Ms.Gamble is the best deep tissue massage therapist ever! She really listens and works on what ever part of your body may be hurting the most. I have been using her about two years now and I have had others in the past but she is definitely the best!
The service here is amazing! Leticia is my esthetician and she is very knowledgeable, takes her time and really pamper me. She does my microdermabrasion treatments and my chemical peel no peel. My skin looks amazing and my complexion is even. I’m so glad I met her, I’ve been going to her for 6 months or so.I get the 90 minutes massages as well. Roderick, Rose, and Todd have blessed hands!!! One time Rose massaged me so good I was in tears, she even released my emotions!!!!
I absolutely LOVE May, she is such a wonderful masseuse! I suffer from chronic back pain and she always makes me feel better at the end of my session. I would recommend her to ANYONE, but especially anyone suffering from any kind of chronic pain. She is so gentle and willing to adapt her pressure to suit your needs.
I walked out 30 minutes into a scheduled one hour Deep tissue massage.I told the front desk Ill just do the 30 minutes because I wasnt completely satisfied with the message therapist and they still charged me for a full hour.I have a membership and I go all the time to other locations. The Pensacola location is ridiculous.Customer service wss horrible

Cannot recommend Debbie enough for the care I received for her massage services.. but the front desk/back office team at this location is less accommodating for extenuating medical services for cancellations. Staff has been uncharacteristically unempathetic than they have been in recent years, and manager(s) clearly value policy over empathy. Disappointing end to what has been a therapeutic experience; will not return.
I called on September 18th to have my membership cancelled. They said a manager would call me back. NO ONE called me back. I called a few more times and again no one called me back. I didn’t pay October’s membership because I was trying to cancel the membership. As of September I had about 5 more visits left on the account. I called and tried to book a visit but was told no as the account was in suspension. When I asked again about how to cancel, I am told that a manager will have to speak with me….. so it’s like I can’t cancel the membership without a manager but at the same time I can’t use the visits I’ve already paid for…..is the manager real? Because trying to get in touch with one is a joke? Where is this manager they speak of?! I literally just want to cancel the account….it shouldn’t be this stupid.
Classic bait and switch. You find one good therapist they talk you into getting a membership and then there’s no therapist that can help you. Had an appointment but I booked a month ago and then it got canceled seven hours before the appointment. Impossible to cancel the membership. They have you pay for a service that they cannot provide.
The staff I’ve encountered have been friendly but much needs to be improved in management and maintenance. The carpets in the massage rooms I’ve been in are in bad need of replacement as they smell and there needs to be some type of mold remediation done as the massage rooms I’ve been in smell moldy and musty. In addition, when you cancel your membership, they charge you for the next 70 days (10 days to take effect and two more months of membership fees). I was not made aware of this when I signed up nor should this be standard practice. I can understand 30 days but 70 is ridiculous and over the top.
Their policies regarding cancellations for their members is unacceptable. They frequently same day cancel your appt (sometimes when you are on the way) due to an emergency with a therapist without giving a comp massage, but when you have a medical emergency and call to cancel within the 24 hr mark, they charge you 50%! A fee is one thing, but 50% is out of control.Too many things have been going downhill over the last year with their service, price changes and policies causing some of their best therapists to leave .... their lack of working with a faithful customer during an emergency was the final straw with my multi-year commitment to them.
Manager has TERRIBLE customer service. Wish I had read all the one star reviews before booking.Facial Review: Cali tortured me and didnt listen to my request for a relaxing facial. She added a high frequency wand charge (without my consent) to my facial after picking at and zapping my skin for the majority of my 60 minute facial after I explicitly told her I had a hormonal acne breakout that I didnt want picked at. I called the manager who offered no resolution other than for me to pay for another facial with another person.Massage Review: My massage therapist smelled like weed. So if you dont like smelling pot for 60 minutes through your massage you may want to rethink booking here.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR WELLNESS PLAN. the cancellation terms are ridiculous to where it’s damn near impossible to cancel. I’m suddenly having financial hardships and can no longer afford the membership. i explained this to them and they said that there’s nothing they can do besides freeze my account for 3 months after I pay another $70 again. there IS something they can do. there always is. they just don’t want to and continue to take my money. it’s literally a modern day scam. so many ppl have had issues with this very reason. They continue to try to charge your card at least 5 times a day if you don’t pay. i have been emailing them about this concern but they have stopped responding. they are able to terminate my contract due to my reason of wanting to cancel but they simply don’t want to. i have even emailed the corporate office and they are NO help. once i get this membership canceled, i’m never coming back nor am i recommending this place to anyone.
I just had THE best massage of my life, literally!! Ive been struggling for years trying to find a therapist that KNOWS how to deal with muscular issues due to my curved spine. Lineta was able to get out knots and strains that had been bothering me for YEARS, that no other therapist seemed to be able to even find! and even ones I didnt know were the root of some problems!! I absolutely WILL be coming back to her as ive already booked a return appt,and I will be referring everyone to her from now on!!
Being a new member with one year membership with a $500 add-on as a gift from my company for my birthday turned out to be a disappointment and misinformation giving to me an attempt to quickly drain my $500., both visits to rectify mistake buy a new employee each time was handled unprofessional. Both times no manager was available and the mistake was put back on me. I was treated with lack of customer service care. During my visit today one of your employees with coughing and so bad waiting on a customer. I wanted to run out the door, no regards for customers safety. If someones that sick they should not be at work. spreading unknown viruses coughing on hand. coughing and mid-air. I will never return to Massage Envy on Davis Highway Pensacola Florida.
This was my first visit here because of a gift card my son gave me. I had a facial/ shoulder massage by a young lady named Brina who was very knowledgeable in the products she was using. The bed you lay on had a heating pad, which felt good. I dont know if Ill return because of the price, but the service was good.
The staff is very helpful making sure I am able to get an appointment with Moe that fits my schedule. Moe has been essential in keeping my fibromyalgia pain levels minimal by working out the knots in my back and legs. He even was able to get the ones under my shoulder blades that no one else could reach. His knowledge of the human anatomy and how its all connected literally changed my quality of life for the better! I cant put into words how grateful I am! I look forward to my monthly appointment. 😊
I have been a member here since 2020, but am going to cancel my membership. I am no longer willing to overlook the RUDE, condescending management, and blatant lack of customer service skills from both Carrie & Kim. I visit twice monthly for 90 min sessions, but apparently they don’t care about loyal customers. 4 out of my last 5 visits have been terrible!! I go to Allison and Bekah for their amazing massages, but just can’t deal with the rudeness of management any longer.There is never an apology for overcharging me….or charging the wrong card on file…it’s easy to say “I’m so sorry that happened” to a customer to retain their loyalty, but they lack that basic customer service skill and common decency. I’m more than happy to take my $200 per month elsewhere.(This franchise would do itself a favor if they fire both managers and find someone who is friendly and actually cares about clients.)
