Was here for brunch had the Pigs on a Stick, Nashville Honey Hot Berry Waffles and Old Fashioned Skillet with a side of gravy. Had a Raspberry margarita (a Milan favorite) and it was delicious. The food was incredible. Milan was super attentive, energetic and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for great food and a great atmosphere.

Went in for lunch today, 3 old peeps taking advantage of their $10 lunch specials (11-3). 3 of their Smash burgers, 2 with tots, and mine with fries ( Im not a fan of their fries). We asked for onion rings and were told that they discontinued onion rings for quality issues. I am glad they pay attention to quality issues, but they HAD great onion rings! We were very disappointed, but the manager Todd stopped by to talk to us about it. Todd was very nice, listened to our ramblings of past onion ring orders, places, and what makes a good onion ring.The lunch special was the quality we expected from Lookout Grill. We have never been disappointed there.3 of us, with non-alcoholic drinks, a smudge over 48 bucks!Daytime is quite there, and they have many evening events. It can get hopping busy! An elegant sports bar, and friendly staff, try it!Fingers crossed, they bring back the onion rings!

Good lively spot. Spacious, clean sports bar with excellent service, a large bar, and a good happy hour menu. Our server was attentive and friendly. The manager came over and asked us how everything was and if we needed anything. The nachos were very good served in a large portion. The flatbread was good as well. My only complaint is the boneless wings appear to be bagged and have too much batter. I would recommend the bone-in wings. The buffalo wing sauce is really good.

Pastrami sandwich was worst in History. Deli style nasty meat with cold, undercooked fries. Place has gone downhill with food for sure.New menu, good results. Pretzels with cheese and teriyaki chicken tenders sandwich and angry apple cider all good. Skip the beer battered fries

Had an amazing time at Lookout Tavern. Food was great! Ambience was perfect. Service was outstanding!! Our server was so attentive and gave great recommendations. The manager even stopped by and checked on us and was so friendly and professional. We had to sit outside because they were so busy but we ended up staying outside, even when management told us there was an available table inside. The misters and vibe outside was amazing.

Alexandria is absolutely the best waitress ever! She was so attentive and made sure our group work luncheon was perfect! Thank you Alexandria for being a rock star and Lookout for having the best wings ever!

This places is a joke . They have radio stations advertise like they can handle what old town Scottsdale has to offer. Sure drinks might be cheaper, tiny dance floor location, barely any parking . Go through the reviews. The only good reviews are people that went there for lunch. This is not a nightclub. They need to stay in their own lane.

One of the best Groupon vouchers Ive redeemed! Waitress didnt make it seem weird or treat us differently because of it, and she knew how to redeem it. Which has been an issue other places. Food was pretty good also. Everything came out fast and correct.

Went to visit this place while in Arizona with my best friend for an appetizer and some drinks.It looks like such a cool place, however there was one girl who worked there that greeted us when we sat at the bar and was rude. We had noticed that most of the workers just looked miserable to be there.There was one bartender (I don’t remember her name, but she has dark hair and we noticed is featured in the book at the bar with pink & black hair) I just want to say that she definitely turned things around for us! She was so sweet and very helpful & the only one I wanted to continue to take care of us.I am not one to complain, but it’s not fun to feel uncomfortable in an establishment where you are spending your money. Thanks to her she made it an enjoyable experience! The other girl needs some work on socializing and drawing in her customers!

I highly recommend Lookout Tavern, not only is this place beautiful with all their big screen TVs and LED wall. They have awesome games and a dartboard. Kids trivia on Monday on Tuesday they have bingo and on Wednesday they have adults trivia. They have something for everyone. Their food is so delicious. And all of their staff I came in contact with was super friendly. This place even turned into a nightclub! It’s amazing I celebrated my birthday there, they made me feel like a celebrity! I love Lookout and I will definitely be back..

Really cool spot, especially to come and watch the Steelers play. The place is wall to wall for the Steelers, which is awesome! Definitely has a club vibe to it, which it turns into at night.Its not a very large place, so definitely make a reservation - especially on game day. And parking is limited, too. They have massive TVs everywhere so you wont miss any of the action no matter your seat.Food wise, very good! The Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich was delicious and would get again! They also had a great draft beer selection as well.My only disappointments are that I would have liked if the DJ was more involved during the game to get the crowd hyped. Also, thought there would be more than 1 contest during the game, too. Ive been to some other Steelers bars in the Valley that are much more involved.Overall, its a cool spot! Go Steelers!

I brought my rescue dog here for her last meal before she crosses the rainbow bridge so she could experience a restaurant for the first time. The staff learned her story and covered her meal. I can’t say enough good things about this place. You will continue to have my business hands down.And to my waitress, again I’m sorry for making you cry! My dog appreciates the good food!

