Friendly desk staff greet upon entrance and after massage. Booked a same day massage with Ted who was excellent! I explained my tension spots and pressure. Felt relaxed and relieved afterward.

Went to get a massage yesterday to relieve my extreme sciatic nerve pain, ended up extremely bruised. I paid for an hour massage, but it was more like 40 mins. 125.00 then tip. So 145.00 dollars later, I can barely walk, I’m bruised and still in extreme pain. I was expecting a relaxing massage to help relieve the tight muscles. She spent the whole time pushing very hard on the muscles in that area. That’s not a massage that was torture. I was expecting her to rub it out.I assumed during the massage that she knew what was best to get the muscles moving, till I got done. Within hours I couldn’t move, I’m bruised and my knee is swollen and I’m unable to stand up without using a cane. I’m 53! A massage is to relax not feel like you have been in a boxing ring. I told her getting started that my back is very sensitive and tender. She insisted on “pushing it out” I kept flinching and she kept pushing.When I was done she said you will be sore tomorrow drink lots of water…Sore is one thing, can’t move is another.The price I paid for this was extreme but I was desperate for relief. Now I’m 145.00 in the hole, for an 40 minute massage (not 60) bruised and using a cane. Not what I was hoping for when I went to get relieve.

I’m actually disappointed in this place. I went in to book a surprise massage for my husband for an anniversary present. The lady that helped me book the appointment awesome! But I didn’t get her name. Now the lady that did my husband’s massage was, according to my husband was “way too much”. Too much talking, too personal with questions about things she really shouldn’t have been asking in my opinion. My husband couldn’t even enjoy a relaxing massage without this Gina lady talking his ear off. I was extremely disappointed in this. I’m not sure but to me a massage should be clam, quiet and relaxing. Not asking about someone’s personal life and commenting on what all his tattoos mean. My husband was super disappointed and just wanted to relax. He said she did more talking than massaging. And he felt like he didn’t get a good massage, mediocre light pressure because she kept stopping to talk and my husband didn’t know what to say. Be more professional. Never going there again.

On 9/22 had an appt with Vanessa. Had a gift card for a massage that I got from my daughter for Mother’s Day. I don’t spend a lot of time on “self care”, so I was just getting around to using it. IT. WAS. AWESOME! Vanessa came and talked to me briefly for a consult, then got to work. It was amazing. Literally. Next time I go, the head massage will be on my “needs attention” list. It was absolutely lovely, and I highly recommend her!!!

After having online registration issues, I called, booked, received a 90-minute massage, joined as a member - all yesterday. Considerate, caring staff. I’m new to the area and they were so understanding when I miscalculated weather & traffic, making me late. Anthony gave me one of the best therapeutic massages that I’ve ever had. He is intuitive and a skilled therapist. I’ve been reluctant to join ME chain; but, the staff at Palm Coast location sealed the deal. I’m looking forward to my next service!

Went in for a massage. Was offered a new $75 membership told the lady i wanted to talk to my husband 1st and then i asked would the membership offer still be good later and I was then told that I could sign up today and CANCEL if I changed my mind before 30 days. I called the next day to cancel after speaking to my husband. Was told that I could not cancel. Feels like a bait and switch thing or Fraud in the inducement which is illegal in FL. Waiting for management to call me back.UpdateManagement canceled my membership.

AHHHmazing experience! I go there for facials and massages. Melissa is fantastic. She applies just the right amount of pressure and are very focused on making sure that you are getting the best massage.Teresa gives great facials too!The talent here is off the chart!!!

She was very mindful of my areas of injury and made certain she was providing proper care while not aggrivating those injuries. Very important. She was very professional and also super friendly while providing a great muscle massage. Stephanie is AMAZING. If you’ve never been to Stephanie, you’ve never had a great massage. I’ve been seeing her monthly for over a year now. She always listens, and makes me comfortable and relaxed. if you have a specific area that needs attention, she has the knowledge and expertise to make it feel better. Her technique is perfect and her warm personality puts me at ease. Exactly what a good massage should be! I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Carly is amazing. I thought I would never be able to find another aesthetician when I moved here a few months ago but when I found Carly I knew I was going to be ok. She listens and doesn’t push. I like her technique and her style.