My husband bought me a $200.00 gift card for Christmas. We both went in and had a massage. I had some money left from the gift card. The representative told me I could pay $190.00 and get 2 three months memberships that would give us each a 90 minute massage. I called to make an appointment and the first employee told me I must present a gift card to use the services. I told him I was not given a card. I called back and spoke to another employee who informed me that we only had 90 days to get a massage. No one mentioned this when I purchased the massage. If I had known that I would have used it within the time frame. I then asked to speak to management. Kim, the manager said she would speak to the franchise owner and call me back. I did not hear from her for a week. I called for an update and was told corporate cannot “reactivate” my membership. She said if I join the annual membership my massages do not expire. They do not have to worry about me buying anymore memberships. They will not get a penny more of my money and I will be sure to tell my friends & family about this experience. Terrible customer service. Losing a customer over $190.00.. just pitiful! Go get a massage at another place where you get treated fairly.- Barbara McIlwain
When I first came to Massage Envy, I was greeted by a very kind lady named Brianna, she walked me though everything on a tablet and made me feel very welcomed. My therapist name was Sarah, and she give excellent service as well. I left with amazing thoughts in mind. With that said, I decided to come back one more time before setting up a membership. This time I was greeted by a lady named Keviana, I was made felt like a bother, as if I was taking time from something else. She gave such an incredible attitude, I didn’t want to speak to her in person. Instead I override my better judgment, with hopes I spoke to a different desk associate. When I came in for my appointment, I was greeted by her once again, with just as worse attitude. I’m not a very confrontational person, in fact very soft spoken. I felt as if I was walked all over on, and decided to not get a membership for the soul reason of a rude desk associate that made me feel as if I didn’t belong there. Attitude is crucial in such a very vulnerable establishment such as a massage spa. I found that “still waters” in downtown Pensacola gave much more welcoming attitude. I felt safe, and trusted.
My massage therapist, Moe, is awesome! His knowledge of how the muscles work is impressive. I have been a client for years, and am very pleased. I once had pain in my back and legs, no more. Moe has worked hard on my body to get the blood flowing to every part. I am very pleased.
I signed up two years ago when I was on vacation and I wanted to try a massage for the first time. I have been a member for two years because of how awesome of an experience I had. It has been so nice that I can use my membership where I live as well. The office staff was very friendly, the massage therapist was so wonderful and walked me through the entire process and I even came back last month when I was visiting the area again to get another massage.
My mother gifted me a prenatal massage, I drove almost 30 minutes to get here. The massage therapist Yvonne refused to see me because I had a heart monitor on. I honestly feel like she just tried to find a reason not to do my massage. My doctor stated my heart was fine, but I begged him to get a monitor for my peace. I was hoping to get a massage since I’ve been dealing with back pain. But no, I drive all the way here to get disappointed. I thought this place was better than that but I guess not. This was such a disappointment.
Please read the 1 star reviews by people who have only been once with the full weight they deserve... which is practically none. Like many other reviewers I was given a gift certificate for an hour long massage. I found the front desk and therapy staff to be polite and professional. I signed a years contract immediately, and have had 10 or so massages since then, mostly 90 minute, deep muscle therapy. I have also had several couples massages with my wife. With only one exception, all of the therapists were excellent (one had nails that needed to be trimmed) and front desk staff have been extremely helpful and polite. In fact I watched one of the receptionists do an excellent job defusing an irate customer so impressively that I complemented her after the customer had left. My only real complaint is that sometimes its hard to tell what you are actually paying until you get your statement. With the free massages, monthly fees, tips, gift cards, and the various specials that are offered its difficult to tell exactly how much the services cost. However, if you have to quibble over $10-20 for a massage you probably arent in the market for long term therapy anyway. My wife and I are quite pleased with the service and will continue using them into the future.
My husband and I are canceling our membership once our one year contract is over. They try to charge us for a 60 minutes extra add on massage when I didnt make that appointment. The communication part was poor because I called to move appointment days and to cancel the day I said to cancel. I doubled check on the phone with them before hanging up to make sure it was moved to the correct date and cancel the other date. The employee there confirmed it. But, Im being told that communication never happened. My husband and I will continue using the benefits on the contract since we are paying monthly on it now. Once that contract is up, we are not renewing it at this company ever again.

The massage therapist was very good. However the front desk when I went to pay would not accept the screen shot of my gift coupon, so I had to pay when I did have a gift card. They were very unprofessional and rude. The manager said that I needed to have the original email which I no longer have, from last Christmas. I did call a different massage envy and no problem with the screenshot, put in my code and voila!! I would never use the Pensacola store and recommend that clients use a different store.
Having been a member since 2009, I’ve had some good massages and some wonderful massages. Moe, who has been my therapist for 5 years or more, impressed me from the first time I met him. He focuses on muscle separation and how the body works as a complete unit. Deep tissue massages have helped to keep toxins from building up in my muscles and lymph nodes. Right away I noticed that i am sick less often and with less severity when i do catch something. The price of the ME membership helps me to save money I used to spend at the doctor’s office.
I called to schedule an appointment but appointment refused unless I give them my credit card number. I have a $75 gift certificate and do not feel comfortable giving my credit card information to a company I have not yet done business with, especially after reading some of the reviews. The scheduler was not professional and seemed preoccupied with something other than my phone conversation with her. This is another reason I will not share my credit card information. I do not trust someone to keep my credit card information secure that couldn’t even focus on the phone call.
Be very careful when dealing with this business. I am a Purple Heart recipient and a retired Army officer who went into the establishment with a $150 gift card and came out owing almost $75. I should have known to watch my wallet. When I tried to schedule an appointment even though I had a $150 gift card, I was told to bring in another form of payment. After the massage, I was hit with the hard sell - told how to get the most out of my gift card. I was sold a three-month plan, with a forth massage for free.As soon as I was told what I would owe, I told the receptionist to cancel the transaction. That is where the run-around began. I was told I would receive a call the next day (Thursday). No one called. I called on Friday and was told that the manager wasnt there and that when she returned she would have to talk to the owner. The clinic manager left me a message on Tuesday informing me that I wouldnt receive a refund. I called her back later that day, leaving a message. Before I was able to speak to her, I had time to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After a cordial but unproductive conversation with the manager, I am sure I will never get my money back - although she is going to talk to the owner again. I have also contacted my back to dispute the charge.I am sure they will respond that I signed a contract - if I did, I dont remember signing one. Unless they consider payment with a credit card as the signed contract. I dont know of another business that doesnt offer refunds, especially when the request is made immediately after the transaction.I just hope the owners and manager are treated in life the way they have treated me in this regard (Karma, baby).Do yourself a favor and do your due diligence before entering into any business with Massage Envy on Davis.
