The bartenders are so rude here. I was standing at the bar waiting for a drink when the bar back slammed the table top onto my arm and the bartender proceeded to yell at me saying “get out of the way and order a drink”. I have a huge blue/black bruise on my arm and have filed a police report. Respectfully I was in line to order a drink and then left immediately after this interaction. Immediately shared this to my story with over 10k followers because of how shaken up I was. DO BETTER!!! What a shame.

Great spot for a wide variety of Parties in the same building. I like the intensively part the most. Fair prices on the drinks. check out the Latin section as well very entertaining for a night out.

Super cool experience! Lots of great music. Drinks were great and affordable. There are 4 clubs all connected.

There are several bars spaced out within this club, so I didnt have to wait long anytime I got a drink, and bartenders were attentive. But the music was actually really terrible. I was there on a Saturday night. The DJ played music that was techno-y but in a harsh overly electronic way. No way to dance to it. Some people who were leaving when we came up were complaining about it. I did like the light show. The outdoor, rooftop style was nice, because the fresh air is unusual in a night scene. There are so many other places to go in this area and so many great electronic tracks, the last thing you ever expect is the music to be bad at a club. I took a video but I cant see how to upload it.

It’s was good I wish the dj played more dance instead of dubstep, but he was still good! Great vibe!

I booked a cabana for my best friends bachelorette party and had an absolutely amazing experience. The manager Danielle was super responsive prior to the booking and answered all my questions. We had such a good time, I have nothing negative to say. Our waitress that came to our table was super sweet and took great care of us. We had a blast. 10/10 recommend this place if you’re looking for an upbeat experience with great service. Loved every moment of our time there! Thank you so much!

I went on a Sunday evening and had a blast. They play great reggae, hip hop and old school music. The DJ is AWESOME! It was free to get in and the drinks were reasonably priced. If you are in Orlando and love reggae music like I do GO CHECK IT OUT!

Great club! Left my purse there and went back the next day to pick up and the management couldn’t have been nicer. The man looked for my purse and found it for me. So kind. Will definitely be going back.

Tonight, this place made a terrible impact for any customer. One of the bouncers kicked someone out because they believed the person was intoxicated. The person, was not making or bothering anyone but having a good time dancing in the floor.The manager in charge, a female told a friend without introducing herself that the person was intoxicated and it was not even the person that was kicked out of the club. The manager in charge didn’t seem to care about the situation at all. My friend and I were forced to disposed out drinks because we were together. Super unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend for anyone looking to have a good time in the Orlando area.

I’ve always loved this place until last night... As we were leaving there were employees at the upstarts section of the exit, one said something to my friend and my friend asked her to repeat what she had said. The girl gave attitude and yelled what she had to say. My friend who is hard of hearing says “I’m sorry I’m partly deaf in my one ear, I couldn’t hear you”. The employee then starts yelling at my friend saying how “f***** up“ she is for saying she is deaf… however my friend is actually deaf so this was extremely out of line and offensive. Then a large male employee proceeds to push my friend into a metal bar and she hit her head pretty hard. We filed a police report and will definitely never return, still deciding if we will press charges due to the violent nature of the employees. The head of security was very nice with us and I asked him to help us get out and away from those verbally and physically abusive employees.

Crazy fun place to go out in Orlando and it stays open basically all night. Drinks are strong, maybe too strong but priced well. Great vibes all around…oh and NO cover charge regular nights

Best rooftop bar ever!! The music is good, fun crowd, great drinks. I loved the vibe and set up here!! It was like a reggae night when I went. Everyone was dancing.. Ill definitely go back.

This is one of my favorite places to go to downtown. The top floor usually has EDM music and the bottom floor has a mix of everything. The energy is great, and everyone is usually dancing a lot.

DJ Dom along with Robyn play exceptional house and techno music that keeps me jamming all night at aero. The bartenders are all very sweet and helpful and always let me know the specials every time I go to the bar.

Bouncer was incredibly rude. My friend (23 years old) had a military ID and they would not take it. This man fought for our country and they wouldn’t even let him in. Unreal. Never going here.

This rooftop bar is right downtown so the views are cool. They play mostly electronic music so if you like that then you would like this place. I went around 10pm and was there for an hour before we went someplace else. While were there we had a couple of drinks and they were good and not too many people were there. We went back towards the end of the night and the place was packed couldnt hardly walk through it was so full.

