HIGLY RECOMMEND!! I’ve been shopping here for about a year now and it’s my go to spot. Have yet to have any issue with them. Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of products from Vapes to THC.

I love this store! The employees are always attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. The store offers a wide variety of products and is kept clean. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vape store.

I personally shop at this location at least once a week the staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a wide variety of vapes ,edibles, smoke ables, and more. They also add new stuff pretty often, which is cool. They offer a rewards program, which in my opinion should be a little more rewarding. Ive spent about $600 or so and Im only halfway to the first reward. Lol. I just purchased a 2g hhc/hhc-p disposable and I have to say it is the best disposable Ive ever had by far. Reasonably priced but not cheap. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. 😀😤😶‍🌫️🤤😴

Purchased a few Runtz vapes and had to return several because they dont work. I tried to return one today that stopped working and the owner refused to take it back, saying he couldnt tell how much vape was left. He also admitted these are faulty and they are going to stop carrying them!!!!! Selling a defective product is not okay! Very shady business practices!

If your customer treats you with kindness and respect, you should do the same. Walked in to check the store out with my husband. He said hello to the employees who did not respond and glared at him. The woman at the front was short with us when asked about some pricing. She said she didnt need to ID if there were visible gray hair and wrinkles (true for my husband) but then changed her attitude and would not sell. Honestly, the ID wouldnt have been an issue, but the customer service is awful.

This isnt my usual store just because its a little far away from my house, but my usual place wasnt open yet. These guys were very helpful and really nice. I will be back!

I was just here and got the best customer service and explanations I could ask for.Being from out of town and having a tank mishap the gentleman running the shop for the day was extremely helpful. He even pointed me to cheaper option never trying to up sell but I had decided on the more costly option.The amount of choices were very good as far as liquid as well.I would stop in again if ever in town.Thank you for a great experience!

This is legit the only vape shop where you can physicially touch vape juices allowing you to pick it yourself and not like other shops where you have to ask what’s on the menu. I wear glasses and still can be blind as a bat…🫠🫠 please don’t ever change this setting for us blind people! 🤓🤓 will come back for more!

Some of the most knowledgeable things Ive learned about vapes and the accessories have come from Cloud City and their friendly staff. This location has a lot to offer as far as Delta-9 THC alternatives goes. Nice variety overall and good brands, they definitely have earned a new customer in me!

Could not ask for a better experience... The gentleman that assisted me was so patient with me and was willing to answer any and every question I had about the products I was looking at... thank you cloud city!!!

The prices for the water pipes are really good, I paid $100 more for the same pipe at another store. The delta-8 flower is also good.

After problems with Dr Vape it, I stopped in to check it out as an alternative and I love it. Melissa was super cool, helpful and fixed my mod for me. Above and beyond customer service and they definitely won me over as a new customer.

Ive been here 2-3 times total (when Im in pensecola) and never been let down or disappointed with the service. I highly suggest looking into this store.

Very chill shop with an awesomely knowledgeable staff. They have an excellent selection of the latest and greatest in juices and devices. When I started vaping, Melissa and Addison helped me pick out a sweet setup, and even went over how to change coils and juice it up. Now, my girlfriend and I just love hanging out here when we have nothing better to do.

Almost always have our brand of vapes. Halo Menthol Ice 6mg & Subzero 3mg. If they don’t have it one week they will get it by the next week. It’s much appreciated.

My son and I came down to FL on vacation. This vape shop is GREAT!!! Oh my gosh, the gal working was awesome! She recommended some great new juices and let us try them all. The store has a comfortable layout and they had some of the brands we havent been able to get in IL. Wish we lived closer. Highly recommend this place!!!

As Im on my way to Cloud City, I figure now is a great time for a review. I drive to Pensacola almost weekly just to see Melissa. She always keeps up with the latest information about her products and is ready and willing to answer any and all questions. I highly recommend Cloud City because of their knowledgeable and friendly staff and wide selection of mods, tanks, and accessories. Not to mention their juice selection is on point. If you havent been here, you should definitely check it out.

I never rate and review a business... thats how great this place was. With a business lile this, you rely on people to return for more coils, juice, etc And although this was my first time checking the place out, Ill definitely continue to drive across town and do business with them. Staff member was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would... The customer service I was expected wasnt at all what I receive... First off I go there because a friend that recommended the shop told me they let my try the juices. I ask they said no not even for money when I know for a fact they allow testing. Secondly I spent time and money asking about different capes for them to only sell me a faulty one that Addison the store manager wont trade in because to him getting credit for a vape is more important then a customer... Honestly going here was the worst thing I did and I wont be back... Hopefully you guys that are going looks the part so they are willing to help

Have been going to CC for over a year now. Great people, service and prices. Cant tell you how many great recommendations Ive gotten from Addison and Mitchell. Genuine people and great shop.

