The Spa Central Coast

We had the entire spa to ourselves to accommodate my bachelorette/bridal party and I cannot say how happy I am we chose the Spa Central Coast. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and my massage and body contour were exactly what I needed. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and the locale was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to the owner and their amazing team for making this such an incredible experience!

The spa hosted my sister’s bachelorette and all of us had a lovely, relaxing day! We booked the bridal package and had the meditation room all to ourselves. Thank you for making the day so special for us!

So happy I discovered The Spa Central Coast (thanks to user reviews on Google). It is a very special place. Its not just your typical salon where you get a facial or a massage. Its like you enter another realm - a calm, happy, beautiful place, where you leave your worries at the door. I booked a Signature Facial (which is a bit of a misnomer because its technically a full body massage as well as a facial) with Kitty, the lovely owner. My husband had a full body massage/sea salt scrub combo in another room. We were offered a 15 min complimentary foot soak in the meditation room prior to our treatments, and of course we said yes! Sitting there in our comfy bathrobes was so relaxing. My husband and I both loved the whole experience - it was as much physically as it was spiritually rejuvenating. Also, every person working here is super nice. We came back 2 weeks later for an infrared treatment (I had never even heard about such procedure prior to coming here) and it was really nice. This is a place where people truly care, you feel it in every detail (like the hand-picked (by owner) pebbles in the foot soak bowl). This review is way too long now, but I just loved this Spa and wanted to convey it here.

Such a thoughtful Spa, we had our group come in to end our bachelorette weekend. The staff were incredibly sweet and all the services they provided were incredible. Highly recommend the Stress Away package.

Had the most relaxing spa day here! I felt so zen and happy after my massage and facial from Danielle.

I highly suggest the Take My Stress Away package. With tips it is about $250, and absolutely worth it. Starting with a foot soak in the meditation room, where you can sip on warm tea while you wait for the next experience. Next up was the infared sauna. It was pretty intense! I could feel my pores opening and sweating it all out. Then I had the salt scrub and 75 minute massage. The massage therapist, Liz, was wonderful. She was able to listen to my body and apply the perfect pressure, and checked in often to make sure things were okay. I do tend to bruise easily, so I appreciated the check ins. The massage was wonderful and relaxing. Just what I needed!Finally the facial with I believe Kitty. She was great! The facial was soothing rather than deep cleansing, but again this was just what I needed.The staff was kind, clean, and adhered to mask mandates. I felt totally welcomed and relaxed the entire experience. I am suggesting this to all my friends who need a little getaway in Paso Robles, it truly made my vacation special!

I had a facial with Ava. She was lovely and did a great job. Ava made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend her.

I have been a client of Miranda for approximately two years. During that time I have tried several different service. I have seen the most progress with microchanneling followed by a facial. Ive seen improvement with dark spots, fine lines and overall skin texture. Mirandas knowledge of procedures and products is outstanding. I know if she recommends a product or procedure it is because she has considered my particular needs. I am positive that seeing Miranda on a consistent schedule is the reason I now look in the mirror and think my skin looks amazing!

What a lovely and calming room. My anesthetist, Miranda, does amazing work. I did a microchanneling on my first visit. My skin looked amazing and just continued to look better after the treatment. The products that I got I love. I returned for a facial/micro blading/cryo all recommended to me and the results have made me feel so great. My skin hasn’t looked this good ever. Thank you Miranda. I’ll be back.

Not only did I work at central coast spa and had several inferred sessions but the massage therapist are great. Kitty the owner is wonderful and good at what she does. Ali is also amazing and I totally recommend everyone to pamper yourself at The Spa Central Coast.

Miranda is always amazing! She is very knowledgeable about everything you need to make your skin look incredible. She does it all! Lash tinting, eyebrows, facials, specialty facials, and more! I’ve had many facials and Miranda is the best!

This review is specifically for Austin, one of the massage therapists. I moved here from Los Angeles 2 1/2 years ago, and have tried 6 different massage therapists in north county for deep tissue massage, unsuccessfully. I owned a massage and fitness outcall company, and am very particular when it comes to my own massages.I found Austin two months ago, and I can truthfully say that he is one of the top two massage therapists that I have ever had for deep tissue in the past 20 years. He has an intuitive knowledge of where tension and pain lives in my back, neck, and hips before I do. He is AMAZING.