I’ve been with Massage Envy for the past 6/7 years seeing the same therapist. Moe is one of a kind! He listens to what I need at each visit and never lets me down. I refuse to see anyone else even if he’s booked out a month or two, the ladies up front always call with an opening before that. I’ll be a member as long as Moe is there. 😁
Ive been a member for years and Ive used my membership in multiple States. I always get deep tissue massages and sometimes even facials. I love this place and the fact that I can use it no matter where I am, especially on vacation. I would recommend them to any of my friends. If you have any issues with the therapist or your massage you can just bring it up to the front desk/management and they always make it right! Ive heard friends complain about billing before. They take your monthly fee out of your bank account directly. I dont understand what their issue with billing is. Like I said Ive been a member for close to 10 years and Ive never had an issue. As long as you have money in your account there shouldnt be a problem. And if you want to go in for a massage before its time for your monthly payment to come out you can have them take it out early! I just found that out recently and its made my life even better. LOL
Maybe have someone with more professionalism answer your phones. I tried explaining I didn’t know what being a “member” meant in order to get the MUCH lower price. The woman on the phone just kept repeating that I had been to a massage envy before so I’d be paying the $115. She didn’t even bother trying to sign me up as a member. The $115 doesn’t bother me, most LMS are more than worth that. Lack of customer service is the reasoning for my review.
Ive been a member for awhile now at a location in San Diego and never had a problem. I ended up cancelling my membership because I was moving back home and needed to save some more money. I had one more massage on file to use as well. So I schedule an appointment at this location under my first name for an hour and half, as well as give the front desk assistant the information explained above. I show up on time and the FDA tells me she cant find my massage on file and it takes her 15 minutes to finally sort through to figure the file was under my middle name. She tells me that I can only use an hour massage and have to be charged extra for an hour and half massage. Well if the FDA that booked my massage would of told me she couldnt find my massage on file this wouldnt have been a problem. I was led to believe that everything was taken care of. After awhile the FDA was able to work things out to where I would have the hour massage and not be charged for another half hour. The FDA then told me we could all woosah as if I was being mean and rude, I was being polite the entire time. Not to mention I had to tell the massage therapist to go deeper five times and still didnt change. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.
I just moved to Pensacola earlier this year and I had been to this location twice, with the first experience being mediocre (at best) and the second time the absolute worst massage of my life. But, third time was a charm! Candace is amazing! I found my new therapist! Very down to earth, informative, personal, and shes able to adapt to your standards! She worked out my sore muscles without leaving me in tears. She uses her hands to zero in on areas, rather than her elbows like some do (which is fine if they can control their pressure). I highly recommend her! Already looking forward to my next visit. 😁 Thank you!
The staff is great!!! We signed up at one of their meet the public events and Im so glad we did. You are greeted as you come through the door and the therapist are top notch. Its such a safe and clean environment. Very high standards!!! We even just started using some of their at home products too. We may not be getting younger but we are feel younger after a day at the spa. Thank you Pensacola ME
Moe is wonderful! Ive been using Moe now for several years. He also did my pregnancy massages!!! I can not recommend him enough! You will walk away feeling like a new person. I want deep tissue and that is what he provides. Most therapist dont do a true deep tissue and I never feel like Ive gotten my moneys worth. But with Moe I feel amazing when Im done. Moe is very professional and cares about what he is doing and it shows.
I was given a gift certificate for a few massages. I scheduled my appointment, went in a few days later. Becca (I hope I spelled that correctly) was my therapist. She was amazing!! She listened to my needs, she explained what I needed, we discussed several things that day! She couldnt have been more kind.My only problem with Massage Envy is the insistence on purchasing a membership.
I’m sure Valentine’s Day is a busy day in this industry. The customer service from the time entering to leaving was amazing. Our massage therapist was all we could ask for Cheryl and Sarah, the ladies where so pleasant and the massage was amazing. Thank you ME we will definitely be back.
I booked a appointment for my mother and I for a massage and a facial, was told at the time of booking I would be getting my massage while my mother would get a facial then we would switch and both be done at 2 as we was told to be there at 12:15pm. We arrive at the time was told just to be told that my mother was only booked for a massage and not a facial like was told (we did this together for a mother/daughter day) when explaining what was told they showed no empathy or nothing about THEIR mistake so when asked if we would be charged to cancel we was informed yes and told they could only do 50% off full amount (so youre gonna charge for your mistake) when asked if there was a manager one of the two ladies there said she is a the manager (she was rude from the beginning) when asking if Id be charged for my facial since she wanted to keep talking about the confirmation text in which I showed her the text and clearly only said a massage she informed me that I would as the situation progressed she then wants to say you know what itll be complementary you wont be charged, our therapist just wont get paid as she throws her hands up and says have a great day, I informed her to be sure the card of mine they have on file doesnt get charged and walked out. Very unprofessional and rude especially coming from a manager and then going to speak about therapist not getting paid when it was THEIR fault as THEIR staff obviously didnt do THEIR job or lied! Yeah definitely wont be going back, the gift card that was over $150 on both spent wont be used and Ill be sure to let everyone know my experience as a first time person going there, Ill take my money a business else where that dont act like that and can treat their customers with respect and own up to their own mistakes.
My friend has a year contract with Massage Envy. She couldnt find time to go for her monthly massage for 2 months, so she offered me one of her massages. My masseuse was Zack. His technique & pressure was very good. I left feeling very relaxed, like a wet noodle, & better because he worked out some stressed areas.
