The best experience! The massage therapist Brooke was amazing! She did the perfect amount of pressure, I had about a 3. She was very nice and pleasant to be around. Brooke made me feel very comfortable and a great overall experience. I will be going back for sure!

I received a massage at the Moon Valley Elements. Allison was my massage therapist. She was very professional and pleasant. She checked with me several times to make sure I was comfortable with the massage. Definitely one of the better massages I have ever received. I have already scheduled another massage with Allison.

I cancelled my membership 2 months ago and went in and filled out the paperwork to do so. They have since charged me for a membership fee every month after canceling and I have to call and ask them to reverse the payment. The first time they said “they forgot to process the paperwork” and did not apologize once, there was no excuse for the second time this was able to happen. Horrible customer service… how is this even legal to do?! I would not recommend signing up for a membership from here.

I came in on Sunday after to use a gift certificate I was gifted! The massage therapist asked me what to focus on and I told her. A few minutes into the massage she asked how the pressure was, I asked that she provide deeper pressure. She replied with, Im pretty tired so Im not sure I can but I will try. I made a small uncomfortable laugh and she continued. She then asked if I wanted her to focus on anything before going to my back(mind you this was only upper body massage) I said, yes,there is a knot on my left shoulder. She said, oh I thought I felt something but wasnt sure(it is a big knot). This was a main social point. I now feel worse then when I came in. I sent in an email right after to complain about this, I got a phone call with a VM, I called back later Monday, sent a follow up email, called again,and still nothing to get this taken care of. I have now asked that refund the gift certificate cost to my friend as this is beyond unprofessional and they really should be embarrassed that they have staff who would say this to a client.

Be careful who you speak too ! Avoid Brianna who tells you one price and once you’re there, forgets or doesn’t write notes what she told you the price would be was over charged $40 extra dollars and she blamed someone else . Called to get the fixed she said I didn’t do it, told her she had gave me a price and said no! Call back when a manager is back and blew me off! Make sure you look at your credit card transaction when you walk out specially when you’re dealing with Brianna who forget what she says?

7.18.24: Yes, Im a massage junkie right now b/c Im in the process of buying a car & its stressful AF! Massages counter that & work out the stress Im holding!This location is new to me - Id never been there before. They sent me an email, offering me a free enhancement for my bday. That got my attention & so this morning I checked web site for availability & there were plenty of spots open for today. Probably b/c summers not as busy. Out of the three choices - aromatherapy, Himalayan Salts and cupping, I chose aromatherapy. I took advantage of the summer special (or first timers?) rate of $79.95 vs. $119.95.My MTs name was Brooke & heres the lowdown:YAYS!* Variety of strokes, including using forearms, which is an underused way to massage but provide relief to tense muscles* Good pressure* She worked on an unusual area - behind my ankle - that had tensionNAYS!* Incredibly choppy massage b/c------- Every time she did a stroke she went back & forth to the shelf where the massage lotion bottle sat to get a pump of massage lotion/gel & then mix it w/ the aromatherapy oil. This makes no sense for a few reasons & has got to be the most inefficient thing Ive ever seen:1. most other therapists either wear a belt to carry massage lotion on them or put bottle in their pocket2. Why not pre-mix the massage gel w/ the aromatherapy beforehand so its already mixed and available?Doing both of those things would have probably added 10 more minutes of hands-on massage time.Also: every time she traveled to the shelf, her hands came off my body so again not smooth - as the client Im wondering whats coming up next. Will she go back to the same arm shes been working on or will she move to my back? That puts me, the client on alert, instead of being able to relax.I paid $10 more for this therapist b/c shes called Elite based on the volume of clients shes served &/or additional training/schooling. This is an Elements-specific feature. But this was not Elite service. Please re-train her so that she can provide a smooth, fluid massage b/c she has the foundational knowledge to be truly Elite.

My service was wonderful from Zori. However, I had to listen to the speakers buzz and crackle for the whole 90 minutes. Its been an issue for months and every time I get a service here, I have to ask my therapist to turn down the music and it takes away from my experience and makes it very unrelaxing.

