Favorite smoke shop in town. Known Chris since I was in high school, can’t tell me anything bad about this smoke shop. Plus, his wife makes the coolest custom, ANYTHING. So not only do you get real local love from Tobacco Mart, you can pretty much get whatever you want from this one stop shop!!!

Absolutely horrible. During the pandemic they wouldn’t allow anyone to come in the shop, you had to ask for what you wanted at the door and they would bring it to you. That alone wouldn’t be so bad, though it’s rather annoying because you can’t see the item you’re looking for. However I went and asked for a product that I had gotten there before and the guy brought me the wrong thing and refused to exchange it, claiming to be closed despite it being only a bit after 6:00 and Google saying that they are open til 9pm. They acted like I was annoying for keeping them past closing though I had no way of knowing they were closing early, and used Covid as an excuse for their poor customer service. I was able to exchange it the next day but I was furious and will never go there again. There are so many better smoke shops around here, avoid this one.UPDATE : ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

Really awful service. I was blown away. My fam and I had been going to Mikes for years. I will be letting my loved ones locally know that this place is a RIP off. Rude and greedy. I hope you learn something from the repercussions.

Staff is exceptional. Always friendly and smiling. Great selection of tobacco products and prices are good. It’s my go to place for tobacco no reason to look anywhere else

Used to be a really good shop and cared about their customers but must have gotten lost over the years and no longer look out for their customers like they used to. No breaks even for their customers that have known the owner and the family and been going there for years but wont be going back here again after this being the 2nd time I was given faulty products without being able to return it although wasnt even used. Theyve been going downhill for years My last choice for a smoke shop in Paso Robles. Its a shame

This place is wack they won’t sale glass if you’re 18 yet their sign says 18 or older to enter I’m 20 btw so all I got is a couple months but the point is they have some rules that don’t make sense and there selection is a*s I recommend wild side way better selection and customer service too bad they were closed today also they hire a bunch of pussi*s

My experience with the Tobacco Mart has been just incredible! I was usually buying online because of savings but Cris at the Tobacco Mart has given me deals on mods and juices that the online stores cannot compete with. All of the staff is so helpful and friendly and go way above and beyond the call of duty. They have helped me so much with mod problems and never charged me. They have the largest and best selection of juices I have ever seen in one store. From now on I will be doing all of my purchases at the Tobacco mart and staying off the internet. I simply love this store and all of the employees. Best Ever!!

Best smoke shop in town. The employees are always extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. They go above and beyond in helping me out when I need it to make sure I get what I need.

They have a great stock and supply of tobacco products; lottery tickets, some tee shirts, CBD products, jewelry, incense, candles, snacks. The staff is always helpful and polite. We always find what we need there.

Im so sad to see that all menthol cigarettes are being taken off market I hope that doesnt effect all cigarettes stores cause its a lot of people who smoke menthol

Finally was able to explain my position and they agreed to send my smok back or at least find out if they can send my smog back for replacement or repair.
