Ive been a customer at Fast Eddies for at least 7 years now, and theyve never failed to deliver amazing customer service, prices and selection. They carry mods, e juice, disposable vapes of all description including brand new ones no one else has, hemp products, glass, you name it. Its atmosphere is classy and still comfortable, and the employees are without fail nice, accommodating and will take the time to discuss and educate you about the products they carry. I send EVERYONE here if they require vapes, cbd, glass, etc. I dont really go anywhere else as their prices are also highly competitive. Do yourself a favor and check them out the next time you need a vape or anything else they carry. You wont need to ever go anywhere else!
To be honest kind of irked me that I walked out of the store with a torch for 2 seconds came back because my significant other didnt want it and they refused to return it yes there was a no refund sign however I would have thought that there would be some level of professional courtesy granted the very minute amount of time I had exited the store I understand company policy is company policy but I would like to believe that certain things can bend slightly it wasnt exactly like we were talking about something that package was open or anything like that it was literally just a lighter. I did kind of like some of the stuff that I seen for this posted for sale which was a plus but I doubt that I will be returning due to the above issues
Originally came here years ago for my first box mod. Recently, I came back to look for a replacement tank glass. The new owner was so helpful and just all around great vibes. Definitely glad that the store still has welcoming energy even after all these years. Will definitely stop by again.

Let me tell you about MY EXPERIENCE with Fast Eddies... first of all... LOVE the name, just cause thats what I was called in High School... but EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU WALK IN, (everytime, without fail), They ACKNOWLEDGE you and greet you! Do you have ANY idea how UN-common that is in a Smoke Shop?! No kidding... I shop around for deals and juices I like... when I find something I stick with it... easily 75-80% of the shops I go into dont even say, Hi. -- I go in Eddies once a week for supplies and Jacob and Dalton (and a 3rd guy, havent caught his name yet) ALWAYS greet me and anybody else that walks in the shop. That is a big deal to me having been a Quality Certified Trainer for Marriott for years in F/B and working in sales for Disney for almost 15 years. -- Here are two other big deals... PRICING & SERVICE. -- Again I cant tell you the amount of places Ive been in, that their pricing isnt consistent or displayed. When I ask Jacob, BOOM! He knows. -- Service... I vape and I like it strong. Well guess what people, they can bump up the nicotine level by selling you nic shots! And in specific instances (because of governing laws) they can bump up the juice IN HOUSE for you... and thank sweet baby Jesus because when I do it at home, half of it ends up on my counter-top. -- Now coming from the service industry, I recognize excellent service, Ill REVIEW it, Ill spend my money there and frequent the place... but more importantly... if you are going to make Dalton and Jacob get your juice up to 14mg like mine... YOU BETTER TIP THEM LIKE I DO!! EVERY TIME TOO!!! Right Guys??!! (I expect a discount next time Im in!! LOL 🤣) Thanks for the GREAT Custard Monster Vanilla bumped from 6mg to a WHOPPING 14MG!! OMG!!

Purchased an item, went home and it fell apart. I went back to the store within an hour and the salesperson absolutely refused to help me. He even suggested I spend more money to purchase another item, rather than provide me with a less expensive replacement. He asked us to meet him halfway while offering no solution. There is seemingly no way to contact a supervisor and we left the store. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

I am a regular customer who comes here daily. I have spent several thousand here. I had one vape not work, I do not have problems often. The manager offered me 10% off a replacement. I was shocked. If I had a history of returning vapes I would understand. But one malfunctioning vape and he acted like I was trying to pull one over on him when he sold me a defective product. I will not be buying my vapes here anymore

They have a vape liquid bar, which is cool however the bottles have an advertise price, the biggest bottle being 19.99, well the person there was trying to charge me 25 dollars so I asked is it really that much in taxes and she stated it was for the flavors i got, what!!!!!???. And its not about the money but the principle, if you advertise something at a price it should be that PRICE, they were going to have all of my business but now I have my doubts.UPDATE went back in and the same person was there unaware of the situation once again, this time I took pictures to post as proof of what I was saying, in hopes that MAYBE there was a sign stating what she was saying and maybe I missed it, but there wasnt!

Great staff whenever I go there if they don’t have exactly what I want they have great recommendations of what is similar to what I originally wanted. And the hours that they are open totality fit my schedule. I usually go there late night which works perfect for me.

