Elements Massage

I have been going to elements massage for years now and I have never had any issue. Everyone has always been professional and super friendly. I have had 3 different massage therapists and they have all been amazing, Anita at the happy valley location is amazing at what she does and always makes my experience better than I could have ever hoped for. She always makes sure I feel comfortable and relaxed and that means the world to me. Will definitely keep going back every month for as long as she’s there!

The staff makes you feel so welcomed from the minute you walk in the front door till you leave. I am grateful to the knowledge Francisco has shared and the time spent because it has truly helped heal some injuries and tighten muscles.Lisa has worked with my daughter and my daughter walked out feeling so much better. (She cant wait to come back). Thank you to the team for making our family experience a great and successful one that makes us keep coming back.

Vanessa was knowledgeable and experienced. She helped with an shoulder injury so I could find some relief fun pain. She listened to my concerns. Front staff was also very professional and kind.

Did not like or expect the $20 upcharge upon exiting. Although the massage was fine, the fact that someone has been in the field longer doesnt necessarily make them better. While the booking site mentions a maybe extra, it doesnt disclose how much and it doesnt get brought up until youre paying on the way out. Likewise, the heavy suggested tip schedule taped to the front counter is tacky and reminds one of some low-end massage&nails outfit.

I had an amazing experience from the time I stepped into the studio. The front desk greeting by Annie to the massage by Kabren.The waiting room is peaceful and relaxing. Kabren was very professional and communicated with me to provide the perfect massage.I will definitely return.

First and for most - my therapist, Carlos. He is the best. Listens to my concerns or issues and addresses very thoroughly. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The facility is very clean from the reception area, restrooms and most of all the therapy rooms.

The front desk staff are great to work with and I see Cisco and hes a friendly and knowledgeable masseur. I have a lot of back and hip issues and he puts a lot of effort into relieving my pain.

My therapist Carlos was a dream come true in a therapist. In Phoenix for hubbys hip replacement I received relief from his incredible techniques. Nurturing with high level professionalism. Highly recommend this company.

Greetings when I first walk in the door from Annie are very positive and inviting. My massage session always begins on time and goes the full hour and a half. Carlos is my therapist. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Listens to my woes and treats them successfully.

In 2019 through 2021 I went to Elements Massage on Happy Valley Road in Phoenix. The massage therapist were outstanding. However, in October 2021, I moved out of State and cancelled my membership....Until yesterday, I discovered on my credit card that I had been charged $79 for the past 15 months. I attempted to reconcile with the Manager Jessica to no avail. Over $1200 dollars in charges, NONE Refunded! Poor Customer Service!! Was told, Sorry ?There has been a follow up by Elements and I am happy to say they have rectified the issue. I appreciate the modification they made.

Justin and Tiffany always take great care of my boyfriend and I. Lisa is also an amazing therapist! The ladies at the front desks are always so lovely. We make the drive to the Happy Valley location for the amazing people and services provided.

Justin did an amazing job. He really listened to my needs and also suggested some things and my body felt great. Super professional and experienced.

Started getting monthly massages at this place and it has been wonderful. Vanessa is great! Seeing one on their elite therapists next month. Had one little mix up with scheduling but they fixed the problem and made everything good. Definitely recommend.

Since I have never been to this place, I tried to sign up for the $79 special. However, I was told that there was a $10 surcharge because I would get an elite therapist. Gee, I wonder what other hidden surcharges that they have?? I dont much care about the $10 but do care about false advertising, so wont be going there.

I am extremely upset with this location and feel scammed. I purchased a gift card for my friend for Elements to use for a prenatal massage. When I purchased the gift card (at the Moon Valley location) I explained what the use was for and as this was a gift, I did NOT want my friend to spend any money out of pocket including gratuity… she was also a first time customer so I was told she would get that first time customer pricing. After her massage, she is told that because it’s a gift card, she is being charged full price for the massage (not first time pricing) and that she cannot tip with the gift card since it’s not at the moon valley location. They confiscated the gift card (wouldn’t let her keep with the remaining balance) and just told her that if she ever goes to moon valley location, the balance will go there for the tip. She told me the receptionist was extremely rude to her and she has no idea what she was even charged because she wouldn’t tell her what she owes. Extremely upsetting as none of this was explained to me when purchasing, and I was hoping to make this an enjoyable and FREE experience for my friend. I would not recommend buying a gift card to your friends and family to elements. Now we have an unknown balance that neither of us will use at the moon valley location from gratuity and she still had to pay out of pocket.

