I booked an appointment for a facial and an massage for my daughter and I for her 17th birthday. The ladies who performed our services were awesome and very gentle! I told the massage therapist to work my piriformis muscle and she went to work! She was not to hard with her pressure. It was perfect! My daughter enjoyed her first spa day thanks to these ladies. We will definitely return for more services!

The facility was great, they fit me right in, same day. Destiny did a fantastic job with the massage. Highly recommend!

Went for my first massage and was impressed from the moment I walked in. theres a very serene, calm feeling when you walk in. everyone was so sweet that helped me. Heather did my massage and she was fantastic! literally the best massage Ive had and Ive had tons of massages! will definitely be back to see Heather!

I got one of the spa packages and had a massage, which was so on point, relaxing and amazing! I also had a facial which addressed my concerns along with a neck rub! The exfoliation and her knowledge was beyond my expectations!!! Well worth it and Ill be back again!!

Jen was an excellent masseuse and really nice! She listened to what I needed and made me feel amazingly relaxed. She checked in just the right amount and even gave me a tip about relieving pain in my hip! I will definitely ask for her again.

Lauren does my facials and its the best facials Ive ever had. Along with educational information, during my session. Valencia does my massages and is some of the best massages Ive ever had done. Also, along with educational information during my session. I always leave feeling beautiful and refreshed. These are some of the most kind, genuine people and that holds a lot of value in this world today.

Went as a group for a friends birthday. Never have had a massage before and ot was amazing. Leslie did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. Had an amazing facial. Skin felt wonderful afterwards.

Whitney is absolutely the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot of them! I need really deep pressure on my back to feel relief and she’s does an incredible job every time I see her. The spa is absolutely beautiful with such a serene atmosphere, I love it!

My wife recommended Escape, so I saw Vanessa, and I was extremely impressed with the expert treatment I received. I recently hurt my back lifting weights and first went to a Chiropractor for Massage Therapy. I left with little results. However, my treatment at Escape was at a level that surpassed my expectations. This was true physical therapy, and Vanessa was exceptionally knowledgeable about musculature. She gave me exercises for home practice, and I have been able to get back to my usual lifting routine. So glad I found Escape.

My family is in Pensacola for the week, and we decided to get a massage one day on our vacation. After looking at reviews we decided on Escape Wellness, and they DID NOT disappoint. First- they were able to accommodate all 5 of us and our hour long massages! I am pregnant and received one of the best prenatal massages with Rebecca! She was incredible. My husband had an hour long massage with Valencia, and he loved his hour as well! The staff, the place, and the massages were EXCELLENT. My only complaint… I wish they had this back home! When we come back to Pensacola we will definitely be back for another massage. 💯💯💯

Escape Wellness Spa has been the best experience for me. I started going as I recovered through injury with therapeutic massages, and 2 years later I continue to go on a consistent basis because of the quality of services and personnel. Today, I had the pleasure of having Ms. Heather as my massage therapist. Absolute professional! It felt like she dismantled every piece of muscle, fixed them up, and carefully put them back together - all done in a very fluid manner.About a month ago, I had Ms. Valencia who was also top notch! She too had a certrain fluidity to her method.About a year ago, I had Ms. Jen and she was the reason my wife and I are repeat guests.So far, I have had nothing but a very relaxing time with each visit... my wife shares the same experience! I cant recall the names of her therapists but she has enjoyed every single massage shes had. We very well could have gone through their whole list of therapists!Competitively priced, safe location, clean facility/rooms, and very experienced and professional therapists. Highly recommended!

Long review but I couldnt shorten how wonderful this place is! I received a gift certificate for Christmas for a 60 minute signature massage. I called to book my massage. They send you a text message of availability and you select the date, time, and massage you want. I accidentally chose the 60 minute signature luxe massage. I left a message when I called to have someone call me back because I had a few questions. I asked my questions. The lady was very good at answering my questions. She informed me that I booked a masters massage. She explained what a masters massage was. There was a slight price difference. She asked if I wanted to keep it. I said yes. Im so glad I did. When you walk in the door the relaxing vibe starts there. The lady at the front desk was so inviting. I didnt get her name. Kristen was my masseuse. She was amazing. I let her know this was my 1st massage and I wasnt sure what to do. She explained the process to me. It was an amazing massage. I have never been that relaxed in my life as I was when I walked out the door. I would definitely recommend Escape wellness spa to anyone! I cant comment on the other masseuse there but I can tell you Kristen is an excellent choice! Kristen thank you so much for the best stress relief Ive ever had! The whole experience was amazing. I have never been SO relaxed in my entire life. Megan and Heather both made sure that my every need was met, and i have never felt so cared for in my entire life. Megan even gave me a handwritten sheet of tips for keeping my skin looking as amazing as it did when she was done! Cannot recommend this place enough

Had a fabulous experience here today! I came in 33 weeks pregnant to celebrate my birthday. Heather did a fantastic job with my prenatal massage. I instantly felt major relief. The whole experience was smooth and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend and will be back soon!