This was one of the most memorable restaurants I have ever visited. To say everyone went above and beyond is an understatement!Jeff the manager was phenomenal. He was hands on and interacted with everyone.Chef Jay came over to talk to us and tell us about the items on the menu. The macaroni and cheese bites are to die for! You must try! Fancy Pants (as I called him throughout the night because of his bartending skills) had the best customer service. It was UFC fight night and the place was packed wall to wall by the time we were leaving and still the customer service never wavered! The food was great the drinks even better. I highly recommend this place any day of the week!

I recently visited Lookout Tavern and had a decent experience. The food was decent, but not exceptional. I ordered the boneless chicken wings with fries, which were cooked well but lacked a bit of flavor. The highlight of my visit was the great bar drinks, which were expertly crafted and delicious.However, the service could have been better. Our waitress seemed a bit slow and took a while to attend to our needs. This was a bit disappointing, as we were looking forward to a quick and efficient meal.Overall, I would recommend Lookout Tavern for its great bar drinks, but the food and service could be improved. This place has it all. From great service to the food choices at a very reasonable price. Great entertainment and a Great friendly environment with the most attentive service Ive ever had. Last time we had Ally and she was incredible!You have to try Lookout Tavern.

We booked a Saturday birthday brunch for 7. When we got there we were seated outside. This was a Saturday in July in PHOENIX. We were the only ones outside. We planned on brunch and drinks afterwards. The entire party was sweating so bad we had to cut the party short. The manager Marie was completely unhelpful. She said she would come out and check on us, but didn’t. I would never eat or drink there again. The only pleasant experience was our waitress Kelsey. She was very sweat and offered to take off her tip from our bill. We didn’t let her. My advice is to eat somewhere else.

Pretty cool place. I did lots of dancing, thats for sure. The employees seemed to be fun & on top of things. Lots of lights & loud sounds, so if bothered by such things, I wouldnt recommend. Otherwise, it was a pretty fun atmosphere. Id go back.

I go here primarily during the day for lunch or happy hour. Staff is super friendly and service is great! (Marie at the bar is our absolute fav!) Lookout is a chill spot with a great vibe, a creative menu, good music, and neighborhood atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I was initially impressed with the Giant TV Screens but the Food was absolutely terrible. Served with no silverware, no salt no pepper, and nobody bothered to ask what I thought of the the two bites I took. Shame on them I was looking to move my large Steeler following from Harrolds.

This is a good spot to just chill and have some drinks/food. I ordered the loaded nachos with fries and grilled chicken as well as a peanut butter cup martini which both were good. I would definitely order both again. I went on a Sunday and they were out of pulled pork as well as jalapeños for the stuffed jalapeños which is understandable but you may take that into consideration that Sunday may not be the best day to go in terms of being stocked up on all items. They had music playing which created a good vibe. Overall not a bad spot.

Had a work meeting here! Alex was our server and she was on point! Had 10 appetizers plus a prime dip sandwich !!! Marie was a great bartender making all 56 drinks of ours. Also thank you to Todd the GM and Oscar (chef) for table touching. It doesnt go unnoticed . I will be recommending everyone to Lookout from here on out !!! The atmosphere was perfect & the food/service did not disappoint!!!

Only reason I gave 4⭐️ we came long way to try this place and three of the menu items we wanted to try was out. Brunch on the weekends was what I was told it would be. The atmosphere was great…Food was delicious. Great flavor. The Short Rib Huevos Rancheros was my favorite. Jalapeño crème not spicy at all and the onions (which I hate onions) was pickled which went perfectly with this dish.

My family and I took advantage of a Groupon for the Lookout Tavern. A sports bar of sorts with attractive female servers and live entertainment. We went for their Happy Hour, which runs 3-6. they also have a reverse Happy Hour as well. They have a nice menu with craft burgers and cocktails flat bread pizza sandwiches and wraps. The live guitarist was very good. The food was great. I had the massive American burger, which was served on the softest brioche bun. I really liked it. They were pretty busy; our server, Victoria was great. We had a good time, and we will definitely be back in the future.

I love the vibe and decor of this place. Went with my husband and 2 kids. Huge tvs inside and werent playing inappropriate stuff which was nice. Server, Shelby was very nice and attentive. We ordered the jalapeño poppers which were probably the best i ever had! Also the mozzarella sticks which were on point. I ordered the buffalo wrap and i loved it. My husband tried the bacon burger and loved it as well. Portions are a good size. Bathrooms were clean.