First of all I called and they got me in the same day, the front desk staff was very welcoming and professional. Francisco is an Elite therapist and was very knowledgeable in how my injury affected my body and how to relieve the tension. I will definitely be back to keep up the maintenance with my self care!!

Awesome customer service and very clean rooms. Ive never had an issue scheduling or getting in, even at the last minute. Very friendly therapists too. They make you feel at ease so that you can relax. I felt so nervous and guilty that I was taking time for myself, but now with this awesome experience, Im ok with taking a little me time to recharge. Highly recommend!

My first session at Elements Massage.•Chad was my therapist for 90 minutes and I do not enough words for this young man. From head to toe this is your man. He was extremely thorough as he did a combination of deep tissue and trigger points.•One of the best massages Ive had since I cant remember when.•I highly recommend, Chad.•Additionally, the staff was extremely personable yet professional. Kisha was my massage therapist today and she did an excellent job! - I’ll be seeing her again! it was my first time going and was able to get booked right before the Valentine’s Day weekend, which was great! The receptionists were great too. However the lobby got crowded pretty quickly and I found a place to sit to wait for my name to be called- a different therapist opened the waiting room door too wide and it hit me. She saw me, but didn’t apologize- just said “oh that’s not the best place for a chair, is it?” Other than that interaction, I found the atmosphere very enjoyable.

Amazing staff! All therapist are so great that I don’t need to book with an específico one! I just book me next available with the available therapist and work just fine!My 90mins massage feels like 3 hrs massage! Here is where I come to relax with soft music and let the therapist to put back in place anything out of place in my back and neck.This is my massage team!

The staff at the Happy Valley location was phenomenal! From the sales associate at the front desk, Annie, to the masseuse, Justin, I felt extremely special and taken care of! They were extremely kind, helpful, and resourceful! I ended up starting a membership specifically because of them! Thank you!

Natalia is wonderful! I have been seeing her for a few months after being in a car accident earlier this year. She always checks in at the start of each visit to see how I am doing, what areas I want to focus on, and what areas I may want to avoid. From a deep tissue massage, to focusing on trigger points, to a relaxing Swedish massage, she can do it all! I have a much better range of motion in my shoulder and I sleep much better being pain-free. Also, I always have a great experience with the front desk staff before and after my massage. They are warm, helpful, and friendly.

I had Carlos and he was amazing. Having a long distance runner AS my massage therapist was perfect post half-marathon. I told him where my muscles were overworked and he applied exactly the right amount of pressure to make sure that I had full mobility. When I walked out (not looking like a zombie) I felt better than I did going into my half marathon!

I’ve been coming to this facility for a year. Everyone is very friendly. Terri is my favorite massage therapist. She listens to what the client needs and is always very friendly.

The best location! The prenatal massage table is so comfortable and the therapist is pure magic. The extra little touches like mouthwash and dry shampoo are appreciated.

This updated review is way past due and my sincere apologies for that. The Studio Manager Jessica reached out to me on 8/29/21 and since then everything has been perfect (regarding my appointments, reminders, online scheduling i.e. all the non-massage items), all thanks to Annie and the front desk staff.I have now seen Carlos, Francisco, Lisa B, Matt, Virginia, Natalia at this location and this is now my home studio for Elements - even though I live 30 minutes away - they have the best staff amongst all other Element Massages in the area (yes I have tried 5+ locations). I have also tried the cupping enhancement and CBD enhancement - both of which I recommend for athletes working on performance.They have a text line for those who are unable to call during work hours etc. The online system continues working great. The lobby is always quiet and the staff always warm, welcoming yet not too chatty - to help relax during the entire experience. The rooms are clean, the music and ambience is relaxing, the restrooms are clean too.Ample parking and snuck right between Mountainside Fitness and Walmart with convenient parking and easy access to highway. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this specific Elements Massage location and dont be shy to ask them about various therapists modalities, share what you are looking for specifically, AND communicate with your therapist. Their bedside manners, draping, and ability to adapt to feedback regarding pressure DURING the massage remains great!

This Element massage is the best. Lisa B and Francisco and Terri are amazing. The staff truly care and are amazing. Make your own determination. Let them know how much pressure they will adjust if you love it as much as I do then become a member and save a little money.

