I recently visited Zen Hybrid Shop and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine friendliness from the staff. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products, patiently answering all my questions and offering valuable recommendations based on my preferences. Great products. MALT

This tobacco store has operating hours of 8am and I went to the facility and waited until 8:15 am with no site of an operator or anyone to open the store. They are not honest with their hours of operation and I would not recommend going to this facility because you do not know if they are open or closed and it is a waste of your time and gas.

Very nice place to get all your tobacco products. They have always taken great care of me as a customer.

An amazing shop with an even better owner. Swing through on my way north from UNC and an amazing experience was had. I would recommend to anyone, hands down the best place I’ve been last two years!!

OMG!!!! The best store Ive been to in a long while. The products were well displayed and organized. The guy in the store treated me like an old friend. He set me up right and proper. They have certainly made me a loyal customer only after one visit.

I spent about 15 minutes asking questions and being indecisive. The gentleman never seemed frustrated or irritated. He gave clear and informative answers. In love with this place , definitely my go to when i am looking for detailed answer to any of my questions. the owner is very friendly and welcoming and he will always make you feel at home . he is also very informed on the products in his store , not just as far as vape products ,but also cannabis.

Having lived in Raleigh and traveled Europe this is one of the best new age hemp shops you will ever enter. Adam and his staff are absolute pros that have high quality hemp based products for multiple uses. They have top quality flower, carts, and gummies with CBD as well as a variety of “deltas” in different strengths and potencies. Adam will answer your questions, let you sample, and have a quality solution for you. It’s worth the drive if you live in Durham, Creedmoor, or North Raleigh. I dont know who this Josh gilley guy is or if he even came to the right shop but he is 100% wrong on everything he said. Mo goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy and tries to get exactly what they want. The prices are better than other shops, the knowledge is way better than others, and if you have a certain juice you want Mo will order it and keep it in stock for you. It is true that you cant please everyone and people will be unhappy no matter what. Keep up the great work Mo and all the employees of Zen!!!!!!

Mo and his wife (and Ox) are the nicest people you could hope to meet. Their customer service is out of this world. Mo is super knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond to meet his customers needs and the demand for top quality, popular products. It’s always a pleasure to visit the shop and hear about his latest ideas and new additions to his product line.

The shop owner, Mo, is one cool cat! He is first and foremost passionate about his products and his fellow small business owners. Then he is fun! One who is never afraid to make you smile. Next, he is beyond intelligent in ALL things. If you are new to or an experienced soul in the vape industry you need to stop by his established but soon to be expanded shop. High prices, poor customer service, double charging at times on same transaction has happened multiple times with no explanation… When confronted was told if I didn’t like it not to come back to his store…The owner claims his prices are higher because he has a store front near Walmart…Moe the owner even called my home to run his mouth threatening me for complaining in his store…Was told my business wasn’t needed that he had plenty of customers… Don’t waste your time you will get screwed everything in this place is $10 to $15 more expensive than most other places…Watch your cc/dc charges with this place also they love to charge you extra and keep the receipt so you don’t see it… Beware

In todays retail world, its difficult to find a shop owner that actually takes the time of day to educate, ask questions, and offer solutions. Where most shops say I dont have that. Thats an old model, and parts are hard to find. My experience with this shop, and having an older model of device was painless, with a simple suggestion to simply swap a part for a universal piece with the same mechanical use, made by a different manufacturer. So yes, while I didnt spend the $80+ on a new device, I think Ive spent triple that in loyally shopping for any and all other necessities needed for vaping use.Vape shops are taking a huge hit, so we need to reward the ones that are good, and worth shopping with. Dont pass this shop up. Drive the extra 10 minutes to visit this location. You wont be disappointed.

Was charged $20 tax on 2 $40 Items.. I tried talking to the owner and it seems to be normal..Im sad, because I liked some of the Items..Get a Receipt.Prices are different every time.

This is by far the best tobacco shop I have ever been too . He makes your day as soon as you walk into the shop! Went in one evening in so much pain. Walked out feeling so relaxed and stress free ... I would recommend him to anyone💯💯

I had an awful experience at another vape shop and decided to stop by ZEN tonight on the way home from work. Mo was outstanding and very informative on which products fit my needs for now and possibly for the future. He was not “pushy” and never tried to upsale me. He let me try several different devices and juices. I will only buy from him from now on. I can’t wait to try more types and expand my knowledge. His prices are the best as well!! Thanks ZEN!!!

Had good prices in the beginning when we arrived to set up carnival as the next few days went on the prices slowly rose to where its almost 2.00 more than when we started this is ridiculous we dont make much money as it.for a company to Raise the prices 2.00 just because of the carnival people spending 100s and more at your vape store and get greedy and want to charge us more

This shop has very knowledgeable owners. They are also always updating and bringing in new items. This is the only place I go to for my vape products. They have the latest legal THC products like HHC, delta 8, etc. l highly recommend this shop.

I had an excellent experience at zen hybrids. Mo and Renee have been friendly and very knowledgable about all the products and devices in the store. I came out of there with alot of new knowledge and have been able to find what works for me. I visited the store for the first time last week and have been back three times already. Thank you guys for getting me right😉

I echo all the other reviews on the excellent and generous staff and management here. This is a great, new, small family business; and they gave me a good CRASH-course on some of their new products. :-)

This place is incredible! They have the absolute best verity of merchandise I have ever seen in any smoke shop! No one was pushing me to buy anything in the store. I totally recommend for anyone new to vaping, they provide very useful information about all of the products they have.

Very educational for me. Very friendly atmosphere. We shop there often. Well stocked inventory of top quality products. And a friendly staff that is very knowledgeable about the products that they are handling. Plenty of parking available.
