible migraines. I started seeing her every other week and now I only get a few migraines a month.I highly recommend her.

Every experience is fantastic but Steven is my favorite. He goes above and beyond to keep you relaxed insisting that he do all the lifting. I also love the stretching that he incorporates. My body feels so relaxed and aligned for days after I leave.

Dom is one of the best massage therapists out there. He is patient and takes time to understand my needs for the session, and tailors his approach accordingly. He is consistent from session to session and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.

This place is great. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and the cost for a 1 hour massage is very reasonable.They have a great selection of therapists who offer a range of pressure levels.My husband and I are extremely picky about our massage therapists. Ive probably seen close to 100 massage therapists in Orlando and we have found 2 of the very best in Orlando here at this location!If you are looking for extra deep pressure, I strongly recommend Steven or Shawn.

I’ve been seeing Steven for several of my appointments. I have an issue with not liking to be touched by people, so massages are difficult for me. Steven is extremely nice and attentive to my needs and can always tell when I’m getting tense and can get me to relax. I always look forward to getting my massages.

Got a gift card and was pretty excited to use it. Online they refuse to schedule an appointment without you giving your credit card number. I called the store to see if I could give my gift card number instead and nope, you HAVE to give your credit card number even if you don’t plan on using it. Why do you require a credit card when my full massage is paid for already? Why does my credit information need to be stored in your computer that could be hacked? Just doesn’t make any sense to me. I can call and order $100 worth of pizza and not pay for it until it’s delivered.

Hazel has made my facial appointment a very relaxing and educational moment. We talked about my skin concerns and she gave me recommendations on how I can care for my skin better.

Absolutely wonderful!Dom the Massage Therapist was caring, kind and of course very skilled. The aromatherapy lotion was a great add-on absolutely fantastic. And the tranquility room was very well stocked had a wonderful vibe, and even with multiple people in the room, it felt very peaceful.

Five stars to Chris, I highly recommend him. Having a physically demanding job, I pulled my back out and was getting massages to help heal. I tried every masseuse and Chris was the best by far. Very professional, great communication, able to do a variety of pressures (correctly) and knows how to work knots/tense muscles. I no longer get sharp lower back pains and am able to work comfortably.

Christina was very attentive and informative. She explained all of the products up front but never pressure Kd me to purchase. She catered to my needs and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed I was at peace and almost fell asleep during my facial. My skin looked to good right off the table. I will be back soon.

Massage was fine but I only came due to neck pain from sleeping (mentioned in the notes and told the therapist). Barely gave it attention, not a single area I asked for focus was given extra attention. Left with the same pain I came in with. Left extremely disappointed. First and last time coming.

Donna has been one of my favorite massage therapists and really listens. She focuses on the areas I need extra massaging and changes things up with what she does each time, which I love. Isaiah is the BEST EVER masseuse, goes above and beyond if you have any muscles, joints, stiffness, etc. When I went in for my massage I could not bend my middle finger but he worked his magic and I could make a fist when I left. He also gives the best deep tissue massage too. I think he is amazing!!!

Im no stranger to getting massages, and the experience I had today was fantastic. The website is easy enough to navigate to figure out packages as well as costs.The administrative greeters on-site were helpful with explaining documentation and comfort level and emphasized keeping open communication with the therapist at all times. For example, if the therapists pressure is too light or too hard to handle.I absolutely appreciated the calm introduction to Dom, my therapist. He was incredibly professional, and I never once felt threatened or uncomfortable with his technique. Cautious? yes, because Im accustomed to deep tissue massages in a public area. The transition to a firm but comfortable massage put me at ease and assured me that I could trust him.Additionally, I had a hot-cold treatment added, and lets just say, I am glad because the older injuries needed some relief. I spent the rest of the day contemplating my pain relief... no pain the rest of the day.Dom was perfect for what I needed and required, so thank you, ME!

Massage therapist Isaiah was good. He had good pressure. What i was disappointed in was the time. They took me back at 4:06 for my 4:00 appointment, i didn’t get undressed and started till 4:10. He told me my time was done and i got up and he ended my massage at 4:57. My time was cut short even-though i paid for a 60 minute massage.

THEY ROBBED ME!!!!The massage specifically states I get 1 full hour. I got 45 minutes. They tried covering up by lying and saying that they give us 5 minutes to undress and 5 minutes to dress. I should not have pay to undress and dress. I pay to get a massage.The massage therapist was great and great pressure. The front desk lady thinks she is a know it all and terrible attitude. She also has the audacity to try sell me a membership after being cut short and robbed.