Anthony is outstanding. He’s everything my wife and I see as an excellent therapist. And I mean that. He listens and then addresses with great talent as to how to treat his patients. I say this because I have had hundreds of massages and I know many do not. It’s the exception but I know all try and give their best. I do not wish to disparage anyone just how he is someone who is willing to keep learning as no one has all skill and knowledge.

Palm Coast Locations staff were all super friendly and amazing. Alexis took care of all the appointment related items professionally, efficiently, thoroughly and very friendly. Joshua worked miracles on detailed deep tissue massage and my months worth of headaches were gone after he figured out the cause in jammed muscles. Totally recommend this location! The overall athmosphere of the staff is very family like and it’s great to enter a business where you can feel everyone gets along and enjoys working together.

An excellent service; nice location, friendly personnel and the biggest assets are the body work professionals.In my three sessions I worked with Mr. Abner whose healing touch was intuitive, resourceful and attentive. He listened to me, he communicated through touch with my bodys needs and he selected proper techniques. The positive outcome was manifested in eliminating soreness and increasing flexibility. I had one of the best massages with Stephanie I’ve ever had! She knew right where all the pressure points were & the right amount of pressure to apply.Lewis went over all the details very thoroughly upon arrival, and explaining the Massage Envy program. Just finished my third facial at Massage Envy with Teresa. I’m addicted. Staff at the front desk is amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly.I haven’t tried any other person there for facials except Teresa, because she is perfect. I can’t imagine anyone else being better, she has just the right personality.I wanted a massage but didn’t want to give up my monthly facial, so I scheduled an additional service, in a couple of weeks.Clean, excellent and stylish decor.I’m so happy I found Massage Envy in Palm Coast.

I usually get a dual massage once a month by Rachel she really is the best in my opinion. They go out of there way to accommodate my daughter and I. They have done an amazing job on my daughters and my face. She no longer has really bad acne and my wrinkles are starting to go away. We look and really feel amazing whenever we leave there. The massage has really been helpful with my poor circulation. There are so many things that I could go on and on about, but I will cut to the chase. Its worth the money for me. I dont like to spend on myself but as a mother of 5 children I feel guilty for spending money on myself. But this I dont mind.

I called in and booked a last min appointment at around 1130 am they said they had a 2pm appointment available and due to unforseen circumstances I wasnt able to make the appointment.I was still charged for the full hour session even though and hour and a half earlier the space was vacant.! I never do things like this for myself and I needed it badly and I cannot afford to go somewhere else now that they took my money Im pretty disappointed to day the least!

Nicole is AMAZING!! I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years now and she continues to exceed my expectations. She’s awesome at what she does and her positive energy is infectious. She always knows just what to do to make me feel better. The only downside is that she is so wonderful that you must book way in advance. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a positive therapeutic experience.

Got booked for a 90 minute massage with Masa and it literally changed my life physically & mentally! He did an amazing job at releasing my stress, and went along with my preferences so I was comfortable. Then followed up with a 60 minute facial with Carly and my skin has never looked nor felt better. She gave me a list of products she’d recommend for my skin type to help with aging, moisture and of course overall health. Definitely will be back for these two!

Amanda is a very educated informational therapist.Im speaking in general. In past 3 months Ive had different therapist. Several times, I was called back 5 minutes or more after my scheduled appointment time, then you get undressed another 5 minutes and when the massage is over (5 minutes early) you end up with a 45 minute or less, massage. This is my only complaint. I believe you schedule clients to close together. So its not the therapist fault. Its the people doing scheduling. People at front desk are polite and courteous. Wait a minute, MAYBE this is MANAGEMENTS problem. Just had one of my best and professional experiences at Massage Envy. Amanda was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I told her about my problem areas and she worked out the knots in my shoulders, neck and calves. The total experience was done safely, with all required precautions being taken to protect their employees as well as their clients.

