Overall, I enjoyed my massage. The ambiance could be a bit more relaxing. The room was too bright and too cold and my massage was interrupted too may times with the masseuse leaving the room for supplies. I wish she would have spent more time on my feet instead of it being an afterthought. After walking around Universal all day my feet were in need of some reflexology.

Horrible experience, she is taking 60 box for 30minutes but only doing 20 minutes and cheating with guests.Very careful please check the lady timing.

I went here about a year ago while in town for work and the comfortable environment and excellent service left a deep impression on me. I came back again recently and was happy to see they have kept the same level of quality. Seemed like new staff, but the service was still excellent. I will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and restorative experience.

Absolutely amazing. So much better than the previous owners. The tables shower was perfect and she knew exactly what muscle to target. By the time she was finished, all my stress and tension had been completely released. I never felt so relax and happy.

I had a 60 mins massage the other day by a girl Ithat sadly i can nit remember her name. she was brilliant and I mean brilliant 12 stars out if 10 she young I would say about 22 but you can tell she been very well train she did a excellent job on my back as it was killing me and she sorted it i hope to be back this week and if lucky have her again thank you