Great place, awesome music and atmosphere but try to party one fricking night without a phone a bag or a wallet being stolen from someone in your group. Insane!! Can’t walk around with a safe on my back if I want to dance. Management has to step up their game and stop the pickpocketing!!!

I like this place because its pretty massive once you get inside. They play mostly international music, some reggae and some hip hop but their drink specials on fri and sat night were great! 2 for 1 shots and $3.50 you call it before 11PM. Everyone was having a great time and Ill definitely come back again on a cool summer night.

They could do better to cut the sound and play better music, still at level can party to, but still hear people to meet them and chat it up. Its extremely loud, for no reason, they go for loud over good, and the crowd has over time gotten more rough. I think they care more about making a buck, than a good experience. Drink prices are also getting too high here.

Had my phone stolen on Saturday night. obviously not aero’s fault, however, management wouldn’t pull the camera footage up for me and told me to calm down. I would’ve been calm if they were on my side and helped me out lol. I acted very fast and I know whoever stole my phone ran out right before I did, since they shut my location off to the right outside the bar. With all the security guards upstairs they need to be more aware of pick pocketers.

Ive driven an hour and a half to come to this club on multiple occasions because a very fun environment where I feel its safe and fun. Its not just the typical Club where people are just standing all around and corners. Everyones on the Dance Floor shaking their booties. The fact that its free and a no cover cause is a bonus. Highly recommend it to anyone whos looking to have a good time especially on Saturdays.

A lot of fun!!! Gabriela was an amazing bartender, always making sure we had water with our drinks.Not many bartenders take care of their customers.

It has changed a lot but its a great spot to dance with friends and have a couple of drinks. The floors are always sticky, the bathroom is always dirty and the rooftop itself is very small. I like to go only on Thursdays between 10-12am. Ladies drink free until midnight.

Cool spot just moved to Florida I like how there’s different Dj’s and areas so if you don’t like a song u can go to different bar complete different vibes cool experience just needs a little more promotion as other clubs around be more packed

I Didn’t know much about this place, but I decided to try it because it had 5 bars and a rooftop. The lady working out front said this is one of the best spots...but not The best! It was 21+ and no cover fee just a little before 12 on Saturday night. I definitely was NOT impressed! There was techno music on the rooftop and lasers...definitely not my style of music. It was VERY CROWDED! The jungle room played like 1 reggae song. it was extremely crowded...I didn’t like any of the music in all 5 bars....I was looking for rap, reggae, a little reggaeton, and hip hop..... It was a lot of Latin music as well. This place is hyped up. I would NEVER come here again due to the poor selection of music.

This place is really cool. Amusphere is very upbeat. It felt lavish, yet down to earth. Stuff was super cool and the music was always on point. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to just chill and have a drink or a good time or both.

The DJ and the drinks are the main reason why this place is poppin! Party early and get back home to get your stuff together before work (if necessary). Nice vibe, good location, classy, chilled & fun! Definitely worth it to pop in. As long as the rain takes a back seat your fun is guaranteed.

This is definitely one of the best clubs I have been to in Florida. The views from the rooftop overlook downtown Orlando and is pretty amazing. It was super lit up in there and our Halloween weekend was a blast thanks to Aero. I would definitely recommend.

Security really walked up to my friend tonight and asked if she was PREGNANT. She didnt even have a drink in her hand to warrant the need for that question. Absolutely inappropriate. Ladies please stay away from this toxic establishment.

This establishment was a place that I enjoyed going to for years until last night. Upon leaving I was attacked by a bouncer who shoved me down the stairway and continued to attack my friends and family who tried to protect me, all of which were women. I dont feel safe going back. I want to make people aware of the risk they take by going to a place where the security attacks women and innocent people.

Coming back after quarantine I was excited to come here, it was packed but still had room to breath. Music was okay, basic EDM music at most. Rude bartender with pink hair, rolled her eyes at me when I ordered a drink & ignored me for the first 10 minutes as I was literally the next person in the que? Was also rude to my buddy too. She should be trained again as she may have forgotten what costumer service is as she has been out of work for months. Won’t come here again that’s for sure. She was at the bar close to the rail.

