Large venue with a moody vibe. Customer Service was a 15/10 from the greeting at the door & throughout service. Went for an early lunch and ordered the Tres Arepas and Fried Calamari appetizers, 3.9 stars for each. Then we got the short rib tomahawk mole and the Lomo Saltado 4 stars for each of those dishes! The tortillas that came with the short rib were tender, hot and fresh, probably could have ate a dozen of those just plain. Oh and the Asparagus was well cooked, I highly reccomend squeezing the charred lemon over it for another flavor boost.

The pan seared salmon was the best dish Ive had in my one week visit to Palm Springs, perfectly medium rare, just as ordered, over a celeriac puree and topped with an apple fennel compote. Yum!The lomo saltado is very, very good. The Brussels sprouts are top notch.Im excited to return to try other menu items.

This is one of the BEST restaurants that Palm Springs has to offer in this beautiful desert city area. Reforma is ahead of its time with its fine dining and entertainment. Great intimate atmosphere and its ample patio space. The staff is more than amazing and attentative. They are pleasant and cordial and eager to please with every request you have to appease your taste buds. A very welcoming atmosphere. For starters Reforma prepares a great scallops and shrimps dish. They are served with delicious flavorful SpanishRomesco sauce. The scallops are cooked to perfection which are moist and tender with every bite. The shrimp is also freshly cooked that pair well with the Shishito peppers.I recommend the Lomo Soltado. This is best dish of Lomo Soltado that I have ever had. Every bite is a mouth watering blast of delicious flavors. Its a Peruvian stir fry with Filet Mignon, that just melts in your mouth, also included potatoes, peppers, baby heirloom tomatoes, and pearl onions.Secondly they prepare a delicious Cilantro Lime rice that pairs well the Lomo Soltado.I also have to shout out this locations mixologist. They make an amazing Old Fashioned. Their twist on classic is on point. They have create the Oaxaca Old Fashioned. This drink contains reposada tequila, a delicious Mezcal, and a Oaxaca rum. Such a great combination than I know youll have a second drink.Such a lovely location. This is where you want to be to celebrate any occasion with loved ones.

We are always looking for great restaurants in Palm Springs and Reforma did not disappoint! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcome. The staff, service and food was exceptional. The Chilean Escalopa was outstanding. Topped it off with one of the best butter cakes ever the Tres Leches for dessert. Executive chef and owner Eric came out thanking us for coming and providing a brief history of the restaurant and the inspiration behind it. Classy touch. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We went here for a Super Bowl watch party and loved it. The staff was amazing and friendly. The food was delicious! We especially loved the wings. The guacamole and salsa also were great. Our event included a buffet so we can’t speak to the normal menu though we heard good things. The cocktails also were great. We truly had an amazing time and definitely will come back next time we are in Palm Springs.

2/16/23: I booked a reservation for 4 for dinner after reading a handful of reviews. I am aware that music begins around 9PM and when we walked through the door for our 7pm reservation, the music was pulsing already! We were then greeted and led to. private dining room which is more protected from the (upbeat) music. The room was dark with no sound absorbing materials installed, it was challenging to carry out a conversation while waiting for your meal with 2 groups occupy the other 2 large tables behind you (I later learned that Reforma is still in the soft opening phase and the Grand Opening is 2 days away from one of the manager). The service was fantastic (thank you Esteban) and the foods did not disappoint. The Tres Arepas and Elotes were executed perfectly and tasted great. The Manchego Salad has a generous amount of sliced apple, arugula and cheese. The Bone-In Short Rib Mole came out with the meat ready to fall off the bone and the Peruvian Chicken has a nice charred coating with great flavor. All in all, it was a fun experience and our taste buds were happy. I hope that the acoustic will be better on our next visit.Dine InAvg Price per Dish: $15 - $40

We had such a nice lunch experience. The host, Alberto and bartender/server, Niko were friendly, courteous and inviting. We had reservations at 11a and the place had a great feel to it. The lunch menu was very diverse, especially since it was a modest menu. I had a very good white peach Margarita, two to be exact. We started off with short rib taquitos witha delicious mole sauce, then had a calamari pasta dish (with an option of having a vegan version), all the selections on the lunch menu sounded good. The tres leches pound cake, that came in a ramekin, was warm and just the right size to finish off the meal. I’d definitely come back to try the whole menu. They serve dinner too! Reforma has a private room for groups and an area designated for night clubbing.