I had the most AMAZING massage with Valencia today!! I feel 100% better than I did!! She listened to what I needed and really made it the best experience!! I will definitely go back to see her!! She’s a rock star!!

90min couples massage with my husband = an ok experience. Charged $10 extra for deep tissue but we barely felt any pressure lol just light repetitive rubbing for the most part. Nothing infuriates me more than the service I pay for being cut short, in this case by 10 mins. This wasn’t a horrible experience by any means but certainly not worth the price!

My first experience here was amazing, I absolutely loved my facial with Megan and my message. The receptionist was lovely as well and I can’t wait to come back!

I received a gift card for Escape Wellness Spa for my birthday, little did I know that they suggest you use it within 6 months of purchasing or else it expires! I believe I was within a week of the expiration date, regardless, the lady I spoke with allowed me to use it, I was so pleased! I ended up going for a deep tissue couples massage! My masseuse was absolutely fantastic! I already cant wait to go back!

As a military personnel you move a lot. As you move have to find new city to call your home. One of the things Im constantly in the search for in my city is a good massage spa. I am so glad I found finally found is my go-to massage spa after several months of moving to Pensacola. I wish I had found this place sooner.The place is very clean. The people that work there are very sweet and welcoming.But above all... Valencia is phenomenal! She will give you as little or as much pressure as you would like. She will work with you to tailor her sessions according to your needs. She is such a delight to have as your therapist.

I have been seeing Rachel for customized facials for over a year now and my services are always exactly what my troubled skin needs! She is extremely knowledgeable and an absolute joy to talk with. My skin always feels fresh and clean and I’ve seen dramatic results!I recently started also seeing Dee for massages and WOW! Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! Today we combined massage with a reiki session (my first reiki experience ever) and I’m hooked. It was a surreal experience that I would recommend to everyone!

The young man name Derrick was coughing the whole time and didnt wear a mask and massage one foot but not the other and continued to cough during the whole experience. This was our honeymoon but a terrible experience during my massage but my husband really enjoyed Valencia massage I would recommend her next time for both of us.

Im an anxious person, so there are few places that can make me feel relaxed so quickly. I walked in & immediately felt in a 5 star spa & felt like a VIP frequent client. I regret not getting the woman working the fronts name when I entered, but she was so tentative & exuded a love for what she does. Then I met Lauren for my waxings. She made the atmosphere so comfortable & worked so diligently. When I was done with my waxings & checking out, I was quickly searching the menu of services to book another escape. I am very much looking forward to my spa day in 2 weeks & am so glad I found this gem of a place!

One of my best friends booked a surprise prenatal massage for me with Rommel. I was a little skeptical about a man doing my massage only because Im a little more anxious when Im pregnant. The minute I walked in the room I instantly felt an overwhelming calmness as Rommel explained everything to me. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing! He ensured I was comfortable and that he made the best of my hour massage. I was so relaxed when I left that all I wanted was a nap. I cannot wait to go back, at least two more times before my baby girl is born!

Received a 90 minute facial from Tasha at Escape today and it was by far the best service I have received anywhere in Pensacola. She addressed all my concerns and provided a relaxing environment. There were multiple times I dozed off because I was so relaxed. The massage I received during the facial service was better than most massage services I have had in the past. I will definitely be back!! Thank you Rachel at the front for providing an easy check in/check out process and helping me locate the spa as my gps took me the wrong way lol!

What a wonderful morning!! Booked a double spa day with my sister. Neither one of us had ever been here. We were treated to one of the best massages and facials Ive ever had. The ambience is relaxing, the staff, kind and professional. Melissa was amazing doing my facial and Heather left me feeling relaxed after she finished the massage. No hard sales on products, which was a nice change of pace from other spas. I am always anxious when i go to a new place because i am plus size, but they put me right at ease. We will be back!!

Seriously the best massage and facial I have ever had!!!! My husband gifted me with the Escape Signature Package that included a 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial. I started with Rommel for my massage and it was a relaxing experience from the moment I stepped into the massage room. Rommel was very good at listening to my needs and didnt hesitate to question my comfort throughout the massage. Rommel focused on my needs and gave me some good pointers on how to stretch at home. I left my massage feeling at peace and rejuvenated. Next, I met with Angela for my facial. She was very sweet from the get-go and asked all about my routine and problem areas. Throughout the facial, she was very informative as to what she was seeing and gave great recommendations for products I could use on a daily basis. I left the facial feeling energized and excited about how great my skin looked. I was so pleased with my overall experience that I booked my next appointment with both of these people. I had the escape wellness package (a gift) and I had a wonderful experience. Having never had a facial before I dont actually have any basis for comparison, but my face feels amazing, I side and out. I had a massage with Rommel and he was spectacular. He was very aware of my responses and adjusted when necessary without missing a beat. With other massages Ive had, the feeling of relaxation was gone before I reached my car, but this was different. I still feel amazing an hour later!

