I went in for novo5 pods. Only had the whole kit. I bought it because I was in a pinch. Went back 3 times in 3 weeks, waiting for the order. Never ordered it. 4th time I was told they cant order it and never had it ever. Waste of my time 4 times in a row. I live an hour away.

Miss the old manager and the vibe she kept the store at. Always welcoming and respectful. With the new on-site management , its very much the opposite, a real pretentious snobbyness along with a youre interrupting me, customer vibe. Very out of place for this spot

Went there at 11:16 in the morning to purchase CBD and the door was locked nobody was in there. You cant call and leave messages because the voicemail is full. What a joke place

They have great products, not a fan of upper management but lower staff are pretty cool and helpful as they can be.

Stopped in here a couple months ago for a ceramic slide nail, unfortnately they didnt have any. But the guy working was extremely knowledgeable of the industry and when i saw they carried fritrer disc percs it turned into a conversation about the Rooster and patents and then even on to blazer torches (by far best torches ever! Worth every penny, and never die!) Where we both shared the same opinions there. Anyhow after about 30-45 minutes of chat about the industry I could tell he is extremely paasionate about it and really knows all the best stuff, which takes many years of learning, trying, and listening to everyones opinions.So even though they didnt have what i needed that day and i only spent like $7 on silicone torch tip condoms, the experience was so great that im going to be going over an hr out of my way today to go pick a brand new bong, since mine just died a very sad death!I didnt get his name, shame on me, but today ill make sure to get it from him or figure it out with whoever is working today and ill update this with his name! So we will no longer have to reference him as worker guy anymore! LOL

The people that work there dont seem to know anything about vapes. They advertise in stock items that are unavailable when you arrive. And you have to purchase value juice online and then pick up in store. Hassle

Best smoke shop in the county excellent customer service especially from the girl with the curly hair she always knows her product and is great with making a good sale. great music always playing and genuinely chill environment. great sales great raffles and great glass you should definitely go here for your glass collecting there’s always a beautiful piece

I love coming here! They have the best selection out of any other store. Deanna is awesome, extremely helpful and chill personality. It makes the experience evenbetter. I’ll be back!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SMOKE SHOP!!!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE.I wanted a simple return.... not even an exchange...D the manager was quick to blame me for not having the knowledge of their return policy.... She then becomes aggressive and starts yelling at me. I let Ms. D know that her attitude and service were making me feel uncomfortable.Her associate, Sadie, was in the background the whole time, confirming and perpetuating Ds poor behavior. (Sadie even started laughing when I mentioned how uncomfortable their team was making me...)I asked them for the manager information so I could speak to someone else, but they refused to help.At this point, both (D & and Sadie) started yelling and waving their arms. I was then told to leave, or they would call the cops...Its completely laughable at how these two individuals conduct themselves. Hope the owner sees how much danger these two can be on a small business!!!

Been going for a while with no problems. then I go in using my my mothers card to buy her a bag and they wouldnt let me use the card because it doesnt have my name on it. I bring out my ID our last name are both the same🤦. I just bought my stuff at Mikes 😂

Awesome smoke shop if youre a local chooses shop for your regular. They have cigarettes now and the c b d cannabis and anything else you need, like kratom they Have nations #1 distributor products. They also have High quality products in every aspect for cheap.

The folks here are very friendly and helpful. Every smoke shop should have employees as nice and professional as they are. They even scanned my id that’s amazingly good safe service. Made me feel confident in buying from this location.

Bought a $45 battery for my cartridge, Manager of the store hyped it up like it was the greatest thing since sliced bread. I live out of town, so their 2 day return policy isn’t the best in that regard. I show up maybe 4,5 days later explaining the situation and how the battery isn’t functioning like it should (unless it was on the highest setting, it did not work). I stayed polite trying to explain the situation , the manager wasn’t trying to hear what I said and kept saying “the product isn’t broken, it’s just not to you’re liking” after repeated attempts to show her what was wrong. I’m out $45 and very dissatisfied with the product and service.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They keep it clean. They also have a good amount of raffles and events at the store. Also I have had to return a few puff bars (the puff brand is going downhill its not the stores fault) and they always help me and get me on my way.

Just left and the lovely Miss Alex was working the store by herself. She is such a polite, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and accomadating employee. She helped me find exactly what i was looking for and right within the price point i had told her was right for my budget. I left with an even better version of the product i came in for and even a couple more irresistible and affordable goodies i just couldnt leave without. Thank you, Alex, for making The Wild Side Smoke Shop so much better then the rest in our town!

On top of being amazing at selling people, having great opinions on flavors or glass, and good dealsThey’ll actually answer the phone for you when you need it- such as if you leave your card there. They aren’t thieves whatsoever, unlike Jack in the box

Very friendly and welcoming team. The manager consistently thinks of the best ways to get the best prices and encourages other staff to do the same. Very pleased with their customer service and regard for others/service.

Best smoke shop ever, practically everything you could want. Great prices on weed and edibles and I got an awesome vape pen and CBD vape juice there. Super friendly and helpful staff. My roommate and I come here at practically every week. They also have sales and raffles for 4/20 and 7/10

The staff was very personal and polite. Thats what I was looking for first time shopper for a vape with menthol. Id recommend this place to come and get your Vapes.