When we dine, we look for places that offer a complete dining experience and not just a place to take in nourishment to fill our bellies.  Reforma is exactly that. We booked the small dining area for a 5pm dinner and arrived early enough to enjoy some great cocktails and the Elote. The cocktails were crafted beautifully and a work of art for the palate and the eyes. My husband enjoyed the Oaxaca Old Fashioned and I had the Gin Negroni. Both were perfect. The Elote was divine.Next course was the tableside Caesar salad. Hands down, the best Caesar salad we have ever enjoyed. We love a good tableside guacamole and this was a refreshing alternative. Besides the wonderful taste and great entertainment, Lorena and Esteban shared the enlightening history of the Caesar salad. For the main course, we shared the Bone-In Short Rib Mole, the asparagus with a pistachio sauce and the brown butter Cilantro Lime rice and all were incredible choices.  We finished it off with the made-from-scratch Butter Pound Cake Tres Leche.  Reforma is a place that not only offers a great dining and cocktail experience, but the staff and atmosphere are just awesome. Erik, one of the owners came out to talk with us about our experience and the Reforma venture, and offered a little more insight on the restaurant and the cuisine. The venue offers many different dining options. The main entrance offers a cocktail bar and a DJ, the center is the private dining area, and the far end is a music & club dining venue. The small, private dining was lovely, intimate and quiet, even though the DJ was just down the hall. It was a pleasure to dine at Reforma and we wish all the entire team many good wishes on this wonderful new endeavor. (I think Lorena needs her own stage!)

Not to take away from the excellent food, but Nico made the difference.I hope Reforma recognizes what an amazing employee Nico is.

Drinks are extremely expensive, watered down. took a shot of tequila and it tasted like water. The music is generic and basic, no variation, but if thats what you like, then I guess, more power to you. I came here a couple of years ago and I forgot what it was like so I went back for my nieces birthday, I regret that. if you want to go to somewhere with a good variation of music, and affordable drinks, and have a great time, I recommend somewhere else. I go dancing once a week, I am no stranger to The Nightlife, trust me there are better places than this that will give you more bang for your buck

My wife and I had 2 entries and 2 main courses.Octopus tostadas and elotes were delicious and full of flavor. Lemon, chili and salt are the typical mexican strong combination and u could definitely taste it in both dishes. The chargrilled octopus was the best I have ever had and we often eat it in Mexico. The mains were peruvian chicken, cooked to perfection and the birria sandwich was incredibly tender and paired perfectly with the soft bread and the thin crispy fries. We ended the dinner with an incredibly fresh watermelon sorbet. Amazing. The service was impeccable and accommodating. All paired with a very nice lounge vibe. A definite must have in Palm Springs.

I had the Korean bibimbap with the picked veggies. The pickled veggies were good but the spam was so sweet that it made the whole dish sickly sweet. I came with a party of 5 and while the server was nice the person who delivered the food was a little condescending. My friends had an assortment of dishes like the biscuits and gravy, which is what it sounds, nothing special about the biscuit or gravy, we also had the vegan hot dog, it comes with nothing else so if you’re really hungry it might not do much. The bill was large and overall I think the food is not great but I think most people would come here for the decor

I have only gone to this spot for the club scene and it’s alright. Tickets have been free both times I’ve gone during events held by Gasolina, which is pretty much a reggaetón rave. Music is typically very good, lots of Bad Bunny and other Latin artists which makes for great songs of dance to. Although the place gets pretty packed, the bar is easily accessible by squeezing by groups. Restrooms are also really close by and have plenty of stalls so any emergency will not be an issue. No real dress code and people there are friendly, just vibing. Definitely fun to go with a group but I could see it being nice to also go solo, since there are lots of people to chat with af the entrance where another bar is on the dance floor toward the back of the room. The lighting is cool, but sometimes it’s over the top and flashes way too intensely. I saw people squinting and covering their eyes at times, not even kidding.I would choose the Village Pub over this place any day due to the music being better and drinks being cheaper. However, La Reforma does hold more events so it makes a more versatile experience. Would recommend to check out!

