Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour

The drink menu here is probably the best weve seen. The creative design of the menu to the quality of drinks is superb. I asked about the design of the menu, and the server said they are a husband and wife team, and she does the design of the menu. When we were here, it was Lord of the Rings style and monster horror themed, which was really cool. The drinks dont come out theme related but still presented well. You can check their website to see a playable video of their current menu, which I believe gets updated throughout the year.*Check their website. It has all the info youll need, including reservations & parking.*The food was good. We recommend the Dumpling Burger if available and the Korean Nachos. My dish and chips were good too. There is local bread that is tasty. It seems like its from Noble Bread if you know them.All the drinks we tried were great as youd expect. Make a reservation and check out the options for rooms. We usually choose the main room. Also, check out their other restaurant, Little Rituals, a little farther down S Central Ave on the same street side. The last thing Ill mention which again, all is on their website . The time alloted for a reservation is 2 hours, which is plenty of time.

Fantastic themed bar, where the drinks are first and the themeing is right behind. The menus are some of the nicest I’ve experienced in a restaurant, and were really informative while also feeling quite luxe. The food was delicious, and the staff is very attentive (but not overwhelming, they don’t hover). I never felt like we waited long for food, drinks, or even the check or a question. Really nice way to treat yourself if you have an event at the convention center or if you’re local in general. Thanks for the fantastic food and service!

The atmosphere is amazing, located in an old building downtown, gives a great vibe to the space. Smaller area for sitting, but they have great furniture. Bar keeps were very friendly and energetic the entire night. They had a live DJ in an upper booth on Friday night. Drink menu was extensive and you had to have a mini lesson on how it works. Drinks were not well balanced, they had more syrup and mix than I am used to, every drink I tried was that way.

We had to try this location after dinner. Chose to sit at the bar and Nick did not disappoint. The theater and precision taken on every cocktail was amazing. He truly was an artist. This will become a normal stop every time we go downtown.

First off, this place is a absolute must visit! I have not been to a restaurant/bar with this amazing level of service in a long time. I was traveling for work solo and got seated at the bar. Immediately Sam, the bartender made me feel welcomed and attended to. He listened to my drink preferences and came back with a amazing cocktail he made. He never let my water glass go empty. Its also fun to watch the bartneders create beautiful cocktails. Will definitely be back.

I honestly have no words at how perfect this place is. The servers are amazing and I don’t mean this in a bad way, but they’re almost interchangeable like they’re all on the same page. They know exactly who you are like what you ordered they have like notes on you almost. They are incredible and very educated on the cocktails and alcohol. The drinks are incredible. We came here three separate times on our vacation because it was so fun. The drinks were so good and they make surprise drinks if you want and who doesn’t love a surprise drink. If you’re in Phoenix this is a must.

I’m not a paid plant and this isn’t some marketing ploy to get you interested. I’m being honest here.I’ll give it to you straight, and if you keep reading, then you can choose to believe whatever you wish. Sound fair enough? Cool.So, here are a few reasons this place might not be for you:- if you want quick, cheap shots- if you want a numbingly loud environment to quiet your darkest urges- if you want a dive bar experience (hey, no judgement, we all have bad days)If you want any of those things, then Bitter & Twisted is simply the wrong spot for you.The drinks run about $15-$20 a pop, with a food menu matching roughly the same. Unless you are a Neanderthal, you won’t be shooting any of these (probably). Instead, you’ll be gradually enjoying the dulcet melody of flavors carefully crafted and curated to your heart’s desires. The menu is BIG. If you can’t find something you like, refer to your host and server (thank you, Lauren). I promise, they will be able to find something you’ll absolutely love.On top of this amazing menu is an environment that can incite a bevy of ideas, host crazy conversations, or cool the meanest of moods. Whatever you need, this place delivers.You won’t be getting a dive bar experience here. Amazing menu selections, the service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and everything was delicious! Lauren and Kaley both made excellent suggestions and were so fun to get to know. I’ve loved this place since it opened and they still don’t disappoint. Can’t wait for the ramen burger to return!

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. We were served by Calina and she was so personable it felt like we were genuinely talking to a friend the entire time. Cocktails were so creative, unique, and delicious!! Atmosphere, service and drinks were perfect!!! Will absolutely come here again next time i’m in downtown Phoenix.

I love love LOVE this place. Really nice ambience with dimmed out lights to really set a good mood in. I ordered mainly whiskey based drinks but my favorite has to be “Split Decision”. The staff is so attentive and spot on with their recommendations, I’d definitely ask if you’re a first timer, like myself.Highly recommend Bitter & Twisted. Tell your friends.

