Gotham Vape Shop

These Guys are a class act. I had a vaping emergency Saturday night, I was running late to a party and was out of juice! As i got closer to my event I desperately searched for a vape shop to pick up some juice to make my party a little more enjoyable. I Stumbled across Gotham, walked up the stairs and into an amazing Cloud Competition. Regardless of that fact they were extremely helpful and treated me very well, even though I was out of place dressed up in a suit. They were a true class act and im sure i will go there again. Even though i live an hour away. By far my best experience at a vape shop. I have been vaping for over 5 years.

I brought the eleaf icare kit from this shop about 2 weeks ago. So far I have brought it back twice to get it fixed. I have followed all the rules they told me. I changed 3 coils, made sure it was charge, full juice, and no exhale on the vape. However, no one at the shop at this point could fix it. I DIDNT ASK FOR A RETURN! I ASKED FOR AN EXCHANGE! I was told to look at the sign on the wall! I was told to call the manufacture. They are zero help and have no pride in their products. Dont waste your time here so you can buy a lemon and they dont take responsibility for it.According to the shop owners comment I only visited twice but thats false. I visited three times within A WEEK AND 2 DAY. PLZ REFER TO DATE OF PURCHASE. I was in your shop the day after I brought it. The third time was today where your employee cannot fix it within your two week guideline.Also the FDA guideline is that vapes or ENDS is to be regulated as a tobacco product therefore coming with age restrictions. Please find me the FDA regulations for poor ownership of products.I am not asking for my money back I am asking for at least an exchange for a vape that actually works. I would really love to know how asking for an exchange on a lemon is against FDA regulations.

Went on google maps to look for a vape shop for my boyfriend was first sceptical about the look going in until we actually got inside the shop. It was beautiful cant wait to go back!!!

This local vape shop has friendly and knowledgeable people. They stick great vape liquids and is a very relaxing space.
