I walked in and said good morning to silence... went to the counter the girl with black hair stood there with her eyes closed so i said good morning again and she cracked them open , then a blonde girl came and took over and proceeded to blow her vape in my face the entire 1 minute we interacted.... i get its a smoke shop but its still a business. iam so tired of people hiring employees that are just bodies they dont have to pay much too just to stand there instead of employees that actually care and put in an effort .Nice store but customer service was unbelievably bad from 2 out of 2 employees. clean store so 2 instead of one

Very cool people here especially Leuleu. They keep fresh cigar products always. I dropped my wallet once in store and the owner went out of his way to get the video footage and identify another customer in the store that picked it up and kept it. The dog is also cool.

I love this place! I have never had a negative experience. This is the only smoke shop I go to and hate when I’m out of town and have to go anywhere else. I had no idea who Eli was before I started shopping here and he has gone above and beyond to not only get to know me but all of his regular customers. His entire staff as well. They treat you like family and will always ask how you’ve been and what’s been going on. Their customer service goes beyond making sure you get what you need quickly and at a good price. I will forever be a loyal customer to Blaze n Flame and hopefully everyone else can appreciate them as much as I do as well. I moved to Palm Coast last month and Ive found I keep coming back to this store because even though they are always busy all of the help is sooo nice. They are friendly, helpful and they know how to move a line. I want to mention Eli because even with a busy store, in the chaos of corona and dealing with paperwork from a delivery he still took the time to carry out a conversation with me and after my transaction he thanked me for the business and wished me a good day. I love that kinda customer service!!! This is an establishment where not do the employees seem to enjoy their jobs (Id work there in a heartbeat!) But its also a place the customers clearly enjoy with the fast, friendly in and out service!!! Love it!!

When the first time I came to this store , I was greeted by a retailer by the name of LuLu . And she was very nice and helpful also she helped me out with the products and explained to me about the product which helped me out a great deal ! She knows how to make her customers happy ! 😊. I was recently in the store and left out very pleased !!!

Reasonable prices & knowledgeable staff. Though I have been gotten a couple times but hey thats on me for not knowing about what I was looking for. Usually I would do my research. But they have one of largest selections of everything head shop related that i have found in this area. Ive found a cheaper place but it is tiny and doesnt the selection that this one does. Plus they have beer & wine sold here which is super convenient. One less stop I have to make.

This is my favorite place to go. I come here multiple times a day. I even go in the store just to say hi. They have the best prices and excellent customer service. Eli and the rest of the crew are so kind and friendly. Everyone must come in at least once and you will love it here.

Lulu is extremely helpful I mean talk about customer service and knowing your product I could really go on and on and on but as a business owner myself this is definitely the type of person I want on my team if there was a 10 stores she definitely deserves that and some. This entire company is a great team like all companies employees come and go but you definitely want to keep the ones who go above and beyond are Danke you lulu.

I purchase two disposable Vape pens and a few other items. I Proceeded to my vehicle and open both the Vape pens one for me, one for my wife she hit hers and it worked I hit mine it didn’t work so I immediately went back into the store to ask for an exchange. I spoke with the lady at the counter she said she will go get her manager. He came and proceeded to tell me that there was no refunds I said I don’t need a refund just exchange for faulty product even told me that it was buy one get one free and the free one doesn’t count. Implying that if I paid full price for each one that I would’ve gotten an exchange. He then proceeded to dig through the trash to show me how many faulty pens he has of this brand to prove to me he is losing money and because of that he couldn’t Exchange by faulty product. He then told me he didn’t know if I was telling the truth and brought him back a used one and was just lying to him. At this point I felt offended and I asked him do the exchange one more time. He answered with going to the back to find more “proof” He was losing money and that is was not his problem that I wasted my money. So in summary he is keeping a faulty product on the shelves knowingly, calling customers liars, digging through trash, being unprofessional and treating customers poorly. Highly unsatisfied. Do not recommend this store if you don’t want your money wasted.

The owner is amazing! So helpful, professional, caring and friendly. I always get the same thing when I go in there and look forward to seeing him. My son and husband are customers too and love this place. Its clean and has a lot of options for everyone. They even have wine and other alcohol beverages in there! This place is top notch!

Ive been coming here every week for about a year now. They always have the tobacco and filters I like, and even began ordering a certain brand just because I asked them to. When my machine broke, they had the exact same one, at the same price I bought the other one for at wholesale. Ive been waited on by every employee they have, and every person has always been very nice and helpful. I have no plans to change where Im shopping. They are really awesome people.

