I have been coming here for a while now and I have to say that every time I’ve come in here they’ve had exactly what I’ve needed. I’ve gone to other places to try to find the glass needed to replace on my mod but have not been able to find them anywhere else but here. Also they keep in stock some of the higher end Vape juices which is great my favorite just REDS. I have never been disrespected or treated wrong at this location. I have read other posts regarding E cigarettes and purchasing them and some people need to know that when purchasing an e-cigarette and a rapper that once that is opened it cannot be returned. The same thing goes with cigarettes once you purchase a pack you cannot return them. So overall experience at this location is fantastic. This is a real Vape store. Stopped in there today to find the glass for my Zeus tank and he had the perfect size that I needed after searching all over Orlando after they closed last evening. Thank you. Update still #1

Ive been purchasing liquid, mods, coils and tanks from these guys for years.Its my go to place as I find the staff to be laid-back and knowledgeable.While I cant promise to everyone that their experience is going to be the same as mine every single time ( depends whos working that day ), I can say that youll find a nice selection of e-liquids (nicely presented on a menu), mods, tanks and coils.Additionally I found that Codie Traxler to be always willing to help, knows his stuff and makes sure you get the best you need.Overall great place to get your Vape on! :)

Just left eSmokerOnline Vape Shop and had a great experience, getting tons of recommendations on devices, and ejuice flavors and types. Great experience even though Shaq was unable to initially help me find a new glass replacement. After browsing around the wide variety of in stock tanks available for my VooPoo he went over his favorite list versus most popular and gave me ample time to make a accurate choice and color. Went with the falcon as it held the most liquid for my price range and the reviews were well also. Atmosphere was very cool with the colors and music was on point. Shaq thanks for making a new customer look forward to shopping again for sure.

I had a wonderful experience when I shopped here. The staff was very knowledgeable about all of there products and led to pick the right disposable for myself. The prices are affordable, and the products are premium. I will definitely come again and recommend to a friend.

Everything was great until right after we left. Tested the e cig in the store and it was fine. Drove down the street and the light on the cigarette stayed on. Smoke was everywhere. We thought it was going to blow up. I walked back in and they did nothing.I tried to show them that it was smoking and incredibly hot. They did not care that this happened . Did not even look concerned that they were selling dangerous products. I advise that if you must buy here, stay for as long as possible and test the cigarette for a while. Better yet don’t buy here!!!!!!!!!

I like the new management. They didn’t have my coils and called them in to the wearhouse then had them the same day. I love the point system! Almost have enough for a new Mod. Friendly staff that not only primes for you but also is interested in your use. They seemed to care about what I needed in my vap how often I used it and at what voltages. They didn’t sell me something just to sell it. I find it very responsible in a business. I gave a 4 start because it’s always cloudy in there.

Nice decor, I dont go to these smoke shops much, but I needed help with delivery of my medication. I went in looking for a charger and learned so much from them. Thank you for taking the time. Besides all the usual products (well displayed and a large selection) they carry CBD. This may be old news to you but not to me. Nice store, upscale but usual prices I think, good and helpful service. Great place to go and get help and answer questions. Great place for for the ladies, did not get feelings of sleaze. I started out at this shop and the one at Waterford when I first started vaping about a year and a half ago. The staff was always super nice and knowledgeable. For anybody who is introverted there are a couple of staff members who are SUPER extrovert and will be very off putting to anybody with an introverted personality.The place is always clean. They rock a club type of vibe with their decor, so if that is your thing youll enjoy being inside their stores.From what I tell they encourage hanging out inside the store. They have stools up at the counter, as its set up like a bar, to try out your different flavors. They also have leather sofas and chairs to lounge in. While this seems nice, the problem here is that often times Id go in and the staff would be locked in on a conversation completely unrelated to vaping and Id have to stand around and wait for them to finish. This is either by staff who are a bit unprofessional, or those who havent mastered pulling away from customers who dont understand that a business needs to be run.Youll be paying a bit more for everything here, as is the case with most brick and mortar stores. Juice and gear can be found at online retailers for much, much cheaper.While I still pop in here occasionally and will likely continue to do so, Ive stopped coming here for my juice. There biggest problem is the inability to keep a solid stocked line of product. 9 times out of 10 when I go in they are either out of the flavor I want, or the nicotine % that I want. They are incredibly unreliable with this, and I suggest calling ahead before stopping in.edit: I have decided not to ever come back here. They can not consistently stayed stocked. It happens so much to me that a staff member even commented on it, saying i know, sorry this always seems to happen to you. Yes it does, and youve lost me business for good. i wish the business well, but i will stick to online retailers where juice is much cheaper and always available.

The owner doesnt care one bit about his/her customers. I GOT ROBBED. Went in to spend the little money I had on a bottle of juice. The employee accidentally gave me the wrong bottle. I ran out of juice the night before so i was eager to open my new bottle. As soon as i took a hit I realized they gave me some disgusting menthol flavor (i hadnt even tested this flavor). If you arent familiar with a brand there is almost no way to tell the flavor without opening the bottle or looking it up online. To make a long story short they offered me 15% off on my next bottle and refused to do anything more. I cant blame the employees.. they have been good to me. I assume that its some stingy owner not allowing them to keep customers happy. Just bought my first pack of cigarettes in months because of these guys (cant afford ejuice right now since i got robbed on my bottle).