First time at an Elements Massage. Booked an hour and a half massage with Jerry, an Elite Therapist. I wanted deep tissue since i have a ton of knots. Very relaxing and worked out my knots too. The front desk staff before and after the appointment was very kind, informative and understanding. PLUS they werent pushy about a program like other places. Just informative and kind. I would recommend this place and Massage Therapist Jerry to anyone. He had 20 years experience and it was obvious in his work and professional demeanor. Even educated me on how to stretch problem areas to avoid future knots. 10/10 experience.

If you want a great massage, Camille is terrific. She is both knowledgeable and skilled as a theapist. Better book an appointment today or you may have to wait.Mike H.

Reyna is absolutely amazing.I came in after suffering from daily headaches and needed any type of relief.She worked very diligently to relieve the tension in my neck and jaw. I instantly felt better and continue to come see her monthly. She is very personable and communicative throughout the session, checking in frequently to see how you feel.I appreciate the time she takes in helping me and she even goes above and beyond by recommending ways to help in between sessions.THANK YOU!

Do not sign up for their membership program. It is impossible for you to cancel and it must be done in person. They are just hoping people wont have the time to stop in for a signature and keep charging your credit card. Oh, and you cant cancel your membership at any other location. Great job Elements. You have lost my business.

Moon Valley Elements always take great care of me. I have been pleased with all the therapist I have had. Kim is my favorite. She listens to my concerns and gives great advice. The place is always clean and welcoming.

Derek was amazing. My mom just passed and he he just took great care of me. He didn’t balk when he knew I was crying. He was just more tender. You can tell he loves his job by the care that he takes.

Went in with some back pain and left relieved. Brandi was kind, attentive, and fun to talk to. Stop on in if you need any sort of adjustment!

Victoria performed the best massage I’ve probably ever had in my life!!!She is very knowledgeable and it was extremely accommodating to my needs as a person recovering from lumbar surgery and other health concerns. It was a wonderful experience, and I left feeling like even though I had a deeper massage, I don’t feel beat up or in pain like I usually do.I cannot recommend Victoria enough! She did a phenomenal job!

Signed up for a monthly service. I ran into health problems so I called to cancel. The girl over the phone said it was cancelled. Guess not because they keep charging me and now tell me to sign something. Super shady.

Every therapist I have had at Elements Massage - Moon Valley has been wonderful. When appointments have needed to be rescheduled due to staff changes, this Elements team has still been able to accommodate me quickly. This past Sunday, I was switched to a new therapist and was initially concerned because this therapist did “1-3” pressure and I prefer “3-4”. My concerns disappeared immediately when I met with Patrice and I ended up having one of the best massages I have ever had! I greatly appreciate the Moon Valley team and will recommend them to friends, family and co-workers!

I received an A++ massage. Massage therapist Michael was awesome! Clean waiting area w/ such a relaxing environment and pleasant staff. I definitely recommend this establishment.

The aroma when I walked in was so relaxing and the 1st time discount allowed me to give em a try. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly.But the best part was my massage with Alyssa was the best Ive had in years.

Receptionists are always fantastic.Masseuse Brooke did a wonderful job on my back. Made some great recommendations for my next appointment. Made sure I was comfortable with the pressure. My back felt great after. Highly recommend. I went for a level 3 and it was just the right amount of pressure for me.

I have had a membership here for a year or so now and I absolutely love it! I stumbled across Brooke as a therapist when I needed to get in for an urgent appointment (really messed up my neck) and she was amazing! She is my new therapist and I cannot speak highly enough about her and management here! I am always comfortable when checking in and during my appointments. Brooke can absolutely read the room and we can have chatty appointments or silent appointments, and it’s not weird either way!She has helped me really work out so many areas that have been bothering me for years! I credit her 100% for helping me get to a point where I don’t feel broken on a daily basis!! Thank you Elements and thank you Brooke!! See you in a couple weeks!! ☺️

The staff at elements massage moon valley have always been incredibly nice, and courteous and I appreciate their level of customer service. Zori has been the best massage therapist I have worked with so far, and she has been a great help in my recovery. I would recommend her, and this location to anyone!

They sign you up with a “free subscription “ and tell you it’s free. Then you get billed for a recurring charge . You call them and they say it’s a monthly subscription. Totally deceiving!! Never once mentioned it would be recurring and now you must go in person to cancel they can’t do it over the phone . Stay away !!!!!