No matter the service you sign up for, every single experience has been magical. The staff are always professional and very helpful with any questions you have. The spa is a hidden gem if you need to recharge.

I had an amazing experience with Rommel Reguindin today! This was my very first massage and I was a little nervous. He answered my questions and was very soothing and obviously knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to finally take a few minutes for themselves. I left feeling completely relaxed and like a whole person again!! Today my boyfriend surprised me with my first ever massage and I’m so glad he chose Escape. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience. My therapist was Kristen, she was amazing! I was very nervous at first but she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The front desk receptionist was also very polite and had excellent customer service. I would recommend Escape!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I got my first ever prenatal massage from Mr. Kerry and it was worth every single penny! He was so respectful of my privacy, keeping my body covered aside from the areas he was working on at the time. He listened to how much pressure I wanted and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left planning my next visit. I cannot recommend escape or Mr. Kerry enough!!

I went in for my first facial a little nervous but Megan was amazing. She made me feel so relaxed while also educating me on my skin needs. All of the staff are very kind and knowledgeable!

I cannot say enough great things about this establishment! From the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel welcomed and appreciated despite having rolled out of bed minutes before my appointment. I had a massage with Dee who was absolutely amazing. She was extremely knowledgable and was able to sort out some problem areas in my back. I also had my first ever facial with Melissa who was equally wonderful! I could tell she is trustworthy, genuine and very experienced in her profession. I must admit, having sensitive skin, I was expecting the facial to cause all sorts of issues with my skin, but the complete opposite happened. The products and treatment Melissa used on me truly started to change my skin for the better! Its been 3 days since my facial and my skin looks better and better each time I wake up. Bottom line, this place has amazing staff, products and customer service. My mom and I have already booked microneedling appointments with Melissa and we cannot wait!

Everything about this spa is divine. Upon entering, the receptionist was bright, bubbly, and welcoming. I had a facial by Cameron. She was well educated and told me about the entire process and all the products she was using on me. I left glowing! Her light massage was *chefs kiss,* amazing. I instantly rebooked for a massage with hot stones. I was graciously met by Kristen. The massage she gave me was one of the best I have had in a long time. I cant wait to go back the next time I am in town.

I had the most amazing microdermabrasion facial with Laura today! My skin feels silky smooth, and it’s glowing. The facial was so relaxing, and her neck massage felt like heaven. The spa itself is beautiful inside, and the entire place smells lovely. The girl working the front desk was very nice as well. Thank you!!! I will be back soon.

I have have been with a few therapist here at Escape Wellness. They are all wonderful.The waiting area is very inviting. The front desk staff is so welcoming. I absolutely love Rommel! Not only does he read what your body needs he also gives you the best stretch. He is a wealth of knowledge. He helped me understand not only what my body needs but why my body is feeling the way it does. Rommel gave me great stretches to do at home and also taught me the importance of deep breathing. I also loved the cupping!!! I felt comfortable the whole time. Hands down the best massage therapist. Thanks Rommel!

My girlfriend and I usually go to Massage Envy for massages but wanted to try Escape. We were both beyond satisfied. Best service and massages in Pensacola! They were very thorough and detailed with their massages! Dee and Whitney were AMAZING! This is our new spot and will definitely be going back!

Both were extremely professional and left me relieved of the pain I had when I went in. I tried the fit wrap for the first time last week before my massage and loved it! I absolutely LOVE this place. I went for a facial and a hot stone massage and was instantly hooked. Rommel did an AMAZING job with my massage and since hes currently the only male massage therapist, I would definitely recommend his healing hands. As a busy working mother he really put life back into my body. All in all, the environment is relaxing, calming and a really a place you just never want to leave. 11/10 HIGHLY recommend.

I had my second session with them yesterday - a massage and facial.I meant to do this yesterday after my session - and also for the first time in October. Kristen is amazing- she combines her knowledge of chiropractic with massage therapy skill and you come away with the most intense treatment imagineable. Ingrid also gives the most incredible facial one can experience. These women are talented and skilled in their art. I highly recommend! Love these women!

We booked a couple messages and a foot massage for me. The staff was pleasant however the room felt cramped and the messages weren’t very good. In addition, they included my foot message with couple messages so I didn’t get a complete sixty minute message which we paid for. I will NEVER use their services again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

I got my eyelashes done with Ingrid and she did an incredible job! She was so accommodating and really listened to what I was looking for. She was so gentle, and the atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. Not only do I now have bombshell lashes for my wedding, but I also feel like I got some much needed rejuvenation time.