My experience was both as an employee and as a customer.As an employee, I was hired on part time to help sell for the company by sitting at the front desk and talking to customers. My first 5 hour shift I was handed a stack of papers to take home and memorize for the next day. I explained that I got off at 10:30pm and had to be at my primary job at 8am, so it would not be memorized Over that evening but I could work on it during my off day. The assistant manager Olivia wasn’t pleased with that response and did not help me any more the next evening after she realized I didn’t know the material. She sent me to clean the bathrooms and vacuum (which was part of my job too), but she did not “train” me anymore going forward. Soon after that, my primary job had a “scare” with potential coronavirus exposure..so I informed them of the situation. Though I was willing to come to work, they asked me to stay off the schedule for a two week period. I continued to keep them in the loop about the information that we had and at the end of the two weeks, the manager Carrie said that she would not be able to hold my job since I was behind on my training. Once I asked if it was even legal to take someone’s job during the coronavirus pandemic, she decided I just needed to talk to the owner JOE. I never did get to speak with him, though I called three times. So when Carried decided to put me back on the schedule, it was with the threat that “if I wasn’t where they wanted me to be in two weeks that they’d have to let other workers have my hours”.As an employee, I worried they would just make my life miserable until I quit..So I scheduled a massage to see if the front desk workers would treat me any better as a customer.As a customer, Keveana was very abrupt when she checked me in. She asked if I wanted a receipt and though I said yes, she didn’t give me one. I asked about upcoming surveys and her attitude did not change. I had watched them talk about customers (and employees) behind their backs Previously so I am not surprised by my treatment. When my massage was over, they did not offer for me to schedule further appointments or any products to buy. They simply maintained their terrible customer service skills.I personally highly recommend that people not only avoid working there, but avoid getting massages there. If you want a good customer experience as well as a good massage, maybe try waterfall massage.
My wife and I booked for a relaxing couples massage. When we arrived we were told masks were required in the lobby but not while face down, which makes no sense. The therapist were 10 mins late and before we started the therapist that was going to be working with my wife informed her she would need to wear the mask for the entire massage. We asked to cancel and were told we would be charged for the cancelation. We decided to just leave. If I could give it zero stars I would. Definitely not a relaxing trip...
While the massage was acceptable the customer service was not. Booking in advance means nothing because twice now I have showed up and heard we dont have you scheduled or you cancelled your appointment or someone did. Why would I be here then? Who is this someone? If you read the contract and fine print you will know all the fees charged but still seems excessive. Keep in mind this is a chain/corporation and not a private business, it is not up to the quality.
Moe has been my massage therapist for over 10 years and he has also been my friend throughout the years. He’s a great listener and also great experience in bodybuilding and gives great information on what to do to stay healthy and take care of my body . He definitely get all the Knots out of my body and relieve my headaches too . My family has been going to him also. He’s is awesome!!
I am a member and have been for almost a year. This is my second massage envy Ive been too and the customer service is usually very good however it was terrible today. I spoke twice to a lady and the second time I told her she had been rude to me and I did not appreciate it. She said have a good day and hung up. I called back and talked to the manager, the manager put her on the phone and the lady proceeded to tell me she was not rude to me. As far as I know the manager did nothing about this complaint. I definitely will not renew my membership here.
Yesterday was my first experience at Massage Envy in Pensacola. It was $49 for your first, introductory massage. Although it wasnt the best massage Ive had, it wasnt the worst either. I prefer to go to a salon or spa with their own private masseuse where the atmosphere is a little more relaxed and personal. As for the masseuse, Helen, she personalized the massage and pressure to my liking, but her style was more quick than Im used to. I felt as though she was almost rushing because she used fast motions and techniques. I may visit again and try a different masseuse but more than likely, Ill visit a different spa to avoid paying the high non-member cost.
They were booked up to often. Decided to cancel. My account was put on a 60 freeze so I could use up the remaining time I had accrued. Prior to that I was called monthly by them trying to schedule appointments. Once the freeze expired instead of my losing unused hours, they returned to Automatic withdrawals for an entire YEAR without a single peep asking me to schedule or confirm my account. Only when my debit card expired did someone call me. When I explained it was a misunderstanding they politely refused to refund a YEARS worth of debits from my bank. My bad for not reading the fine print. They are unethical and take advantage of the predatory contracts their lawyers write up for them. Bad business! Buyer beware.
Ive been a member for a couple of years and its been a good experience. Cost is reasonable. Nice atmosphere. Several good Masseuses to choose from so if you dont love who you get the first time just try someone different next time.
I purchased what was described to me as a 1 hour long massage with a sugar scrub foot massage. It was a Christmas present and I made sure I told them that I didnt care about the price as long as she got an hr long massage ontop of the foot massage. The tip was included so my wife didnt have to worry about anything but relaxing. The young lady reassured me that she would receive just that. My wife went in today for her appointment which she made last week. The staff was extremely nice and her massage therapist did a great job. The BIG issue I have is the massage was 30 minutes long, followed by a 10 minute foot rub. She caught me off guard when she called less than an hr later. I had her go back inside and ask why it was so short and they told her that the hour was for dressing/undressing, back massage, foot scrub, and question and answer with the massage therapist. Extremely disappointing especially when I made it a point to purchase a full hour massage plus everything else and this is what she gets. I will never go back there and ensure to tell everyone I meet about the misrepresentation that was given.
I decided to become a member and pay $55 a month for a monthly massage. I usually book them on the third Thursday of every month. A month came where I would actually be out of town at the time of my regularly scheduled massage. The girl at the desk said that I could book the week before or after my regular one. We went ahead and booked it before. At the end of my session since my monthly payment had yet to come out the girl at the front said to pay it then, to which I did but then a week later my monthly payment of $55 came out also. I was under the impression that I was going to be paying for it ahead of time since I got my massage ahead of time but no, they just double charged me and are unwilling to fix it. They will find a way to swindle money out of you it seems.
I started going to Massage Envy in the fall of 2012 and was very pleased with my experience, despite having to pay upfront for a 60 minute or 90 minute massage & only getting a 50 minute massage or an 80 minute massage because the 10 minutes you are paying for are to dress, undress, and allow the therapist to change out the sheets. That was bad enough, but it was nothing compared to what happened to me months later in October.I always made my appointments a week or 2 in advanced because the therapist i used is always in high demand and is booked quickly. When i showed up for my 4pm appointment that day, I told the clerk I was there for my 90 minute appointment, and the desk clerk looked at her computer & asked, Are you sure you have an appointment today? And i told her, Yes, i made it 2 weeks ago. I even showed her my appointment confimation email on my iphone that i received from them 2 days before. The clerk then said, Oh, you cancelled your appointment, didnt you. I then told her, If i cancelled my appointment, then why would i be here right now? She kept saying, Well someone cancelled your appointment. They then offered me a free 60 minute session, which as we know would be a free 50 minute session since the remaining 10 minutes are dress. I said, Never mind and walked out. I think what happpened was an inside job,and someone who works there bumped me out of my appointment to make room for a friend of theirs. I never called and cancelled the appointment. Why would i cancel it & then drive 25 minutes for my appointment? That was my last trip to Massage Envy. I knew they would keep billing my credit card every month for the $59. monthly membership fee, so i cancelled the card & got a new card. A week later,i started receiving voicemail and emails from the manager, Amy, telling me i need to update my account info. I blocked ME from sending me anymore emails, & i changed my phone # so ME wouldnt be able to leave anymore voicemails. So ME started sending me statements in the mail every week, saying i owe them $150, and if i fail to pay they will turn my unpaid balance over to a collections agency. Who cares?? I know you are not suppose to cancel your membership unless you have a doctors note or live in over a 25 mile radius of ME. Thats why i never told ME to cancel my membership because i know I cant because neither one of those excuses apply to me. Itll be a cold day in hell before i keep paying on a membership for services Im not receiving. Again, i have no complaints about the therapists who work there, its the business practices of the business. Collection agenicies can continue to send me statements, and I will continue to trash them.