Updated: the GM made it right and my Groupon was accepted. Thank you Elements!I made an appointment for a massage and showed the woman working the desk, who I later discovered was the GM, my Groupon and asked if she needed to redeem it now - before the massage. She looked at it and said no just show it when I check out. So after my massage there was somebody else working the desk. This person, who is the assistant manager, told me I couldn’t redeem the Groupon because it’s only good for first visits. My last visit was in 2016! I asked if there was any way to accept this Groupon - specially since her manager approved it beforehand and had I known it wouldn’t be accepted I would not have booked a massage. She told me I would have to pay nonmember full price - even when I asked her if there was any way to accept the Groupon especially since her manager approved it. She then blamed their error on Groupon.

Ive been coming to this Elements Massage spa for several years. Both Massage therapists Ive had were excellent. Both listened to my needs with regard to my back, shoulders and neck problems and focused on those areas. Both spent time giving me instructions for aftercare especially Larissa. The front office staff is so nice and friendly and I never have to wait for my appointment. It is very clean and a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this location.

My massage was excellent. The people are amazing. Derek was fantastic.

It’s a pretty decent place to get a massage although my therapists are prone to rescheduling. If you miss an appointment or forget to reschedule 24 hours in advance they charge $75 but they will reschedule on you the day of at no cost to them.

Alicia does a great job. She knows my problem areas and works with me to help with pain and tension.

I went last week. The experience was fine. I went tonight again with a different therapist and I wasn’t satisfied I was getting aggravated on the table. I asked for deep tissue didn’t get that.Update: The manager reached out to me and made this right. I appreciate it. Thank you.

I have called and left this establishment messages about getting a couples massage several times to have never been called back or acknowledged at all.

My masseuse Veronica did an amazing job. The receptionist Alexis was really nice and helpful. I got a massage primarily on my neck and my back for 60 minutes with aromatherapy. I wish I would’ve done the 90 minute I’ll be going back soon.

Sumara was amazing! She asked me about my needs and did a fantastic job! Best massage I have ever had! I even signed up for their membership. I look forward to my next visit!!

Both my husband and I got massages at this location last week and we were really impressed! It is a very nice clinic, the staff is very friendly and the therapists were great. Both of us commented after the massage that they were some of the better therapists we have had work on us. They were knowledgeable and professional, we were very pleased. The wellness program is a pretty good deal it seems a lot more flexible and friendly than some of the other programs out there and there was no hard sell. We will be back!

Larysa did a wonderful job! She is very knowledgeable and was able to immediately pinpoint the exact areas for my tight neck muscles. It helped a lot! Jason also was super cool and gave me a few pointers on the way out. They were so kind and helpful. Got another appointment set up soon. Definitely recommend this place!

Second star for having a great service but... I called on a Monday and got in on Tuesday with a follow-up on Wednesday, the massage was great and it made sense to sign up for a membership. As soon as they had my payment I couldnt get an appointment till a month out on a day I work, I am told I need to book 6 months out. I had to argue with multiple people to get my money back and now have a gift card worth basically nothing since it is impossible to make an appointment once they have your money. Bait and switch tricked me again.

Update: The GM called again and i received my free massage. I had a better experience the second time going to the paradise valley location.Received an email survey following my massage. I filled it out honestly, and shared my not so good experience. I was called 24hrs later from the manager who wanted to offer me a free massage in hopes of a better experience. However, the call i received was missed and this info was left on my voicemail. I called the number left over the course of 2 weeks 3 times and never heard back.

Also want to add, Corey refused to reschedule my appointment. I either had to show up and risk worsening a back injury or pay the cancellation fee. Absolutely shocked and this level of customer dis-service.

I absolutely LOVE this location! Front desk staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Amanda was a wonderful therapist and made me feel very comfortable! She listened to my needs and was able to give me relief in my shoulder. I dislocated it a few years back and havent had a great range of motion since. However after my massage with Amanda, I felt great! A highly recommend this location and Amanda to everyone I know!

I love going here! Everyone is always amazing. Victoria, Edith, Jason. Whoever you get here, they treat you like family. Would always recommend them. Yeah, price might be high but nowadays what isnt. Id rather spend the money and know Im going to get top notch service, care, a friendly face, warm atmosphere, and my needs met.