I love this place. Super helpful and happy staff! Great music and great vibes. The pool tables and bar are definitely a plus when I bring my friends in with me to hangout. Avery, Rob, Hannah, and Andrea are always happy to help and deal with our questions (even the obvious ones). Always greeted upon walking in when they are helping others (simply told they will be right with me). Love meeting all the people that are regulars that help recommending items when we want to try something new. I will definitely be telling more of my friends about this place!!
Love the place, came in for a beer not expecting much, but the staff was friendly. Love the selection of premiums. Normally I get the the creamy, custard flavors, but Heisenberg was the first thing I vaped. Delicious and dont want to have to drive out to east side. Wish I could get it here. That is the only thing negative I have to say about this place. Highly recommend to anyone that has never been here. Great selections of craft beer as well.

I love that they’re open til 2am on the weekends so we can hang out late shoot pool and enjoy a few cold beers!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with beginners and the shop is always clean!! Nice lounge area with couches too!! The rewards program is my favorite I’m always earning free products from my points!! This place is worth the drive from where ever you’re located!!!

But the one thing thats always gonna be there is the excellent customer service.Theyre always helpful. Most of them are masters of their trade; and it shows.They keep the place clean (As much as possible, anyway)And its an awesome place to go and just chill if you need some down time. Unlike some other places; they dont say If youre not buying anything, get out.On top of that, theyve got a wide variety of juices and mods. Lowest price markups Ive seen in all of Orlando. Their prices never go more than 10-15% above what youd pay online BEFORE shipping and handling costs.10/10 best vape shop in town. Actually, in all of Central Florida. Ive been just about everywhere and nobody comes close.
Absolutely love this place. The house juice never disappoints, and picking your nicotine level is what sets this place apart from everywhere else. Its a place you feel like you can breeze in and out of or stay and chill for awhile with pool 🎱, card games, beer 🍻, tunes, and very friendly staff that will chill and talk with you.
Great staff. New juices all the time and custom juices made to your specs. Fair prices on everything (mods, atomizers, etc.) and a solid rewards program. Cheap craft beer flowing. Without a doubt the best shop Ive been to, no other comes close.

Theres something about mixing a Vape Shop with craft beer that makes me smile. Ive been going here for a little over a year and Ive been really happy with them. They have a good selection of products, their house juice selection is good size, on top of all the name brand juices. Very friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and good 🎶 music.*Side Note*They converted the old bar & lounge section into what is now SODO KAVA. They have a couple billiard 🎱 tables and healthy drinks menu including shots of Kava, full list of Mocktails, Kombucha, all kinds of specialty Teas, Iced and Hot Coffees and Superfoods. So if thats your kind of vibe, definitely a place to check out. ✌️
I have stopped in there for weeks asking for replacement tanks for my Zeus Max tank I’ve left my phone number with these guys told They ordered them. Still no replacement glass. I ordered on Wednesday 10 replacement glass tanks online two day shipping they arrived the next day. There’s no excuse. I’ve been going in there for a while now I bought both my Zeus Maxx tanks there and can not even utilize them. The service and the shop I’ve been going downhill lately very sad and very sad I wasted money on these tanks at a shop that I thought I’d be at for years.
I came in here ~10 months ago and never left. These people are my family now. The employees make hanging here fun as hell, and are theyre super informative for whenever you want to try something new/ your mod is being weird. PLUS youre hanging in a place with vape, beer, darts and *free* pool. I can honestly say theres no other place in Orlando I want to hang at.
Ok, so I had to update my 5 star review from a year ago... Because today I went in and got to see the new remodel and talk to Wade and Jacob about, well, shop talk. Anyways, it was really cool to receive help from them. They couldnt make one of their custom blends for at the time so I was able to buy a premium blend and add a touch of cooling to it and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Jacob for going the extra mile for me. Then I got some spools of wire cus the coils available wouldnt hold up under series vaping and again they went to find what had that could help. Hence the spools of wire. After that I needed cotton and they were out at the time unfortunately, but again they went above and beyond to give me some out of their own personal supplies and didnt charge me or hassle me about. When all was said and done the cost wasnt expensive at all, I paid simply enough and I was able to sit and talk with them about vaping, some vaping nostalgia (for us veteran enthusiasts) and see some of the master craft that is Purge with people that put hard work into each American made piece. Let me tell you too, I saw some beautiful pieces that they put out.I was very happy with my last visit a year ago and this one just blew that one out of the water. Thank you again Wade, Jacob and the home of Purge that is Fast Eddies Vape Shop.

