Great customer service and great atmosphere with a million options and knowledge to back it! They are super helpful and resourceful. Came in on vacation to grab a couple essentials and was helped to the T! I have been here before years ago on a trip to Orlando and it’s always been the same great place!

I visited this smoke shop after my nail appointment next door and I was amazed at the wide variety of flavors and items, they’re also very affordable. They have a huge selection for everything and the flavors I got were all prefect!! Zina helped me out and she was absolutely incredible. Very helpful and knowledgeable!! If you are in need this is definitely the place to go, they’ve got it all!!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Very friendly service! Lots of different products and such a variety of smoke products (ranging from hookah, Delta 8&10, cigars, and more). They also have edibles and some sweet glass. Very reasonable prices too. We got buy 2 get 1 free on pre-rolls and $5 cheep-o joints!

This place is awesome! Right by Seaworld so you’d think they would try and tourist trap you with the pricing, but their pricing is very fair. Their customer service is the best! I tried a D8 sublingual strip this was the first place I had ever heard about this, wow does this place have unique stuff! 1000% recommend

Never in my life have I experienced worse customer service. Some hipster dweeb who just stands there and points because they possess zero knowledge of their inventory. ⚠️ Caution some of the e-juice boxes are oversized make sure to read the box and do not take the (incompetent) staffs word -- about anything... I would be remiss if I did not compliment both, the excellent selection of (way overpriced) glassware, and the willingness of owners to hire the developmentally disabled.

I was in this location this afternoon, I was assisted by their associate Rita. Rita was absolutely perfect! Besides having a contagious smile and demeanor, she was the upmost helpful. Although there are what seemed to be thousands of items retailed her knowledge of them is A1! What Rita wasnt sure about she immediately found the answer. A+ to Hywaze and A++ to Rita!
