Crossbay Express Smoke & Vape Shop,hookah shop, Convenience Store

Went in to purchase lighter fluid and they sold me a used half empty bottle for twice the price of market value. They are scamming.

Its 3am Jan. 3, 2023. Im a repeat customer and never had any issues with this store or any of its employees except for today. First, I went to the Burger King/Sunoco across the street to get a bottle of water first before going here, then I called to ask if they were open, they said, yes, then I asked if they had any of the Fume Vapes, the guy said, no. Anyway, I walked across the street into their store, the guy behind the counter watched me walk in and I never moved anywhere near the refrigerators and stood in line and waited patiently for him to check out the customer there before me. Then I asked the guy that wasnt behind the counter if they had any Fume Vapes, he said, yes, what flavor? So I told him the flavor and he gets it for me and then I pay for it and then guy behind the counter asks, you want the water too, I said, no, I brought this in with me. And I left.So first of all, you lied to a customer (me) on the phone about an item you know you have, but then when that customer (me) comes into the store, you have what theyre looking for?Thats not good customer service. Please do better.

I have been coming here for 10 years and usually they are good, but today I had the worst experience in the shop. I bought a vaporizer from them because I thought I lost mine. One of the workers was nice and offered me a 10 dollar discount on my piece which was nice.But he then asked for cash straight up because he didnt want to pay the CC fee associated with the item. He rather me eat the 5 dollar total fee for taking out $80. I bought the piece, but then found my original vape in my car parked right outside of the store. I walked back in and asked for my refund because I didnt need the item anymore. It was about 1 minute that I was gone. Then I was refused my cash refund and was told that I could have $80 of store credit.They didnt even try to work with me, someone who was a loyal customer for years. Simply nope and I have to eat $85 total now. Not cool. I will never buy anything from this store again, and I urge other people to do the same.They offer you discounts for overpriced pieces then urge you to pay cash so you cant ask for a refund. That is really shady business ethics. Overpriced and terrible refund policy.Go to Nimbus on Crossbay. Way cooler and the dude there has refunded me cash for some items that were not in functioning order. I would have understood if I opened the package and came back later in the day, but I literally walked out then walked back in after checking my backpack for my other vape. I think they had room to work with me, but chose not to.So I will choose not to do business with them either. Lost a loyal customer in the area. Sorry, not sorry.

Horrible service. I called to find out if they have tfv8 tank. The guy on the phone tells me come and check. I ask him again what the price was he says 15-17$ without even checking. I come in to grab one the price is 50$ for just the tfv8 baby tank. You can find a full kit on ebay for 25$. Ridiculous!

Nice place, immense collection of cigars and vape juice, very cheap prices on each juice and cigar. They have sale also on Saturday and Sunday e juice wid very lowerprice .. I just got kilo e-juice 2 for only $45.00 plus much more .

All types of beers at a great price. They were very friendly. They helped us out with whatever we needed. We found different beers from all over the world.

Sorry but these guys are a rip off in vape products. U will pay $5 less for an item at anothe shop on liberty for the same brand.
