Great store Mike is a awesome guy helped me get what I was looking for first time visiting Miami.

I would just avoid this place, I bought a delta 9 vape that worked for one hour and then would not work any longer, even after being charged. When I went back to the store to replace it, the worker tried to blame it on me saying I charged it for too long and “burnt it” and that is what broke it (mind you I was never told when I bought it that it’s only supposed to be charged for 15 minutes). I only charged it until the light went off and then tried to use it and the light just keeps blinking and will not work. The “best they could do for me” is make me buy another pen for half price. They would not exchange it and would not refund, even though they sold me a faulty pen. I never said it was the workers fault, I was just upset that I’m left $30 out and with an unusable pen… the worker then proceeded to pick an argument with me saying I was being rude for no reason (poor customer service, maybe try being understanding for a customer that is now out money with a product that doesn’t work)…. It was a whole fiasco for literally no reason. You’re better off finding a different place that has better customer resolution skills.

*** TOURIST TRAP***This is my first ever review and I felt compelled to leave for this store. Went here thinking it may be a little overpriced because of the location near Disney, universal and the convention center but it is RIDICULOUS. I asked the woman working how much rechargeable vapes range from. She told me $25-29 which is a clear upcharge to begin with. After I chose a elfbar5000 which I typically pay $19 for after tax she rang me up for $35! Absolute scam. Stay away from this place.