All of the massage therapists I dealt with were great and very professional. The one time I spoke with the manager she seemed to be very nice. The front desk ladies always seemed to be nice but gave out misinformation at times which is one of the reasons for the rating. I had two instances were I was told two different things. My first instance I was told over the phone that during the freeze period I could transfer my accrued massages. I came in to the location to set up the transfer and was told that I could not transfer. My last instance was today. Upon canceling my service several weeks ago, I made sure I had a witness (my girlfriend) come in with me just so I knew I had the correct information. I was told that I had 60 days to use the remaing 11 or 12 massages I had accured and that I could transfer to someone else for the $10 fee. I knew that due to my work and school schedule I would not be able to use all of the masages. I called in today to set up massages for myself and my girlfriend. I was told she could not use any of my accrued massages. I believe they should redo their contracts structures and price points but I guess for them if its not broken then why fix it.Would been a 4 star if it wasnt for the misinformation.Pros: Great massages, friendly therapists, ok staffCons: Misinformation, contract, $$$
I had my first visit at Massage Envy today and was highly impressed. The facilities are clean and relaxing but Allison have the best massage I’ve ever had today! She worked to find my trouble spots and spent time to work on them thoroughly
For years, I looked for a massage therapist that could do a great deep tissue massage without hurting or bruising me. I found Mo at ME. He is the best! Ive been a loyal customer for over 7 years now. I wouldnt even consider going to anyone else. Mo is excellent and consistent! I will be a loyal customer as long as Mo is there! Thank you, Mo!!!
Was ready to cancel my membership then was referred to Moe by a friend and have been seeing him about 1.5-2 years. He is great, I get a sports massage that is deep enough for me and I have had a hard time finding someone who listens and adds the pressure I need. Dont know what I would do if I couldnt get in with Moe.

Booked our massage 1 week out then calls me 5 days before our appointment stating that their therapist wont be available that day because of an emergency and had to leave at our appointment time. And couldnt find somebody else to work for that person?? Ridiculous. This place is a joke. Cancelling my membership now.
Ive been going to Massage Envy for approximately 3 years now. I started with a gift card, enjoyed it and signed up for the membership. I was unsure whether I would keep it until they suggested Moe. He is absolutely the best at what he does. I go monthly and its the most relaxing part of my month.
Never used them before wanted to try it out. I got called into work and forgot to cancel. They charged my card 95$ instead of the 65$ for first timers. Also I get why they charge for no call no show. No problem there, but they should probably mention that on the phone call to book the appointment.I will be using a local business for massages.
Absolutely horrible!!! I tried to cancel when I moved (military) and on two separate occasions they told me you had to live outside 50 miles from the nearest Massage envy in your new city in order to cancel your membership. I live approx 40 so have been paying the dues for another 5 months without using the services in hopes of cancelling in January. Now they tell me its only 25 miles to cancel and its a 30 day cancellation process so they charge you another month!!! What?!?!?! They are absolutely no help when you call and are just plain rude. I will never step foot in another Massage Envy.
I recommend anyone thinking of SG outgoing up for a membership to use extreme caution. I surviving asked if needed could i cancel my membership at anytime, because I have three kids and Im all to familiar with our throwing curve balls. I started I understood that would potentially mean a cancellation fee and was OK with this. The rep started yes, I would be able to cancel and that she could state hire much it would be because it would be determined in his long I had left. I was OK with this. Sure enough life happened. I tried try cancel and was told the only thing I could do was put a hold on the account. I asked, wouldnt these extend my contract. The reply was no, that it would only prevent me from using the service. So I did that then I come to find out after my first hold that the information I was told yet again was a lie. The only way you can get it off posting the full 12 months is if a doctor started you cant use the service (I wont ask a doctor falsify documents) or if you live in a zip code 25 miles out of the area. I do not use their service and I would not recommend then to others. Even their employees are unhappy and talk about their dissatisfaction while you are getting a message. Think twice before signing up.
I am 14 weeks pregnant and had my first prenatal massage with Nikki. She was wonderful! Very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I’ve had horrible back pain being pregnant, and getting a massage here with her took care of it! I will definitely be coming back to see her :)
WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I am utterly disgusted with my experience with Massage Envy. I signed up for the membership thinking it was beneficial and I was able to cancel, however they failed to tell me I am not allowed to do so, unless I have a doctors note or move 25 miles away. Since there is a Massage Envy on every corner now-a-days I proceeded with getting a doctors note, considering when I did receive a massage from them, I left there in more pain then I did when I walked in. Recently, I have tried to cancel my membership, I gave them everything they needed to proceed with doing so. I.E. Doctors note and cancellation letter. However, they are still trying to charge me on multiple cards and continue to bother me about getting their 30 day process payment! I am not going to pay for a massage I am not physically allowed to receive, via my doctors note and am not going to waste my money for some B.S 30 day process! I cant get them to get out of my life. I will NEVER set foot in a Massage Envy for as long as I live and I will make sure everyone I know does not either!

I made the mistake of signing up for a membership when I went in for a massage on my anniversary. I am currently pregnant and I had a threatened miscarriage. Because of that, I requested that my membership charges just be delayed, as it is still not safe for me to get a massage ( my request was made last month) I was told to email a random email about my request and ultimately I was completely ignored. There is no clear way to cancel or postpone payments because this company doesn’t care about people, they just care about your money.
I was just about to cancel my membership and then I met Patrick! Not only will I not be cancelling my membership, I have already scheduled two 90 minute massages and gave a massage to a friend! I have two herniated discs and had numbness in my leg, now my back pain is gone and my I have full feeling in my leg. Patrick was amazing!! Simply the best!
Spoke to Carrie and her customer service skills is horrible. If it was not for the therapist I use I would not go back. My therapist Moe is great. I would give a zero for their customer service skills if it would let me.