So I used to really love this place. They were really cool and were able to help me out with anything. But now, the last 4 times I came here the employees were litteraly the rudest people Ive ever met, Ive spent hundreds of dollars in the last couple visits and these people act like Im doing nothing but wasting their time by shopping here, they are out of every house juice I ask for and get mad at me for not knowing and then they dont know enough about their products to help me choose a juice and suggest something similar to what I usually buy. Its sad because its not just one employee, its been 3 or 4 different people. Im done with this place, and all my friends are as well, cause Im not the only one with this experience,

So I went i today to get myself an electronic cigarette. I forgot my ID at the hotel and I explained the guy I have a picture of my driver license on my phone. He said that he will not sell me none if I don’t have the physical ID on me. I asked my friend if she can show her ID and the guy refused to serve her. I’m 26 and I find this very ridiculous. The day before I went in without an ID to get the same exact product( in which I lost), but yea I will take my business somewhere else. Thanks to my other friend that I sent inside the shop to get 🤪
Disappointing considering the shop’s notoriety. Limited selection of juice and hardly any actual Purge mods - the few in stock were covered in Patina. Drove here for my birthday expecting a destination shop experience - just a typical shop, tho. Disposables and d8 seem higher priority than vape.
Had a great experience here yesterday only issue that while the young man was helping us a young lady needed her shift covered and he forgot the one of our liquids but we will stop by today. Other than that great place, clean lounge, very knowledgeable and friendly! We will be returning regularly 👌🏽
The beer bar side has changed to Kava. But the vape store side of things is still hands down one of the best stores in Orlando for all your vaping needs. Staff always great and friendly.
I purchased a $30 bottle of loopsies from this place I got home put a new coil in cleaned out my tank filled it up and let it absorb in for like 30 min then when I took a puff I thought I was gonna die. What they mixed up for me tasted like rubbing alcohol and fruity pebbles Ill never go back here again. After looking at all reviews I couldve saved my money and time dont do what I did check all reviews before going here
Super knowledgeable staff. another vape store tried to rip me off and overcharged me. After a little bit of education in about half the money our lives were changed. Helped my girlfriend quit smoking in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend them. Im now a customer for life.
Ive been coming here after work for almost 2 months. The employees are super helpful, chill, and really know their stuff. They are one of the few places who mix their own juices and they are very good at it.

Shop is decent, has some choice of juice. But the owner never takes customer requests. Because he has a citrus allergy. We get it but other people want juice choices! We always try to come on the weekends after work. We typically get off at 11 pm and they have always been open till 2 am because it’s the weekend. Lately they have been closing the doors at 12am, and not telling people via Facebook or google that they have updated hours. So we will waste are time driving all the way to this vape shop that is 45 minutes away to then be closed with people inside. And when we call they never answer there phones. Especially if it is a out of state number. Definitely will not be coming back for a very long. Waste of a drive tonight. Thanks guys.
Cool staff, good place to hang out. They have a TV with fun stuff to watch, wine and beer on tap as well as good selection of bottles. Pool tables and darts. Their homemade juice selection is pretty good, and every week they increase their selection of popular brand juices. They build coils, have wires and cotton, and good range of devices. I wish they had more range, but I understand keeping a large stock is costly.I have been to a few vape shops and this one is the best one to hang out near downtown Orlando. I stop by and vape, have a beer, before heading downtown most of my nights. cool joint indeed
We are locals and we vape a lot! With that being said we have gone to every shop in Orlando, Kissimmee and Altamonte Springs. I even drove all over to Sarasota and Tampa looking for new juices. I have given Fast Eddies multiple opportunities since it is very close to my house. However I can honestly say I only had like one good experience with an employee that might not even work there anymore since you see a lot of different employees. Not consistent as you can see. The customer service sucks!! Every time I come here there’s just a bunch of guys taking over the display area just talking, profanity, joking with the employees and not even One second of acknowledgement from the employees. I would have to interrupt the party just to get their attention to try to sell me something and show me juices. Absolutely NO NEED FOR. How are you going to sell your product?? And how do you expect me to come back and come with friends? It is a nice spot, pool tables and even a bar but it seems that if I’m not friends with the employees, I’m not worth their time. Needless to say most of their own juices are sitting there for months! Without any updates, new juices or new devices. This is why there is a lot of vape shops closing. I am being very generous giving two stars.

