THIS IS A 1 STAR!!!!!!!!!Despite a hiccup in my most recent visit here. I’m leaving a five star because of Mike’s excellent and accommodating service the first three times that I shopped here. Not only is he very knowledgeable of the product, but has put me onto some of my favorite flavors of disposables. On my most recent visit, there was a somewhat young lady working the counter. While she was definitely kind and courteous in her demeanor. She seemed rather gung-ho to go above and beyond to tell me every way she WOULDN’T accommodate me for not having a physical copy of my ID. as opposed to making any attempt whatsoever to accommodate me and make the picture and digital copies I had work. Maybe a call could’ve been made to someone higher up, maybe at least taking a look at it before letting me get 3 feet into the door and dismissing me for a second time that day. As someone who manages a store of my own and has purview over several customer service reps. My step one training to them is try to avoid the word no. Maybe at least try “While I can’t do that for you, here’s what I can try to do for you” Instead of just dismissing someone who is trying to bring business to your establishment. That’s okay though, jaguar vapes right down the road was more than happy to give me a manager who could help me out And accommodate my request while I’m in a bind, And they were able to get me a product (that you didn’t have) at the same price of the lower quality version of the product you would’ve sold me. Jaguar vapes has eaten your lunch today Area 51. I still will be coming to this location because of it’s convenient location in relation to where I work, But I can tell you right now if I see this somewhat young lady instead of Mike’s Inviting and smiling face, I will be walking right out of that door and letting Jaguar vapes eat your lunch that day too, And I would urge anyone that reads says to go see Mike and not The aforementioned, somewhat young lady. It’s the customer service for us! We stopped by this location and received the best service from Summer and I’m sure she delivers through Fall, Winter, and Spring also! She had what we needed and was very attentive to our experience.

Was helpful in selling the bong. However it leaked .Went 2 take it back for an exchange was informed no refunds or exchanges ot was 2 days oldexchanges.Now Im stuck with it and there is no sign anywhere that says that
