MOTION SMOKESHOP

I quit 5 months ago, worst place to work. Robbie bought out this shop, it used to be Lifted and he changed it to Motion smoke shop. Robbie threatened to report me to the cops and have me arrested for stealing the key to the store when I told him I got rid of the key after months of trying to get the key back to him and him never showing up. I received calls from his number multiple times a day, even after I blocked him he messaged me multiple times threatening me from other peoples numbers calling me vulgar names, even calling me with *69 as no caller iD over a key he could easily have replaced at home depot for less than $10. They never pay on time, every check was paid 3-4 days late and often times theyd only pay you 1/2 the check at a time. You are always working 10-14 hours with no break and they never want to pay you for the time you spend cleaning before and or after a shift. Their excuses every time they dont pay is that they dont have the money in their account right now which never made sense because he has flashy jewelry and a fancy car but still can never pay his employees. I gave amazing service to their customers, brought in a lot of business, helped manage their social medias and set up their business on all platforms like yelp google and apple and instagram. I was promised to be paid for the extra help for my services and was never compensated for it. I was promised $15 hour with bonuses and overtime pay and I was only ever paid $10 hour with no bonuses. I worked 70 hours a week and never got paid over time. This place is ran poorly by a 23 year old boy whose mom put up the money for the shop for him to have his own business, which he clearly cant do. I feel bad for his mom Evelyn she has lots of health problems that keep her constantly in and out of the hospital and she has to deal with the mess of a place all because her son cant grow up and learn to run a business properly.

Laura helped us a lot with a recommendation for an item that we were looking for. If you are in the Orlando area definitely check out this smoke shop. They have a great selection and super great customer service.

Horrible, I spent $20 for 2 vapes not even 2 hours later they stopped working! Tried calling their number thats on THIS site 10 TIMES and no answer. SMH

Lifted is a 🔥 smoke shop. I been coming to this location for about 3 years now. Ethan is always helpful and looking out for any way to help.

Went in there looking for lost Mary vape unfortunately they did not have any but I was able to try something different. I got a bc5000 in the watermelon ice flavor , usually I get a lost Mary Mary dream but Alexis was helpful and very educated thank you !

Madison is my go to girl, this is my favorite spot and I’m her regular. Literally the best.9/19/22Bino super dope, sweet and helpful. Alexis has the best service out of the smoke shops i been too i would come back again every day for the month just to see this beautiful young lady i hope you guys appreciate whats shes doing for your store.

Came in for the first time today. Was very impressed with the customer service, dude helped me out a lot! prices are reasonable and the guy behind the counter gave me a good hook up on my piece!!! definitely coming back.

The Hotel was very nice, however the Front Desk Receptionist was rude and unpleasant, we ask her for help in signing in to the parking ,so we could pay for it . She stated very sarcastically to me that she didnt make the rules and did not offer any assistance. VERY Unprofessional!!

Eli helped me find the proper charger for my vape and picked up a few more things. Check this place out. Lots of great devices and pieces for your smoke/vape needs.

Honestly the most expensive shop in the area. Their prices are insane almost identical to downtown prices. You can definitely find way cheaper prices for the exact same items at other shops nearby.

Awesome atmosphere, super chill and knowledgeable staff. Drakko was a great help for my first time in the store! Great variety of pieces and overall great vibes. Would highly recommend making a stop here!

Im so happy that I stopped here. Prices are pretty good, but what made my visit even better was the guy working there. Im pretty sure his name is Eric (I have terrible memory, sorry!). This afternoon I received my stimulus check and decided to treat myself to some new additions to my collection. Devan was phenomenal and and extremely educated! He was not forceful at all and genuinely took the time to make sure I was purchasing exactly what I was looking for! If he is not already, I would strongly consider making Devan a team lead or manager! I will definitely be back and will most definitely be asking for Devan specifically!Great job!

Levi should open his own shop. He is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I traveled the United States full time and have stopped at many smoke shops and I have yet to come across somebody as knowledgeable as Levi. His knowledge base is 2nd to none. The glass selection here is incredible and tons of choices for papers and wraps.I really dont know much about vape things but Cory knew exactly what I needed and helped me put the kit together. Great shop great experience. Check these guys out!!

This smoke shop has a variety of delta 8 pens with fair pricing. The customer service provided by KK was excellent. Kk detailed the pros and cons within the different delta 8 brands.

Simply the best Shop in East Orlando, great quality products, always new items and deals, great service & Super chill atmosphere. As a business owner of Infinite Home Services LLC. customer service and satisfaction is the key for a thriving business, having returning and come back customers hands down! I went in to purchase disposable vapes and the sales associate Ash was BEYOND helpful and very well informed on her products all throughout the store! Working in the sales arena for many years and seeing countless sales associates give input on product they ALL lack depth, knowledge of what the customer desires, and knowledge of product! Another happy visit to Lifted Smoke shop left my wife and I extremely happy. Both Ravage and Tyra went above and beyond with explanation and even allowing us a small sample of what we were buying before we purchased. This is the only shop i’ll go to in orlando!lifted always has what i need and it’s always at a reasonable price. the glass and art glass selection is very solid. they also have a nice variety of incense which i find to be a plus! cory and the rest of the crew are always super helpful and i always look forward to coming back :)

Okay I am a Florida native born and raised here in Orlando. So that being said, I am not going to lie or beat around the bush about anything no matter what it is. This is one of the 3 smoke & vape shops that I have ever known. Their customer service is top rank! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! GET LIFTED!

Went in to get a vape my fav (strawberry watermelon) & Darrien & Cocoa were super helpful and sweet. They offered me the deal they had going on (love the upscale, because I too work in retail) and explained the difference between the different kinds of vapes. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. Darrien listened to what I like and don’t like and recommended the tropical fruit one and it’s my new fav. Love this smoke shop!

I bought a hemp charging rolling tray from here and it didnt work. However. I called and they were Able to see me and check the tray right away and when they saw it didnt work they replaced my item with something of equal value. I know a lot of smoke shops that would just turn someone away saying all sales are final . This smoke shop took very good care of me and they have a wonderful selection of products!! Highly recommend!