I went for a prenatal massage at 36 weeks and I was not disappointed. I was given comfortable pillow and accommodated fully despite being far along in my pregnancy. Julian did a great job and I look forward to going back monthly!

I recently visited this location accross the street from where I work and it was worth every penny ❣️ the receptionist Chance was very attentive and sweet the day I visited. They really cared about my mental health and physical well-being. My masseuse whos name I apologetically cant remember but started with and S was also amazing. She made sure to focus on my areas of concern such as my jaw due to my TMJ and anxiety and my lower back because of my posture at work. They were educational and gave very helpful aftercare tips! Thank you! I look forward to visiting this location again ☺️

I have had trouble finding a good masseuse in Phoenix until I found Elements Massage. Michael is really professional and gets the job done. They are all really friendly, the place is clean and the whole atmosphere at the place is relaxing. I walked in struggling with back and neck pain and 60min later I walked out feeling like a new person. I highly recommend thisplace.

My therapist, Deana, was exceptional! She first listened to me about what my issues were and then addressed every issue with skill and care. I like a deep massage as I have some long term trouble spots with my shoulders and lower back, which she was spot on with and gave me relief for. (Not many therapists have been able to get as deep as she did). I have had many massages over the years in many places and this ranks right up there with one of the best! I WILL be returning.

Really like Elements over the other massage places. This location is clean, the people up front are really nice and call you by name. Ronnie is an excellent massage therapist. He listens to me and makes me feel relaxed every month. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been a client at this location for 2+ years and have always had a great experience. The biggest plus for me are the LMTs on staff. Not only is the quality top notch, but they are excellent humans as well. I get a deep tissue at least once a month to keep my dancer body going. Having a good laugh or sharing or hearing a story makes the pain of the session much easier to deal with. Cant recommend highly enough.

The management was beyond amazing with the situation i encountered! I had scheduled an appointment for mid afternoon, after a few min in the room with my therapist something just did not feel right. I stopped the massage and spoke with the manager. She apologized, accepted my feed back and promptly got me scheduled for later that evening. The therapist she matched me with, for my second appointment, was beyond amazing! He listened to my areas of concern, checked in with me on pressure and ultimately had me completely relaxed on the table!

Jessica is hands down the best massage therapist Ive seen! She is tiny looking but mighty. I love that she listens to my concerns and is also able to hone in on areas I didnt even realize needed attention. She also is not over talkative unless you strike up conversations with her and she never removes her hands from you when massaging, hard to find someone like her! Shes the reason I signed up to treat myself for monthly massages. Ive been seeing her for months now and plan on continuing. If I could make one suggestion itd be to have the company provide hot towels for clients upon request for use on our feet during the summer months especially with all the flip flop wearing. The former location I went to did this and it was a nice touch.

First visit here with Jason who is very experienced at how the body moves and he helped me feel so much better! Very professional and knowledge, I felt very much at ease. I joined the wellness program to continue to heal my body since I work as a restaurant manager.

This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had. I received a terrible massage from a girl, she popped every part of her body every few minutes. Her technique, flow, energy and attitude were terrible. There was only 2 moments that a place she was working on actually felt good, which I verbalized felt good and she moved on right away. I had to ask her to stop halfway through and end my massage early. When the front desk told me they couldnt give me a refund they gave me a discount and then booked me a complimentary massage for the next day at 10. When I arrived today at 10, they told me my appointment was at 10:30 even though I had even called to confirm last night that it was 10. The manager was in a meeting and it took her a while to come out and she did finally issued me a refund. She was compassionate and caring but the damage was already done and I have no desire to get a massage there. I didnt have time to wait until 10:30 for a massage because Im visiting from out of town to care for my dying great uncle and my sick dog and have to check out of an airBnB today. My experience was absolutely terrible and I will never be back.I should also mention that I have been a massage therapist for 10 years and worked in a ton of spas as well as owned my own practice. I have recieved hundreds of massages and have never had to stop a massage halfway through.Update: I began receiving charges to my credit card from this business weeks after my visit. The first few times I contacted them they said they couldnt help me. The manager finally was able to resolve the issue, it turns out the girl working at the front desk had accidentally linked my card to another clients account. Thats a pretty big mistake to make. Really not impressed with this business at all.