My experiences at Massage Envy have been at the Palm Coast location and they have been nothing short of amazing experiences with the different staff members. All those with whom Ive interacted with have all been extremely friendly, maintained a positive attitude and demeanour and were very knowledgeable.One of the best aspects of my experiences at ME is my experience with my massage therapist, Irena. She was my first massage therapist and ever since then I book my appts ahead of time because she gets booked really fast. She really is AMAZING! Not only is she very experienced, she is also extremely skilled, friendly and very knowledgeable with the human body and of specific exercises to help a clients specific problems. In summary, I have been extremely pleased with Irenas services and with the range of services offered at ME.

I always have a good experience here, Stephanie is incredible. I have seen her for years and she has directed me when I need another provider—chiropractor or orthopedic or primary. I feel like she is an integral part of my healthcare team. I’m so grateful to have found her! Five stars is not nearly enough!

I have been a ME client for a few years now (Thanks to my husband and kids).Anthony listens to the clients needs and does a wonderful job targeting problem areas. I have done two massages with him so far and have been extremely happy with both. He has used different techniques than I have received before and they have helped tremendously. I am new to the area and went today for my first massage. Really loved the atmosphere! The front desk receptionists Anna and Nicole were very nice and helpful. My therapist Molly was very good and made the experience so relaxing. I decided to purchase a membership because I have Fibromyalgia and monthly massages are a must for me. I feel like the membership was fairly priced too compared to other places I have been. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

Was told I had credit and a half for my massage from my membership I just ended. My original massage was cancelled by Massage Envy. Then when I did my rescheduled massage, they made me pay for what I already paid for. I was told a manager would call me and it never happened. Still missing a credit and a half. Love my massage therapist but I could never get an appointment - even with any therapist. Had to book a month or two out. This is the main reason why I ended my membership. Now I definitely won’t be going back!

As always, my massage therapist Amanda was spot on with my massage today. I have been to her several times now and she is definitely my top choice. Professional, courteous and attentive to my trigger spots. It may sound corny, but I feel like a new woman when I leave after my 1 hour sessions with her and feel ready to take on whatever my day holds for me.I am also grateful and appreciative of the staff and how seriously they take our current COVID situation regarding mask wearing, cleanliness and sanitizing. As a health care provider myself, this is a top priority for me. This Palm Coast Massage Envy the best.

Just moved to PC and first time at this location. I will start with the positive Jessica who provided my facial was awesome! Super sweet , explained everything throughly as she went along and had recommendations for products.Now the negative first they are under staffed for massage therapist I have been trying yo get an appointment since 3/21 booking all the way into May just to have my appointments canceled.Second they were very pushy and insistent that I had to have a credit card on file at their location or they would not hold an appointment for me. I have been a member at Atlamonte Springs since 2006 and have used locations all over FL as well as out of state for work/ travel and never been forced to give my credit card. This is as recent as March where I visited a location in NC.Third when I went to check out they told me I owed an additional $15 for a service. They explained to me it was because the price point of my membership and they had to price match to their location. If this is their policy I should have been informed of this at the time of booking. Additionally as I stated above I have used locations all around the country including LA and NY where I know things cost more and I have never been asked to pay an additional fee for basic service that was not an enhancement.

The best customer service! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Cola if you’re in need of massage therapy! 10/10 the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She listens to your exact aches, pains, and areas you need work on. I feel like a whole new person after my massages with her. Thank you Cola!

Ill start saying my therapist was phenomenal. I have been a ME member for over 13 years. I travel the state for business, and it has always been a pleasure to be able to book a massage in whatever city I may find myself in. Imagine my surprise when finishing my awesome session in Palm Coast that I owe an ADDITIONAL $30 fee for not being a member at THIS location?? I have never in 13 years come across this situation....Pompano Beach, Ft Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Ocala, Tampa....I have NEVER come across this situation ever. I am deeply insulted and hope this is an isolated case that I never come across at any other locations. If this is a new company wide policy, well, the last 13 years were nice anyway. That will be the end of that. An extra $30 for being a traveling ME member, Thats just greedy. Seeing some people having some pretty bad experiences on the facebook page too.

