Nice man, honest prices (lowest, in other words) and vast selection of glass (half the store), including devices that I dont even know what they are.Eclectic selection of cigarettes with brands Ive never even heard of. Tobacco flavored vape oil for super low prices.I mean it on the vape oil. Puffy charges over $5 less than the competition.Fine ash catchers for the same price as I can get them from China. I was shocked when I saw the price on them.Check it out.

Doesnt sell flavors, the stuff they do sell you get across the street for cheaper lol, No point going here unless you love wasting money.

Tony is awesome! Super knowledgeable on all products, has everything you need, and has killer deals! Visited him for the first time this weekend to buy a new piece. Unfortunately my piece didn’t make it 24 hours before it was in a tragic accident. 😢Tony was super helpful and gave a nice discount on our replacement piece and even offered to fix the broken one! Hands down the best smoke shop in oxnard. The glass here is really good quality and they have basically anything you can think of. Plus the guy running it is a good person and helps the community so you should support this store

The best smoke shop Ive personally been to and Ive been to alot across southern California. Selection, pricing, rotation of product, knowledge of staff, can not be beat anywhere. Its hard not to sound like a promotional commerical for the place but its just been my experience if Im comparing this smoke shop to any other one Ive been too. Its just many steps above and doesnt get the credit for it.

The owner of the store is extremely nice and caring, he takes his time with each customer and is sure to answer any question u may have. he is a workaholic but takes pride in making sure u leave satisfied. i have never been disappointed n he always makes sure i leave with a smile on my face

This smoke shop always has the coolest, newest, most unique, & latest Smoking devices… Guaranteed you will see something that’ll catch your eye here! I began to notice…..{after visitin MANY😮‍💨Shops in Ventura County}…....that Puffy’s is where it’s at!!! All the other shops start displaying the same cool devices months later opposed to how much time has passed since i first spotted the same items over at Puffy’s! He has a great selection of glass, so hard to decide on 1, great quality too. & Tony is a GEM 🏹 🖤 . couldn’t b more delightful and helpful to all my smokerz needs! 🥸 🙃

This place has by far the very best selection. I have been to every smoke shop in Ventura County and this place is one of the best for variety and selection. Totally unique selection stuff you wont find anywhere else.which is what I look for in a smoke shop so A+