I used to frequent Aero quite a bit when I was a masters student at UCF from late 2016 to fall 2017. During this time the DJ played outstanding electronic dance music (EDM), the atmosphere was good with it being outdoors and on the rooftop. Friendly staff, too, as they know how to handle the patrons and venue-goers. The area to get a cup of water was always accessible. No cover charge, which was why I was able go so often; at times I would go three-four times a month. Usually go by myself and dance to outstanding EDM, and people would randomly high-five me throughout the night. I have extremely fond memories of this place -- I stopped going mainly because I committed to a relationship to the woman I am going to marry.Overall great location in the heart of downtown Orlando, and it was connected to three other clubs including the Jungle Room and the Patio. Recommend Aero for any EDM lover or who loves dancing.

Went yesterday for the first time. I was at another club before coming to aero. I had been bored at the other club but aero was amazing. The music and energy was great and theres other areas to dance. You can experience different music and different atmospheres and that is great. Will come again.

Went to Aero for the first time and my phone fell out of my purse while dancing. Once I realized it was gone I looked for it but failed to find it working so many people. At the end of the night they called my brothers phone, who had attempted to call me, and told him they got my phone from the dance floor. Great place to dance, since I didn’t even notice my phone was gone for a while 😅 Very nice and honest workers also!

This is the place to be for a good time, one-stop club techno, hip-hop rap and even merengue. Great ambiance this was my favorite club, I really enjoyed the top floor. It was open very keysy atmosphere in a city life. Buy the drinks downstairs they are 50% off after midnight and buy 1 get 1 shots!

This place is terrible. The security guard and the female bathroom attendant both put their hands on a friend of mine while we were looking for another friend because they claimed she was too drunk. I tried to explain to the female bathroom attendant and security guard that we were only concerned for the wellbeing of our friend that had gotten lost and that we were not intoxicated. The female bathroom attendant (who was screaming in my face--completely unnecessary as I was calm the entire time) was so exponentially rude, I couldnt even understand what she was saying. Just goes to show that when someone gets a little bit of authority, they will exercise it in any scenario just because they can. I will never come here again and will advise my network to do the same. This place is trash just like its abusive staff.

I am seeing a familiar thread of phones getting stolen out of purses and I am glad/sad it wasnt just me who this happened to. The staff was nice and helped as much as they could, and the manager even emailed me personally to apologize and offered me a 100 dollar tab. They cant help the sleazy people that come to this bar to steal. Girls, watch your purses because even if they are zipped and on your body someone can still pick pocket you.

Ive been to Aero a couple of times and Ive always had a good time. I specially enjoy the rooftop atmosphere. However, last night the security-guard accused me of having a fake ID. He immediately puts my ID in his back pocket and refuses to give it back to me. I am a Florida resident with Florida drivers license. I am 24 years old, no reason to be carrying a fake ID and I look older than my actual age, also I had not been drinking. He never gave me a reason why he thought my ID was fake, when I told him I was going to have a cop come to validate it, he gave it back to me immediately. What he did seemed very suspicious, I would hope he was just confused not actually trying to steal my ID because that is what it seemed like he wanted to do. I will definitely not be going there again, and just want to make you all aware.

-1 star for being too small. Before it really got going there is enough room to dance. However when the DJ started burning up the tables it was cheek to cheek.. Not a bad place through.. just gets packed quick.

The crowd is intended for those wanting to excessively drink while yelling to have conversations. Busy nights, best to get there early to claim a corner area so you can have some breathing room. Gets shoulder to shoulder crowded with minimal space to maneuver. If you are a bigger person you will feel the discomfort.The open view is nice but I can only imagine how sticky and nasty is must get in the summer. Wear comfortable shoes you dont mind getting scuffed up and you will be fine. If you dont mind what I mentioned.

The bartender closest to the upstairs door on the left on the night of 5/26 before 1am did not return proper change on the order. “2 shots of tequila, chilled, limes please.” $18. I was OK with that, pulled out a second twenty, and tipped $7 to put me on his radar for further drinks. Did not recieve the proper change on $40, I made sure to keep the change separate to count it later. It was a few bucks, nothing extraordinary, but it left me bitter. I work exclusively in hospitality and I can only imagine how many intoxicated people get stolen from on nights like that in Orlando. Unfortunately little hiccups like this reflect poorly on establishments. I want to support my comrades in hospitality, but please make sure of the change you give that late at night, I do not know what to think. Other than that, great music, good crowd, and generally a good time. Service, fluke or not, makes this zero stars. I don’t want to bring people somewhere I can’t trust with my money.

