Once private and now public. London House is a fine dining treat! Serving a course layout and wine list to suit any pallet. We Very Much enjoyed our food and cocktail. But the service was really just spectacular💯 sharp professional and friendly. Lastly the atmosphere and decor is cool. I think some aspects could seem dated. Personally I think everything matched comfortably. Will definitely return.

This was by far a premier culinary and social experience. The best date night weve had in Orlando. The food is delightful, with expectacular ambience, and attentive staff. The most elegant place for fine dining in Florida.

First visit. Drinks were declicious. They make a wonderful old fashioned presented beautifully. We had a 7:15 reservation and had drinks in the lounge first while we waited for the rest of our party. Once we sat down the service was very slow. It took so long for us to get our drinks. Which I found crazy since it wasn’t overly busy. We had the charcuterie cheese board and it was delicious. It had a great assortment. While We didn’t get our food until 10pm, it was very good. We waited a really long time for food and drinks. That is my only complaint. Service was very slow to refill waters and drinks. But The food was fantastic. Very flavorful. Food 10/10, drinks 10/10. Service was decent. Server mixed up our check and charged us for another persons bill but she apologized and fixed it. The music, ambiance and decor was beautiful.

We loved our experience. Beautiful restaurant, great food and service. Teddy was super knowledgeable about all things wine and made our night perfect. We’ll be back!

It seems like a really expensive fancy private club with face control . Super beautiful girls inside. 1 regular drink around $20.

I am a member and I can confidently affirm that this establishment is truly exceptional. The staff demonstrates exceptional professionalism, the management is highly welcoming, and the members conduct themselves with utmost respect. Furthermore, the bathroom layout is truly remarkable and deserves special mention.

The food is good but youre not really going for the food, its more about the presentation and experience. I tried every cocktail on the menu and 2 different Cabernets. Spent about $180 ordering the pork belly and duck. Ive had better pork belly and duck at different places but it wasnt bad! My group came extremely hungry, the portions are small. Come for a new experience and a pleasant atmosphere. You can definitely impress a date with this spot.

Interesting place to eat, food was decent and the atmosphere was very unique. However, they really need to work on maintaining their building. Everything looks a little neglected. Seat cushions were worn and dirty, the chandeliers are dusty and dirty, and the floors all look scuffed. Feels like the place needs an update.

Lovely! Great food, beautiful ambiance, and a great dining experience. I have dined here four times. On three on these occasions, everything was flawless. On my last trip, on Tuesday before Thanksgiving, things were a bit off. The lamb cheeks appetizer was barely warm, and the tandoor grill it was served should have been hot but wasnt. They were out of my favorite dessert - the Florida orange, but the substitute was quite delicious. All in all I really enjoy dining in this exceptional restaurant.

Jessica took great care of us. Outside area was very relaxing because the weather was cool. Ordered a couple apps and they were decent morning great. Upscale wine collection, cigars and hookah to match bro good drinks and service. Went on a school night lol so it was chill

Incredible experience. Came as a guest of a member and was blown away. Ive been to private clubs in London and this was so much fun. The decor and atmosphere is amazing. Food is top, top notch. Chef came out to visit and talk about the food. Im not even a foodie and I loved all the attention to detail. First class!

By far the worst dining experience ever. Overcharged for wine. The server was sweet but very inexperienced...and did not have command of the english language. Food was mediocre at best . Martinis were good. But ordered blue cheese olive martini.....took 10 mins to the blue cheese olives. The crab pate tasted like cat food. My wife had lobster and had to ask for drawn butter which took 10 mins to bring while food was cold. Ordered sorbet and got a chili tasting souffle. Got a 450 bill for the worst meal and dining experience ever. Coming from a restaurant background we are cognizant of how things work. However, so many things went wrong that closing the doors and starting over may be their best option. Key holder clubs are passe and went away with the Playboy Clubs in the 70s. To think folks enjoy this place for any reason is hard to fathom. The decor was rather opulent but had no theme that was relevant to the dishes served. If zero was an option thats what wed have rated this place. HORRIBLE!!!

Found this place by accident what a Gem! Came in after dinner but had a wonderful experience with two drinks. Definitely will be coming back for dinner for dinner which unfortunately we had to cancel the first day but next time in Florida this will be a number one stop. Love the atmosphere the Ambien in the service.

Youre going to pay about $100 per person. Oh my God! Is it worth it! Youre weighed on hand and foot. Their food is delicious and beautiful. Im pretty sure the restaurant itself is worth more than the white house.

Fabulous food, reasonably priced, and excellent specialty cocktail menu. Our main server was excellent, support staff needs to be trained on the details of placing plates of logo in correction orientation, getting silverware in the proper order, and placed neatly on the table.