I get chemical peel treatments here monthly to keep my skin clear , glowing , and youthful , definitely should try one if you havent theyre amazing , no crazy peeling like most other chemical peels , they feel comfortable and the results are so awesome !! The estheticians here are super professional , knowledgeable , and make the best recommendations for exactly what your skin needs , the products they carry are top of the line and actually give you results . I also come for massages , The massage therapists are also amazing , super skilled and make you feel safe and comfortable during the session. The environment at this place is awesome and I always feel cared for and so welcomed!

Always professional double checking on appointment times great quality therapy. Out of the 7 professional massages Ive had this was definitely the best (Cole)she has obviously had some in practice. I have always had an issue with improper pressure in delicate areas,This was definitely not the case during this session; well recommended cant wait till next months appointment.

The staff are always fantastic. Today I had an emergency problem and my normal therapist Molly, who is amazing, wasnt available so I saw Josh Taylor for the first time. He was great at focusing on the specific problem areas that I was having and really helped me feel a ton better!

I love this Massage Envy! Nina at the front reception is amazing. She is competent, kind, and things run very smooth when she is there. I love when I call or show up and she is present, she makes it feel like home. Today my therapist was Steph and she is amazing. Steph listens to your needs and lets your muscles tell her what they need to feel better. She used many techniques to work out the many knots in my back and neck and this approach seems to work great with my needs. She is usually booked out and I am so glad I had a chance to get an appointment with her today.

I walked in stressed and achy. I left that office feeling stress free and pain free. Christi was very professional and knowledgeable. She didn’t just help with my back pains. She showed me stretches that will help with my problem areas that I could use while working. As a customer I felt that I was listened to and valued. I will be back. Those with a desk job that sit all day I recommend the Palm Coast site.

I retired at the end of the year and moved from California to Florida. I decided to go into the Palm Coast Massage Envy to treat myself. Once there I learned about the membership which was an absolutely fabulous idea!I love this location as they have an amazing separate tranquility room and all of the staff have been super friendly!I now live in Daytona and still drive 45 minutes just to go to the Palm Coast location. I love being pampered by Racheal who does facials and massages! Kat was also amazing and I hope she returns very soon!Give this location a chance !

I had an amazing facial today with Teresa! The experience was relaxing and rejuvenating. My skin feels so much softer and the products used are top quality. Very professional. Very clean environment. My therapist Stephanie always makes me feel 110 percent better. She knows exactly where to apply deep pressure on the muscles that are troublesome. My massage was awesome, Nina and Nicole at the front desk always exceeds my needs. My Therapist Aly, somehow knows exactly what I need before I do. I was driving to my appointment and was thinking about adding the hot towels and that was the 1st thing she suggested to help work out the kinks. I absolutely love her and the service that she provides.

Sarah was very personable and knowledgeable about the skin care products I already use. She was able to give me a couple of tips to make the most of those products. I have used Massage Envy for both skin care and massage. The staff has always been very professional and listen to goals and concerns.

Saw Kat today for a massage. She was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and focused on the areas I said needed the most work. Everyone at this facility is great and they keep it clean and well maintained. Will continue to come to this location.

She listened to my needs ad concerns, did breath work with me throughout and I left feeling like an old friend. If you need to relax, be pampered and uplifted then you need to visit this location. Steph is the best therapist at ME. I tried several until I found her and so glad I found a great therapist. I have chronic back pain and she is really good at working all that out. I appreciate every visit I have. It really helps keep my health on track.

I went in for a massage. I have been having major neck and shoulder pain which was causing headaches. Sonya was my masseuse and she was fantastic!! I wanted to stay 2 hours. She worked out my knots and tense muscles so great. I will definitely be back to see her.

Purchased a gift certificate for $109, was supposed to be one hour massage for my mom. She left in tears. The front staff made her pay another $25 because she had a gift certificate and her massage was only 32 minutes long. Also, she was told that she should not care how long her massage was because she did not pay it, it was a gift. Let me tell you one thing, I care because I paid for it. I live seven hours away from my mom and cannot celebrate with her like I would like to. I buy gift certificates for her all the time and never once did I receive a call from her stating that the staff was trying to humiliate her! Shame on you. That is very bad customer service. And now I see from the recent reviews that this is happening more often? Wow. I have no words. I own several businesses myself and I would die from embarrassment.

