The Vape Shop of Pensacola

This used to be my main shop, but these days there just isnt much in there. Its a shame. Almost like the owners have given up. I hope they end up starting around, because the people are so awesome.

This store is almost completely empty. Also their prices are a little higher than competitors. * Update: since the owner is a rude liar, here is the SKU for the vape I bought. Look it up in your POS. Who pays for Google reviews? I am on vacation here so who would pay me? 😂

Amber is an amazing asset and employee at the nine mile store. Every time i go in, she is always there with a warm and inviting attitude and helps get my needs of different juices and coils. I was very surprised and pleased when the manager of the store (Kit) reached out to us regarding the recent problem we had with the tank. Every business has problems from time to time, but I admire those who reach out to correct those problems. Great job, still a loyal customer.Have always been a first class shop, however, purchased a tank that was defective and had a very difficult time getting a replacement tank. The sales person was very knowledgeable and had to go through an exorbitant number of steps including three phone calls to the manager before replacing our $10.00 tank. With all of the competition out there it seems we should expect better service.

I cannot rave about this place enough, it is hands down THE BEST vape shop I have ever been to! I drive 50 minutes just because this place is so great! They have the widest selections of flavors, and theyre all so good! I havent tried one yet that I havent liked, which makes choosing one flavor so hard! The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Their juice is amazing, and the pricing is beyond reasonable. I mean, $20-25 for a 60 ml bottle?! Good luck finding a price like that for juice of the best quality anywhere else!

Had a great experience today. I think the guy who was working name was Tony. I went in to get the usual and he started asking me questions and helped me get more juice for my buck. I appreciate all his help. He was AWESOME!! Great place to go and prices are pretty great also!!

Justine is great and friendly, deals with customers quickly and efficiently while always having a smile on her face. Has recommend many juices for me to try and I’ve enjoyed every single one so far. Great daily deals on everything, wide range of juice, and coils for tanks.

Finally made the Switch from cigarettes to vape. Was happy with my purchase from here. Although the girl that helped me seemed to be only mostly knowledgeable in liquids, I was able to get a set up that Im extremely happy with. Only bad thing was that they didnt even have the batteries needed for my mod. I was able to get them from their other shop on Nine Mile Rd though. Id recommend their products but would care to have a little better service.

Todd was amazing !! Helped build my coil and then showed me how to put it all together and use it. Had another shop laugh at me since I’m a beginner and have no clue what I’m doing. I will not be going anywhere else. Customer service goes a long way ! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Wonderful experience. Visited Frank today and immediately bombarded him with 10,000 questions...as I had no idea what I needed/wanted/was doing. Frank gave undivided attention, answered all my questions, made small talk, and was extremely knowledgeable. He even went out of his way to ensure a pleasurable second visit.No doubt, I will be back. Rileigh was extremely helpful whenever I came into the shop! Even when there were quite a few people in the store she was quick to tend to everyone! The juice selection here is HUGE and you can sample all of them. Fantastic store and employees! Will be doing all of my vaping business here.

Second location I have been to and Im obsessed. One stop shop and so clean and pretty inside. The girl was so sweet even though it was closing time she didnt rush us. I usually have a problem finding a juice I like but this time I found like six and had the hardest time choosing. Until next time!

Kit was the guy at the counter who was helping me, guys this vape store is great. He knew so much about everything that I asked and I’m kinda picky when it comes to mods and juices. Literally got a new mod I’ve been waiting to get for MONTHS at a cheaper price than anywhere I could find. Give these guys a problem and they got a solution. So amazing.

I have been a customer at the Vape shop for over a year. I was a customer at another local shop but found their customer service lacking. The employees are always helpful,friendly and they all have great senses of humor. The products are top notch and reasonably priced. I love the daily specials and the punch card that gets you a free 30ML juice one you have 10 punches! I will never go to another shop.

I really wish I could raise this star rating but in all honesty 3 stars might be too many. First off your shop is impeccable. Nice and clean your staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. And thats about the instant the courtesies stopped. I grabbed a chair by the juice bar and proceeded to try and make small chat with the manager Frank. It seemed like he had no time for anything. Not the few customers that came in while I was there or I. The orders were more important. And when I offered, as I am a vape shop owner from another state, to help get samples sent in from our distributors he disregarded the comment as if i was speaking to a wall. I hope you all well in the future but I will not return nor recommend your shop to anyone. Good luck with future endeavors.

This shop has it all good vibe environment. A knowledgeable staff that is willing to help there customers with any of their vaping needs. Top of the line products at a reasonable price. I have been a regular customer at the brent location for quite some time. They originally operated in a much smaller location next door to where they are now. Service is knowledgable and friendly, products are of high quality, prices are competitive with daily specials adding to the savings. Overall they are professional, great selection, lots of vape accessories, and cbd products too!

Kylee is amazing she hooked me husband and I up with really good vape juice. And she super friendly so thats a plus. :) I think this might be our new shop until we PCS out of Pensacola.

Justine was very knowledgeable and helpful with the types of coils and the best juices for my specific taste. She showed me how to prime my coil and make them last as long as possible. I will definitely be coming back next time I need any help with my vape.

Me and my fiance went in a few days ago so I could buy him the cloud beast for an early Christmas present. Robert was working but he told us we can call him Butters :). He greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and was such a big help. He explained to my fiance how to prime his new coil and we both talked him into buying a new snow wolf (that he absolutely loves). Robert was so patient with us trying any flavor we asked for and answering any question we had. Definitely a great experience with a great employee! 10/10!