Went and checked this place out after the hockey game last night! When we got there there was a line to get in which took bout 5-10 mins to finally get in the door! They do have a pretty strict dress code and they do pay you down and search you at the door and yes hats are allowed! Once we got inside we went to the bar to get drinks and were helped right away and the drinks were ice cold and not that expensive! We then went to the other side of the venue which was the club side with live DJ and where everyone was dancing and having a blast! They also have a bar on the club side which makes it easier to get drinks so you dont have to keep walking back and forth all night! The music was popping and the DJ played a lot of reggaeton and ok skool jams that made the night and club vibe experience a lot better! Will definitely be back again soon and I highly recommend this place for singles and couples weather you want a place to have some drinks and chill or you want a place to dance with your partner and drink this is the place to be!!!

I recently worked with Reforma for a corporate networking social that my company hosted for about 750 people. I had researched venues about 6 months prior and came across Reforma. Aside from their beautiful appealing venue, the communication with the owner Rob really affirmed my selection. He was professional and communicative through the entire process leading up to the night of the event. The day prior, I got to meet with the other partner, Randy for a venue walk through and he too was awesome! Made sure all my questions were answered or clarified. He wanted to make sure they were properly prepared for our event and that made me feel very at ease, at a time when Im typically very stressed. We had the venue closed to our event so Reforma allowed my company team to come in a little earlier for a special private dinner, where I just expected a few appetizers. I was BLOWN away by the incredible menu they set up for us and how amazingly delicious everything was. Dont skip the empanadas! Compliments to the chef! That was an unexpected treat. Fast forward to the party and from the start, I was so impressed by the entire team at Reforma from the waiters, to the bartenders, the security team, the managers, to the DJs, WOW WOW WOW! Ive been doing this event annually for about 13 years all over CA. This place was by far the BEST. EVERY single person exceeded all of my expectations for the night. I was so impressed at the level of professionalism and attentiveness to us and our guests. Everybody went above and beyond and made us feel like family. Reforma is a beautiful and phenomenal establishment with exceptional staff support. The buzz the next day from our guests was so good! I cannot wait to visit Reforma again the next time Im in Palm Springs. Thank you everyone at Reforma for your hard work! Im so grateful to have been able to work with you all!

We have visited this restaurant/bar many times and unfortunately the service and atmosphere is getting worse and worse. The music is very loud and for a Peruvian restaurant it is a bit odd that there is Mariachi playing. I feel this place has an identity crisis and it is only getting worse and worse. There were four of us in our party. It was our first time there and had a great time. The food was super delicious. Staff was very nice, welcoming and attentive. I have three small pieces of feedback but they are really nits. First, the online menu should reflect what is the current menu. It was similar but not quite the same. Second, the table side preparation of the Caesar salad seemed unnecessary and a bit over the top. Im not sure what it adds in terms of experience and also not sure it is scalable when the place gets busy. But our friends loved it. Lastly, the pork chop was terrific but it is served on a plank of wood. Beautiful presentation but the grease from the chop was spilling over the edges of the wood. The waiter put a napkin as a grease dam to prevent it from getting on the table and pant legs. These three small things aside, it was a great and terrific staff. We will certainly be back.

Went here with a group of friends and had a great time. The atmosphere is really good and the bouncers were really cool. At one point we all stepped outside for about 20 mins to wait for a second group to join us the the bouncers recognized us and waived us back in past the line. The security seemed chill also and looked like they were enjoying the music and people which was a good vibe. I’ve been to places where security felt like a hovering presence so it was nice here. The reason for three stars is the drinks very very expensive and they had a very weak pour. I paid $16 for vodka redbull that had barely any vodka and after midnight the price went up to $17. I had about 4 or 5 drinks and barely got a buzz. Even though the vibe was great I probably wouldn’t go back just for that reason. The gay bars had cheap drinks with a heavy pour.

The space is great, the mural is beautiful, the service is very good, but for dinner and drinks, it is a big disappointment. Out of our party of eight, four of us thought our drinks were unremarkable and none of us wanted seconds (but would have ordered seconds if the first drinks had been better). The food was generally ok, but nothing noteworthy. Presentation was beautiful for most dishes, but some of the large, ceramic plates made some of tiny portions look quite small--and they were small. The Caesar salad was just lettuce with barely a taste of anything close to a Caesar. The ceviche, though good, was really a small portion... yeah, it was an appetizer, but... For atmosphere, its a lovely environment, but the food and drink almost guarantee it was a one-time event for us to dine there (meaning we will think twice about eating there again).