I went in with Extreme pelvis and hip pain. My therapist was amazing. She knew what to do to relieve the pain and it’s been 3 day’s pain free. I can’t wait until my next massage. Larissa is great and I highly recommend her.

I have some of the worst back pain, Benji found those spots and took care of those problem areas with ease-didn’t even feel like hands. One of the most professional places I’ve been to, amazing office staff, makes sure you’re comfortable and also customizes your massage to your needs. Highly recommend.

Excellent massage services. I always go to Ronnie at Moon Valley. He gets rid of all my knots - even ones I didn’t know I had! Besides being an excellent massage therapist, he is an awesome human being. The spa is clean, punctual, and offers a variety of services. A membership definitely makes it an amazing value. I highly recommend. 😊

I love that I can call and get in same day sometimes within an hour or two. Staff is amazing at the front desk. I had an amazing experience here and Sumara who took the time to understand what my needs were so she could best help. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful guiding me through the process with it being my first time. I’ve singled up for a membership and will be going in once a month if not more from here on out. I’m just one session my back is feeling the best it has in years!

As a former massage therapist and having not had a massage for a few years, I had an amazing hour massage at this location with Zaria. We instantly connected and her warm personality made me feel relaxed which made the whole massage that much better. To her manager or person in charge, know that as someone who’s been in sales/customer service for years, she is someone who definitely represents the location and Business in the most professional way possible, I will recommend others to your location because of her.Thank you!

I have been in quite a lot of pain in my low back since Christmas. I woke up and was unable to sit up to get up. My back physically wouldn’t let me and I was in a terrible amount of pain. I have been to the chiropractor a few times to correct this but it only made it to where I didn’t have to hoist myself in and out of a chair. I had a 1 hour session with Dev last night and she had me laughing and giggling while she was digging into my problem area. This morning I didn’t have to roll myself out of bed! I was also able to pick things up off the floor without having to use my hands to walk down my legs to get there and back up! I’m sore where she was working and still have a few limitations but I am over the moon with how fast I feel better! I can’t wait for our next appointment in 2 weeks for or 90 minute session! If you have pain, she’s your girl. Even if you aren’t, do something nice for your body and soul and have her give you the best massage you’ve ever had!

Desk staff and my massage therapist were wonderful.The company though? No qualms about forcing you to come in to cancel in person despite there being a pandemic.My only regret is this being one of the business I tried to continue supporting while I stayed home.

Ive been getting professional massages for decades so Im no stranger to a good therapist or an awesome noteworthy massage. I received the best massage, streamlined and formulated especially for me to suit all of my injury needs.Daniel was my therapist and he went far above & beyond what I have ever experienced in the past, EVER!He asked plenty of questions to determine the best approach for me and he just kept amazing me as the hour progressed.Ive never felt better and this massage therapist deserves some most definitely well earned kudos!!!Whenever I am back in the Phoenix area I will definitely be stopping in to get a massage from Daniel at Elements Massage.

Benji is very respectful and attentive. His massage are always helping me feel better. He is one of the reason I finished the New York City marathon and only had a few days of recovery; his massage before and after the marathon were an intricate part of my success. I appreciate him very much.

My therapist Christina was incredible! The entire staff is warm, smiling, friendly, and welcoming. I received a real welcoming as all that entered while I was there, Elements Massage at MoonValley is a total relaxation coupled with incredible massage. Teach yourself to one of their incredible therapist and you will be hooked! The best place!

Caitlin is a wonderful therapist and really knows what she is doing. She can apply a good amount of pressure and really knows how to get down to the source of your problems and fix them. Great conversations as well. The front desk is nice and doesnt overly try and pressure you into anything and is really helpful. One of the best places Ive been to.

My massages were fine and I signed up for the monthly reoccurring program. Of course I didnt have time to go on a regular basis and wanted to cancel. I called to cancel my membership and was informed I had to come in person to fill out a form. I found this very inconvenient but I went in the NEXT day. Now because it is less than 30 days (by one day) I was going to get charged an additional month before I could cancel.I decided I would surrender one of my massage credits to not be charged the fee. I still had four more credits. Little did I know that I had to use all my credits up within 30 days!! Once again but customer centric. They already have my money why not give more time before credit vanish?