Everyone is very kind, knowledgeable and non-judgemental. Membership guidelines are all up front, clear and honest with variable ways to utilize it in the way that works best for you and/or your family rather than what works best for the practice!I suppose my words make it clear I have had negative experiences in the past. I have that so engrained in my mind I expected the same thing when a question arose recently and I am very happy to say that Elements did NOT disappoint! They are NOT like the competitors! I cannot express my husband and is appreciation for that enough! Thank you!

Ive never left a bad review but I really dont want anyone else to have the experience I had. I will say the only good thing about my experience was booking the appointment with the front desk guy, I think his name was Isaac. He was so helpful while trying to book a couples massage that would accommodate me (38 weeks pregnant) and my husbands crazy schedule. He assured me I would be able to have the pregnancy massage table so I could lay on my front. When I got to the appointment they said there was a mistake and the table was not available. My massage therapist, I think her name was Janie, offered to let me come later that day. I was a little annoyed but the staff was very apologetic and I was happy I was still being seen the same day.When I came back for my appointment the massage therapist asked what I wanted her to focus on. I told her that all I wanted was her to work on my back. At 38 weeks pregnant I have horrible lower back pain. She worked on my upper back for maybe 5 to 10 minutes and spent way too much time focusing on my arms and legs. Then she had me flip onto my back. Who puts a huge pregnant woman on their back? Thats the whole reason I wanted the pregnancy table, so I could relax on my stomach. I told her that being on my back made it hard to breath so I didnt want to spend much time there. She kept me on my back the entire rest of my massage. Again spending too much time working on my legs and arms. Then she massaged my feet and right after started massaging my neck, face and head. I was completely grossed out. I know I was the last appointment of the day but it felt like she was just going through the motions without putting any real effort into my massage or listening to what I wanted. Finally she was done and I could sit up and breath again. I had a throbbing headache from not being able to breath properly while on my back and my lower back still felt tight and painful. I was close to tears while getting dressed again. I had looked forward to this prenatal massage for weeks and was leaving feeling even worse then when I came in.

I recently went to Elements for my first time. I had a very easy booking experience with the staff. Once I had arrived, the front desk gals were very pleasant and attentive. I had booked a two hour massage with Kimberly. Kimberly was fantastic. She was caring and did exactly the pressure I had requested. I also had the himalayan salt rocks which was an amazing experience in itself. My whole body and mind felt distressed and incredible. The only complaint I had was the smell of the massage room. Instantly when I walked in, it had reminded me of a gym. Or, if someone just had a massage in there and was sweaty. I was hopeful that it would go away, however, it just kind of lingered throughout my time.

Update:The owner reached out and offered me another massage with another therapist. Unfortunately, the one that she suggested got injured the day before my massage but they got me scheduled with another therapist Krista. Wow! She👏🏻was👏🏻awesome👏🏻! Probably one of the best massages I have had. She was not only super sweet but her hands worked some serious Magic. Enough so that I booked another appointment with her. 5 star rating from me now!!My first impression of the facility was wonderful. It was peaceful and relaxing in the waiting room and the girls up front were extremely nice and welcoming. Top notch on the introduction. Which is why I feel bad about writing the following but I think management should know.I have had professional massages for years. Everything from deep tissue to sports massages but this was my very first prenatal massage so I didn’t know what to expect. The massage I received was no different than a standard massage but it seemed like my therapist was fresh out of school and I was her first client. She was very sweet, but I specifically told her I needed my lower body worked on, especially my lower back and IT bands with just a little in the neck and shoulders. She started on my neck and shoulders, as usual l, and did a fairly decent job but I noticed she was kind of all over the place. She didn’t do the same on both sides and didn’t seem like she remembered what came next. She spent over half of my time on just neck and shoulders.She then moved to my legs, never touching my lower back at all. Again she did decent but never worked on my IT bands or my glutes. So I just spent $70 on a massage that did not address the specific needs I had. Again, this was my first prenatal massage but I can’t imagine that the lower back is to be completely skipped as well as hips and glutes since that tends to be the most irritated areas.It very frustrating trying to find a good massage therapist, especially when you have to pay so much to try one. I was really hoping that this place was going to be different than massage envy.I would rate the facility itself 5 stars, but the therapist unfortunately was only a 1 😔.