An elite experience. Caviar service is a must. Tableside truffles is a must. Wellington is a must! Ambiance 10/10

London House Management,We had a reservation for 2 at 7:45 pm this evening for dinner. My girlfriend and I were having a date night. She was looking forward to experiencing your restaurant.When we arrived the valet took the car. He was a professional. Excellent service from the valet.The doorman brought us inside and immediately directed us down the hallway toward the restroom, yet we didn’t ask for the restroom nor were we told we would be going to the restroom. Very odd. The decor in the restrooms was unique and very interesting. After leaving the restroom the doorman walked us past the hostess stand and brought us inside the restaurant where we stood inside the restaurant without any staff knowing why we were standing there. We were not brought to a table. Then the doorman noticed this and brought us back to the hostess stand where we were checked in then seated.Once seated we were introduced to various staff that would be serving/assisting us. The young man who was in charge of the wine was very knowledgeable but also directive. I wanted Pinot Noir. He made an attempt to discourage me from ordering Pinot Noir, I ordered it anyway. I took his recommendation on a Pinot Noir and I liked it. My girlfriend ordered a glass of Brut champagne.Our main server was training a new server. From our experience, the trainee had a better approach to customer service than the trainer. The main server was knowledgeable and attentive but also directive. I was told that I was drinking the wrong wine pairing for our food. I let her know that I am aware and want the glass of red wine. Period.My girlfriend ordered another glass of wine. This time she ordered the Gambino Prosecco. While ordering the young man made a judgmental face with a look of disgust/disappointment when he heard which glass of wine she wanted. We should not be judged by staff for our choices in wine.Our starters and main course were tasty and presented well. No issues with the food.During dinner, our conversation and dining was interrupted several times by staff asking if we were ok. five times in 5 minutes is too much. Attentive customer service is great, over attentive customer service is intrusive. We were halfway through eating our entrees when we were asked if we were finished and if we wanted the plates taken away. We said no. At that point we were given the dessert menu and told to make sure save room for dessert and how important it was to order dessert. This was unnecessary.The decor and ambiance was fantastic. The food was great. The customer service was a different experience than any I had before. I have had fine dining experiences all over the country. This experience was odd and awkward.

In a league of its own when it comes to dining, service and atmosphere. The staff is nothing short of incredible, the food is five star and the furnishings and atmosphere are on another level of luxury.If you are lucky enough to be invited as a guest, you will see what I am writing about. If you are privileged enough to be accepted as a member of the club, you will begin to appreciate a new vision for Orlando and Florida.Pro tip, COME FOR BREAKFAST AND COFFEE! You won’t be disappointed.

After dining at Dragonfly in the same shopping center, we noticed this beautiful restaurant around the corner so my friend and I decided to go look at it from the outside as we were walking. While we were admiring the British phone booth and elephant center pieces on the outside tables, a bouncer came up and said to us: “ you can’t be looking inside the restaurant like that”. I wish I was kidding, but those were his exact words. I explained we were simply looking at the patio because we had never seen this restaurant before and were excited to which he replied: “I am just doing my job”. This was absolutely ridiculous. We weren’t disturbing anyone and were not inside the patio ( just looking from the outside). We were treated like peasants although we are foodies that are always willing to spend good money at a nice restaurant. Not giving this place a chance based on this terrible interaction. I would much rather spend my money somewhere else. Good service starts with first impressions.

I had dinner at London House last night. Everything was extremely clean, great ambience, and outstanding service. I had the 10oz filet and it was extremely flavorful. Overall, I really enjoyed London House and plan to return.

Very cool speak easy vibe! Food was good but portion size was EXTREMELY small. Dont go hungry or expect to spend a ton of money to fill up! Its private so you must be a member or guest of a member.

Definitely a must visit in the Orlando area and an over the top experience! I recommend the bar / lounge area on a weekday if you’re looking for something chill or weekend if you want to party.

It was our first time visiting and the overall experience was just horrible. Service and food were terrible. Most of the produce, like our salads and sides were visibly old and unsanitary to be served. Definitely a place to avoid.

Very very bad service. waited for appetizers for a long time . then the server said they gave the food to the wrong table . can you explain to me how you give food to other table .then I ordered a bottle of wine wich never came.

Food was mediocre with very bad service we were the only table at 5 pm weekday ordered food expensive steak came out cold and raw meat I thought by mistake they brought out raw meat nobody care to check on us I called waitress she told it back and brought it even worse we asked for check at the end and when they brought the check we want by I order tea waitress she came and grabbed the check she said I forgot to add the 3$ tea to check omg what’s rip off