The food saved this rating! I placed a phone order and they told me 20 minutes. I wait the allotted time and gave some extra as I’ve worked food service and know how things are in the kitchen BUUTTTTT when I go to get the order no one is at the hostess stand. So I wait 5 minutes to give them time. The bartender isn’t busy(I watched her make her rounds at the bar as I waited) so I asked her about it and she brushes me off. I go back to the host stand and a server walks up with rolled silverware and placed it UNDER the stand and doesn’t say a word to me. Two more staff members are seen and there is now a line starting to form and we aren’t helped. It took the woman from the back bringing another pickup order who was already there waiting for them to address me. Disappointed for my first visit. They need to do better and work on customer service.

They have a great cocktail menu so we tried a couple different drinks including the Malibu Sunrise which had a nice amount of booze in it. My niece tried the They Must Be Nuts; amazing how you can taste the peanut butter in that one! I had the lunch quesadilla, ample portion and VERY tasty. I substituted the tater tots and they were delicious. The other girls enjoyed their choices as well, both Lunch Half menu items which is a great way to order. The service was okay, could have been a little better though... a little more wait time than necessary I think. Also I got presented the bill and to pay it without really having a chance to review it so I felt rushed as I signed off.

Had a lovely brunch today with my sister-in-law. Food was awesome, large portions and we all enjoyed our meals. Howie, our waitress, was great, very attentive and had a sense of humor!

The wife and I received a coupon invite from Lookout Tavern as we are new to the area. We decided to check it out last night, Saturday. Great service we had from our waitress Melissa - a very beautiful young lady. She was very attentive and we appreciated it. We tried the burgers and they were awesome. We will definitely eat here again.

Food and Service sucked !!! Our hostes was Jordan and it seemed like she didn’t want to serve us!! Food was horrible cold brown guacamole , chilaquiles were soggy and cold like our food was sitting for a while! Never again will I go back horrible experience!!! Carrots and celery was old , carne asada taste like meat was in the freezer for a long time just nasty!!! We had to keep asking for our hostes /waitress to bring us more drinks , napkins. This place really sucked !!! 200$ wasted

Hopefully it was an off night. We ordered and sat at the bar- appetizer (nachos) was ordered though never came out until we asked 30 minutes later and told it was a computer glitch. Put in dinner order then had to ask where that was. We were told that order was put in at 630. We asked for (cheddar burger & wings) to go at 704.Only can vouch for the nachos as good. I am sorry for leaving 15% tip.

Top notch all the way. Had a private party and without asking they put out balloons with our company colors. Todd, GM, was amazing to work with as was our server Caelyn. The entire group loved everything about this place, the service the atmosphere, etc. I cant say enough about the food, everything was perfect. Folks that got burgers even commented that normally when they ask for medium they get well done, well not here, burgers were cooked to perfection. Definitely coming back here.

Came here for brunch from gilbert. Was not worth the drive for the food or atmosphere. Dj was very cool and servers were very nice. However, we asked for a booth, and they said they were reserved, I said we made reservations, but they said they were for other reservations. They were going to cram us between two other large parties in the middle. Thankfully, we got squeezed somewhere else. 3 booths sat empty our entire visit, and thats on management for saying no and not taking care of the guest that was ready to be seated. The food was not what I was expecting, either it was blah. Its definitely a lot of food, though. However, the chicken on the chicken and waffles was said to be good, though. Ufc might be good here for drinks, but if they crowd everyone, it wouldnt be worth it either. I wouldnt recommend this place or make the drive again.

The food was great and u get a lot of it,went for mothers day, wasnt crowded shockingly, easy to park, Food was really good and the drinks was also. Staff was very friendly and pur waitress made sure to continue to check on us to make sure we good. Didnt wait long for out meal and it came put hot. The dessert was a raspberry cheesecakes with ice cream which was sooo freaking good worth all the calories lol. Definitely will be going back.

The staff was friendly. I ordered a hamburger no bun with no issues, and it tasted great. Large serving size, the chicken, and waffles were enough to feed two.

Went for family night last night to celebrate a birthday. Arrived just after 6 and was promptly seated when the hostess came to the front. Sat outside to enjoy the weather, wasnt all that busy as there was empty tables on either side of us before the reaching the next seated parties. Unfortunately we waited over 15 minutes without ever being approached by anyone to even take drink order let alone food orders. After listening to the manager speak to the table over (who he apparently knew as you could tell from the conversation) and then say he needed to check on the kitchen as he walked past us with menus pushed to the side he didnt even attempt to acknowledge us. Got up and left where we ended up at a chain location located just across the street and had the best service that we doubled our bill in tip. Just goes to show dont buy into the places attempting to present some cool atmosphere when they cant even greet their guests.

Horribly overpriced the portions have been cut at least by half. How things can change so much in just a few months. They call a prime rib sandwich which has no prime rib its a philly cheesesteak with aju. Could not even make a blt. I will tell at least 10 people never to go there.