I normally dont post bad reviews, this experience was so bizarre that it has to be made known!!I booked a Stone Therapy Massage with Natalia at Happy Valley, AZ location for May 29th 2021. Behind closed doors the therapist asked me which massage I chose. I stated the stone massage. Natalia, shook her head, no. No,? I asked Natalia, stated there were no stone therapies there. I stated that is what I had booked online. Natalia then stated she felt uncomfortable with the massage due to being allergic to the stones. When I questioned the allergic reaction to the stones, she followed it by...she just received her COVID shot 4 days before. I said I was going to check with the front desk and she blocked me at the door and then states she would do the stone therapy. At this point, I am now uncomfortable and leave the room. At the check in desk, 2 minutes later I state what just happened with Natalia who standing in the background. The check in employee stated, Yes, you did book a stone therapy. Natalia, in defense, states, I told her I would go ahead and do the stone therapy. **I dont understand how I was able to book this service when the employee doesnt want to provide this type of massage. ** I will not be going to back to this location. I could not rate the skills and professionalism of Elements and Dev any higher. Dev is a highly trained and caring professional. She took the time to get to know me and my health needs as they pertained to massage. I would highly recommend her to anyone how is looking for a kind and competent therapist.

Francisco is amazing! If you need a deep tissue massage and have chronic pain he is your massuese! He is very accommodating. The front office staff are always courteous and remember me each time I go. They have been so flexible with me due to medical issues, and they always make sure I am comfortable and receiving the best service possible.

My wife went with a gift card I gave her for 90 minutes. She asked for cupping and the treatment ended up being 25 minutes of cupping and a 35 minute massage totalling an hour. At no point was she told, nor does it makes sense that the total treatment is cut by 30 minutes.There are way better locally owned massage parlors that youre better off giving your business to.Edit: They gave my wife a complimentary massage to make up for this scheduled for later October. I will update this again after that.

Horrible experience. Booked a 30 min massage with a card my obgyn gave me. The person on the phone asked me if I’d like to upgrade to an hour for only $39 which I declined and she said it was fine and booked my appointment. Day of my appointment comes and the massage therapist ends up doing a whole one hour massage which I thought was just a generous extra 30 min because I had actually been late to my appointment and they took time from it to fill out paperwork. When I go up to the register to show my free 30 min massage card and also leave gratuity for my massage therapist, the lady at the front tells me they don’t do 30 min massages and that I have to pay the difference for the extra 30 min. If they don’t do 30 min massages, why does my obgyn have cards of 30 min free massages? Why did the person who I first talked to on the phone to book my appointment gave me the OPTION to upgrade to a one hour? It’s as if they change and make up policies based on profit and ended up charging $20 to my card. The massage itself wasn’t very pleasant either. Being 8 months pregnant, it’s very hard to breathe through my nose so as I was trying to breathe with my mouth, the head rest was putting pressure on my jaw and I ended up leaving with my jaw feeling sore and weird. The massage therapist was very nice though, I really wish my first time massage would’ve been a pleasant experience but the manager and front desk girl really ruined it. Will not be returning but if anyone has any suggestions on good massage places let me know please!

My massage was amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about my massage therapist. It was the one of the receptionists that was a little unprofessional with work talk while people were waiting for their appointments. Otherwise everything was amazing.

I hate to write a negative review but my wife insisted so that the owners and others can be informed.About 20 minutes into my massage I began to wonder if the therapist was even licensed, and nothing she did made me think otherwise. Ive had many professional massages and what she was doing just didnt seem trained. There was no consistency or balance; it didnt seem like she had a plan. Before the massage I told her that me lower back and feet needed some extra attention but she just gave both areas a perfunctory 30-second rub at the very end of our time and that was it.On the plus side the check-in process was fine and the front counter people were nice. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Im sure there are good therapists at the location but I definitely wouldnt book with this one again.

Sadly I cant review their massages as my appointment was abruptly cancelled at 6 am via text due to an employees emergency.Which dont get me wrong, I am not heartless - I understand when emergencies arise but there should have been a back up therapist for situations such as these. I was unable to get in at any other time so I requested a refund. The owner was willing to provide that, after I hassled her for it via text again, and again.So I would not recommend this location as the process to get the appointment is more stress than necessary and the texting is extremely unprofessional.

Everyone at Elements Massage Happy Valley was incredibly kind, informative, helpful, and professional. My check-in experience was pleasant, quick, and went smoothly, and my massage with Sue was unbelievable! This was my first professional massage, and Sue really helped me assess what I wanted done, was great about explaining everything to me and checking in on how I was doing, and provided an all-around excellent experience. I dont know if Ive ever felt so relaxed! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Annalise was AMAZING! I dont think Ive ever been that relaxed during a massage! Shes got her work cut out for her with my extremely tight and knotted back and shoulder muscles (which feel better after just one session with Annalise). I cannot wait to see her again in two weeks. I also liked that there was no pressure or sales pitch to become a member.