I have had only 2 massages at Massage Envy so far. I did not get the massage therapist I was supposed to get today. However, I got a young man named Derrick, who was EXCELLENT!!! I probably shouldnt let this secret out... LOL. He wont be available when I need him! He worked on pressure points and did not just give a good rub. I need this massage for medical reasons and he did a wonderful massage like the ones I used to get at the Chiropractors office. If you call in advance and insist you get him, MAYBE you will... I cant understand WHY they dont give you who you ask for??? That is weird.
Ive been going here for years. Ive had some great therapists, cant tell you which ones because then youll use them when I want them. I like the no-hassle in and out routine, love their hours of operation, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness.If I were to say anything negative it would be the occasional person talking too loud in the hallway and the inability of being able to obtain a readable summary of when Id been, with what therapist, and what pre-pay I used.
NEVER sign a contract with Massage Envy. Trying to cancel is a huge ordeal even when you fulfill your contract. Plus, they will do everything possible to not allow you to get your last massage. After I put up with their massages for a year, I tried to cancel and they wouldnt let me use my last massage.And most of the therapists are newbies who dont give good massages. Instead, go to a real massage therapist without the year long contract.Oh, their 1 hour massage is actually 50 minutes??? Avoid Massage Envy.
I called several times to cancel my membership and ask whats the process and i even went to the store during my session but nobody told me when i should cancel it. After visiting the clinic off davis hwy again after signing the cancellation and rquest to remove my card on file nobody told me about when and how to avoid addtl fees when cancelling membership. Then i was surprised that i got billed feom them $65 bec i cancelled the service 10days before my renewal!!!!! Nobody ever told me that. Charging my card that i requested to be removed from their system was not a good way of doing business to anyone!! Thats unauthorized charged coming from this coming!!!!!
Moe is an amazingly talented massage therapist, and I am so fortunate to have found him. He has a magic touch because he somehow makes all of the aches and pains of daily life just melt away and I feel totally refreshed and rejuvenated as a result. I think his positive outlook on life as well as his genuine concern and caring for others makes his massages better. It’s almost as if he has so much goodness in him that he must give it away, and in doing so, he is filled with even more goodness. It’s more than just a job to him; Moe is outstanding and I recommend him highly.
You should always read before you sign a contract. Most of these reviews are from people who obviously cant read or understand what a contract is, so they gave it poor quality rating based on their own stupidity. Ive never had a problem with massages here, theres a variety of different therapists who always do a good job.
Do Not Go Here! I repeat do not go here. They are their own franchise. They are a fraud and a money making business. They will go of out their way and charge your account multiple times. Do not be fool by their interior design. You will save major headache, money, and time going elsewhere. Why spend 60 dollars on a year contract where u can do it somewhere else with no contract. Cause in the end when the one year contract is over, they will charge you regardless. It is a business and improper training staff. You will not get ahold of the owner and manager cause they speak the same. No corporate is going to solve your issue because it is a franchise. You should have your warning from all these bad reviews. The owner has two locations of massage envy. They still wont refund your money. I urge you to go elsewhere.
I have been a member for a about 6 months now, and I pay 65$ a month for this member ship! The least they could do is answer their phone so I can schedule an appointment! I recently moved here from fort Walton, the one there is awesome! They call me to see if I want to come in! Yet this one cant even answer their phone. I have called more than a few times on different occasions and I usually just end up giving up because nobody comes to the phone!
Honestly Im never one to to come on Google write reviews . But listen, save your money and GO anywhere else. You can go on Groupon and find a deep tissue and she for $29. Why pay 65 a month. This place is a scam. And charged my account twice when all I wanted was a sim e 60 minute massage. Do not join them. This company is all about money and are scam artists. Ive gone here in the past, but this time it seems like no one knows what/how to schedule an appt.! I made an appt. Tuesday afternoon for Wednesday night, I was called after 9 pm Tuesday night to hear I shouldnt have been scheduled at that time there wasnt another therapist available then. It was supposed to be a couples massage, so she offered me the next day (Thursday).I said I needed to ask my bf to be sure. She said shed leave a note for the girls not to book anything in that spot. I called back not 5 minutes later to confirm and got the voicemail. Now I get a call from the manager saying I wanted to cancel and reschedule, I explained you cancelled us and I was told Thursday was available. Well thats not possible, someone else is in that spot and had been for weeks. Why is someone allowed to call and schedule someone when clearly they dont understand the system? How can one person think its open and the other person say its not. I prefer the Gulf Breeze one anyways, but since I moved into town I thought this would work. Clearly not the case, and I can see now from the reviews this is a common occurrence. What a shame.
It is hard to find great customer service *anywhere* this day and age. I saw many negative reviews about the Pcola location, but I had a fabulous experience. Daisy greeted me and took care of me at the front reception. Nikki was *amazing* as the LMT I was assigned to, and let it be known she really did a 5 star on me! My only complaint is I wish she would not have stopped at 50 minutes! Thank you and I will be back the next time in town!
Bad ROI return on investment in both time and money. They take you back late and stop early to clean up??? Why did I come back late if they clean up at the end of your massage? You get 45 mins of massage if you are lucky and pay for an hour. I was a Global customer as my membership was from St. Louis. They hated me and tried evey time to convert to a local membership. This was $20 more than the St. Louis market. I quit.....
Charge and Cancellation Run-Around. #1: I went with a friend of mine the first time and she used one of her points to give me a facial treatment. The facial was fine at first, so I signed an agreement. Over the next few days, my face broke out, turned dry and scaly, and I decided not to use the facials there anymore. Two months later...my face is finally clearing up.#2: I had made an appointment for the next month, had an emergency come up that I didnt have time to call and cancel, they charged my card for 68.00 (after they had verified at the time I made the appointment that the appointment would be covered under my point). I figured the 68.00 was for the payment, but then 2 days later I was charged 65.00. I called, they explained that because I was a no call no show, that they charged the fee. I explained to them that there was an emergency where I couldnt call and if they were going to use my point for that appointment, why couldnt they use it for my missed appointment as well. They gave me the run around, I emailed corporate, I requested them to cancel my agreement (READ THAT AGREEMENT BEFORE SIGNING) by email, like it said. Two months later, I am still arguing with them. I changed my credit card (that was part of the emergency situation) and hadnt updated it with them. THEY STILL CHARGED IT. That is fraud. They are running around in circles trying to avoid cancelling and refunding the fraudulent charge. NEVER GOING BACK.
Moe has been treating myself and my daughter for medical massages for over 6 years now. He is very gifted and very professional in his service to us. He is very compassionate and caring individual. He loves his work and takes pride in his profession.
Highly recommend massage for a full body relaxing experience. I also recommend Marie if you need firm pressure. She was thorough and even provided extra work on areas I requested. I did no buy the membership but would go again.