I had just moved to this area and went to the old location which is like two stores down from the real location.... I was stressed with the new job and trying to buy multiple items and the service was fabulous. They always have what I need and recently I had a family crisis and was in super panic attack mode and the juice recommended had gotten me through one of the worst weeks of my life. I will not shop anywhere else ever. I only want to apologize for not naming namesand that is my bad.

Great little shop. Have what you need and are very helpful to get you going.The prices are superb, I got a nice setup and spent under $50 including a 15ml bottle of E-liquid. Highly recommended. They will have my business indefinitely.

My Rave. Always very friendly during the interaction and they are knowledgable for sure. Theres always someone quick to help you, and they have always had my e juice. My Rant. Sometimes getting the knowledge out of the staff can be more difficult than it should be. Also, no one has ever said goodbye or have a nice day etc.Overall one of the better Ecig stores in Orlando.

Love this place, lots of liquids to try and tons of batteries, mods and atomizers available. The employees are very knowledgeable also. Brought a few of my friends to get them to switch and the employees explained to them their new ecig better than I ever could.

I really liked ESO when they were an online company only - they were great with questions and their customer service was excellent. And, NOW, theyre in Orlando with a real store. This place is a total scam. They charge 2x normal price on all vape juice. They will sell you discontinued hardware and tell you coils are no problem. Truth be told, Kaley is the biggest scam liar ever. This place is terrible.

All I can say is great customer service! My first tank was ProTank II had some dripping problems came in a week later they figured out the problem that the coil was worped, without asking to buy a new one they changed it for me for free!They have my juice watermelon frost was a little scared that they would discontinue it but just came in today and had it!I think they need to start selling Ohm Meters for that is the one thing they do not have for sale!Prices are good some online places will have some items cheaper, but wont have any explanations for these pieces and no customer service.Set up now is the Iclear 30s with 1300 mAh Vision Spinner watermelon frost 50/50 eventually will get an Innokin MVP v2 for this tank, but project will be RDA atomizer and will be getting the Mod and battery from eSmokerOnline

Had been wanting to get a real vape kit for a while, and saw this place quite by accident. Customer service-wise they make the effort for real. I kinda felt that at times there was a bit TMI, but its always better to have more info than not enough. Have to admit I kinda liked the shoe-gaze atmosphere of the place.When I went in, I had 1 1/2 packs of American Spirit. Im not touching them and kinda hoping I can return the unopened pack. This stuff isnt those weak-*ssed e-cigs, these can be customized to your taste. I smoked 2 packs / day pretty regularly, and Im sure that this is a better choice health and money-wise.Conclusion - I dont see myself buying another pack of smokes.

I moved to Orlando 1 month ago an have been struggling to find a new go-to shop. This place was recommended to me by a coworker and I am very happy to say Ive found my new place. They have an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and a quality inventory of products. By far best shop in Orlando.

These guys are my saving grace!! I was a pack a day smoker for over 18 years, I started vaping on June 14th, 2012 and have not had a cigarette since. They have great offers/specials and e-cig gear. I will not shop ANYWHERE else. The staff is genuinely helpful and are not in the business to just make money, they are there to help people with the difficult transition from cigarettes. If you want to live a successful smoke free life, this is the place to start. I have tried everything from the patch, gum, medication, etc...and NOTHING worked for me. This not only gives you the nicotine your brain craves (in smaller doses) but also the oral fixation and smoke release you crave. There are no carcinogens or tar that are soo detrimental to your heart and can cause cancer, only nicotine. If you have never tried it, maybe this is the time to.

I just bought an ELFBAR Blue Razz Ice BC5000, the service was great, but the product is probably defective. You cant get satiated with every sip.

I wish I could give more than a 3 for service. I have always found them to be so helpful. Always answer emails no matter how small the question. Had a problem with a battery one time and they called me. Almost unheard of for a company to call and personally talk to you. Took care of the problem in a fast personal way. I always know I can depend on this company to give fast service and have a variety of items for me to try at a reasonable price. Cant ask for more from a company!

Had no issue with the vendor. But they sell Vision products and we all know Vision is hit and miss. Mostly miss. The tank on my ViVi Nova cracked in less then a week, the design also had me smoking more rubber then I vape e juice. It was expected and I didnt even bother testing the customer service on it. I just bought a Genesis Atty and left the Vision junk for the fan boys.

I purchased a Kanger ProTank mini from this establishment online. I used it once and halfway through, it started leaking where the pyrex meets the metal. Second filling came totally out overnight. I contacted them about the disaster to be told This is a known issue with the first version since it is glued and the juice eats the glue. The updated ones are not glued. So I asked Then? Im stuck with this beautiful piece of crap? and was answered Yes, Im sorry. To me, that was horrible customer service. I didnt expect a free tank, or even a refund. I DID expect they would make SOME attempt to make the situation right. I was sadly mistaken to expect that. Will never purchase from this vendor again and will tell everyone I know about them.