Canceled my account at the beginning of June and they still took my money in July and refuse to give me a refund. I dont want another massage nor can I afford it. Offering me a gift card or credit doesnt help me pay my bills. Stealing my money and charging me for a service I dont want or need.

Absolutely love Elements!! Had a Massage Envy membership for 10 years and switched to Elements about a year ago!! Best decision ever!! They treat members so much better with monthly specials and quarterly incentives for being a valued customer. Instead of hoping between therapists at Massage Envy I found the most amazing therapist at Elements. Mathew is an amazing asset to the Moon Valley location!!

I was hesitant to write a review but honestly I would want to know not to spend my money here 😅. Not only was it super awkward when asked what I wanted from the massage, the room was freezing and it was like getting sunscreen rubbed into my body for an hour. I can’t believe I payed money for it. The “massage therapist” also belched during it, and literally no one asked me how it was or I wouldn’t have had to write this review. I wish I would have just got up and left.

Was interested to try this place so I made an appointment. Was told if I wanted to cancel to call the day of. I called and tried to cancel they they informed me of a cancellation charge which was not told upon the booking. So they charged me $45 for me being courteous enough to let them know I couldnt make it after my 20 hour work shift. DO NOT COME HERE.

I had the most amazing 90 minute massage with Art. He listened to everything I said I wanted and didn’t want and I couldn’t be happier with it. I always worry about spending a lot of money on a massage and not feeling satisfied with it. Art even stretched me. Elements is a wonderful place to go. The atmosphere was also very relaxing.

I absolutely love Elements Massage, specifically Minerva! She takes excellent care of me, provides marvelous massages every month and Im always so refreshed and relaxed after I see her! The membership package is well worth the money spent!

The receptionist does her job well, from information and appointments to friendliness. LUIS IS AMAZING! He is personable and friendly without being chatty. He pays attention to your areas of concern and knows how to get in there and work out all the kinks. He applies perfect pressure and has never failed to give a great massage!

Im giving it 2 stars because the place was very clean and professional. However after my massage I noticed a lot of bruising. Cindy was nice but went way too hard just above both my hips. At the time I just thought it was a couple of tender spots but when I got home my wife noticed all the bruising. Ive had several massages in the past and Ive never had one that left bruises. If you go just be clear and vocal about anything that might be painful I wish I had been more clear.

Lucy was great! She was very helpful in explaining what she would be doing during my massage being Ive only ever had 1. It was amazing and I was very comfortable with her. Thanks Lucy I will definitely be back.

The massage studio is top-notch professional and attractive in design and appearance. The people there go out of their way to see to it that you get what you expect. They dont try to sell immediate repeat appointments; they offer to set another appointment in three weeks which is generous in time for both parties. I enjoy going there more than I have other massage studios.

The staff here is so friendly. Ive had a few therapists here and every one has done an awesome job. I will definitely be coming back here. Ive been to a few other massage studios, and this is by far my favorite studio now.

Each therapist is skilled and pays attention to your description of your painful areas, and targets your massage therapy to your individual needs. Elements Massage is always super clean. I hate to tell everyone how fantastic Zoriana is because I may have trouble booking my appointment. My favorite day of the month is when I get my 90 minutes with Zori.

Great place to go and get a message. Mi I believe was the name of my message therapist and she goes deep and hard. I had to get a membership there so I will definetly be going back again and again. Very reasonably priced and great comfort. Right next to where I live so like 2 minutes away. Great Great great!!!

Sumara is an incredibly talented massage therapist and is the reason I will continue going here! Sumara has excellent customer service and after my first massage with her, I had pain relief for 2 months. I feel more relaxed than I ever have and it is so worth it. Sumara has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her as a massage therapist!

I have enjoyed my massages here with Minerva. I did sign up for the membership, as this is a wonderful value, as I can use this for a couples massage, or share with a friend. There was No high pressure sales or pushing one into the membership, which was great.

This Elements Massage is AMAZING!!! The staff is great, very professional and they give a great massage and the facility is keep very clean. I have been twice with my wife and she goes 1 a month and every time she comes home feeling 100 times better then when she went in.

