Absolutely amazing experience & such a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. I received a facial and mother to be massage and both were absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the fact that we could utilize the pool after services (we didn’t stay in resort), could stay and relax in women’s lounge which has jacuzzi tub, steam room, sauna and lounge room with complimentary snacks! Best experience and will definitely be back! Also, pricing is very reasonable!

Massage was amazing! Facilities were smaller than I expected, but overall a nice experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I spent 2 days at the spa. The facial with Aracelis was the best I’ve had and it wasn’t my first ;) She deserves extra recognition for her service and expertise! The reflexology massage left my feet tingling and happy. And Sandra took care of my mani/pedi. Such attention to detail, she is delightful. No visit to Shingle Creek will be complete without a stop at the spa!

Just realized Ive been coming to this spa for nearly 10 years now. Its truly the best in all of Orlando. You wont find any better. The staff is amazing and have been integral to my health over the years. So grateful for this spa and their incredible team.

Very professional and comprehensive therapists and staff. The 80-minute destress massage put me to sleep more than once. Amy was amazing. I didnt know what day it was when she was done. Gratuity is included, but more tips are available upon checkout. The fitness center is $10/day unless you purchase a spa service (free that day). The jacuzzi and sauna are available after the massage at your leisure. If you are staying here, treat yourself to a massage! The therapists have an array of specialty services beyond massage (e.g. dry skin treatment; excessively oily skin; et cetera). After registering and securing an appointment, the security guard will walk you to the lounge and show you to the changing area. After changing, the therapist will retrieve you from the lounge; there are refreshments and snacks, as well as television (mens had college football on). The Spa at Rosen Creek is memorable-- dont skip it!

Amazing experience, I was there for the Day spa, very easy access from the lobby, I used a 3rd party to book it but reception had my confirmation number, we were escorted to the men’s lounge, were given a tour of the facilities and amenities that were available to me. Mike at the pool bar was awesome. Will be doing this again!!!!!

Incredible spa experience. Amy gave me a wonderfully relaxing de-stress massage. The spa amenities are spotlessly clean, the fruit and cookies in the relaxation area were a great perk as well. Receptionists were so friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to come back again.

I recently got an amazing facial done by Aracelis for my birthday! She was very professional and thorough with the treatment. I had the monthly peppermint special done and it was so relaxing. I definitely recommend everyone to check out The Spa and also dont forget to ask for Aracelis. This was a great birthday gift! 😊

Had my first facial here a couple of weeks ago and WOW, what a blissful experience. Aracelis at the spa is truly gifted. She made me feel so comfortable and at peace, and was very knowledgeable about the products she used. Cant wait to book with her again soon!

GREAT Rate room, great food, The Land remembered was awesome. Steak and seafood were fantastic. The crab cakes were to die for.

My mom, my mother in law, and I all had facials by Aracelis the day after Thanksgiving and she was absolutely amazing. I’ve had two facials by Aracelis in the past two months and I plan to continue going back. All the products are amazing and smell wonderful, and she’s gentle and uses all the right tools to make me feel like a whole new person. The staff is incredible here and I can’t say enough good things about them.

My experience here was one of a kind. it was very professional and comfortable. I don’t usually feel comfortable or fall asleep during massages but I enjoyed it. I did the 80 minute destress massage, it put me to sleep. My masseuse William was very professional throughout the massage, nailed it with the pressure, was very polite, and exceptional. Make sure to take advantage of their amenities. From the staff to the food to the amenities it was all amazing. I recommend coming here and ask for William!

I had a great experience at this spa. Once I submitted my request late at night Rocio got back to me so quick and was able to accommodate me for the next day, no other resort got back to me so I decided to go with Rosen because they were on it! My massage with Tim was the best massage I’ve gotten. He focused on what was bothering me the most which were my knots and my upper back. After your massage you are considered a guest and can relax and have a drink by the pool. Great experience, will definitely be coming back!

I got a pedicure with Aracelis and it was the BEST! She was fantastic and took such good care of both me and my friend. She even gave us great recommendations for food!

Aracelis was amazing! Hands down the best pedicure I have ever received. She was so caring, funny, and pampered me the entire time. I wish I lived locally!

I have been going at least once a year since I turned 18 and it is always absolute heaven. There is a steam room as well as a hot tub for you to use before your massage. I have had a few different masseuses over the years and they have all been wonderful and left me feeling like butter after I leave. There are always snacks and hot tea or cold water available. There is a shower area with everything you could need provided (razors, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, deodorant, and probably more). Customer service is A1. I would talk with them about parking because I do believe you can get your self serve parking validated if you only came for a massage.

AMAZING! I’ve been telling everyone we know to come to the spa, even if it’s for a relaxation day and not to spend the night at the hotel. My husband and I got a couples massage this past weekend and here are my top positives:1) There’s a female lounge and a male lounge. Each has their own locker room(personally assigned when checked in), snacks, a sauna, steam room, showers, jacuzzi, bathroom, and personal amenities. I could have hung out for hours, it was tranquil and safe and the robe they give you to wear is so luxurious. (Bring a bathing suit if you aren’t comfortable being nude in the jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room!)2) Our couples massage was heavenly. The masseuses were firm but gentle and adjusted if needed. They addressed any problem areas you requested and kept the serene feel of the room with their hushed instructions and quiet work.3) You can show up before your appointment to relax in the lounge and after too while getting cleaned up. I wish we had used this opportunity as we arrived only 30 minutes before and neither of us brought a bathing suit to comfortably use the perks.I plan on going back, currently trying to get a girls outing planned!!

