Fantastic placed. Always well stocked, clean and organized! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I was helped by Sam today who helped me navigate some sales to save the most on what I needed. Great place! Always come in whenever I am near it.

Was happy to see that this store was opening here. Since I started going here, I have been very happy. They have a nice collection of products, always fully stocked and a very clean store. All employees are very helpful and extremely nice. I suggest you stop by and visit!!!

Love this shop, all the employees are very kind and helpful. Always a warm smile and a happy greeting when you walk through the door. Yesterday, while I was there, Morgan was especially patient in helping me choose a vape as they did not have the flavor I wanted. The lights were flickering on and off due to the storm, and instead of getting frustrated, Morgan made light of the situation and chatted with me while we waited for things to blow over. If you are a frequent smoke shop flyer, I highly recommend this store for all of your smoky needs.

My boyfriend and I go here almost every day. We love the point card system and how quickly it builds up to $10. We typically get the owner or Morgan when we shop. Both are wonderful and incredibly helpful. Definitely check this place out if you have the time.

I’ve been a loyal customer there since day 1 because I also work in that plaza. Everyone there has been very nice and helpful. But 1 young blonde hair girl that works there has been very rude everytime. I bought a few vapes and 1 of them does not work. I tried to exchange but could not because I didn’t have a receipt. Ok understandable. I told her I was not given a receipt at the time. Her reply was, we always give receipts. Smh so I purchased a few more and guess what she doesn’t give me a receipt so I made sure to ask for a reciept as well as check the vapes right there. The girl has an attitude problem and customer service is horrible.

Never be conscience to walk into THE BEST SHOP IN TOWN. Wanted some new glass so I went at around 12 on Monday wow they were busy I went home and decided between two pieces. I came back around 7 late to basketball I paid for it without inspecting it. Got home and notice later a chip on the bottom base of $120 piece. Went back at 9am when they opened explained everything to Mary which was so understanding that no one wants to pay full price for a damaged piece. so she without hesitation let me switch it out they had two more of the exact same one. Went home with a new flawless diamond filled glass pipe. Ben and Raylynn are also awesome they assisted me with the og sale everyone there definitely has been around game a minute. knows what they’re talking about. When you have a question they will answer it to the best of their knowledge I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Flagler.

Honestly every jaguar shop I’ve been to has been amazing. Idk how they do it but literally every worker I’ve interacted with has been great to work with! Stock is also amazing, and if there’s something you like from other smoke shops and they can find it, they will try to stock it! The young female manager who works here is a snarky, disrespectful little brat. I came in to buy a disposable vape for my wife. I asked her four times if the flavor had any menthol or icey taste in the throat, because my wife is allergic to it. I took it home and she immediately realized that it was an icey flavor. So I took it back, and hadn’t even been 15 minutes yet. I practically had to beg her to swap it out for me and when she finally did agree to it, she was visibly shaking her head and rolling her eyes at me. I’m not gonna lie at this point I lost my temper and left the store. Because the night before I had found out my dad died, she laughed right in my face. So I really hope you’re reading this and feel bad. This was at 10:50ish on May 6th 2024. Please if the owner is reading this, you need to fire her. The amount of disrespect that radiates off her is astounding.

I shop here often, this location and the one beside checkers in PC. Last time I went in it was that location, the girl talked me into buying a new battery and a new line of vape so it brought my points up, to where I had $10 off next purchase went into that location and the machine was broke, this was like 2 weeks ago, so I came to the this location and my points had not been added! I was promised the owner would be calling me, Steve I believe, but 2 weeks later no phone call. My points were not added, and I have the receipt also they can see in their system past transactions but the guy said he had no way of telling. Nice employees but that machine didnt add my points and then the next week it was broken. Not cool because I spend a lot of money with Jaguars. Wont be back

Easily the best stock Ive seen this type of store have, especially for it recently opening. I believe I was helped by the store owner, he was very nice and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about the wide variety of items in the store. Highly recommend this place, happy we got one in this area and such a nice place at that.Almost forgot to mention the prices are fair and competitive on the items I personally purchased.

The girl with the septum ring in her nose is rude . Only IDing select customers and she got into and argument with my mom . Because my mom rightfully so asked why she didn’t id the man in front of her . And she caught an attitude and wouldn’t sell . She’s lucky I didn’t report her because LEGALLY you have to check everyone’s id .

I bought a refillable vape pen and accessories there; in less then tWo weeks it broke and I was told no refunds, I was also told it is leak proof and it leaks a lot, When you selling vape pens that can cost over an 100$ and you don’t care if your merchandise is defective that is just extremely poor business, I hope this make people think twice about buying from here, go online where you have a warranty and half the price. I’m very disappointed and have spent hundreds here and thousands between my friends!!!! Not any more!!!!

This place use to be good. But they have hired burn outs that have no idea whats going on. Went in on a Saturday bought over 50$ worth of vapes. Then the new guy says their rewards machine is down. And that he will be giving me 10% off. Then over charged me for each item. Then a week later a girl calls me back says that the next time Im in Ill receive 50% off. I asked her for her work schedule she tells me her days off So i make sure I go when she is there. She isnt and the girl behind the counter tells me that she cant give me my % off cause the other girl wasnt there. This place has gone down hill. Stop hiring pot smoking teens. They dont care about peoples money nor do they care about customer service

I purchased a vape mod 2 weeks ago and it stopped working within the 1st week. I called and they said 30 days so due to work I couldn’t show up for another week. I come in today and they said they don’t do any returns mind you they also don’t have any no return signs in the shop. Save the head ache and buy disposables from these people

But there was 2 other people before me and she didn’t ask for their ID. And guess what? They were WHITE , and I’m black , what does that tell you right there ? Smh they’re never getting my money

I used to love coming here friendly staff but now I will not! They proceed to tell me that it’s not their fault that my pen is burnt and that they cannot accept it the next morning after I bought it! I am absolutely disgusted and I will not be coming back they have completely lost my service.