So, Im just getting back into vaping due to the news falsifying that vapes were causing harm and deaths etc etc etc. Turns out they were lying (big shocker) because the only issues with vaping are the fake THC vape pods causing people to get sick. NOT nicotine vape. Anyways... My experience here was AMAZING. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The lady who helped me (Im sorry, Im very bad with remembering names) was super awesome. She showed me everything about the device I bought and explained how everything worked. And went into detail with all the different types of juices. I will definitely be returning to this location.
Ive been here twice before and had two very different experiences both times. The first time, I was excited to see just how large of a selection they had to offer when it comes to flavors and brands. I picked up a new flavor of Naked oil that I havent seen before and the staff were all knowledgeable and very nice.Then, about a month later, I decided to drop back in after work to pick up some coils since I had such a good expereince before and they are convienantly on the way home. Only one employee was working there. I described what I needed and he was very lethargic, as though I was the one bothering him or interrupted him even though I was the only customer there at the time. He seemed to not know what brand of coil I was asking for and had to pull it up for him to see despite it being a nationwide brand of vape mod. He then proceded to pull out a box and handed it to me. I paid and left. When I sat down in my car, I noticed he had given me the absolutely wrong tolerance I had requested, off by over 40 watts. I went back in and requested if I can swap them out for the correct ones only for him to say that they were out of then almost immediately. If you were out, why not just say so from the start instead of selling me the wrong product? What if I didnt notice or was an uneducated vaper and smoked a cool rated for 20 to 30 watts as opposed to my typical 70? I then just told him to forget it and returned then. Again, the whole time he was acting annoyed with me as though I was bothering him.I was super disappointed in the service and decided to avoid this place for anything other than oil if I need it. I know a lot of people that swear by this place and I know it is a great establishment. Hopefully, my next time there will be better.

Yah it’s a really chill place I come in and just hang out a lot but they redid their counter from a really cool white countertop with lights in it that changed colors to a glossy red unfortunately I liked it better before it was redone.
Buyer beware!!! I would have given zero stars if I could. Do not trust the owner Matt K. I was hired as a sub contractor to do work for Fast Eddies. It has been over a month now and i have still not been paid for the job. He is not a business man, he is a thief. Do not trust him.

I loved every moment that I was there , Upon walking in I felt as if I was walking into the Throne of Thrones for everything Vape . The staff there were incredibly professional very helpful very friendly just like regular people they had a great personalities and maintained the cleanliness of the shop to the finest standard me being a visitor from New York I was in heaven and wish I never had to leave if ever back in Florida I would definitely stop by again anybody that has never been here I highly recommend that you go here before anywhere else also Steph was very nice and just made me feel very comfortable being here they have a bar they have pool tables and an insane amount of space to make yourself comfortable do yourself the favor and stop in ...... Ok update , 3 years later this place is not the same as it was 3 years ago its completely fallen apart no more like to chill no more bar to relax and enjoy yourself no tv or pool tables anymore I drive a lengthy 4 hour drive to revisit this place and what a great break it was knowing what fast Eddies represents and to walk in and hear what is the manager day yeah team scoundrel and know nothing about the other name or execution squad was a complete let down and didnt feel comfortable spending any money there walked back to my car and legit cried because its not what it was anymore the unity has fallen apart ... Thank you for allowing me to share this but its just not the same anymore and wish I can keep it at a 5 star rating and feel pretty generous the 2 starts considering the long driveurge back with no new purge gear or swag

Not a pleasant experience.Went there on my lunch break with my clothes all dirty because of my kind of job and they treated me like s*ht, honestly, like this guy is not buying anything we dont care about him. Not going back. Staff people just one guy i can put apart and the 2 girls. Got a defective unit and when exchanging the guy helping just threw the receipt on the counter and walked away without saying a word and ignored me when i asked a question. Maybe they are selective with customers and thats how they have so many good reviews. Maybe.