I cancelled my account in May of last year because of the pandemic and to stop recurring payments for a service that I could not use. Although I had credits on my account , I was told when I canceled that I could use them “at a later time”. When I eventually tried to use the credits I was told they had to be used within 60 days of cancelling, which would have still been at height of the pandemic! Common sense and the extension of courtesy could have gone a long way during this unprecedented time. Money down the drain and I will never visit this facility or recommend this franchise to anyone.

I have been along time member over 4.5 years at this location in Pensacola the old staff when there was great!This new staff at the front desk are very rude not empathetic to the customers even if they make mistakes they are ready to cancel your memberships I have had experienced two situations in the past have spoken to the owner Doug on one of the issues there seems to continue to have Megan and also Gaby in front desk are terrible. I really think that Mrs Beth Jensen needs to be present more on whats going on out there.

I will never go to Massage Envy on Davis Hwy in Pensacola Fl again!!!!!! The customer service over the phone is horrible (if youre complaining). If you are complimenting, they are so animated it sounds as if they are singing a song! They refused to allow me to speak with a district or regional manager and told me that the only way I could speak with someone is to give my name and number, but they couldnt give me a managers name!!!!!!! I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and I have never experienced such unprofessional rude young ladies in all my life!!! They missed out on a good review this time!!!!!!!!!!! VERY PISSED FORMER CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband bought me a gift card for 125$ a few years ago... recently found it and was very excited! Unfortunately, even though the card explicitly says it has NO expiration date, it is no longer in their system and cannot be redeemed or honored in any way. What a shame!
Have been going here for a year and a half and always get my favorite therapist for my deep tissue massages. Mo does a great job helping control my lupus and arthritis pain. He’s knowledgeable and kind. He’s great!
Horrible customer service. Every time I tried to schedule an appointment they would only have one available a day for non members. I finally made an appointment and the front desk girl, Amy, schedules it for the wrong day. I go in for my appointment and she is very rude telling me she knows it was set up for that certain day because she set it up (instead of apologizing.) Called to complain and there is nothing they can do because she is higher up then the person in charge at night. I will not be back.
My friend has been contacted repeatedly about a subscription that was used by someone she was estranged from without her permission. When she explained this situation she was simply told that there was nothing that could be done and someone had to pay for it. She was then called a liar several times on the massage envy Facebook page. Nothing has been done to correct this problem. No one should be able use another person’s account without permission and the owner of the account shouldn’t be penalized for another person’s actions or the incompetence of the staff! Whatever system you have in place to prevent this has failed and now you are putting all of this on the victim. TERRIBLE way to do business.
The place is very nice and the people working there polite and helpful and they know their work very well( the massage therapist), BUT the reason that i am only giving 3 stars is because of the wrong information they giving you.They have 30 minutes/ 60 Minutes/ 90 minutesSo I booked 60 minutes massage and 60 minutes FACIAL so the total time supposed to be 120 Minutes.my wife called me after 100 minutes ( hour and 40 minutes) and told me that they doneWhen i asked them why she didnt got the time we already paid for it , NO ANSWER .. she started giving me crazy reason ( ohhh the time is 50 minutes Sir)!!!! I have been a Massage Envy member at the Pensacola location for 16 months until we moved out of the area (military) recently. At first (this was back in 2011) I was getting pretty disheartened as I struggled to find a good therapist. You can just tell when someone is in it for the money and isnt following your muscles or addressing your knots. I probably tried 4 different masseuses until I found a great one, and I stuck with her for a while, until she left. Then I bounced around again a few more times until I found another one that was wonderful. I have received massages from all different places before (other boutiques, cruise ships, upscale hotels, spas, etc...) and Ive found its almost always a risk you take, you never know if the masseuse will be good. When it comes to the membership rules, the other reviewer is right, you have to read the contract before you sign it. MEs terms for breaking contract are pretty strict and I wish the corporate office would address that, but that isnt something ME Pensacola can control. With my husband and I both having memberships that we found we just didnt use every month, and our recent move, we had some tricky things we needed done to have the membership make sense for us, and the new (Spring 2013) front desk manager, Lynley, has been completely understanding and accommodating. She will bend over backwards for you and do what is right by the customer. She hasnt been there very long but is working hard to revamp this location. I believe she said she was working on getting biographies for the masseuses that would be available to clients so we can better choose a masseuse. I think that would help tremendously. Again - pay attention before you sign, and dont hold it against one ME location for a set of rules they cant change.
Front desk staff are poorly trained, not even close to a professional atmosphere. There are hidden fees involved with the membership as well. Just not good enough service to return. I suggest going anywhere else in Pensacola and youre likely to have a better experience. Such a disappointment!

Its unfortunate that I cant report better reviews for this location than previous reviewers. They are still exceedingly unprofessional and rude. When a business makes a mistake, particularly involving the money a customer is paying them, a business should make resolving that issue in a prompt, courteous manner their number one priority.Not here.The front desk staff could care less.I attempted to freeze my membership and switch the account that Massage Envy was withdrawing funds from a month ago. They simply added this new account to my file. They did not freeze my account or even change my payment.I called today in hopes to quickly resolve the issue. All I wanted to do was verify that my account actually was not frozen, that actually received the two credits for the months I had paid for since they failed to freeze the account, and to make an appointment. I figured, Hey, its no big deal. Since its not frozen, I can still use my account, and try to freeze it again at the next appointment.The front desk staff made what should have been a simple and quick phone call horrible.I was put on hold as soon as the man (maybe Andy, or Andrew, although I am unsure) picked up the phone. That is understandable and not a problem... but throughout what should have been a quick call, I was put on hold four or five more times at least. He did not listen to me. He did not wait to find out what my concerns were or what I wanted to do. He asked a question, listened enough to make an assumption on what I wanted done, and then before I would have a chance to finish explaining my issue, hed put me back on hold. I had been on hold several times before I was finally able to even make an appointment.He tried to place the blame on me by insinuating I did not fill out the proper form to freeze my account. (I ended up having to drive to the business anyway -what a perfect way to spend my afternoon, right,- where they pulled out the form I had filled out. If this form was on file, if I kept being put on hold, why didnt he bother to get my file and look at it one of the times I was on hold, instead of just assuming I did not take the proper procedure to freeze my account?!?)By the time we got to the concern of them continuing to take my money when they were not supposed to, out of the wrong account.... he put on hold immediately without waiting for any kind of response from me. When he came back, at one point he asked me if these cards even belonged to me. Well, no, sir. Youve just been withdrawing money out of someone elses account for a year without them noticing. He was rude and began to tell me to just come in to try to get the issue resolved. Well... I was rude right back. Then he proceeded to tell me not to be rude with him, as if I am not the customer, as if he is not taking up my time by continuously putting me on hold while he is sitting there getting paid to do his job, as if the company he represents did not make several mistakes that affect my finances.This is the first time any business has ever handled a situation I have been involved in this way. It is clear that they do not hold their employees responsible for their actions and their attitudes, and when they are rude to a customer, they expect the customer to just take it without any response.There is no circumstance where it is okay for a customer service representative to become clearly rude with a customer, after acting careless for an entire conversation and mishandling their problem, and then expect the customer to just put up with their attitude, and then hang up on the customer when the customer simply returns the treatment. It is ridiculous.