My absolute favorite cocktail bar in PHX, and there are lots of great ones. But this one, the food and the drinks are always on point. Friendly service is an added bonus as well.

We always love visiting Bitter and Twisted when we are in downtown Phoenix. The menu changes yearly and it’s always fun to see the new theme. This time it was Novels. With pictures and drinks to match old favorites like Lord of the Rings, and Edgar Allen Poe stories.I’ve never had a bad cocktail there. And I’ve tried many. We always share a sip or two with our friends so we can each get a taste.This time it was a date night with just myself and my husband. But, the four drinks we had were wonderful! I prefer the fruity and fun cocktails. While my husband is a whisky guy.The wait staff helps each other all night long so, you won’t be left waiting for a drink or to checkout. Very well managed.

Such a great cocktail bar. It has a really nice atmosphere and the menu is literary themed. Had the Hemingway drink. So good! Put yourself on the list before you arrive.

First time to Bitter & Twisted! Great location. Ambience in the parlour was great and felt cozy. Having a team of waiters was great as well never had to wait long to order or get food and drinks! The drink menu is endless and fun! We tried a few appetizers and they were all delicious.

Bitter n Twisted is badass! Excellent service, atmosphere, tasty food, and very unique drinks! Joe and Steve were phenomenal bartenders: knowledgeable, funny, kind, patient, and accommodating to ensure everything was a great experience. Highly recommend this place! They even helped me with a scavenger hunt mission to support a non-profit that helps homeless youth. Thank you. Seriously good people.

This place is always amazing from the bouncer at the door to the wait staff and bartender and of course the drinks! Our waitress Lauren was fantastic and gave great drink recommendations!

This space was booked for a large group event on Sunday, and the experience was great!All the cocktails 🍸 the group ordered were amazing! The Mr. Hendricks was the groups favorite drink of the evening. Kenzie, the manager on duty, was great and changed the music upon request.Overall, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend it.

This place is a def must visit when you’re in the downtown Phoenix area. The food was amazing and drinks made to perfection. Make sure you ask for Kaley, she made great recommendations and her customer service was amazing. We will be back soon.

Phenomenal cocktails, atmosphere, and service. Nick took great care of us and was able to recommend the best drinks to fit our palate. He actually left to go help an old lady cross the street and rescue a cat that was stuck in a tree and then came back to make more delicious drinks. We really enjoyed exploring downtown Pheonix and did covering some hidden gems like this emporium of delicious cocktails served up my fast and friendly mixologists. The menu is extensive and fanciful. Decor is basic but I loved the vibe and will be back with more friends. Coke early to avoid the crowds!VictorB

The fries were great and so were the drinks. I enjoyed the fact that they had non-alcoholic options for those of us who don’t drink so we could still enjoy the experience.

Great location and drinks. The food was ok. Felt the place was bit noisy. I would recommend to bring down the music on week days or early evening to have a nice conversation. With drinks they know their business. Too many drinks so sometimes you may get lost. Would have to go back there again to try more. Servers were nice and prompt.

I love this cocktail bar! Amazing vibes with great service. The decoration was very beautiful. The drinks were well made and very innovative. There are many different liquor base for you to choose (and variety drink, full of surprise)The drink that surprised me the most was Té Earl Grey Negroni. Super incredible place. Don’t miss out on this cocktail bar if you are in the Phoenix area. I will come back every time I visit. One of the most intricate drink menus I’ve seen in Arizona. The bar staff is incredibly knowledgeable and they have an endless menu of drinks. The food was cooked to perfection as well. We were served by Joe(super professional/friendly) and you can just tell him what you like in a cocktail and he will tantalize your tastebuds. Thanks!

We really really loved this place. The atmosphere is really cool with a great vibe. We had a booth and it was very intimate and relaxing. The server was knowledgeable, friendly and was very helpful. On top of all of that the drinks are top notch as well

I can’t go five stars on the food because I didn’t have any, but I had absolutely amazing drinks a total of three of them.Bourbon Barry jubilee , lime in the coconut, and a clover Club. They don’t mess around when it comes to making a drink they were all outstanding.My only gripe would be the front door security. He was a little cocky.. but I also do understand where he’s coming from, but things can be said differently.I look forward to going back and trying another one of their amazing drinks .