I love this shop, they are so friendly and stand by there products. I bought a tank from them it messed up on me and I took it back they replaced it no issues. I would recommend them to anyone there juice is awesome too fast friendly service with a smile. Coming from a big city to a small city like Pensacola, it is really difficult finding a place that sells good quality juices and vapes. They are truly amazing! For instance if there’s a certain brand of juice that you like, they will make sure to order it just for you and keep it stocked! I’ve been going to Cloud city for a couple of years now and I love it and I love them they are truly like family, they are for sure the best vape shop in town trust me

Yeah I had to go here because I want to try some gummies they had the Delta at 8 it was pretty good the guy explained the different wraps to me so I got educated so that was great so Ill definitely be going back

The store is in a convenient location easily accessible by foot or car. The store is well lite with counter seating where you can browse by tablet. They have a large variety of vapors and accessories. The staff is knowledgeable not only about the different types of liquid juices and vaper pens but about the strength of the substances in the liquid juices.

Absolutely love this vape shop! Chris and Mel are amazing and very knowledgeable with any juice, mod, or tank that they stock (and those that they dont). Mel is amazing at building coils and helping to get your dripper or tank set up. Moe is a great owner who is just as knowledgeable as his staff, which is great as some owners in other shops are not. Prices are great for the items they carry and they stock so many juices that the other vape shops around Pensacola do not stock. I love being able to go in and try everything new that they get. They are all amazing especially with setting up new customers and first time vapers. 10/10 I will recommend this shop (and I have) to all my friends and family.

This place is the best! Cheapest prices on Mods. Juices are a little pricey, but they have the best flavors. Staff is awsome, and the owner is a really nice guy. I go out of my way past 3 other shops to go here.

I might have written a review before but not often do I care enough to do it. But I will for this place because they deserve all the appreciation I can give them. Im trying to quit smoking and had thought about vaping a few times. I decided to drop-in because its close to my work. The employee , whom was extremely knowledgeable and professional gave me various options for the different vaping units. I havent had a cigarette in four days and I dont have any urges. The flavor matches me perfectly and I will never pick up another cigarette as long as my battery lasts.

Cloud City is my neighborhood vape shop, and Im so glad it is! They have a ton of juices and hardware at great prices to choose from, but the service is is whats outstanding. Melissa is the best! You can go to another vape shop and find supplies, but you wont find the level of customer service anywhere else besides Cloud City!

This store also carries an assortment of legal THC products like Delta-8 and Delta-10, as well as CBD and ratios of both.

My wife and I have tried several Vape shops over the last few years since we quit smoking tobacco and started vaping. Our only regret is that we didnt find Cloud City Vaporium sooner. The staff is great - Melissa (Mel), Mitchell and Addison, et al are experts! We’ve recently updated (long overdue) our equipment - Mitchell helped us cut through the complicated technical stuff and recommended the best, most affordable gear with simple instructions. Very happy with price, service and new equipment! You can rely absolutely on anything they recommend. Thanks guys!

This is more than a store. This place has the nicest people to buy from, talk to and just hang out with after a long day. Ive been to other shops but no other compares to Cloud City!! ***UPDATE***I found a much better place with nicer people and literally 1/3 the price for ALL vape needs. Last time I went to Cloud city, everything had changed and not for the better. I was both surprised and saddened by the major price hike and new staff, uninterested in my being there at all. Sad. Ive been vaping for about a year, and Cloud City Vaporium is easily the best vape shop Ive been to. These guys have the best selection of house brand and third party juices Ive ever seen. Im 31 years old, but I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I walk in. The only downside to this place is deciding on which flavor to get! Shout out to Melissa who helped me out.

The only place that had the new tank I was looking for in stock. Most others I called didnt even know what it was. Friendly and knowledgeable sales and service. Fair prices. Overall great experience.

I’m new to the area and wanted to find a good vape shop. First visit was the best experience I’ve had since I started vaping. Huge selection and every liquid I tested was amazing, super chill atmosphere just to hang out in and test liquids, nice selection of mods and RTAs, RDAs, definitely my new spot. People there were just knowledgeable, super chill, and overall pleasant. Never been to a shop with a better vibe. Highly recommend.

This is our go-to vape shop! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They arent pushy and they take the time to get to know you. They have a wide variety of ejuices and a great variety of mods and RDAs. I definitely recommend coming here if youre a first time vaper or youve been vaping for awhile!