What a wonderful experience! My daughter and I were in town for a winetasting weekend and I decided to treat the two of us to massages. Kitty, the owner who did my massage was top notch. I felt fantastic afterwards and so relaxed. She’s obviously quite experienced. My daughter had an equally wonderful experience. The spa is very Zen-like, quiet, peaceful, and inviting. The staff are so friendly as well as professional. If I lived in town, I would definitely become a member. I can’t recommend the spa highly enough.

I love the Spa Central Coast. From the minute I walk in the door my shoulders start to drop and I feel like Im receiving a big hug. I have had different spa services from massage to eyebrow waxing and they all have been amazing. Kitty is so gentle with her hands and the waxing and the front of the spa is handled very professionally. I highly recommend the Spa Central Coast. Cant wait for my next massage!!

Beware!!! I put cash in my wallet then walked right out the door to drive to the spa. After the massage $100 was GONE! Yes, I fell asleep. I made the mistake of telling her that I was tired and would most likely do so. She was sly, that’s for sure! I wouldn’t have thought anything about it if I hadn’t JUST put it in my wallet. The massage wasn’t great either!! No pressure on tight muscles.

Book Kristin for a massage. I have been getting massages for 30 years. She is one of the best therapists I’ve ever had.

What an absolute amazing wonderful time spent at the spa central coast! I was immediately relaxed with the aromas that greeted me as I walked in, along with positive energy! My massage, foot soak and infrared sauna where stellar and the best services I have EVER received! I floated out feeling rejuvenated and amazing. Well done and many thanks to the owner Kitty and all her wonderful staff!!

My husband and I just tried the infrared sauna here for the first time. Wow! I think were hooked! We both noticed that some joint pain that we were having - his elbows and my sacroiliac - was very much improved for quite a while after the session, and we felt SO relaxed. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and the staff is really polite and helpful too. An all aground great experience. Well be back for more!

My mom and I went in today for a spa day to celebrate her birthday. It was the most amazing spa package we have ever received. My mom got massaged by Shyla. My mom has a lot of health considerations and said Shyla did a great job working around her considerations. She said it was one of the best massages she has ever had, and my mom is a high maintenance kind-of-chick! I had a massage by Kitty. WOW-she was phenomenal. I have been to eight different massage therapists till I found the gal I have been going to for the past three years. I have not seen anyone but her until I went into The Spa Central Coast with Kitty...I did not think anyone could compare to the gal I found...but wow! She is very very talented. Her knowledge of the anatomy and my body was wonderful, and she is great if you want deep tissue. Her various techniques and application of products was also appreciated. One of the best massages EVER! In the package we also had a foot treatment, facial, and infrared sauna treatment. The infrared sauna treatment was definitely a must-try. Loved The Spa Central Coast-I will be back without a doubt! I can not think of any complaints or room for improvement. The ambiance is also amazing!

The soothing aroma of essential oils and the blanket of subdued light allows you to feel yourself - a more relaxed version of yourself. When you walk out of door, the positive energy carries you about the rest of your day...

Barbara did an amazing job on my facial. She is very knowledgeable and nice!! She explained everything to me before applying anything to my face and what to expect. I will definitely be going back to see Barbara and I recommend you do to!! Very relaxing atmosphere, everyone was very nice from the moment I walked through the door.

Tina Jo is a knowledgeable, educated, experienced, professional. I highly recommend her for any of the services she provides. Her massage is spectacular 🌟

Although a small boutique spa it has a personal touch and intimate feel that makes the experience very enjoyable. The masseuse was expert in working out the stress knots in my shoulders and upper back. I hope to return regularly for that level of pampering!

Went in for microdermabrasion, received lots of warm towels on my face, a very light neck, arm and hand massage, a nice facial massage, minimal head massage -none of which I asked for. And about 3 minutes of microdermabrasion work. Was cold the entire time. I did receive a lukewarm foot soak...but honestly wish Id left my shoes on. It was so cold in fhe room. I asked how much it would come to as there were add ons...thinking to leave the tio in the room. But was told she didnt do math and was therefore manipulated into giving a 20% tip at the counter from a very unfriendly cashier. Left with greasy hair from the minimal head massage- again not requested.