Tonight while I was walking out of the bar at about 1 or 1:10 pm. The bouncers were literally throwing a guy out of the bar. The threw the guy into me (51, 125lb female) knocking me down on my hands and knees and sprawling my stuff into the street. In the moment I was just nervous for my safety and removed myself from the situation as quickly as I could. I realize now I should have stay and talked to someone about the way you conduct business throwing guys into innocent female bystanders. I would like to talk to someone about this incident and I should have stayed and talked to someone at the time. But was worried after being thrown to the ground by a man. I would like to talk to whoever was in charge at the time of this.Also just a random note, none of your macho bouncers helped me up or even asked if I was ok. 2 random girls helped me up.

My friends and I got bottle service for New Year Eve. We were told we had to get several tables as there is only 4 people allowed per cabana due to covid restrictions. We were happy to know they cared about sticking to protocol, but upon arriving to the club, that was not the case. Everyone was jam packed, and no masks required on the dance floor or at the bar. They did not care that randos were trying to get into our cabanas and helping themselves to our bottles. Also, the kicker is that we had already pre ordered and prepaid for 3 bottles of grey goose and 3 bottles of champagne, but due to server error, they accidentally brought us an extra bottle of each. Of course we did not notice and neither did they until the next day when they reached out to my friend that booked the bottles and cabanas to inform him of their mistake. They charged his card for the extra bottles and tipped themselves 20% gratuity without prior permission. It was their mistake and they are still making the customer pay and assume a tip? No thanks. will not be returning.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! The Security Guard grabbed my friend and pushed her into an elevator stating that she needed to leave because she was too drunk at most she was swaying a little bit, she wasnt causing a scene, being loud, or fighting she was just minding her own business. In fact she asked the security guard to help her find another one of our friends that we had lost in the bar. She thought he was going to help her and he ended up grabbing her arm and forcing her into an elevator. This is the most unbelievable experience Ive had at any bar downtown. First off all he had to do was politely ask us to leave if he really thought she was that drunk. Secondly you never know what people have been through and a male especially should NEVER be putting hands on a female like that and forcefully push her around. She was emotionally traumatized by that experience and I refuse to support any place that encourages that kind of abuse. Please do not come here with you girlfriends, downtown has so many better places to offer.

Worst bar in orlando. Staff at the front booth is on a power trip. They should all be fired. Wonder why areo is the least visited her around. Forced to give it at least 1 star. Save your time and go some where enjoyable. Avoid at all cost

We went here last night around 11:30 and the doorman stopped my friend on her birthday and told her that she needed another form of ID to come in. Thankfully she had her student ID but he even told her that she doesnt have to come in at all. Needless to say we went to other bars where we were all welcome.

Great place to shed the stress and dance to a rhythmic beat. Smoke machines and cold air blowers help keep the crowd cool. The lighting effects help bring a upscale feature.

Service is the worst, bartenders and the animals they call Security. Security crew only wants to abuse their power (girls watch out, the guys will hit you). And dont even bother going with the guys in blue that are supposed to protect and serve the ppl.

Had a great night until I asked a bouncer if he knew where there are any new gay clubs for my friend that was in town and he says he knows somewhere perfect for us where we can get shot up at. Not saying this club is homophobic, but be careful because that bouncer may be the one who does something to you if youre gay.

Always a fun time at Aero! The crowd ranges from 20s to 30s, the music consistently makes you wanna dance and the drinks are reasonable. The rooftop ambiance and view is also a plus keeping the crowd cool while dancing. There are also a few little alcove tables where you can get bottle service.

Awesome service. I think its a really good location especially when the club is full. Pretty good prices on drinks if youre looking to turn up a little bit. The views are all right, I believe this depends on whether or not the club is full / the area is full.

This garage is very close to Aero Rooftop Bar & Grill. I paid 10 dollars for parking and was able to get a spot on the first floor on a Saturday night. It was about 5 minutes away from the bar in walking distance and who can complain about that. Its construction going on around the area and I couldnt find a decent place to park for free so I said Screw It And paid for parking.

Its okay on a Sunday night for the Reggae but on Saturdays there is someone out there that steals phones from pocketbooks.This happens regularly month after month. One night three of us had our phones taken here.Ive had my phone stolen twice here myself within a 5 month spanI wont ever go again on a Saturday night. That person is a douchebag.

Come here on a Friday or Saturday and it’s busy. But I grantee you that you WILL have fun. I went there on 4th of July and it was the best day of my life tbh. I love this place. And there’s 4 different bars in the same place. It’s so fun

Too packed, smells bad and just looks trashy inside. An odd observation, maybe just a coincidence, but I lost my ID and cc here and I have met two other people with the same story. Maybe a target destination for pickpockets or something?