Idk how this place has 4 stars, they sold me a Delta-8 Cookies vape that had been used LOL. I’m guessing by one of the employees, because it was sealed when I purchased- but packaging was a little tampered and discolored. After a few hits it tasted burnt/empty, just to shine a light and see the cartridge completely empty with no spillage. And they don’t even consider refunds because they believe they’re holier than thou. They tell you to make sure it’s good before you leave, but how about you make sure it’s good before you sell it. He is knowledgeable but extremely busy. Its 3/4 convenience store and 1/4 vape shop....But Eli knows his stuff. I have left there very happy when he (Eli) is working. He has good prices on juice n coils. He wants all his customers satisfied when they leave. He always has what I need and if he doesnt he will get it. I love coming here to blaze n flame, they always make me feel welcomed and their staff is amazing. The last time I came in Madison helped me pick a water pipe and it has to be one of the pieces I’ve ever owned. If I could, I’d give the store, the staff and their products a 10/10

I always come here for my vape juice and coils because they have great prices and a plethora of different flavors. They also give me a deal occasionally because Im a regular, which is nice when youre not even asking for a discount. The owner is a really cool guy.

I think theres been a different worker here each of the 5 or so times Ive been here, but every single one of them have been very nice, polite and efficient.

We bought beer from Blaze N Flame in Palm Coast today and it tasted bad. I called to let them know that it had a skunky taste and they told me they do not have a refund policy.. when I asked to speak to a manager the person that answered preceded to hang up on me and not resolve the issue. I will no longer be doing business with them.

Logan is the man... he took real good care of me... he is very knowledgeable about the products he works with.. I would recommend anybody to talk to Logan if they go to blaze and flame!

This shop has everything you need! I pass 2 vape shop just to go with this one. The owner there is amazing. He always goes out of his way to help me and everyone that goes to his store. He is so patient when it comes to help customers. This is the only store I go to in palm coast. Thank you so much for always helping me when I cant make my mind up and thats all the time lol.

Been here many times and always notice a weird atmosphere where the owner or manager brings his dog to work and constantly has drawn out conversations with co-workers/friends that come in. Once hes done with his conversation hes always short and rude, like hes annoyed he has to help an actual customer. The whole place, especially at night time creates a negative and intimidating environment. The store is just filled with overpriced Chinese garbage that can be bought online for cheaper. Dont waste your time here.

Great, competitive prices, but there is room for improvement. Now for some constructive criticism.The interior seems rather generic, with plenty of selection at great prices. However, a lot of the selection is generic borderline paraphernalia. Think trinkets and nicknacks.However, the main reason Im deducting stars was the exhausted looking and rather indifferent cashier. He was polite, but he didnt seem to want to be there. My guess is he was overworked and exhausted.

They’ll work with you, giving recommendations, showing how all the devices work exactly, they’ll answer any questions you have. If you want to try out something new but don’t know what you want they’ll help you out decide what you want. They even price match too. Just the service itself makes me recommend this store as much as I can.

I was sold kratom that had definitely gone bad. Ended up being sick for the day because of it. Due to the fact that there is some withdrawal when you don’t take it.Edit 05/02/2022 - I am editing this because I received a response from the owner. Instead of admitting their mistake they just blamed it on me. Owner said I took too much Kratom and thats why I got sick. I have been taking Kratom daily for 5 years and yes if you take too much you will get sick, as I made this mistake a couple times years ago when I first started taking this. I know for a fact that the Kratom I was sold was expired. The color was way off and it didn’t have the fresh Kratom smell it supposed to have. I have been sold old Kratom before and when it doesn’t work I withdraw from it. It’s happened multiple times at different stores and every time I have been able to exchange it for a new bottle. But instead of just admitting that they may have made a mistake, he instead showed some unprofessionalism and offered me 25% off my next purchase. No thanks, I’m not wasting anymore money in your store. By the way Kratom only has a shelf life of 1-3 months.

Eli was so helpful. As a new vapor user, I needed help and he spent a lot of time with me. He was very busy at the time and had to multi task, but still was very patient with me. Also, he was informative and not condescending. Highly reccomend.

I just started vaping about 4 months ago! I was recommended to this shop by a co working! At first I thought it was because they are so busy that I always feel rushed when I go inside! So I started going at night! (I go twice a week) same thing I could be the only one in the store and I still feel rushed! As if it annoys them that I want to see what variety of flavors they have! I never walk out feeling confident in my purchase!!! Welp tonight was the last straw I guess they have a new girl (never seen her before) I’m looking through the flavors and I find what I want! So I get her attention and she stands all all the way at the end of the counter and asked me what I wanted! I told her she walks over and just stands there so I repeat myself and she literally yells (WHAAAAT DO YOU WANT,YOU HAVE TO TELL ME THE FLAVOR) at this point I’m over it!! I’m never going back there again! I just wanna be in and out I don’t need the attitude!