I love Elements Massage at Happy Valley. Online booking is a breeze and the reception desk staff are so genuinely friendly. Annalise is an amazing massage therapist. Her deep tissue massages and cupping treatments have really helped alleviate my back pain and helped me gain improved range of motion. She really knows her stuff and provides great tips on stretches to do at home.

Anita is the best. I came in with severe back pain, could hardly walk straight up, after her massage 50% of my pain was gone and I could walk standing straight

Went in for my first visit ever to this establishment. Arrived 15 min prior as requested. Got to listen to the receptionist go on and on with another person who seemed to be a regular of how nobody should do 2 hr massages. Very strange considering the other person waiting seemed done with the conversation after a couple minutes..but the receptionist just kept on going for a while. I mean when someone starts looking at their phone and stops acknowledging what your saying wouldnt you think it might be time to let it go?? Then the receptionist mentions that the person waiting on the phone hung up and how she was so busy HA! Now its time for my massage and a therapist comes into the lobby and states that she is hurting really really bad, like really bad. Her back is spasming. How professional, come into the lobby and make me a first time visitor feel awkward. Turns out it was to be my therapist that was having spasms. No massage and they offered to reschedule. My husband purchased a groupon for a 90 minute massage for me and I cant say enough amazing things about my experience. Booking the appointment was simple, although they wanted a credit card to hold the appointment in case of a no show. Its business but I didnt give them one I was going to be there no matter what. They had me arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork and were extremely helpful and not pushy. I was paired up with Dev for my appointment and I cant say enough wonderful things about her. Dev asked what my areas of concern were, I didnt really have any just wanted a full body massage. She asked if the pressure was adequate for my liking, I asked her for a bit more and she gladly did! She took great care of me and Im sure I dozed off a time or two. The most relaxing massage Ive had in a long time. I was sad when the massage was over but I will be back! We recently moved to AZ and I was looking for a massage therapist.( My previous one was not up for traveling from Long Beach MI.) I landed on Elements by accident and have been very pleased. My therapist there is very flexible and adapts to whatever area needs focus for the day. In fact, I have been so pleased, I gave my husband a gift certificate for massages at Christmas for him to try them out their services as well.

Poor customer service and very frustrating experience; they never even contacted me about making an appointment just took money out of my bank account. When I called them about it they scheduled an appointment, then only called to remind me of the appointment an hour before instead of one or two days before; I was busy and couldnt make it they charged me for breaking the appointment. Person at front desk was curt; manager granted a partial refund instead of a full refund even though they did zero work. I signed up for this due to shoulder injury, but not going back

Back iin November 2018 I had a 90 minutes massage, received 60 minutes massage. Asked to for a refund they said next time you can pay for 30 minutes less, after we talk to our manager. They charge me again full price saying the manager is not available. Is it too hard to leave a note on my account to charge this customer 30 minutes less? Since November 2018, I called several times, hard to find the manager and get this resolved. Finally I decided to give them a review they deserve.

Went in for an hour massage with Carlos. Great massage! Im a big guy that had major knotting in my shoulders, upper back and deltoids. Carlos was right on with the pressure needed to release the knots and even though Im a little sore from deep tissue I feel relaxed. My past experiences with massage were horrible this one was a polar opposite. Carlos is very professional would recommend him highly! Thank you!

THE BEST MASSAGE!!!Im new to Elements, coming from Massage Envy. Ive been to Elements a few times. This is my first visit with Janie she is amazing. I needed a sport/deep tissue massage. This is the best massage Ive ever had. She applied the correct pressure and was very attentive. I have a few stress points that she worked on and I felt great afterwards. I scheduled my next appt with her. You havent had a massage until youve had one with Janie

I just spoke to the franchise owner, Amy. I went in on September 11th and had an awesome massage. I signed up for the monthly massage. I called back later that same week and cancelled the service. I went back to Elements and signed their formal cancellation notice on 09/15/2018. They have a 30 day cancellation policy. I cancelled thirty days in advance of 10/15/2018. I called on 10/16/2018 and Amy wasnt in. I left a message. She called me back today and said, The charge will stand. I reiterated I cancelled 30 days in advance. She said that she would not remove the charge. I told her I will dispute the charge as unauthorized with my credit card company and that I would be posting a Yelp review because others should be aware of her franchise does business.