Honestly anything in orlando depends on what night you go. Im not much into the downtown college crowd but this place seems to be the new happening spot for the Sunday funday after party (8pm to 11pm). Sunday funday is closed for winter though and all bars go through phases so eventually it wont be the spot anymore. Sundays is mostly reggae and hip hop.

Me and my fiancé had our ID’s taken from us because they were suspected to be faked. The security guard was very nonchalant about the whole ordeal. I asked to have a cop called over and they threatened me saying it’s a “federal offense” to have a fake ID. Luckily when the cop came everything was resolved but it’s still terrifying to know we almost had our ID’s taken from us with no explanation as to what was going on.

Its ok. A bit of a trashy location. Im giving it a 3 just because this place can be fun if you go with the right people, and when the right crowd is there. But still, its not a high end classy location. Strictly night life destination.

Best place to party downtown! My go to place. Electronic music mainly played upstairs. One long Bar. Downstairs is a club called The Patio that plays Hip Hop. And there are 3 more Bars down there.

I been here a few times I never have a good time here I was there last night the waitress who walks around with shot walk by me like I was a ghost the bartender ignored me and everybody ignored me the women were too much stand off and people looking at me like there was about to laugh in my face and I dress better than most of them in there people are clueless to who to pick judgment on I hate being around people because people judge to much for me that’s Why I stay away from people

My new iphone 12 pro got stolen Friday night. I paid $1100 a month ago.Last year my new pair of tom ford sunglasses was stolen ($500)Year ago my girlfriend iphone x was stolen, little bit before my other girlfriend iphone xr was stolen. This place kicked me out because the waitress felt uncomfortable, but told me nothing and i barely talked to her. I never asked her anything besides the bottle service I was aquireing. I literally said nothing to the women.

The phone thief situation has NOT been taken care of. I’m visiting from out of town and wish I had known that was such a common occurrence. My phone got stolen out of my purse on Friday night. You’d think all 7,000 security goons they have walking around would serve more of a purpose.

I came here for a drink after leaving the Magic game nearby and was shocked to see they had a drinks special for under $10. So I bought 3 drinks 1 for me and two for my girl and I payed my tab. The following Monday when my charges cleared on my bank account I found out that the someone at Aero tipped themselves and extra $10 to my expense. I urge anyone that comes here to pay close attention to their bills because I sure wish I did the same.

Aero is a one of the best bars to party in on a Saturday night. They also host special events such as glow yoga, socacize that will give you a one of a kind Orlando experience!

Within 5 minutes of being here my phone was stolen. The girl next to me got hers taken at the exact same time. This seems to be a common occurrence at this place as security informed me.

No cover fee is lit, depending on the night the dj can be really good or average. Mixed drink prices are expensive but to be expected downtown.

Free entry, great drink prices and the rooftop music rivals any London club. Cant speak to downstairs but the upstairs EDM is definitely the place to be in Orlando.

This “club” kicked me out because they said i wasn’t over 21 to drink but the security gave me a wristband for the 21+ to buy beverages when i showed my id to security at the front. won’t recommend.

Stop past one random Friday. It was pretty cool. 20-30 crowd roof top. Lasers and smoke machines, girls with the test tube shots ...it had a pretty cool time.

It’s a hit or miss just like most clubs. Some nights the music and crowd is pleasant, and others it feels the music is repetitive.

This establishment is a joke. My FEMALE roomates got beat up by the bouncers. They pushed women down the stairs and got punched in the faces. They Have bruises. The cops say they can use any means necessary to remove someone out of the club but they were blind sided and abused unnecessarily . PLEASE DONT GO HERE !! Help us bring Justice to this city! They charged me $16 for a single vodka Red Bull right after I’d just bought two for $12 at the same bar. When I questioned it the girl said that the girl before forgot to charge me accordingly. Regardless, never in my life have I paid sixteen dollars for a single vodka Red Bull.

As a Manager at Disney on off duty what I would consider service industry nights. The security is sub par. PHYSICAL AND HORRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Parking close to venue $10 to park. Service and music was good. Rooftop area was slightly small but enjoyed the night.

Been coming here for years, randomly got new guys checking ID at front and asked me if it was me after showing 2 forms of credit while 4 friends that were visiting from other countries were present, embarrassing, will never come back and never get bottle service again after this experience all because I’ve lost weight in the past to be fit…..seriously needs management.
