The reviews you see that are good have to be fake.. Went in for flower.. I was told 60$ for an 8th that was not top self or packaged. Of course I walked out and didn’t buy! This place is only open to ripoff tourists especially seeing how there shelves are so bare

Worst place Ive gone to, I went one time to grab a pen from them to try, and turns out they gave me a dead pen so I went back with the receipt and told them that they gave me but the lady told me that we dont do refunds or exchanges. But I told her I had it for almost 2 weeks but I didnt have the time to go over there cause of work and not having a car so she cuts me off while I was trying to get an exchange which it says on the receipt but it didnt give a due date when itd expired. But she kept cutting me off and starts giving me so I was really upset so I toss the product on the counter and I walked out. But when I was about to open the door she threw the product at me while I was walking out. I was about to leave and the lady gave me the finger. So I ran back to the door and called her out and starts threatening to call the cops and telling me to stay where Im at like she was the boss of me. So I left and went home but i kept the receipt so i have evidence that it was theft from the store. Dont ever go there theyll Rob and scam you with their products.

Upon our entrance, my family and I experienced a lack of courteous treatment. Despite our attempts to clarify that we were engaging in light-hearted banter, we endured an extensive wait for service, which, while tolerable, was accompanied by a language barrier. Moreover, the individual assisting us exhibited limited knowledge about the products available in the store, offering no explanations regarding their functionalities.The focal point of our dissatisfaction revolves around an encounter with a female staff member. While acknowledging the existence of a language barrier, we did not perceive it as an impediment. However, a seemingly innocuous jest about a new employee in training provoked an unexpected and disproportionate reaction from the aforementioned lady. Despite our efforts to clarify the intended humor, she erupted in anger, defensively identifying herself as the owner and admonishing us to communicate with greater respect. This unwarranted treatment led us to leave the establishment.The lady, in pursuit, attempted to justify her behavior by expressing exhaustion and highlighting the inexperience of the new employee. Subsequently, the owner provided an explanation for recent thefts over the weekend, attributing them to the store layout and the positioning of doors. While sympathetic to their predicament, such circumstances do not warrant mistreatment of customers who had conducted themselves respectfully throughout the encounter. Despite the owners attempts to persuade us to make purchases, the discourteous behavior encountered prompted a decision to withhold patronage.I remain resolute in my choice to allocate my resources to establishments deserving of customer loyalty, despite any potential inducements such as discounts.

Absolute Aladdin’s cave of wonder - full of magical delights. So much to choose from. Bought some good products but discovered I’d paid more than double for a vape widely available online & in stores at under $42 which spoiled the great experience I’d had. Probably my own fault for buying without looking up online beforehand or asking if they price match as really didn’t expect such a huge difference in cost.

Awesome staff. Very helpful for finding flavors that would suit our taste. They are very knowledgeable about what would suit us and usage. Jean especially was kind enough to take us through their wares and his recommendation was on point.

The customer service is great. I purchased a vume disposable (Red Bull)and I thought the taste was funny but it was a new flavor so I let it slide. I go 3 weeks later to get the banana flavor and I noticed they were selling fakes. I checked the verification on all the ones I just bought plus the old Red Bull one and they were all fake. Plus the banana one that I bought from this store was green instead Of yellow and there was no taste. Who knows what I was smoking. I will post a pic of the one that’s fake and the one that’s real. This place has lost my trust and who knows which other disposables are fake.

Terrible store, I don’t recommend anyone to buy anything here. very unprofessional seller. I bought juice for vaping and asked the seller to sell it to me with nicotine, she sold it to me without nicotine. When I arrived home, I noticed that it was written on the box without nicotine, I immediately went back and she refused to change it for me because I opened the box, although I did not open the bottle itself. I was just cheated out of $32. Be careful when choosing and do not trust the seller’s words. Very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude towards customers.

24/7 is a pretty bad name when you’re in fact not open 24/7. You took the time to update hours on google but not goals. They have you open all the time. So that made me happy when I showed up at 3am for no reason. Update ALL your hours EVERYWHERE they’re posted. Run your business.

If I could make it a five star negative I would. Total thiefs, scammers how ever you want to define it. This place I wpuld never recommend or return to ever. Women at front counter doesnt know how to operate the register to the point that we went back and forth because supposedly they started inventing register systems that allow you to not be able to return someones money especially on a partial payment transaction. Neber have I been some place where an employee decides they want to argue with you about something when the last time I checked the customer is always rite. Overpriced, and the prices weren’t even posted on their delta-8 products, which is shady to say the least. Quality wasn’t good, bearded guy told us to take 1 edible and even after 3 it wasn’t great. Maybe would return for a 50% off sale, but otherwise better off trying somewhere else.

I walked in and said give me the cheapest THC vape pen because I didn’t want to bring anything home with me. I was only in the area for 4 days. No prices were on the items but I really never expected what happened next. I was told to try it out to make sure it worked and then she rang it up. $75 for 1 gram. I never in my wildest dreams could have imaged that price for that item. I get the same thing in stores in IL for $20. I had stopped at other stores in Orlando for nic vapes and saw them on sale for $30. I had already put it on my mouth so I didn’t want to say anything but maybe that was the point of making me try it so quick. And maybe that wasn’t actually the cheapest one they had but thats what I was given. Just writing this so if another tourist comes in they don’t get taken advantage of too if they read this before hand.

The lady kept trying to sell me vapes for 50 percent off I bought two vapes and walked out I try out the first vape and it doesnt work I try out the second vape and it doesnt work so I go back into the store nicely and calmly and ask if she can replace it and she says no Im not giving you it very meanly and she had a attitude? Like I should be the one with a attitude your selling me fake vapes and the other lady Said just give her the vapes and she says no deal with your customer and I deal with mine we go back and forth a little bit and she says call the manager he wont care so I walk out of the store and go in my car and call the manager I was explaining my situation and he hangs up on me I call back and try to explain my situation again and he doesnt care and he hangs up on me again and I just gave up and came back to my house I do not recommend this store I let me just say I will not be coming back here again

So everything is fine, employees are super nice esp the taller girl idk her name she pretty. got carts and flower there, they said it’s not cbd but it is because it didn’t do anything to me or my friend (who has very low tolerance and have a high tolerance) which is upsetting because it looked fine and everything. would go back there before i leave for vacation. super nice and have a good selection of everything, just make sure you are aware you can’t buy oiud in fl without a card. when i went back to say i didn’t feel anything i got some for free (even tho still cbd), which was nice and she was really helpful and understanding. will be back!