I had my third facial at Massage Envy with Carly today. She was great! She has a wonderful touch and peacefulness about her. l highly recommend her. You owe it to yourself to get one!

I’ve been coming to the Palm Coast Massage Envy for two years now. Ally is seriously the best masseuse I’ve ever had! She’s been giving me Monthly massages for over a year now and it’s the best thing I could have done for my slipped discs in my neck. Ally is for sure a miracle worker! If you have any neck, shoulder or back problems I highly recommend Ally!

I love it. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean and if you are a member, you get 1 massage or facial per month plus discounts on everything. I also like that if you find a therapist or two that you really like you can request them. Shout out to Sonia, if you like a more theraputic deep tissue style, she is the best! And remember to tip you therapist!

Honestly, it is so calming there, I enjoy chatting with the front Desk girls. It’s so nice that the owner calls me by my name. I’ve never had a bad massage, if your looking for deep tissue and stretch I would recommend Anthony or Charles hands down.

Yonette did my facial and she was awesome, bringing my bad sunburn from months ago to a fresh, hydrated face and neck. In March I got a bad bad sunburn and today she restored my skin. The room was impeccable and is cleaned and disinfected before and after each client, all surfaces including the walls and mirrors and pictures helping us all stay safe from Covid. The esthetician wore a mask and gloves throughout my entire facial. THANK YOU!!

Nicole is amazing at what she does! She really takes pride in her work and a great conversationalist. Not only did she recommend services for me to try to continue working on relieving built up tension in my muscles, but gave some at-home tips for me to do to further relieve tension outside of the spa. Im from MD on a business trip and couldn’t find someone amazing as her there. Im going to be sad when I leave from Florida because I can’t take her with me.I received a facial with one of my accrued credits as well from Sarah and she is really good at educating you on skincare basics and even giving positive reinforcement for the things you already do at home to achieve good skin. She is a great conversationalist as well.I gave a 4/5 stars because at checkout I was asking what my total was, after working for 12hrs the night before being sleep deprived, I didn’t realize that the cashier was trying to tell me my services were free due to using my accrued credits. She told me my total was $140 which in my mind I was not prepared to pay and gave a low ball tip to the associates when instead I should’ve gave a nice tip. When I gave a puzzled look, the cashier should’ve insisted that I didnt have to pay anything but a tip if I wanted.Other than that, I look forward to coming back to this location to see Nicole and Sarah.

I came here for a couples massage and when we came in we were greeted by the very friendly staff at the counter then we were offered water and tea while we filled out our intake forms after which we had a tour and they showed us our room. We then waited for our therapist, who were very kind and caring when they introduced themselves and discussed expectations of the massage.After the massages I asked my girl friend how it was and she loved it. My massage was relaxing but it didnt meet the expectations discussed, also my problem areas were barely touched. The massage felt very routine like she gave me the same massage she gives everybody else. Personally I felt MY massage wasnt worth it. This review is coming from a fellow LMT.

My congenital spinal and hip condition, puts much added stress on my muscles. I have been apprehensive about massages due to the pain of even the lightest touch. However, I completely understand that it’s a critical part of recovery, and maintenance. Irina listened, and understood my physical situation. She assessed, and addressed my needs. After a few days post massage, it was clear that my initial 60 min appointment with Irina had made the difference. Confident that Irina is the key to my progress, I set a strategic plan to continue. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner.

Beware. Dont join as a contract customer. I became a contract customer in the spring of 2019. I liked the location and my massage therapist. I stopped going when the Pandemic started in March of 2020, but I agreed to continue paying the monthly charge as a small way to support a local business during a difficult time. I accumulated credits for services, even when the salon was closed. I started to return for treatments, and then Massage Envy cancelled an appointment telling me my therapist had pink eye (an early possible COVID symptom). My husband is high risk as a cancer patient, so I just wouldnt risk it. My credits expired in August. I have tried to have them extended and was told the management policy was no extensions under any circumstances. I lost more money than I might have saved by being on contract. Very disappointed with the customer service.**** UPDATE**** Corporate suggested I contact the location again to see if this could be resolved. I did and received NO REPLY. So, dont join on contract. Pay as you go. At least you wont get ripped off.