Dan understands the assignment when it comes to deep tissue massage. He is able to use super deep pressure without causing excessive pain. I always leave feeling 1000X better than when I went in.

I was in a huge need of a message and thankfully I was able to make a same day reservation. The massage I received was probably the best massage I have ever had. Matthew was great and I happy he didn’t ask me a lot questions or tried talking to me during the session due to me talking to people all week at work, I just wanted peace and quiet and Matthew provided me that. They also have a great membership program!

Technician spoke poor English which made my requests to understand. I asked for a warm table and lower music but she didn’t understand me so those didn’t happen. Otherwise, it was a nice massage.

I had Augustina for my deep tissue massage. It was terrific. Plus, I had Hazel for my facial. She was terrific too. I would definitely make an appointment with them the next time Im in town.

I go here one to two times per month. It’s a genuine life saver. I work in a very sedentary position and I did not realize how much it wrecks havoc on my body until I came here !My girl - I’m not going to name her because she’s really good and already pretty booked up lol - but my girl gets out all the kinks! I woke up this morning after my session yesterday feeling completely restored and renewed for this upcoming week. If you work hunched over for hours like I do - definitely purchase the subscription membership! It’s 1000000% worth it ! Your body will thank you .

I had my first massage ever and with Dan. He suggested medium pressure and I think this was a perfect amount of pressure for my massage. I added boosters like the lavender and the room was very clean, and relaxing. I could have done without the foot massage only because the gel or cream applied had a texture that I enjoyed on my body but not as much on my feet. It was a very comfortable and professional experience. Dan communicated with me everything I needed to know prior to, during and after the service and the warmed up table was perfect.I am looking forward to going again and I highly recommend Dan.

*Edit*Andrew is still the best therapist I have ever worked with!I have been a member at this location for years.Most recently I had a massage with Andrew. He’s an AMAZING therapist! I require very deep tissue work because my neck and shoulders have knots and trigger points that constantly need to be relieved. Andrew applied the perfect amount of pressure and was very receptive to my requests for more or less pressure. He worked on the areas I requested while also using his knowledge and expertise to find areas that were linked to my problem areas for a “big picture” result.I went in with about a 5 on the pain scale and left at about a 2, which is significant relief for me.I would recommend Andrew for any level of massage simply because he is very talented as well as intuitive and empathetic. I feel that no matter what type of massage you need, Andrew will adapt and deliver the very best massage you’ve ever had.

Hazel was very friendly and did a fantastic job of informing me what was going to happen throughout my visit and gave me recommendations on products.

Called to ask about their cancellation policy and they canceled my same day appointment and charged me the cancellation fee. When I called to speak to them they said that I had tried to cancel the appointment and refused to refund me.

Andrew always gives very very good massages. I’ve been with him for over five years and he knows my body. He knows how to make my body happy.

Hazel is excellent & gives the best facials. I look & feel amazing after her treatments.

My bf went into see Jessica today and he said “I feel relaxed and grounded now.” (I think we might have a new member in the making, lol)

Terrible experience! I had an appointment today, and I called earlier to reschedule—I was told I would have to pay 50% if I did, so I said that in that case, I’d keep it. When I got there, they said there was no appointment in my name, even though I had called earlier, I had an appointment confirmation email, AND a confirmation text. And there was nothing they could do. “sorry “. So I just had to go home. Drive all the way back, and try to re arrange my day. It was also raining cats and dogs, so that was a nice addition to the whole experience.So DO NOT TRUST Waterford Lakes Massage Envy. They do not know what they are doing (oh, I asked to speak to the manager, but they said there was none there, that she left early on Saturdays). The receptionists (two of then) were teens.

Dom communicated well with me and took my medical condition into consideration. He earned 5⭐️! Thanks for a great massage.

Alexis was my therapist. She was absolutely amazing! She had a great range of pressures and you could tell she had been doing it for a long time. I felt so relaxed after I left. Definitely recommend!

Made appointments for my mom and sisters two weeks ahead of time. We all had a great experience. My therapist, Thomas, listened to my issues and addressed them accordingly. He was attentive to the pressure and temperature. At the end of our sessions, no high pressure sales. Overall, a great experience.

Went for a massage therapist job interview today, The manager of the store BJ was very professional and polite, informative. It was only my second interview ever and she made me feel comfortable/confident in myself and my abilities even though I was clearly nervous.She even gave me tips and pointers for future interviews at other jobs. She spoke and listened throughout the interview with compassion. I hope i get the job here because it seems she really encourages her employees to be true to themselves while delivering quality/wholesome work they can.