Never actually entered the store. I called looking for a tank for my vape only to be told to call back two hours later when they were not busy. I told them I was calling so I can come into purchase what I wanted only to be told to come in if I want . Didnt seem eager to help. There are many other local vape shops I recommend you spend your money at these other places as they seem to care more about you as a customer than your money

When I go into the shop all the employees are very nice and polite , they carry a lot of stuff other places don’t have . The boss is extremely helpful and nice . Always greets people when they come in . Always plays good music , the store is never dirty an always stocked . We were given the wrong kind of kratom. We were given red instead of green. My husband simply went in there to tell him the package was marked wrong. We didnt want to exchange it. We didnt want anything but to inform him. He hands him a small bag, we get the large ones, and said I guess the customer is always right and told my husband to never come back into his store. Its way over priced but it was convenient. We even offered to bring it in to show him that it was red so he could find out or inform his supplier and that was his attitude.

The service is bad they listen to loud explicit rap music,any music for that reason.When I brought a vape the thing did not last for 20 puffs so when I return it, to get another one,they did not give me another on a defected product.So not good.Bad customer service and they never wear any mask another Epidemic in the making.If you get a defected product they will not return it or give you another, wait until it happens to you because it will,Good luck and God bless.

Worst experience ever, told the guy i was inexperienced with vaping, he acted like he was less than interested in selling me anything. Told him what i wanted he suggested a different one that was twice the price, i said okay ill take it, he was more interested in what was going on behind me, he didnt hear me, handed me off to bald/bearded guy then HE turned around and ignored me. I just left. Guess ill order online from someone else, or competitor.

Great selection of items, but the Kratom is marked up over 100%. $35 for 3oz (85 grams) for example, when you can buy 35.3oz (1000 grams) online for $70 + plus shipping. They do sell 1000 gram packages, but for $140.00, lol.I do appreciate that they sell Kratom, but I only buy it from here in when I am waiting for an online order.

Selling vape products with no refund. Understandable policy but there’s no point in gambling with your money find a shop that can at least ensure the product they’re selling is functional.Edit: I must’ve been counseled incorrectly, the last time this issue happened I called the store and was told even if I tried the vape in-store and it was not functioning a refund wasn’t guaranteed. I’ll change the review rating.

I was shocked to find a Establishment like this & Dishonest at that. Something isn’t Kosher about this place.Never in my life have I ever saw someone take something apart and blow through it as this clerk did & then want to send it home with me to use with his mouth mucus inside it & With all the disease & things going in this world. I believe I was sold a 60.00 defective piece of merchandise or more than likely A refurbished piece of merchandise & upon returning it the next day because of it leaking it fluid. He Wasn’t even willing to exchange it.I will not return to buy or purchase from here ever again.

Went in to get some help with my vape. The light on the screen was dim, wasnt pulling like it should, and it wouldnt charge. The guy there took the batteries out and said some juice may have gotten on the electronics. He cleaned off the battery contacts and said some juice got in there too. Put new batteries in it. It worked and he rang me up for 2 new batteries. 6 hours later the vape was doing the exact same thing I went in for originally. Took it back the next day. Different guy working. I wanted my money back because its not a battery issue. He points to a sign on the wall behind the counter that says no refunds, no exchanges. The sign was conveniently placed behind cartons of cigarettes. Long story short. They got my money for 2 new batteries and my vape still doesnt work. They might have the selection people are looking for but their customer service is the worst Ive seen in a long time. That includes Comcast cable.

Awful customer service . Bought Smok vape from them (25 bucks more expensive than anywhere else I later discovered )5 days later it stopped charging and died a death. Took it back when I returned from 14 days out over the road and they refused to rectify problem. Now ive gotta deal with manufacturer to get it replaced and buy something else before I head back out.

Went there to buy a replacement vape. Waited for the guy to service the 2-3 people who got there before me (all good). But then the guy started helping the people who walked in after me. A whole line of people. He acknowledged me when I walked in. He knew I was there. He must’ve assumed I was going to take a while because I was standing at the vape section, but I knew exactly what I wanted. Regardless, it was my turn. He would’ve known that if he spoke to me. You lost a $100+ new vape setup sale that would’ve taken all of five mins to complete. Plus residual e-liquid sales because I will not be back.

The guy I talked to helped me to find the shop and when I walked in I went thad purchase the bowl and he just gave me it. He said sorry for your hard time finding out place he didn’t have to do that!