My massage therapist Joshua T. was extremely attentive and very nice. The pressure was perfect and I havent been that relaxed in a very long time.This office is extremely clean and is very cognizant of COVID risks, making sure to keep employees and clientele safe.

Had the worst massage , the therapist wanted to chat, that Chatty Cathy never shut up and he used his hands when he talked so you can’t talk and massage! Then when he was working around my face the smell of cigarette smoke on his hands made me want to puke! Probably got 15 minutes of massage at most!Will certainly not see him again! But on up side front desk personnel were nice.

Joshua is the first Massage therapist that met my expectations! I have multiple fusions in my neck and back and had a great MT in Colorado until she moved employers at which time I lost her. Up to this time I have struggled finding a MT that meets my needs as I need pretty deep massage to get to my problem spots. Joshua made that happen! He also listens to where you need work I.E. my hips also give me trouble and he is the first person to actually address that.Hands down if you have medical needs for massage therapy Joshua is the ticket.Thanks Josh, see you in a couple weeks!

Joshua always does an exceptional. He is great at identifying the imbalances and using combination of deep tissue and active release to get me back aligned. Not a good experience here for us. Got my mother a gift card to come here as a birthday present and all they did was use the massage gun on her…I could of just done that myself. This was a rip off for us unfortunately.

Very annoying experience. I am a member in Ohio and am here for vacation. Me and my two friends booked appointments for massages, and were really looking forward to them for our vacation. As I pull into the parking lot, massage envy called and told me that my massage therapist didn’t show up for work that day... so I just ended up dropping my friends off for theirs and had to wait till they were done. I get that things happen, but they should have called me and notified me prior to 10 minutes before my appointment. I was really lookin forward to it. My membership contract is up next month, and I will definitely be canceling !*FOLLOW UP*- I received an email back from a manager who went out of her way to try to give me a good experience to make up for my previous bad experience . I’ve been rescheduled for tomorrow, and hope to have a nice and relaxing time. Reguardless, I do appreciate her reaching out to try to correct the issue. It made me feel more like they really do care about the experience of their members.

I’ve been seeing Cat as my massage therapist for almost a year now. She is super friendly and kind. I always feel comfortable with her and leave more relaxed. Looking forward to renewing for another year.

I have been dealing with an injury and she takes the time to understand what is going on and how I am feeling so she can use that information to provide services that will help my injury. This place is amazing and the staff unbeatable. I started coming here after a really bad car accident and these therapists have helped me to keep my pain under control. Had a gift card for Massage Envy for awhile so I figured it was time to put it to use. I made an appointment for a facial and was paired with Theresa. I arrived to my 12:30 appointment at least 15 minutes early and was put right in the room with the iPad to fill out my intake paperwork. I promptly did. Front desk was nice and offered my daughter and I some water. No complaints there. I remember checking my phone and it was at least 2 minutes into my appointment time before my esthetician came to get me. Then we walked back to the room had our consultation and then she left again to allow me to disrobe. She then came back and she forgot something so had to leave again. By now it was at least 10-12 into my appointment and finally she began my facial. I selected the microdermabrasion which she informed me didn’t come with extractions. Interesting since that’s one of the main reasons I get facials. She cleansed my skin twice and used the microdermabrasion machine on me, applied a moisturizer and a SPF. Upsold me on the lip treatment as well as the neck and décolleté treatment. Next thing I know she says we’re done. I have brief conversation with her. She leaves so I can dress. I look at the time and it’s 1:18. I’m like what? Not even 40 minutes and I’m charged $120!!! Shortest, most expensive facial of my life. Oh and I got the introductory rate. Needless to say I won’t be returning to find out what the regular rate is. I don’t mind paying top dollar when I’m getting premium service but there’s so many more places that are worth your dollar. Oh, and the front desk took forever to cash me out. I handed her my gift card and then she hands me a receipt and tells me to sign. I see she charged my credit card they had on file for $100. I point this out and she’s like oh duh, you just gave me that. Then she fixes that and informs me that my total is actually $20 more than what she originally told me. I couldn’t wait to leave. I definitely did not leave there relaxed and happy like every other facial I’ve ever had.Update 8/11/2019The owners invited me back for a 90 minute facial. I booked with Yonette and I really enjoyed her. 90 minutes was the perfect length.