Whitney is an amazing massage therapist. She is always able to find my troubling spots on my back and the relief lasts over a month. They are worth the money and much more affordable, healthier, and more relaxing than any medication you could possibly take. I plan on making this my monthly “getaway.” I highly recommend them for your spa needs.

First time going to a spa, definitely not the last. The staff was very friendly and inviting, from the time I walked through the door, to when I left. Very relaxing and comforting atmosphere. Meghan and Meagan were extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job of walking me through every step of the waxing, facial, and massage. Best birthday gift ever! I love Escape Spa! i met the owner in a spin class and was happy to have been referred here. It’s hard to find really quality massages and I am picky because I have a hard time finding someone who understand my tight muscles. I was able to find Rommel who has helped and if always knowledgeable and kind. I recently strained a muscle and he completely understood how to help me without irritating it. Everyone that works there is so nice !I wanted to note that I Recently saw Dee for Reiki work and she was amazing! Her energy was one of a kind and I walked away floating with newfound energy !Thank you 🙏🏼

I just had a fabulous massage by Whitney tonight!!!! I was visiting from out of town and needed to relax and she was amazing!! I experienced the loveliest couples massage today at Escape Wellness Spa. My girlfriend and I treated each other to the couples massage with champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries as our anniversary gift to one another. My therapist, Rommel Reguindin, gave an incredible massage. His technique balanced relaxation with deep tissue work that restored suppleness to my overworked muscles. As a licensed massage therapist myself, I completely endorse him. If you have a chance to go to this spa, take it! And ask for Rommel!After my amazing service yesterday, I decided to go back in for a facial today and I could not be happier with service! My esthetician, Melissa, was very knowledgeable about which products would be best for my specific skin concerns. She explained the benefits of each product and even offered suggestions for future skin care visits. The team at Escape Wellness is highly professional and kind. This place is amazing. The attention to detail indicates the experience and passion of those that run it. Their products are really great. If you get a Facial, get the skin tightening treatment. It works! As far as massage goes, my experience has always been an enjoyable one.

Ever since I moved out of Pensacola I have had a hard time finding a therapist as good as Jen. She set the bar really high and if anyone is looking for a therapist I highly recommend Jen.

I got a Swedish massage from Donicia with a sweet cream foot rub and it was seriously one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten! She used the right amount of pressure, and made sure to check in throughout the massage that she wasn’t over doing it. The room was really relaxing, and I enjoyed the heating pad on the table and aromatherapy. After the message Donicia also went over some stretches I could do on my own to keep my hips from tightening up. Top notch service, highly recommend Escape Wellness Spa and Donicia!

We just moved from Pensacola beach to cordova park. So I decided to try them out. I will be back atleast twice a month. I have had alot of massages but never one that great. Absolutely unbelievable. Done business here several times before but never again. I bought my wife a $250 gift card and she made an appointment a few days in advance. Well the day of her appointment she had some medical problems come up so she had to reschedule. And these people charged her the full $200 something dollars for having to cancel. Not 40$, not some base fee, The full price of the massage and facial. And after weve spent thousands here. Well simply take our business else where.Iv since up the stars to 3 stars since they did eventually try to make it right with my wife

This place is a hidden gem. Process is very easy and at check in you get to select add-ons to your therapy. Theyre accommodating as much as possible and listen to your need. Rommel is absolutely the best massage therapist you could ever ask for. Hes very attentive to your needs and works with you to achieve your goals. The rooms are spacious enough and the scenery and ambiance in the massage room is perfect. Perfect balance of music, darkness, aromatherapy and some light. This place is the best. I was dealing with rather severe low back pain from muscle strain, and a good friend referred me to Stephanie. The 90-minute massage she gave me was very effective. I left the spa feeling much better, and in 2 days I was pain free. In fact, I had totally forgotten about my back pain until a colleague asked me how I was doing with my back pain. Amazing does not even begin to describe Stephanies skills.I am convinced of the efficacy of massage therapy for acute musculoskeletal injury in combination with the standard medical therapy of NSAIDs. I recovered much faster after a treatment with Stephanie.I would be negligent if I did not also comment on the impressive cleanliness of the facility. It smelled very fresh and if there was a speck of dust in there, I couldnt find one. This business is a real gem. The staff are highly personal and professional.

The last time I was in the estetician recommended their facial products Cosmedix to use on my face to clear up my acne. I could see progress with in 3 days of using the cleanser and toner 2x a day. And now that Im a month into using it my acne is almost completely gone! No redness and no breakouts, completely worth the money. I cant say enough great things about this spa!
