After ~2 years of coming here and getting yelled at by Ryan, Ive had enough. There are other vendors that are more customer-friendly and carry safer product. Mostly, I will not be returning because Ryan blew up at me. Just because I dont appreciate sports in general and his love of whatever sports team he loves. I think government money should not go to support sports and rather go to support early education; sorry, Ryan, that my opinion pisses you off enough to yell at me.

This place is totally managed by a bully. I walked out of there purchasing nothing. It was totally whacked how I was being belittled because I asked politely for a discount on one item.

Well stocked with any vape/ smoke items youd possibly want. The staff is extremely knowledgeable & helpful. As far as coffee vape juice goes, their Brewed Awake is bar none. Definitely worth the run

Ryan and Matt are awesome. I highly recommend this place for all of your vape needs. They are funny and handsome too. Lol

This place is amazing !!! Best vape store around by FAR. Best prices, nicest and most kind and understanding employees, SOOO many flavors to pick from… and you can get 3,6,12,18,24,30,45, or 50 mg salt or non salt nicotine !!!!! Like wow!! You can’t find that anywhere ! You can even mix the flavors if you want !! Five stars by far.

Extremely overpriced!! $20 for a pack of coils that retails for 12-13 and almost $30 for a 60ml that retails for 18, $50 for 100ml!! Its outrageous.That said, they have knowledgeable & friendly staff, and a nice selection of coils and other consumables. Juice selection is lacking if youre looking for your brand, but they do have a juice bar.Convenient location, and you damn sure pay for that convenience

Going to Gorilla Vapes literally changed my vaping experience. To customer service, to the rewards system, or to the product selection; this place will win you over in one aspect or another. Matt and Ryan do a great job. Juice selection *chefs kiss* there are so many flavors to choose from. Will be returning over, and over, and over.

Cant recommend this place enough. Ryan was amazing! Juices I bought are delicious too. Plus you get points for spending money which can go towards whatever you want in the store depending on the amount accrued. And they have a raffle to win a certain item each month. Glad I finally stopped in. :)

Knowledgeable and great service, they always remember your face and treat you like theyd treat their family. Point redemption, free 30ml with system purchase that they mix themselves to your liking. All around great place. I dont know names and they dont know mine but they sure as heck treat you like they do! 0 pressure to buy anything and they read you well so if youre in a rush or are willing to chat a bit they accommodate.

Jon is THE MAN! He has consistently taught me more and more every time I go in. Place is always clean. Jon’s creations with the juice bar are second to none. He will never steer you wrong. Super knowledgeable in mods, coils, juices, anything vape related. It has become a hangout spot to just geek out about vaping. So happy I went in to this location a year ago and I continue coming back. Thanks for everything!

Very best flavors. Its nothing like making your own juice. Only wish their was more locations. Not a lot of competition in this city as far as flavor and value goes (2022 and they are still the best value and quality in Vaping)

I just bought a gold drag with green design on it and I absolutely love it , and the staff is unbelievably helpful and nice, patient and fun to talk to. Love the atmosphere and the energy. I highley recommend this place. Coming back soon for more cotton candy !

The products at this store are the best. We choose them over all the others. We are from South Jersey, but the trip is so worth it when we walk in the store and see Ryan. Great customer service is so hard to find so when you have a great experience each time it’s so worth the drive.

This was my first time there I let them know what I wanted stressing that I didnt want anything with nicotine and after the employee there maybe manager of the store listened to me he made me exactly what I asked for. I was so happy and satisfied leaving out of this place that I literally had a smile on my face. I love the way they explained every single detail about their products. I wont use any other vape shot after my experience at Gorilla Vales.

Great new store. They will mix you your own blend of vape juice. Many sweet flavors, but not many savory. The customer service is great and helped me to find the right flavor.

This is NOT your average vape shop. There is a juice bar with 150 ejuice flavors that you can mix and match. Add a little sweetener or add a little milk, here you can vape literally anything imaginable. Pick the juice and pick your nicotine strength (they do salts too), and you have stumbled upon the greatest vape shop known to man

Let me tell you this is the only place that has everything you need. Ever other vape store is always out of stock but not here. And Ryan, what a guy, what a salesman too- ask for him and tell him Alexis sent you! You won’t be disappointed.

This is not your run of the mill vape shop at all.They are ultra knowledgeable,have a very wide selection of mods or vaping,devices,parts,great brands of vaping juices,distinct types,along with custom blends that they can create for you right there as you shop.

Best juices. Every liquid made is high quality. My coils last weeks with this house juice. The staff will answer any of your vape questions and give you educated answers. The rewards program really helps save a lot of money.

Pass this place everyday and finally went inside. They have some really good prices on water pipes and hookahs I wouldve never known about if I didnt walk in. I bought one and I also bought a new vape setup. They have a custom ejuice bar in addition to the shop that the guy hooked me up with a ejuice from and I chose the flavors and it actually came out really good. This is definitely a cool vape shop. I recommend it

Worst experience I’ve had with my local shops. Figured I’d give them a shot but they were no where near as informative and helpful with my vaping needs. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!

First time here and Im glad I finally made it in here. Only came in for batteries but was surprised by the amount of juice they carry. Looked like they had a lot of coils and equipment. I will definitely be back (now that Ive figured out how to get to it 🤣)

Great selection of house ejuice. Actually, for house ejuice, its better than the pricey brand name ejuice. Staff is very accommodating, they let me try any ejuice that I wanted. Prices are very good and their house ejuice is phenomenal, which is very rare these days.

This place has changed in the last six months. I NEVER get deals here anymore, they used to hook you up a little when you bought a bunch of stuff. I always pay full price plus tax now, expect that, and also some attitude and condescension too.

Great service. Juice bar sale on Fridays and military discount. Spent less then I would have in New Jersey. I will be shopping here more often.

THIS STORE HAS IT ALL! The employees are SO helpful. I went to other vape shops in the area and they were completely clueless.. they sold me overpriced things and are smaller than the register section of this store! Its literally MASSIVE. I usually dont do reviews.. but I had to share my extreme wonderful experience with Gorilla Vapes on Vare Avenue in South Philly ..unlike other vape shops they didnt turn their nose up at me just because I was a beginner..the salesman Jon sold me my first caliburn ..the one I really wanted ..he even put it aside until I got to the store.. not only did he sell me it.. but he walked me through every step of the process ..the difference between salt nics and Freebase..he explained to me how milligrams of nicotine really work and he was never pushy or told me half truths just to make a bigger sale ...he was very honest and he was very patient and put up with my million questions LOL John is a regular Encyclopedia of all things Vape whether it be liquids.. devices... coils accessories.. he was very helpful with me... told me what I needed..and what I didnt need.. he didnt just try to upsell me just to make more money! ! he was very patient and put up with my million questions lol Jon. he asked me which gas station vapes I had been using.. He figured out what milligram nicotine would be comfortable for me.. and since then ..its been about a month Ive quit smoking.!. its amazing he lowered my milligrams of nicotine slowly and I dont even think of cigarettes anymore! Im telling you hes part doctor LOL I had my first case of Vape tongue.. its a real thing people..look it up..I thought my device was broke I couldnt taste any Vapes ..he diagnosed it within 5 seconds and gave me some great cures and he explained to me what it was..and what causes it ..that it wasnt serious..! anyone who is thinking of switching to any kind of pod system or box kit or anyting please go to Gorilla Vapes on Vare Avenue ask for Jon ...I promise you ...you wont be disappointed!.. The two fellas that work there are super nice and always help me out. Juice bar is stocked up with crazy amounts of different flavors.