Absolutely the worst massage I have ever had

It takes alot for me to make time for my self! I have 2 young boys and a husband that works a lot of hours at his company. I really needed this 90min massage to help me destress and workout some of the pain Ive been having in my back. After suffering for a little over a month I finally decided to book a babysitter and a 90min massage. My massage therapist was amazing! I told her about my job and she knew exactly what I needed on my back and neck. I noticed the room next to me had a lot of commotion and talking going on but figured it would stop when the massage started. Well about 15/20 min in I finally said something. I feel like Im having a couples message with the gentleman in the next room because I can literally hear every single word.. My massage therapist laughed and said this is actually the couples message room and thats just a partition in the middle of the room. The massage therapist and gentlemen talked Throughout his entire massage. SEVERAL time my massage therapist apologized for how loud they were. Finally it was quite on the other side of the wall. 15/20min later... my massage therapist says to me Im sorry but your time is up. That was literally the worst massage! I did not get to destress and relax like I had planned on and paid for. I was very unhappy and spoke with the lady at the front desk about it and I was told I m sorry I can put it in your notes that you dont want to be in that room. Thats it! My husband paid for me to get a 90min massage and it was so stressful! Not worth the money or extra stress I left with.

They’re just east to deal with. Put your subscription on hold or cancel without issue. Change from 60 to 90 minute, no big deal. I switched here from massage envy and it’s a night and day difference.

Let me start by saying, Annalise is a miracle worker!my mom and i visited this location this past tuesday (01/22) in celebration of her birthday. my therapist was Annalise, my mom was scheduled with Chelsea. my mom had nothing but good things to say about her visit- her and i have pretty high standards for massages, she worked in a spa at one point so we had the wonderful privilege of getting massages basically whenever we wanted. so believe me when i say, i could tell by the way she looked (like she was literally gonna melt into a puddle right before my eyes) that it was indeed a great massage, and that was such a huge relief for me!Annalise did an absolutely AMAZING job overall, but there was one thing that really blew my mind. i got in a horrible car accident 10 months ago and tore all the ligaments and tendons in my right ankle, unfortunately i wasn’t able to finish physical therapy for it and i’ve had horrible complications ever since, so i asked her to work on it a little. just to give some insight; on a decent day that ankle is only twice the size of my good one and pain is about a 4/10, on a bad day my entire calf swells up and i basically no longer have an ankle, pain is nearly unbearable. anyway, on wednesday (today) morning when i woke up after having Annalise work on it..... i didn’t have to painfully stretch my foot to mobilize my ankle because it was the normal size it’s suppose to be, for the first time in almost a year! i had zero swelling! even after standing for 8 hrs today at work, there’s still BARELY any swelling! i almost cried over how relieved i was to wake up without pain and swelling!

Early Monday morning and Terri had such great energy and positive outlook and did exactly the perfect massage.

I just walked out and am literally in heaven. Kimberly was awesome and did such a great job. Came in with a wrecked QL section and feel a lot better. Was recommended the warm himilayan stones and that took the whole thing to a new level. One of the best massages I have had. Thank you Elements and Kimberly!

I went in to see Stephanie about my super tight shoulders and she helped loosen them up with a deep massage. I tried the lavender scented lotion this time and it was very calming. Loved the extra bonus of getting to keep the lavender scented lotion.

Susan was fantastic! She was dedicated and friendly. She really made sure I felt welcome and relaxed. We also had a lot in common. I love Elements, and would recommend this new location to everyone.

I highly recommend this studio. I just had a massage by Chelsea with cbd oil. This was my first experience with using cbd oil. Not only did Chelsea do a great job explaining the cbd oil to me, but was an absolutely wonderful massage therapist. She asked in advance my problem areas, addressed those areas, and checked in with me during the massage. I would highly recommend Chelsea!! Also, would highly recommend the cbd oil...it helped with reducing the tension and helped eliminate any of that soreness I normally feel after a deep massage. Highly recommend!!

I was in a car accident on my way there and I told the front desk lady I’f could reschedule and she said no I was being charged $45. Not only did I just crash and total my car I told her this and she still charged my card to add to my bad day. It was at the happy valley location at 5:15 yesterday

Natalia was excellent! She was able to apply a medium to deep tissue massage for 90 minutes, focusing on problem areas as needed. Highly recommended.
