One of the best Vape shops in PCB for selection of Juices and goodies. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Clean and smells amazing when you walk in. Prices are decent considering inflation. Best part, the employees. They are nice, friendly and helpful. Ill be back for sure!

Went looking for a particular item the store in Panama city didnt have it...the young lady in the shop called to another shop to see if they had it...got to the other shop and they didnt have it...sold the last one...he called to the next shop...THEY HAD IT...😊.THANKS to all the employees who helped me track this item down. Sucks they are zero help when they sell you a faulty product. “It’s a standard vape store policy” seems like a lazy way to push off issues.

Looked and looked for a reliable spot. Finally found Puff N’ Play, they finally got me right. Full satisfied with my visit and will be back for sure! Jack was really nice and willing to help me out with my purchase really cool guy!

This is absolute WORST vape shop in PCB. We are here on vacation and have been to PCB before many years. I have been to most of the vape shops here and took a chance to go to Puff N Play bc it was the closest at the time and I haven’t had an issue whatsoever with any other shops in the past. The legit DO NOT CARE about the customers that come in. I purchased a disposable and while still inside the store I opened it to make sure it worked before leaving the store, like every other vape store they will replace it if you do not leave with it and can show it’s not working while still in the store. They would not replace the vape when I found the Elf I bought was not working upon opening. I proceeded to ask why they would not since I had not left the store and just kept on with the no refunds policy although I kept explaining I did not want a refund just a working vape as I paid for. I was so shocked and just told them I would contact my bank and dispute the charges as they would bot provide me with what I had purchased in working condition.Should have read reviews apparently before I went here but hopefully I can save someone else from wasting time or money here! Legit WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE… I mean besides Comcast 😂 but seriously, do not waste your time please!!

They have lots of product and are super friendly. Helped us pick out things and had no problem answering our questions. The place looks awesome with lots of nifty items. Most definitely my new favorite smoke shop, can’t wait to stop by the in town location

Before this place was outstanding, a young man named Daniel would always help me. Would always go out of his way to help his customers when I was there trying to buy my product. Now every time I go in there it seems like they dont want to help people in there I also heard they fired him for bad customer service when he in fact had the best customer service. Other than that the products here are the same cliche vape store products you can get in any PCB vape store. Which is good just a lack of customer service is bad.

This place stays fully stocked. Zack the manager is great with customer service & knowledge of the products. This is my go to vape store on the panhandle

I will not buy anymore products from this store I bought a vape pen I get only 3 days out of very little usage and quit working won’t charge and I pulled as hard as I can to make sure it wasn’t gummed up I try get them to exchange it or a credit towards something the employee had no interest in helping she admitted she has little knowledge about refused to call the owner saying she not gonna call him to come back during the day time how hard is it to get me taken care of even my parents treat there customers when there is a problem these people don’t and my other gripe to is their customer loyalty number can’t be accessed at all 3 locations only the one you went to so if you wanna get smoking products go elsewhere until the owner makes this right I will be going else where

First experience here will be our last. Sitting at Just Jump with the all the kids when my friend says she’s finally ready to quit cigarettes after 25 years! I’m stoked. We head over to Puff n Play next door, and I sent her in to ask specifically for a Novo X because it’s refillable, she can choose her nicotine level and taper down, and they’re actually a quality little pod mod. She comes out front with a disposable, berry-flavored Nic salts deal and shows me the box. We go right back into the store and I explain to the fellow that this isn’t what she’s wanting. I said she wants something refillable which was why she asked for the Novo. He said ‘We don’t do refunds’. I said ‘I understand that, but this is her first time ever in a vape store, she doesn’t know anything about anything, she asked for a refillable pod system and you hand her this disposable Nic salt pen, which you know isn’t a refillable pod system. It hasn’t even been 2 minutes since you swiped her card, can you make an exception?He comes back with ‘We don’t do refunds. She asked for something disposable’.My friend interjects and let him know she didn’t ask for disposable, she asked for refillable. He comes back one last time with ‘Well, either way we don’t to refunds’…So, if you’re new to vape devices, if you’re thinking about quitting tobacco, if you need to be listened to and assisted, I wouldn’t recommend this store. Head to place where people are willing to help you. Starting out vaping is confusing and you need people in your corner.

Called before to check if they have what I need, after confirming they got it, went there and it’s a sign on the door be back at 12.45🤦🏻‍♂️ you should change the store hours if you won’t open, at list tell me on the phone you not there, is you know I’m going from your store on front beach to other store . Had to buy stuff online and wait extra day 😡

I went in not knowing much for cbd pain gummies. I was greated by manager who was very informative. Knew everything about all that was in her store. Thats the first for me. Most are there for paycheck and know nada.

I am so happy that a cigar store pointed us in the right direction to u guys. Not only did yall have all that I needed for my hookah but I saw another hookah that I want from u all. Hours of operation need to be updated via the web. We drove to the shop at 1 am because website states open from 9am -2 am and the shop was closed! Very frustrating!