I would hate to be a cocktail bar in downtown Phoenix and have to compete with this places quality. Hands down best cocktail bar Ive ever been to. The menu is a trip to look at, atmosphere is great, staff is friendly, food from Breadfruit was awesome. Only downside is the price range, but when youre quality is this good, its more than fair.

Came in before a comedy show for a quick bite and cocktail. This is a gem, incredible cocktail list and food was amazing. Lo (our server) made the whole experience, knew the menu inside and out and helped us pick the perfect drinks. Will 1000% come back, come check this place out

Kaley was our server and she was very attentive and never kept us waiting. Our food was AMAZING! Their shrimp tacos were so delicious! Food and service was so great considering we had a comedy show to get to on time and both our food and check never kept us waiting! We will definitely be back!!!!

Visited Bitter & Twisted for the first time today. The drinks were fabulous, the menu was extreme (you name it, they have it) and the waitress Lauren was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience so much fun. You have to go there!!!

Nick was amazing!!! I’ve been to this bar a few times and have enjoyed it each time. This most recent visit absolutely blew away my expectations. Nick was truly putting on a masterclass in bartending. He took so much pride in his work, and was so personable. He recommended the perfect drinks and made them better than I could have imagined. Go to this bar!! Ask for Nick!!! You will be glad that you did.

Stopped by after a ball game, and we absolutely loved it here! Amazing and extensive cocktail menu. Sam had many great recommendations, made good drinks, and had a very good overall vibe. He helped make an already good experience a great one that I’d definitely make the drive for again . The prices are well worth the quality. Would definitely recommend!

Alix, and the other servers were great! They were attentive, and really sharp in dealing with the snark that we threw at them. It was a very fun evening. The music volume could have been a little lower, but that might just be a middle age man talking.

Such a fun place to go if your downtown phoenix! Fun custom cocktails with good food! They change the menu but we got there jerk chicken sandwich and pull pork sandwich and they were yummy! They dont take reservation which is a bummer but if you go before 8pm and your a small group youll get seated right away!

We stopped by this place to have a few drinks before a show at Downtown Live. I ordered a Taste the Rainbow and it was the greatest drink Ive ever had. If you like girly fruity drinks it is a must try!! All 3 of my friends loved all the drinks we ordered. The manager sent over shots because of the construction going on next to us. That was a nice gesture and next time Im in Phoenix I will definitely be coming back. The tomato pizza was also really yummy!

This place is so cool, a speakeasy kinda retro feel if that makes sense. I cant say enough about the drink menu. Just wow! The food was good. Very Mexican with an Asian flare to it. Wish they had the Japanese fried rice I heard so much about but they took it off the menu so that bummed me out. Too many drinks which means the next time Im in town from Vegas, Ill stop back in to try another. Maybe the fried rice will be back on the menu by then lol 😆

Joe, was phenomenal. His extensive knowledge of beverages is top notch. My wife and I travel all over the USA every year and if I am being honest his mixology skills are the best we have experienced in a long time!! If you are in Phoenix definitely visit Bitter and Twisted and ask for Joe!!

The classic fancy cocktail bar in the valley, after several visits its still one of the best. The cocktails are always delicious and there is an incredible variety on the menu. We visited this time for the Christmas seasonal sippin Santa menu and all of the Christmas drinks were good, especially the undertow toddy. I have two minor criticisms:1. They change the look of the menu more often than they change the actual drinks on the menu.2. The current food (Jamaican from the formerly standalone restaurant Breadfruit) is tasty but so spicy it overpowers the cocktails.Aside from that, its really a great bar with delicious and unique drinks!

Always a good place for any occasion! Sippin’ Santa was so above par I wish I could go every day to try more tasty beverages and delicious eats. Even with a limited menu, Bitter & Twisted did not disappoint! I highly recommend this unique dining experience for anyone interested in trying drinks and food that will leave you craving more.

Excellent cocktail bar! When I say the cocktail menu is a book, its not an exaggeration. Includes a map of the styles of drinks to help you decide, and each drink is thoroughly described. Oh, and the drinks are phenomenal! The service is great, bartenders are very good and helpful - even give out samples if youre lucky enough to be sitting at the bar! Its definitely worth coming at least once. You wont regret it!

This place is a combination of good craft cocktails and good munchies! Located in the downtown Phoenix area, the bar setting is nice and the place is very welcoming! The people who work here are very helpful and pleasant, and they will help steer you in the correct direction if you cannot decide on a beverage of choice! This place is worth a look if you are in the area! There are other cool spots in walking distance, so, plan accordingly!