You can get so many different flavors and brands. Whatever your favorite is the staff can help you find or something very similar . Pricing is affordable and the people who work here are helpful and very nice. Well stocked store that carries the latest in liquids, equipment and accessories. One stop shop that has it all. All of their inventory is quality merchandise priced competitively, with many popular brands. The sales girl is very knowledgeable about the products she sells and pleasant to work with. I have been to at least 5 vape shops since I have been in Pensacola, and none have compared to The Vape Shop of Pensacola. They have the best selection of nearly everything whether it be mods, rdas, or juices theyve got it all. The staff is great too and if youre looking to get a good build then this is the place to go! I have been to many other vape shops in Pensacola. In my opinion this is the best. They have the best staff, best perks and prices. I love how they always know exactly what i am looking for (I dont even have to ask). If you want ejuice, mods, and tanks just come here. One of the best vape shop experiences I have ever had. They know what they are talking about and if they dont know something they will find out for you. I was also sold a vape that has 4 batteries and one of the workers told me it was able to also run on 2. Well turns out that that wasnt correct (no fault on him the idea was scrapped by Smok) and I came back in a few days later and asked them about it. And they were able to get me set up and running again in 10 min. Love them.

First off, I would rate higher if possible. I am a 20+ year smoker and decided its time to make a change. I started researching vaping and talked to a few friends in different areas of the country who have been doing it for years about all of the different options. There are so many options it is crazy, but dont let that intimidate you....read some opinions and reviews online and when youre ready you need to go here!!! I went to the Pensacola location and was very happy with my decision. First off, the store was clean, which says a lot in my opinion. I am totally new to vaping, I explained this to Todd and he was extremely helpful and patient. He was able to answer all of my questions and also give his insight on switching from smoking to vaping. He was very polite, professional, and helpful. There was never any pressure or pushing to buy a specific equipment setup or flavor. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get into vaping or switch from smoking to vaping. They have a great selection of equipment and flavor. Bottom line....No pressure, Very friendly, and Very knowledgeable.

The employee was no help at all she just waited to get over with everything . She never tried to talk too us about anything . I pretty much sold the product to myself and bought it . Never will I be going there. Only reason I went there was because they were the only place in town that had the one color of vape I wanted since everyone else sold out and ran out of them .

This is my favorite shop to go to for all my vape products. All juices are premium juice and there is a wide selection of juices to try. The mod selection is wonderful to new comers and experience vapers. With discounts every day from Tuesday to Saturday. Friday is double stamp day for all juice purchases.

Brandon is one awesome person to deal with he knows what he is doing and he knows how to sell the best vape juice for the smok 220 air factory wild apple is awesome so is snap apple 🥝 and rounds apple 🥝Both taste the same but snap is better. Not to mention the premium (professionally made) juices, which are great.The staff is always friendly and willing to help customers, and theres always return customers vaping away and trying new gear inside. The prices are spot on and competitive with web-only dealers. Dont wait for shipping to get your hands on gear when you can get it for the same price here!If youre interested in rebuilding coils, they have a very knowledgeable resident expert and even free classes on rebuilding. More importantly, they know the ins-and-outs of battery/device safety and wont set you up with a ticking pipe-bomb.

Absolutely the most knowledgeable and friendly people, I quit smoking 2 weeks ago using cheap disposable e cigarettes and moved into a refillable vaporizer hoping to keep from going back to cigarettes , thanks to the staff at the vape shop I am now fully involved and smoke free still , they hooked me up with the perfect digital gear i needed found a great flavor for me and helped me out with the setup and everything.If your looking to quit smoking or just into vapeing this is the place to go , top quality goods and service NONE better been to many shops .

I went to the chiropractor today because they had a $97.00 special. They did my exam and when I asked for pain meds (since they werent doing any treatments for another week) they refused and said they dont do that. So I headed to the CBD shop and Alisha helped me out and I got a prerolled CBD that instantly helped with the pain I was having. 10.00 vs 97.00. Should have spent the 97.00 here! Alisha also explained the difference between CBD and Kratom which explains why people thought I was a junkie asking for Kratom. The shop was also cool and inviting. Cannot thank you enough.

Great experience. I i went in with a certain budget, and needed to upgrade my entire set up. i told them what i had before, and what i need out of my new set up, and they set me up with a perfect combination to fit my needs/budget. They were knowledgeable and as a moderate user, they taught me a little bit more about vaping and were incredibly friendly and cool about everything. Some shops employees can be a little pretentious about vaping, these two dudes were not at all. They set me up with the perfect e cig for me this is my 4th e cig, the other three didnt help with quitting cigarettes. But with this one i went feom a pack a day, to smoking 1 or 2 cigs a day. And some days none at all. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone. And will be shopping there exclusively. i wish i could remember the two guys names, because they wwre super cool and would love to be able to mention them by name. but best vape shop experience i have ever had. Also, best liquids in PCola. Great selection. Great prices. and noticabley great quality liquids. Thank you guys.

The staff define what it means to go above and beyond in customer service. Theres also free pool, a large screen tv and modern furniture for you and your friends to just chill and enjoy your vape. Kit and Kenny are particularly wonderful! Just today they helped educate me on how to properly operate my vaporizer so I didnt have to buy a new one! None of the people here try to sell you; rather, they educate and go out of their way to make sure you get the most out of your vaping experience. I LOVE THE VAPE SHOP OF PENSACOLA! I have been there twice and the guy has no idea what he is doing sold me the wrong coil to my vape then tried to blame it on my vape so I went somewhere else and bought the right coil the second time I went in there I needed a new charger so I bought the 6 banger with Bluetooth I asked him what the Bluetooth was for and in a smarta$$ voice I got “uh for ur phone” it’s the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in my life I would not recommend anyone to the place cashier was Brandon C March 13 at 2:00pm