My 5 star review is for Christopher/Chris. I’ve been here several times and always have had good experiences but my massage with Chris was the best by far. He was kind and communicative and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I always ask for light/firm pressure and he was the first massage therapist to actually use that pressure! I highly suggest booking an appointment with him.

My issue is not with the workers!!! They are great and professional. My issues is with the FRANCHISE business model. You have no services available when it is convenient for your customers, your website is old and needs to be updated so we don’t have to keep inputting our information and preferences, if you can’t provide us with a service then don’t bill us on a monthly basis.

I took my husband here for a quick tension relief session, he was helped by Dominique and had excellent service. Will do it again when necessary!

I feel completely schemed by this place and cant seem to get out of payments with this company. Even after completing my 12 month term and ensured by an employee that my account would not auto renew, they continue to bill me. The conversation where the employee told me that I would no longer be making payments somehow managed to not be logged into their system- so there is no justifiable basis to refund the money I did not consent to paying. I find myself showing up aggravated to the place that is supposed to provide peace.

Awful. No one ever picks up and when you ask for a supervisor, they just hang up on you.

I called to make an appointment and the receptionist said I needed a credit card to hold the appointment. Since I was driving I could not give this information but I called back couple hours and she did not ask for credit card and confirmed the appointment for the next day. The day of my appointment they called to confirm my appointment for another day so there must have been a confusion or the lady was not paying attention because she could care less. Well I called upset and and told the lady there was no way I could keep the appointment they put me down for which was the wrong date and she proceeds to ask me if that date is okay after I had already stated it was not. Which means this lady does not care and was not listening. So i got more upset and asked her to speak to a manage because Im fed up with the runaround they have been giving me. She then proceeds to tell me shes the manager which I feel was a lie but who knows. If she is a manager she is a rude careless one. Anyways I am done with this place and I am never going back to this location again. These people do not care about their customers. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I wish I could leave 0 star!!!!!

I did not like either my massage or my facial this visit. I am a member there. And I have been going to the Waterford location for almost e year now.This time the massage actually triggered my migraine. she was a good person but the massage was rough. I prefer female masseuse but the only one I would recommend that location is Byron.P.Same with the facial. the provider was courteous and good nature but short on skill. I came out, and on my car mirror I saw I had white residue of whatever he put on me all over my face. in the beginning he said hes gonna work on my hands and face, all he did with hand was putting some lotion kind of stuff. I dont know what it was but it was literally 5 minutes max for both hands. also the feet exfoliate was a rip off. I would have been way better off paying 20 for a pedi than wasting my 10 bucks there.

Therapist was very polite and did his job very well.

Daniel has great attention to detail. It’s nice to find a masseuse that hits your target areas and does it well.

Extremely disappointed. I had to pay for a service I never requested all because of a mistake from an employee. Ive been getting a massage for the past year with Dan who is amazing! He was a huge part of my pain management regimen for my back. However, last month on April 19th, I stated very clearly that I wanted to pay my monthly payment early as I was moving. I also changed my card on file, and updated my new address which is in Tampa. I gave all my information, and I was told my new card was stored on file. On May 23rd, I got a voicemail saying the payment did not go through. When I called back, I was also told that last month hadnt been paid either. I was never called last month by the way, so I was completely unaware of this and confused. So after playing telephone, speaking with several people, not only did they never update my address and card on file (because I had to give it AGAIN on May 23rd), but I had to pay for last months service WHICH I DIDNT GET. I told them that last month was an early payment, but based on their records, I was charged a members fee. I didnt get an extra massage last month because I thought I had paid for it early! I remember exactly who I spoke to on April 19th, and it is extremely upsetting especially since I am a full time Masters student without a job, living off a loan. Its an extra charge I was NOT expecting, and DIDNT ask for, and I know for a fact I made my request very clear. I have been going to this location for a year, and have NEVER had a problem. I canceled my wellness plan as I am dissatisfied with their customer service.

Many years ago I got my first Swiss massage in Asia and fallen love with it. I really wish we had similar quality service in Central Florida so I could enjoy it more on a regular basis.Thus I searched and started with Massage Envy at the Oviedo location but felt overall it may just wasted my time and money after trying few months patiently.Before I gave up my membership, I gave a try at the Waterford location.Liz was the first therapist at my first visit. She was so good and gave me the hope to keep the membership before she left the company. After that I have tried other 6 more therapists. Later on I finally found out Donna Zink with her sophisticated skills together with her using time efficiently. She has been keeping amazing me to come back for her massage service for almost 3 years. Totally satisfied & pleased with her who makes my “massage dream” to come true locally.