I went to paso robles for a long weekend to celebrate my anniversary. The hotel i stayed at offered spa services when in reality it was through a preferred spa (3rd party). I went online, created a client profile, entered my personal information including my cc. I requested an appointment assuming i would receive a text or email confirming my appointment like any normal business. The day of, i received an appointment reminder email at 6:30am when my appointment was at 8am. At 8am! Who is up at 6:30 when your on vacation?! They had the audacity to email me my sales receipt for services i never received. When i requested my appt all the way to the end, not once did they notify me of their cancelled/no show policy. Because they dont have one! They rip people off. I called explaining i am not one to waste anyones time and understand how business work however my appt was never confirmed, or i would have made it to my couples massage. I offered to go in at a later time since i was already charged and they refused. Very unethical. I disputed the charge with my cc company and its currently under investigation. If you read old reviews, they are known to steal from their customers!Ive submitted a complaint with the better busines bureau. This spa does not need to be in business!

Truly healing reflexology treatments! I had been struggling with a knee injury for several months and was begining to think I would never be able to walk or move normally again. After 3 regular reflexology treatments, my strength and stamina is returning and the pain is almost completely gone. I am so happy I went to see Katie for Reflexology treatments. My strength and flexibility have been nearly restored and I am able to begin work outs and yoga again. I am truly grateful!

This place is incredible! Very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone there is so nice. I’ve had tons of massages and Stephanie gave me the best one I’ve ever had! She did an incredible job working my whole body and getting the knots out. Highly recommend!

Hubby and I did a swedish couples massage.I thought the atmosphere was pretty calm and relaxing. It smells pretty good as you walk in. I thought my massage was good but I didnt really care for the 15 min foot soak. I think the overall massage was good.Ive been to other locations that have done a scalp massage a long with the swedish massage and also includes the hot stones.This one they said to call ahead of timet to request the stones and Im not sure if its extra.They did place a rolled up hot towel for my head to rest when I was laying on my back. The towel was a little too hot so I moved my head a little bit off of it, but when I got back I realized I had these red lines on my neck.Last, if you want a scented oil for the massage oils its extra.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of experiencing my first microdermabrasion facial. AND I LOVED EVERY SECOND.I booked my appointment with a sweet girl Rebecca who was very thorough and made the process easy. She got me in the same week which was surprising to me especially on a holiday week.When I got there the owner, Kitty, was in the front along with 2 other employees. They asked for my name and took me right back for the foot soak. The place is a lot bigger then I expected. We went into the back room and it was peaceful and relaxing.Tracy came and got me right on time for my appointment. She took me into the room and started the long but relaxing process. It was 60 mins of pure enjoyment. She was very knowledgeable about skin and what I am lacking.Overall I can’t wait to go back. Hopefully next month!

First time here for a couples massage. Loved the relaxing and calm feeling in the place as a whole.When we went into the couples room, I could tell my therapist (Lacey I think her name was) seemed a little off like if she didnt know what to do next and I noticed she kept looking at Suzie (my husbands) to follow her lead. Started like any other massage, I tried to enjoy it but just couldnt. It seemed like a lot of rubbing with forearm and whole hand. Not much pressure either, which is what I really wanted and needed. And I noticed a lot of rubbing on boney parts not in the nice sore muscley areas where I would think a massage therapist would seem to know to get in with a deep tissue. Maybe it was my fault for not having said anything but I really didnt want to ruin my husbands massage which I know he was truly enjoying with Suzie ( I could tell by his heavy breathing he was sleeping at some points)( and thats how we know its a great massage, is if it puts us to sleep😅)Not giving it any less than 3 stars just for SUZIE. My husband loved her!

I recently moved to the central coast and was looking for a spa that could offer me the higher end treatments that I was accustomed to, finding The Spa was a godsend! In little town of Atascadero there is this relaxing atmosphere, good staff and amazing healing therapists where anyone from any walk of life can feel comfortable!!! I highly recommend checking this place out and becoming a member like I just did!

The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. The Spa has a relaxing and calming atmosphere and ambiance and offers locally made products from bath salts, kombucha to known brands like Aveda and gifts. The services are competitively priced and I look forward to returning.

This is a must stop when visiting Paso Robles, Stacey gave me the best massage and Lizz the best facial. My skin was smooth and radiant afterwards.

The best massage & facial I have ever had. The atmosphere at the Spa of the Central Coast very calming and caring.

My wife had received a gift certificate and never got around to using it, so she suggested I use it. After I drove down for the appointment I had made, they refused me service because the gift certificate was given to my wife and not me. They made a big deal about it and suggested that I found it on the street or that maybe my wife had divorced me. I will never go back and spend my money there....