The therapist are very nice but the owner...watch out! He is very arrogant and not a nice guy. They will talk you into a membership that is very hard to cancel. I will never do business with that location or any other for that matter.
I have been getting deep tissue massages from Moe for about a year. The tone of my mussels has improved greatly over that time. The difference between when I started and now is noticeable. Moe’s massages are like medical massages.
Nice and relaxing. Yvonne is the best with a lot of experience. The inside is starting to show its age with carpet and paint.
Massage Envy Wendy LMT gave me the massage that I truly needed. The only one that worked on my neck the way I like it. Carolyn in front desk is sweet, courteous and accurate.
Tried for two days to call and schedule a message for my birthday. The day of my birthday I call at 10am when they open and I kept getting message saying they were not open. Call the gulf breeze location which the lady who helped me there amazing and got the Pensacola location to find ally call me back. A guy from the Pensacola location called he said they only schedule messages on Sundays ( my birthday) for members only. I asked if I could get my money back for my gift card and he said no ill just have to use it another time or gift it to someone else. I will never try to get a message some the Pensacola location ever again. Ill just drive the extra time to the gulf breeze or mobile location.
Therapists are great however I cancelled my membership 7 mths ago and they continued to charge me each month. they finally cancelled my monthly charges but still have not credited me back the months they charged after cancellation!
Hmm, so many different from my experiences. Front staff always nice and helpful. My one complaint, they kept trying to force me to go to another massage therapist as opposed to keeping the one I liked. So, no more massages, just facial treatments via Vitamin C.

Called at 9:00 AM this morning to get a deep tissue massage sometime today and was told that there was no therapists available today for deep tissue massages😳😡Dismiss those who cannot do both Swedish AND Deep Tissue. Let me get myself back home to ME @ Hunters Creek where I have no problem getting my massage needs taken care of whenever I call! UGHHHHHH!
The majority of my massages have been great. One or two, not so great. The ones that werent great were because the person giving massage smelling like cigarette smoke or talking non-stop. Again, this is the exception.
Moe has been my massage therapist for about 6 years. I book my appointments with him 6 to 8 months in advance because I prefer the deep tissue massage, and he is the best.
I have been going to Massage Envy for years. I have even been to locations in multiple states, however, this particular location is full of RUDE staff. I was on the phone with them just now and was hung up on by Andy. This is completely unprofessional!!!
Theyre so overpriced and you get mediocre service. I had a gift card so I didnt complain too much, BUT the 1 hour facial I was suppose to have was only 43 minutes. (Theres a clock right next to you and I checked.) Paying about $100 for a talkative lady to put lotion on your face for 43 minutes is a complete rip off.
Don’t recommend the place. I was a member of this place for a whole 2 years and when I I ended my membership I still had about 150-200 minutes left and wanted to use them up but didn’t let me use up the hours.
ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!DO NOT GO TO MASSAGE ENVY DAVIS HWY!I have to go to the store itself any time I want to make an appointment. If I call no one answers, if they do answer they pick up and hang up on me. If this business was worth anyones time they wouldnt require a year contract. I suffer from severe back pain and now I would rather suffer!
I received a membership as a gift in mid February. I have yet to be able to get in for an appointment. The front desk is extremely rude and does not try to accommodate you at all. Would not recommend at all, wast of a membership!
Moe gives great medical massage. I came in with my back completly out spending 3 days in day, after my medical massage i am back to normal. He is a lifesaver.

My massage was cut shor. I looked at the clock he cut my massage short by five minutes. Wasnt really destressed and didnt get my knots out. For the price I wasnt impressed their are better in Pensacola
The location has a well trained and efficient staff to welcome you. The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing. The rooms to provide the services are clean, relaxing, and comfortable. The staff provided customized service that focus on personal needs. We left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
Terrible customer service and poor communication with clients. I booked a couples massage a month a head of time. When we arrived, they told us they had canceled my husbands appointment but could still get me in. After that, the manager refused to provide a refund.
I have been going here for many many years. I have always had great service, Mo is the best! He had been able to help me with all my injuries over the years. Wouldnt know what to do without such great professional help.

Front desk and phone staff are rude and not upfront. Ive called 6 times to try to make an appointment. They are short and unfriendly. Today I was told that they have been up for 3 weeks - yet yesterday they tried to get me to come in today because it was their slow day. My scheduled changed so I called today and was rudely told that I should I plan better because they never have same day appointments.

This place is fraudulent save your time and money and visit another massage spa in beautiful Pensacola which there are many other than massage crook envy I would never ever lie on any business I promise to god this place is full of crooks and it hurts knowing that theyve took advantage of me escape wellness spa kings and queens Massage and still waters are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well sadly I have zero experience with massage envy because it is 6:30 pm on Tuesday and all i get is a message stating that they are closed. although both on line and there phone message says 10pm. well I guess my wife and I will go somewhere else.

The massage was extremely painful after the fact. Stuff that was paid for was not used and I was told they did use it but I saw the full product. I had a bad experience overall.
Went to this location on Sunday for a 90 min massage my first ever. And from the counter staff to Caitlin the masseur it was a five start experience I will be returning in the future.

I’ve been a member here, with Mo as my therapist for the last seven years. He by far is the best therapist for deep tissue and medical massages.
Mo is the best there is! If you have any problem areas, he is super knowledgeable and can get them taken care of without a doubt. Highly recommend!

Holy yuck bedbugs! my friend got bed bugs bad from this place but she keeps getting hung up on and ignored. Makes sense with 100 people getting naked in a tiny building every day. Theres nowhere else she could of gotten them from.
My husband bought me a gift card , at the store for there, I went and got a massage, it was the worse I ever had , the girl hurt me bad , I couldnt even move the next few days, and I couldnt even relax for it , bacase all she did was complain the whole time about men, besides her hurting me when I told her it was to hard she didnt listen, and then they took forever trying to use my gift card