I have experienced great massage services at many resorts and spas all over the world. The massage I had here was one of the worst that I have ever had. She was a lazy therapist and stood for long periods of time just pressing her hand on my back (was she trying to do trigger point?). It was very disappointing (especially at the end when she turn the lights on full blast 😵‍💫). When I said something about it to the manager she told me that she was sorry and that the employee had been there for a long time (???) and that she would have a talk with her. On another more positive note, the pedicure I received was good but I am not in a hurry to return.

Beautiful spa, clean and stellar amenities. Tim was an exceptional massage therapist. Lucky to be a local and enjoy this facility!

I scheduled a manicure with Aracelis and she was fabulous!! My nails were beautiful! She made me feel so comfortable that I scheduled facials for my fiancé and me for the very next day. We both loved it! The facilities are immaculate and so serene. Aracelis did an excellent and thorough job. She is definitely my go to whenever Im in Orlando. Such a wonderful experience!!

Booked 55 min massages for 3 of us. Got there 5 mins late because of walk from parking lot. My massage was good and about 40 mins. My friend got a 30 min massage only on her back. Was never told to flip over and masseuse talked the Whole time. Not relaxing at all. She paid full price for 1/2 massage. 20% tip added automatically. You don’t decide tip based on your experience!!!! Not worth the price.

During my stay at the shingle creek resorting i was able to enjoy a refreshing clarifying facial from Aracelis. she was welcoming and gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable during my time at the spa. afterwards, i recieved many compliments on my skin and how evident the change was in my completion and acne. I look forward to speaking with her again and taking advantage of her fine services! i send my thanks, Aracelis!

Great experience. Had the couples package with lunch, massage and mani pedis. Never had a mani pedi, but my wife was happy! we stayed the evening at the resort, which was awesome. If we did it again, would have packed swim trucks for the sauna and steam room.

I could not have asked for a better experience today. Everyone was so friendly. I had a massage with Rebecca and it was wonderful. She provided some helpful insight into some shoulder pressure I have been having. I also had a manicure and pedicure with Vayn. She was so personable and I felt like we were friends for years within minutes of meeting her. I cannot wait to come back to this location!

Went to the spa to get a pedicure as I am headed to a conference onsite. No appointments which is fine. As I am in meetings the rest of the week and cant come when they have a technician onsit, I asked if they could provide me with some nail polish remover and I would buy some nail polish. They answer was a resounding no. Thanks for your help!!!!! This is ridiculous.

Comfortable and large spa. My massage was great. They had a steam and sauna (steam could have been hotter, but just my preference). Sauna was nice and hot.

Loved this place everyone was so kind. Hot tub, saunas, showers, snack and pedicures were so amazing. Messages weren’t that great but I everything else made up for it. Definitely will be back when I visit Orlando.

The spa staff were nice and the spa atmosphere itself is relaxing but I received the facial from hell. I booked the express pedi and express facial. The first 5 minutes of the facial were fine, then came the scrub part. The racialist began to scrub my face with a very coarse/dry feeling scrub that was applied very rough. I tried to just power through it because I’m usually the type that doesn’t complain...once I realized that she was going for a 2nd round I spoke up and said it hurt and now my skin was getting irritated/sensitive. She wiped it off (although the remainder of the time I still felt the scrub salts on her hands and little bits all over my face. She tried to apply 2 masks afterwards and my face burned so much from the scrubbing that I couldn’t even tolerate the masks on. She wiped them off, lightly patted my face with a few other things and at the end gave me a mirror. I was so surprised I wasn’t beat red (I was so sure my whole face would be soooo red because it felt so irritated....well come to find out later, I took off my mask and noticed what appeared to be make up or tint or something. I washed my face and realized she applied some sort of concealer or tinted moisturizer to cover all of the redness. I was just going to let the whole thing go but then the next day I noticed horrible peeling all over my face!! It’s now 2 days later, my face is still peeling like crazy AND it stings when I apply any type of cream. The pedi was fine but I will definitely not return and should have asked for a refund.

I scheduled an express mani at the Spa at Shingle Creek yesterday and had such a great experience. Nichole was so delightful to talk to. She was friendly, personable and professional. I would recommend the Spa at Shingle Creek to friends and family and will absolutely be returning in the future.

Unbelievable spa package. Fabulous massage by Chris, unbelievable pedicure by Vanh, gourmet 3 course lunch with champagne. We did the spa package for 2. A friend did it for my birthday. Highly recommend as a very special treat. Felt so special by the staff.

Called on 8/13 to make an appointment for a manicure and pedicure for my birthday. I arrived for my appointment at 9 am on 8/14 and brought to the changing room. Once changed and waiting for my appointment, I was told that no one put my appointment in the system and they could not provide those services. I left very disappointed.

Making a reservation was easy. Outstanding service from Vickie. I highly recommend the Island Getaway.

Husband and I love this place. So relaxing and well managed. Lunch at shingle creek and then massage makes for a great Saturday. Check into their black card. Great deal, and their owners (Rosen) way of treating locals special. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this spa for years and Aracelis is the only person I will ever go to for facials and waxes! Honestly the best care and service I have ever had and she is one of the biggest reasons I continue to come to the Spa at Shingle Creek.

Tim was amazing, had the 50min monthly special with the sugar foot rub, I really enjoyed the amenities you receive after any services. Kelsey was very knowledgeable in explaining a lot of the products, I left glowing!

Couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend our 1st anniversary! My husband and I had the couples massage and enjoyed the spa amenities. So relaxing and rejuvenating and kind staff!

The spa shows its age just a little, but has an excellent thermal suite with whirlpool, sauna, and steam room. Staff is great and facilities are always maintained. Highly recommend!

My mom and I came here for a spa day - my husband surprised me for my birthday. The spa was very nice all throughout. My favorite was the massage and the hot tub. Very nice!

The staff was very professional and polite. The massuse washed her hands often and used the right amount of pressure. The beds are heated and they use pillows and bolsters for comfort.