Irina is the perfect massage therapist! There’s a reason her schedule is always full. Do yourself a favor and book her six months at a time. If you wait, you’ll miss out on a perfect massage.

Now I need to travel 40 minutes to Massage Envy in Port Orange 🍊 for service. The owners in Port Orange 🍊 are the same owners as our home site in Winter Garden / Windermere. Very upset with them. Took the day off to get a prenatal massage. Made appointment online, entered my credit card information to hold spot and called to confirm time today (thank goodness i called). The girl who picked up the phone saw that i made a profile but said she hates the app, because sometimes the appointments dont stick and now im out of an appointment and no compensation for my day off.

The BEST massage experience of my life. Omar is the most helpful in providing relief to sore muscles. I still feel relief form back pain and its been a week since my massage. Even my legs feel relief. Omar is a licenced massage and physical therapist. Give him and Massage Envy with aromatherapy for a true spa life experience. Im definitely going back.

Everyone can have an off-day, but its rare for someone to simply fix a mess with a pleasant smile while taking full responsibility. When you find a company or a person that goes out of their way to take responsibility by simply focusing on how to solve problems... thats a company you stay with for LIFE.So, I had purchased a massage package for my wife for Christmas and her Birthday, and unfortunately her first experience was lackluster. I am not going to dwell on this because, quite frankly, this sort of thing happens.But upon letting them know we werent unhappy, they immediately began to work with us on what the issue was. No excuses. Only questions that would help them knock it out of the park if we gave them a second chance.And we did, and there are absolutely no regrets.My wifes redo was with Sonja, and to say that she HEALED my wife of extreme pain and discomfort within a single session is an UNDERSTATEMENT. My wife was having extreme shoulder discomfort that would not go away no matter how many ice-packs and pain killers we would throw at it.Sonja was able to quickly identify and target those problem areas like Google maps had installed a find my knot sensor in her hands.To top it all off though, both the lack-luster session and the redo were handled with professionalism, care, and a tailored experience that left my wife feeling more like a pampered princess than the bundle of pain and soreness that she had walked in as.10/10 will be booking another session with Sonja again for her, but this time I plan on tagging along. ;)

The worst service I have ever had in any spa but more importantly Massage Envy. The front office clerk Billy actually hung up on me. I do not recommend this place at all and I will be blogging about this low quality service every chance I get. 10 minutes after confirming the appointment they called me to say the masseuse was very sick (they didnt know this when I called 10 minutes before) and when I asked Billy for his last name he hung up on me. When I called back immediately after he hung up, the desk claimed he wasnt available. Stay clear Palm Cost residents and visitors. This place does not match the standards of Massage envy or any other service organization.

Would not recommend if you have any spinal issues. Worked with a nice LMT, but they were relatively green and not knowledgeable about positioning. Even with direction, ended leaving feeling worse.

Have been paying for a 1 year plan to give as gifts for friends and family. After 7 months, I go to use it for the first time and find out a $10 fee is added to each transaction that is transferred. Stephanie is a great massage therapist. I have severe injuries due to multiple back surgeries, so it is critical I only go to a therapist that is experienced and well versed in anatomy. Stephanie is that massage therapist.

As a member I enjoy their services every month. They are always adding great things and the staff is wonderful. Billy is always helpful, fun to talk to and will do whatever he can to make your experience the best.

Liz has a great feel for issues. I am accustomed to very deep massages, but she is so effective, she doesn’t need as much pressure.