Come for the cocktails! Very cool unique menu with many drinks to choose from. Choose from classics, their signatures, or the newest menu of unique drinks. Excellent spot. Downtown Phoenix, old building, cool interior. Beautiful bar. They offer food and a drink menu that reads like a novel. Been a staple favorite place for years, and was so happy to see the brought back the old food menu! The green chili mac with chicken and Korean nachos are my two hands down favorite items on the menu.The staff is always warm and inviting and welcoming with giant hugs and big smiles for us long time customers. Kenzie and Lauren are the best, love them!!

Annoyed at the pretentious manner we were greeted with. We asked if we could sit at the bar. There were 12 empty bar seats and our party was a group of 4. The hostesses said they dont seat more than 2 at the bar (debatable policy, but I understand) and said we could go to other bars that would seat 4. We promptly left. Would have stayed without that snide comment. This used to be a welcoming place. We would come here on every visit to Phoenix. Last 2 visits have been a steady decline in both service and drink quality. They have become a little too full of themselves living off an early gained reputation and slowly driving it into the ground.

In Phoenix for a few days and thought wed try this Lounge. Wow! We sat at the Bar and had some of the best Cocktails and small plates I have ever had. The 2 Bartenders were knowledgeable, helpful and interactive. There is table seating, but recommend grabbing a seat at the Bar just to watch these folks at their Craft. Recommend the Jerk Shrimp with a side of jerk fries...itll change your life. Cheers!

Absolute delight of an experience!! The bar staff and the waitresses (Alex, Dez & Kaley) were beyond AMAZING!! Their energy and service were top-notch! We would t hesitate to come back just to have them as our waitresses again. The menu and drink selection was creative, delish and an adventure. Do NOT miss this gem of a location!!

Awesome atmosphere and the service was excellent. The waiters always made sure your needs were met and your drinks were topped. Very easy to find in Downtown Phoenix, but be prepared to bring a party of two or more. Will definitely visit again.

Ive been here a few times now and they always have fantastic service. The cocktails are out of a magical realm.. the food is delicious and filling. I do miss the menus! Cant wait for post COVID world to be 100% so those can come back, the online ones just dont hold the same wonder. (The Alice in wonderland one was the BEST!)

Best cocktails in the Southwest! I’ve been here so many times over the years but went to their Santa-fest for the first time a few weeks ago and it was so fun! The whole place was decked out and the festive cocktails were incredible.

Super cool hipster type spot. Chill vibe and the staff is on point. I would recommend reservations for large groups or on busy days. The food was subpar mostly bar type food. The drinks however were quite tastey!

Creative, tasty cocktails that warrants several visits and plenty of fun nights with friends. All 8 drinks we had were great, except the old-fashioned, and the presentations were outstanding. The menu is my favorite menu from any restaurant, so creative and helpful.Servers were friendly and the atmosphere was lively. Expect a wait here every night.

Awesome place to have a drink and eat. The good was flavorful and quite tasty and the drinks were divine and are signature drinks and me and my friend super appreciated the taste test of cool new drinks to come that were on the house. Love their mixed drinks! Food was good but Id say the drinks are the strongest selling point. They have so many varieties and the four I tasted were phenomenal. Atmosphere is inviting and servers are welcoming.

Amazing place. Wide selection of original and classic cocktails. Full bar with Hundreds of spirits. Fresh ingredients made by craftsmen bartenders.Prohibition era brick and stone building. Warm, low lighting; vintage cherry wood grain bar top; chocolate colored leather seats and back bar wall. Overall good vibes. Definitely recommend it and will be back👌😉

LOVE THIS PLACE! The atmosphere is amazing. They have a very fun and extensive drink menu! They have happy hours daily and we got their chicken and waffle app and it was delicious! Definitely plan on coming back!

Went with classics, Penicillin and a Negroni and they were both excellent. Our server, Alex, was very knowledgeable about the menu which was great because its huge! So many options, well definitely return when were in Phoenix again!

A group of friends and I visited last week and our experience was so wonderful. But what made it extra special was our fantastic server, Lo. She was so friendly from the first greeting and was ready to give us recommendations and answer any questions we had. Lo was knowledgeable and we could tell she cared so much about connection to guests! Our drinks were also so yummy! Highly recommend the Smoke Show! We will definitely visit again and hope to see Lo! ❤️

Went here for late night after dinner drinks. Great ambiance, service drinks and food. I would definitely return here. I had a bottle of Prosecco, I don’t remember the name of the drink but it was delish, and we had crispy potatoes for a snack. I will definitely return here, and on my next visit have a full meal along with the cocktails.

