Been Going to this smoke shop for years now and I had to come on here and honestly let everyone know that if they haven’t been in there yet. They definitely need to check it out and switch over. The owner is always remodeling his shop and switching things up. So the place has style and definitely connects with the customers. Personally , I love the way Vivi runs the place when she works. The music , the incense’s she uses to have the place smelling good all the time, and how she always has the place clean.So she’s definitely my fav out of all the employees.She’s always looking out and even using her tip money to help others when they are short a couple bucks.They got a bunch of different cool bongs and pipes. Variety of smoking tools, torches. You name it.And another thing I love is The Raffles.!They always hook us up with a bundle of stuff. Like a bong , pipe, and an assortment of things along with it for us to win!

Usually good experience,good customer service, but there are days (like today) that throw me off. For example ,its 10 am(they open at 8am) & I been waiting outside for bout 30 mins . They have a back in 5 mins sign up and have a lit up OPENn sign up,SOidk wats up with me waiting this long outside patiently . Im getting the feeling noones here which will have meant I wasted my time this Friday morning .now putting me in bad mood rest the day. Must be a issue due to owner mess up. Or employee not showing up causing store to not be accountable for its hours..

Staff is so very helpful. I bought a defective item, took it back the next day. Unfortunately they had run out of that item by the time I got there the next day so i bought a bit more expensive item but was given an extremely generous discount. Owner was very apologetic and made sure I left happy and satisfied. Great store, great customer service!

Very limited stock.After finding something to justify my trip over, they sold me expired product. The price sticker was conveniently covering the date.Their price is a lot more than other stores even if they offer a discount.Not worth the trip

I frequently shop at I smoke shop on C street in Oxnard there prices at good they usually have what I want and the employees are excellent they are always helpful polite as well as knowledgeable about the merchandise they sell I have recommended many of my family and friends to them. Watch out !Theres this known creep that stands at the front , hes big and just stares at people making them feel super uncomfortable. I was going to come here but once I saw him I didnt even enter this store. I used to like coming here but now I feel so uncomfortable that Ill never come here again. I went to the smoke shop on 7th and b they have a more welcoming ambience.

Terrible, terrible customer service.Save your money, time and energy and go somewhere else unless you want to be treated like human trashI used to go for the convenience, but I’d rather drive somewhere else and wait in traffic.Disappointing.

Had what I needed but, overpriced compared to prices I’m used to. I got a SMOK Rolo Badge cartridge for $9.99. I’ve purchased these in Seattle, San Francisco, and Missouri for $3-6. Online has them even cheaper. 3 stars for having them and the polite employee :)