When I walked in, I didn’t get a greeting I got really crappy customer service. When the guy was helping me he kept having to leave to go do something, and was really just rude. When I left I told them thank you and have a good night. Once again no response. I will not be going back there. 😡👎

Very interesting vape lounge. Great juice offerings and a nice space to hang out, play pool, and even have a few beers! The first vape lounge Ive ever seen with a bar and its cool. Definitely somewhere any person that Vapes should check out.
Much respect to the fast eddies crew ! Almost Every time I walk in I learn something new about the vape culture, my own mod, new tanks coming out and all their dope ass flavors. It took me a while to find a shop that welcomes new customers in wit such hospitality. I aint see nobody come in yet that wasnt treated fair. Good quality vape joint and damn they got some good house juices too. Fast eddies has been my primary shop for the past two months and theyve got themself a loyal customer in me. Dhat!
Sadly I have to give this a one-star review after I have been going to Fast Eddies since they opened. All it takes is one time to ruin a relationship. This is that time...Recently inquired and purchased a squonk device after conversing with the staff thoroughly to ensure that it I fully understood the product. Ive then went home and finished charging the device and begin its use for the first time ever within two pulls the battery dropped one bar after another three or four pulls I was at a half a battery. Obviously I assume return policy means that they will accept the device back if it does not meet the expectations. However this is not the case.. First im told that I have to try a replacement battery so I did that, battery took 24 hours to charge still with the same result. I then go back in only to find out that the personon staff theyre cannot give me a refund as previous employees of theirs have stolen from them so now the customer has to suffer without a refund because the company can no longer afford to refund money. I then speak to yet another manager Im told that theyve never had anybody come back with a problem such as this with this particular device. Which to me would indicate that it is this device particular that is failing. And then told that the batteries are supposed to be charged separately from the device which was never told to me when I purchased the device otherwise I would not have purchased this device as I dont have a battery charger because every other device that I own I can charge via the device itself. Not to mention this knowledgeable staff that they claim to have clearly did not have full knowledge that that would be the case as when I inquired about the device thoroughly before purchasing it was never mentioned. I can go on and on about the situation but I will leave it at this avoid buying devices or vape juice or anything at Fast Eddies if you want quality customer service with a knowledgeable staff I suggest going to Vapor krew or anywhere else other Fast Eddies
I think the coolest and best vape lounge there is in Orlando. They got pool, darts, and plenty of space. Large selection of in-house juice and popular stuff. they have many mods and vape products but their selection could be be bigger. Beer specials, Sake and always showing fun stuff on tv or ESPS, games, movies, etc. Staff is friendly and cool, will join conversations and have a great time, but sometimes its 50/50. cant help it if its busy and they can only serve 1 person at a time. Sometimes it takes them a while to bring another beer around. I Hang out here often and dont seem to be going anywhere soon.
If youre looking at reviews of a vape store you are either already a vaper or looking to vape. This store has a great selection, a bar and friendly staff. You always have to pay a little more for stuff in person so dont compare prices to online but they are very close. Also not a lot of the pretentiousness you see at most vape stores which is a very welcome thing

Very friendly staff and locals. I am new to using vaporizers, but the girl behind the counter was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. I visited late in the morning, but they also have a bar and pool table/darts. This will surely be my go to spot.

Ive been here a few times in the past month after quitting tobacco. Service is hit or miss depending on who you deal with. It seems there is a high turn over rate there, as there always is new faces when I go. I recently signed up for their Perka app which features a free 30ml bottle of juice for signing up. What I was given was a neutral flavor bottle with zero nicotine & not what I asked for. Who ever is doing this should stop bullshitting people or remove the perk if you are so cheap about juices. You may have lost several customers because of this. Fix it.
A vape shop that supports our state association that fights for vapers rights. If you are in the Orlando area put in on your to do list. About 25 minutes from disney. Clean and fun environment and the staff is professional as they come. Bring a smoker with you for they have a wide variety from starter to experienced. My favorite vape shop in Florida.

Cheap e liquid comes in MANY flavors including mimics of our fav cigarette brands, like nuuport. Plus they mix it in store. You can customize the amount of nicotine as well. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Bought a vape there on January 31st. It caught fire while using it. Today is March 2nd. I took it back with receipt and they would not replace the vape because they said it was over 30 days. Was told to contact the manufacturer which I did and they are replacing it but just felt it was bad customer service if you dont stand behind your products, Good luck!