Man, I wish I caught the name of my sever because she were lovely(Helps that shes a drag race fan)! Any how, the ambience was lovely and welcoming, nothing like a high ceiling with an inviting bar area to get you settled in. We ordered at least 4 mojitos and had the server pick them out for us. The mixologist is a little heavy on the mint, but thats not really a concern. We had peach, pineapple, passion fruit, and one other monitor that I cant really remember. We also ordered the seaweed popcorn and had two flutes of champagne. Overall, nice spot to come to for happy hour prior to a game.

Absolutely loved this bar! All staff we encountered was super friendly & we really enjoyed the precautions this establishment is taking since we are still in COVID times. The food here is DELICIOUS & we also enjoyed every cocktail we tried! Love the vibe of this place and we cannot wait to come back!If youre not about that nightlife or crowds highly recommend arriving close to when the open, we were able to be seated right away (with no reservation) and food & drinks were made super quick!

Let me tell you, Bitter and Twisted was an amazing surprise! My friend took me out for my 30th birthday, and Dan the GM was a sweetheart!! Our server was awesome and the drinks were literally out of this world!!! I cannot wait to go back! The meat and cheese board is delicious! This will be my go-to bar. I am literally a cocktail girl. Ill drink straight liquor with no issues, but I absolutely do not like beer. I love the near limitless creations. We arrived just as they opened and service was great. It did get very busy very quickly. I highly recommend using their online waitlist!!

Very chic, with the sheer curtains hanging before you can actually walk into and see the restaurant. TONS of drinks to choose from. I order the Korean nachos and they were great. Would love to come back and visit. It does get pretty expensive though and the tip percentage they offer to choose from are very high. But Im from So. Cal so maybe its just high for me

Such a cute place! Their menu is a BOOK of cocktails,& they have very creative options of fun craft cocktails for everyone. The environment is swanky yet clean with vintage touches. I ordered the Lemongrass Collin’s which reminded me of a delicious fresh alcoholic lemonade with a hint of vanilla. The presentation of their cocktails is fun and artistic and the service is top notch! Definitely worth checking out!

Relaxing atmosphere with an impressive bar! The drinks were very well made and there is an eclectic appetizer menu. We tried the Korean fries and thought they were very tasty. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

Such a great vibe! The drinks are absolutely delicious and both the barbacoa tacos and the donuts were amazing. We had a lemongrass collins, taste the rainbow, lovefruit medley and a bathtub. The wait time is quite long so I recommend checking yourself in online first but it is absolutely worth it.

Our last stop of the evening on our Parents Night Out adventure. The ambiance hits you before you even walk through the door. The menu is whimsical and EVERYTHING sounds like the right choice. I was intrigued by the Jefferson Milk Punch, it was fabulously served in a teacup and adorned an orchid. BAM! I am in cocktail paradise.$33 for 2 drinks sounds like 5 Trips to chick fil a in my opinion but hey, it was a night out to remember! The bartenders are working hard, our server maintained consistency and we had zero complaints.We had already enjoyed dinner but the menu looked unique and tasty, next time ill have to try the brisket tacos.If you like a fine craft cocktail or two, trendy yet unique establishments, this place is a must visit!

Didn’t have food so I can’t speak to that, but Nick was a phenomenal help and answered all my nerdy questions, and the drinks were out of this world! New to Phoenix and trying out all sorts of things. But the Split Decision, the Lime & Coconut, the Love my Fruity Medley, and the Writers Block drinks were absolutely delicious. I want to try it all beer selection is great too and have a diffrent selection from other bars in the area. If you don’t visit Bitters and Twisted, you’re missing out.

Cocktails are great here, and I appreciate the variety. Sam at the bar is always super nice and fun to sit with if you like sitting at the bar. Occasionally, we feel like the cocktail waitresses rush us to order and to get us out in the 2 hour time limit, and drinks do take forever sometimes. The Sonoran and Taste the Rainbow are my favs. Stick to the signature cocktails, and dont waste your $$ on classics here. Food is hit or miss. The mac&cheese was dissapointing and dry, but other food has been tasty. Overall, its definitely worth stopping by.

Great indoor and outdoor seating. Massive menu for cocktails. Will need to go there a few times to get a hand of the menu, but the two I had were amazing. Staff was very friendly and the decor was fit.