I Googled places that accept walk ins and this was the 1st place to generate in my search. I get there and they say theyre all booked up for the day so they schedule me for the following afternoon..The next day I go in I tell the massage therapist this is my 1st massage since I had neck surgery so I assumed he would use light pressure. The entire massage I kid you not, he was asking me how long he should massage each body part for (I went in for a relaxation massage, I wouldve preferred no chatter) he was moving in fast paced motions and pinching my skin, then went over my spine a few times! I went in to relax and left with more stress because now I have bruises on my back and neck. He stretched my neck so far I had to tell him to stop because it hurt then he did it again on the other side, along with twisting my wrists too far! Ive never had such a terrible experience. I usually go to competitiors, this was my 1st time at Elements and I wont be going back.

My plan was increased by $20 without telling me. The contract I signed 2 mo prior says they have to send a 30 day written notice about any increase which they never did. I called when I noticed the charge and they said there was nothing they could do. They said that the person who signed me up probably should have said something because thats when notices started going out so I never received one. So they messed up and didnt notify me in writing like they were required to, but wont fix it even though that is against the contract. I also have no real ailments (I came in initially because I was involved in a car accident and had some neck soreness), and Ive realized they just tell everyone they should come back in 3 weeks no matter what. I have since cancelled my plan and wont be going back to this company. $20 isnt going to break my bank account but its the principal!

The massages were excellent although it’s very difficult to schedule appointments unless you schedule a month or more in advance. I cancelled my membership and went back to my previous massage place.

Ive been having severe migraines for a couples weeks straight this time. After experiencing brain fog and tension I decided enough was enough and went to get a massage. I was paired with Stephanie and I can not express how wonderful and magical this women is! I walked in to schedule a massage and the receptionist tells me she has nothing available for the day. I leave I sit in my car and I schedule 2 appointments. 1 at 4p with Sumara and 6p with Jason. So I walk back in and see what she says and she tells me well Sumara isnt here to do a 4p massage and we wont be open at 6p to do a massage at 6p with Jason. Really? Then why am I able to schedule online & bought the 1st time massage special? And your business says its open till 7p so why would you be closed at 6p? DO NOT GO HERE! FALSE ADVERTISING on hours of operation and online appontment booking.

I will be returning to Elements Massage Moon Valley. Staff was amazing, friendly and the massage was memorable and relaxing. There are other massage places out there that do not give you the customized treatment that Elements does. They go above and beyond, this is what sets them apart from the rest.

Junior was fantastic! I dont know anything about this stuff. All I can do is point and say, It hurts here and he really took the lead in educating me and knowing exactly what I needed. The whole massage experience was not only liberating but enlightening. Didnt know my hips were that bad hahaWill definitely book with junior again!

The lady at the front desk gave me an address that took me to the wrong place. After I called again and got the right directions I showed up 10 mins late. My massage ended up getting cut 15 mins short. The actual massage was very average. The unimpressive massage combine with the shortage of time; plus the fact they kept trying to sell me on a return visit, earned them 2 stars.

Okay so when calling to book an appointment sometimes its quite chilly due to a lady named Angela, but shes probably quite nice when youre in front of her, but dont hate her shes sweet, it just doesnt transfer over the phone lol. Shes a business lady and probably quite stressed so cut her a lil slack or just book through the app hahah, also KIM is an amazing massage therapist I live for her massages and thats saying a lot because I dont like to be touched hahAh!Ofelia is good as well! Looks are not always as they seem. And that applys to this establishment. Staff was not to friendly, and quiet rude, and not helpful at all. Especially one young woman in particular who will not be named. Even overheard this same young woman saying some very inappropriate things about a fellow employee to her fellow staff but also in front of customers as well. I left immediately after i herd this. We go to these places to relax and get away from the stress in our daily lives. This place, you could feel the stress and bad energy just by simply walking thru the front door. Not a great way to end a vacation.

Front desk girl needs to go. Covid hit and new front desk girl showed up with a chip on her shoulder. They didnt pay their therapists on shut down and encouraged them to file UE eventhough they got lotsa Uncle Sams $$. Wont support their corporate labor. My therapist was 💣 tho, wish shed go on her own!

Caitlyn was AMAZING! I told her what issues I was having and where I thought the pain was but she knew exactly what to do and where to work. I didnt feel pressured into buying any packages and it was a comforting experience.