Great food, great servers, beautiful performers BUT the venue is way too big for just one performer. It is challenging to see them unless they are right in your area and the echo and sound is challenging too. I love drag shows and been to many and my suggestion would be a smaller venue or more performers at once. I would also suggest that all Palm Springs drag go to Vegas and watch the Hamburger Mary’s show and the Senor Frogs show… amazing!!! They do a show and then collect money afterwards instead of collecting money the entire song.

Reforma has a super fun dance floor and my husband and I have visited several times to dance. Unfortunately, they also have a pick pocket problem (and they are aware of that.)My phone was stolen from my pocket on the dance floor at the very end of the night on Friday, Oct. 6. I was bumped into hard several times, it felt intentional, and my husband and I left the dance floor because of how rowdy it was getting. As soon as we stepped away from the crowd I noticed my phone was gone. I have never lost or misplaced my phone and it was deep in the pockets of my swing dress.I looked everywhere, stayed until the lights went up and looked around and asked all the staff I could find; there where several other girls also looking for their phones/belongings too. I called the next day after my phones location pinged as still at Reforma, but off. The person I spoke with over the phone told me I was the 4th or 5th person to call about a missing phone and that nothing had been turned in, they suspected a pick-pocket - AND this wasnt the first weekend something like this has happened!I was given an email address for Rob (an owner/partner) and have heard nothing. Tickets for the event said 8pm (not sure who made that mistake) but when we arrived we were not let in because they were not ready. When we WERE let in they were STILL not ready. Dance floor still had people at dinner tables chatting and such. Tables eventually left and some music started. Vendor and clothes check was not able to be set up till 9:30 and wasnt fully ready to go till 10. Honestly the dance room should not have been sat with diners after 5 pm and the whole room should have been cleared out and set up for the event at 6:30-7pm. This was NOT the first event that has been held there and the execution was poor! Once the evening really got underway and the DJs started things got better, Lights were good but the drinks were WAY too expensive! $13 for a screw driver made with Smirnoff (this is NOT a middle or top shelf vodka!) Went for Disney Villians Drag Brunch and it was so awesome. The staff were very friendly and quick. The queens were amazing during the show and very friendly afterwards.

On Friday, someone took my girlfriends phone from her purse. Her friend mentioned that both of her cousins also had their phones stolen. Upon checking the reviews, it appears that pickpocketing has been an ongoing issue. If youre heading to Reforma, its advisable not to bring your belongings along.

Never enough bartenders at the front bar. Drag brunches always start late, so there are about a hundred people jammed into the front bar with no drinks!! Really frustrating, and the staff they do have just does not care.

Nice space. Food okay. Service really good. Drag show was a mess. Poorly produced and a few of them had a really nasty attitude. Show gets a 2 out of 10. Would never recommend to anyone.

This is a cool spot but black security guard with the bald head is on a power trip , he’s a bully , trying to tell me theres a dress code ? There are no signs posted anywhere mentioning that .

Really nice venue and the bar staff were all so kind in the dance floor area! I wish the bathroom was maintained throughout the night but that’s my only complaint.

Had a great time at Reggaton night. DJs were great, lights show was awesome, sound was perfect and the drinks were made wonderfully! Go check them out if you are in town.

Amazing food! Must try for everyone who loves latin flavors. By far the best restaurant opening in Palm Springs in recent years.

The music is remixed way too much... I was expecting real reggaeton music and it was a mix of house and reggaeton 🤷 Personally it was not my cup of tea. Plus 15$ to enter.

I visited Reforma with friends to celebrate a birthday. The atmosphere was very nice and very elegant. The employees were very attentive and friendly. The food was good, but something was missing. A friend ordered something like fruit gazpacho, and they gave her a huge dish decorated with Tajín and a little bit of flavorless fruit. I ordered the seafood, and it was so-so. My other friends ordered eggs with mole and said it was very tasty. To enjoy the atmosphere, you have to visit once. But I dont know if I would return.