Previously a 5 star before Covid. Since then, the drinks are STILL amazing …but their chefs left and they now only serve a “Spicy-themed” Cajun-Jerk chicken/shrimp style menu. The food is fair at best and completely not what I’m looking for in this amazing establishment.I miss the charcuterie boards, the tacos, the homemade pate, the Mac and cheese, etc..Let me know when the menu changes. Please keep the bartenders!

This place was great. The menu was like a storybook I wanted to read cover to cover. Made it a little intimidating to order, but the server was very willing to help, and recommended some stellar drinks.

Went to this place bc it’s supposed to be one of the 50 best bars which is wild.The bar atmosphere is midThe drinks were not goodAnd ultimately I ordered chicken wings and when they came and I bit into one, it was RAW.Major ick, jury’s still out on if I’m gonna get food poisoning we shall see I’ll keep ya posted.EDIT:I would just like to update this after reading this response that this was in fact raw chicken y’all.I’m not stupid unfortunately and not only did I bite into cold, rubbery clear pink chicken, I can assure you that I understand what pink cooked chicken looks like versus raw undercooked meat.Sorry!I also would like to say that this manager did come to us at the time and acknowledged that this was in fact raw chicken and that her new line cook did NOT temperature check ALL the wings. Some of them yes but not all.felt the need to update this review because these unfortunate business responses that lack accountability and honesty and try to make the consumer look foolish, are wild.GM came to damage control the situation and she’s nice and that’s all good and wellBut a nice interaction doesn’t override raw meat unfortunately.This is a huge health hazard.We won’t be back to this place unfortunately.My rec is to hit up Little Rituals instead if you want actual good vibes !

I definitely went into this place with high hopes and left disappointed. The cocktail menu looks amazing with its design and art while being highly curated. Overall I give the aesthetic and service a 10/10. Very on top of it and I can see the people who work here take pride in this establishment.All the plates were also plastic, trust me I am not a snob at all but if you have a doorman with a rope and have to wait in a line to get in you should probably spring for some nicer wares.However I think the gimmick trys to polish up its weak points such as the Bear Witness cocktail. Who doesnt think a little honey bear glass is cute as hell? But you should really spring for a glass bear, the plastic is insanely tacky for such a place.The cocktail itself was lacking, it was very one sided and missing balance, maybe the pink peppercorn honey was missing cause I detected no sweetness to balance out the cocktail. The server also said it had Laphroaig in it but it wasnt listed on the menu, I enjoy smoky but leaving out a flavor as prominent as Laphroaig is strange.The Fae Scotland was a good cocktail but once again just really didnt hit the mark for me.The food was not good. Maybe I am spoiled because I come from such an amazing food city but the Korean nachos were once again on theme by being highly one sided, Gochujang brisket with spicy cheese sauce and so called crema made the dish one sidlingly spicy. The crema which wasnt crema was literally thick sour cream pooled in the middle and would be better off drizzled. Maybe you cant drizzle it unless you actually cut the cream with lime. We also had the Ceaser salad but the croutons were insanely hard and had us thinking we might chip a tooth.Overall the place is cool but it missed the mark for us.

Three of us went last night. As we entered, our mood was immediately elevated by the festive lights and decorations. Wow! Our server, Lucas, was well trained, highly professional, and very warm and personable. He steered us through our choices of cocktails and dishes. Success all around! The Santa cocktail with a hint of gingerbread spice was perfectly balanced and the shrimp curry was yummy. We’ll be back, B&T. Happy holidays to all! Update: We visited Phoenix this weekend and came here again. This time, the drinks were great as usual but the service left much to be desired. Our server took way to long to take our initial order and check on us in between. The other servers noticed the lack of service and were stepping in, however, that still meant we were being left unattended for long periods of time. The drinks are great! Amazing service and bartenders. The food was underwhelming for the price. I set higher expectations for the food, based on the drink menu.

I have come to love this place so much it is definitely my go to for any night out whether it be date night or girls night. Absolutely love it Kenzie and her staff take care of everyone amazingly. I just cant say enough good things, just know we will definitely return!!

Drinks here are always top notch. There’s a fun selection with unique twists to drinks you think you’ve gotten used to, until now. On top of the great drinks, they also have bomb food! Truly some of the best dim sum and fried rice I’ve had. The service makes the whole experience hard to pass up.

Great place. Good atmosphere. I dont like that its super dark in there and I dont like the loudness. Cant even hear the person sitting next to you. The drinks menu is ridiculous though. Something for everyone on that thing. The Ramen noodle burger though was just simply amazing. Everyone needs to try that burger atleast once in life.
