My name is Jordan. I go in there 2-3x per week. The team there is extremely knowledgeable on their products. Courtney is a sweetheart. She will eventually manage the whole team!

A really nice young lady works there. I dont know her name. All the workers are nice and helpful. We drive 35 miles because this shop has a huge variety and fair prices.

Its a very good place to get ur vape accessories and anything you need and the people that are there are very nice at all times

The worker was so very busy talking to her friends and discussing what they were going to do later tonight that she didnt have time to help my wife and I. My wife let her have it, and she made excuses. I heard her conversation, so I knew what was going on. We did get the item we came for, and we are very satisfied with the product. I just wished we had people who actually want to care about their job and take some pride in their work.

Awesome place!! Good people!! If they dont know they will definitely take the time to figure its out with you! Ive never been treated out of the way and they always have the best selection in town at the best prices!!! I just bought a yocan orbit there today and I couldnt be happier with the product especially at that price.. Had a small miss hap bc neither of us were paying attention and I ended up walking out with something different than what I picked out but a quick trip to the store and there was no questions asked full swap. And to be honest anywhere else it would of been a struggle..... Smh. Keep up the great work Yall!!

Puff pro is the best vape shop in town. From vapes, carts, wax, and pieces, Puff is the place to go. Not once have I been dissatisfied with them. I have had faulty products, but that is on the manufacturer not Puff Pro. If you have a issue with them not taking products back, go take a bite out of an apple, and try returning it to Walmart. Also try your product in store before you leave. Puff is my favorite store, and a safe space. Best stock and employees in town.

Awesome Vape store. They have a huge selection for e-juice and have an even bigger selection of disposable vapes. Prices are extremely reasonable, and the staff are all knowledgeable about what they are selling; this is what makes me a return customer, because they satisfy all my expectations for everything I need for my vape!

This place was great when my wife and I visited. The store is clean and well organized and stocked. The lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful and pretty funny, too. They had what I was looking for, at a decent price, so I bought it and we left happy. It was a positive visit. No complaints whatsoever.

The selection of products are massive. Love to just come look around here. Theres one worker who is hands down the best at her job, I dont remember her name but she is just awesome. Ive told all my friends to go shop there

Usually the employees are super helpful and nice. The girl who is usually there when we are is great. This time there was two girls with glasses in there who were rude and unhelpful. I honestly wouldnt bother going again if they are there they seem have no idea how customer service works or how a business works. Ended up just leaving.

For a business to specialize in an particular area and be unwilling to stand behind the integrity of their product demonstrates the dynamic relationship between how they view customers and service.

Beware of your purchasing power. The owner doesn’t stand behind the products sold. If you buy something defective it’ll be on you & your wallet. It was an awe full experience.

This is probably the best vape store Ive ever been, and Ive been in several all over the state! They have just about eveything you need or want in there.... from vapes, liquid for your vapes, Delta 8, Delta THC, little stash jars, kratom, incense, and etc. Im telling you ANYTHING! The fist pic is the main vape I use.The scond pic is a vape where youd replace the whole pod instead of just the coil like the fist pic. I use that one when I leave the house, and the second pic is THC O Vape. Their price are very good... affodable. I used to go to the Vape Hut, but I must say Puff Pro has a lot more stuff in in, and you just cant beat the prices at Puff Pro. Also, the staff at Puff Pro are AMAZING!! Puff Pro is the ONLY place I go now! Very highly reccomend!

Staff very helpful and friendly, store is always clean and the displays are outstandin. They have what we were looking for and answered any questions we had.

Rude and inexperienced staff. Went to get a pod for my vape and the girl gave me a pack and I told her it wasn’t the right one for my vape. She argued with me saying it was so we opened it up and I showed her they didn’t fit so she said she would refund me. I had paid cash but she wanted to refund my card for some reason. I said no I needed my cash back so she got another girl to come out and talk to me. The other girl asked me if I had my receipt when I had never even left the counter then she said she wouldn’t refund me for the one that was opened. I told her the other girl said it was okay so she said she would do it this time but not again. No problem cause I won’t be back. Vape hut is 110 percent better with service and knowledge. Give vape hut your business not this place.

Won’t be going back… purchased a disposable QR fume that wouldn’t hold a charge and they refused to exchange despite the issue. Go to Patriot Mart- they at least offer you 24 hrs if the disposable is defective.

BEWARE! If you shop here, save your receipt. Also try your product before leaving the store. Today Im returning yet another item Ive purchased from here..First, I got a Onee Max disposable vape that never even tried to work. Brought it back for another. Usually the 5000 puffs last me a week +, this one didnt even make it 24 hours. I didnt try to return it, I figured Id just try the refillable ones.I got a Smok Novo 3. It lasted 2 weeks. It shows that its charged but wont hit. Ive changed the pod, tried a different cord, and Im still terribly disappointed.Yes, they have some cool stuff in there but, in my experience, nothing with a battery that they sell seems to want to work properly.

Inexperienced staff that don’t know what they’re doing and rude as can be. I bought a smok tank and asked one of the staff members would this work with my voopoo mod was told yes it would. Took it home to put it together and wouldn’t work I tore it apart right at 15 times and tired to see if it was something Wrong I did. I bought it back up there and complained about it not working they called the manager and told me that you can’t interchange smok with voopoo. “Going against what they told me previously” and refused to give me a exchange or refund because I had put juice in the tank and wouldn’t do anything for me at all. I would not go back there if you paid me to. Poor start to a business

They do bad business owner runs the business terribly. His employees told me he doesnt even wake up until noon. Got the run around for 2 or 3 weeks surprised the can even stay in business

The music some of the employees play is disgusting. The guy working noticed my husbands reaction and finally turned it down.