Second time going, trying to enjoy the food and atmosphere. I followed them on Instagram. Both times didnt even get seated, was told to wait 3.5hrs to get a booth for my kids and I.

So it was a little loud for that time of day, but still not as loud as it could be. I had the loaded tatertots. I didnt realize it had cilantro and had to get it replaced. It was really good, hot with gooey cheese, carne asada and bacon bits. The order was huge..lasted 3 days. They have strawberry lemonade with vodka, but I substituted Rum....sooooooo good. I had to drive so I only had 1. I will comevhere again!!

This is an okay bar to chill at with good friends. I say okay cause its small the parking sucks and the cops like to follow you when you leave from there. Its bar food nothing special thats for sure. There arent many bars in this area of town so if you want one that isnt a hole in the wall this is your only option.

This place was so good! If you’re looking for reliable good bar food this is the place. I had the Cowboy burger and my friend has the loaded nachos, DELICIOUS! I was so excited about the burger I forgot to snap a picture of my kiwi margarita! Also delicious!

Very cool place! Indoor and outdoor seating as well as they can open up Bay doors for a hybrid experience. Large portions that matches the pricing. Pleasant staff and they were preparing for a large party coming in and seemed to enjoy decorating and were getting excited, love to see that joy in people!

The food and drinks were great, service was amazing and the music and atmosphere was very fun and lively. I’ll definitely be going back soon!

The happy hour margs were good, and the mozz sticks hit. I cant vote full 5 stars until I try actual entrees and different cocktails. Ill consider going back.

First, I had a Groupon that they really didnt want to honor. Server didnt put our order in for 45 mins. Took 75 minutes total to get COLD food. I spoke to mgr and he said he took Groupon off and expressed regrets on our bad experience. I leave to have my bank notify me that I spent $64.07 at Lookout Tavern. MANAGER NEVER TOOK MY GROUPON OFF OF $30! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! Manager didnt even try to make our service better. Unbelievable!!

Service was so poor, we decided Not to eat. Part 5 plus child 15 minutes for water. I needed to eat had burger. Never received catsup & mustard after asking

Fairly new clean well maintained restaurant with ample parking. Service was good as was the burgers and sandwiches. Prices are on the high side.

Made reservations for the UFC 300 ahead of the event, paid the $10 cover fee per person. When we arrived the manager stated there was a “mistake” and they “tried” calling to call us. No phone call was ever made , manager didn’t even try to accommodate for the inconvenience and said I would be refunded. I haven’t received a refund just how I didn’t receive that call.

Always a great environment. The patio has misters and heaters for whatever time of the year you need either. They recently remodeled part of the restaurant and it looks great. Board games on the patio are great for kids and adults. I come here frequently. Love the food too!

My last review of this place 2 years ago was just awful. The service was bad. The food was awful, just everything was a cluster. However, I went back a few weeks ago and had a great time with my wife so we went back again last night at another great time and it seems the addition to live music and a trained weight staff that seems genuinely friendly. Food was delish, service was mediocre. We had to get up to find our server to get what we needed. We ordered our food and part of the order never came, when the server finally came back, we asked and she said, oh I thought you were suggesting that, in didnt know you wanted it. Im not sure why I would be suggesting food to her,,, but I o.k.

Jay & Jeff were amazing! Managers really hands on, made our first time the best experience! The food was delicious! Definitely coming back and recommending!

The Lookout is really fun. Great music. Drinks arent overpriced or weak. Place was packed but still had plenty of room to dance and find a seat. Age range was 20s to 40s. Its a blast! Check it out.

Steelers Bar! Trivia! And all sorts of other themed nights. Staff are amazing and food can be good. Sadly they now have a new brunch menu with zero vegan things on it. So no food until after 3 for me. They also do game specials, or did, but they also start at 3....typically after the Steelers game is off. Great atmosphere, but can be pretty pricey and not too vegan friendly anymore.

We ordered through DoorDash 2 steaks. We love their steaks and have ordered from them about 4-5 times. This time the steak was too charred and was inedible. Called and they informed they can make it over AND give a gift card. In which they did. Their food is amazing and the portion size matches how amazing their food looks. I love humility and kindness and to admit their faults made it that much better.

How is this an actual restaurant?? Came here during lunch hours the music was stupid loud.Came here once as well during their nightclub hours and this place definitely fits that vibe. So if you’re looking for a nightclub come here. If you want a decent priced lunch with a nice ambiance don’t come here.

Just got food here from the first time ever, I ordered a grilled cheese with no tomato and add pickles, not only did they put tomato on it (top and bottom so both sides of bread are gross) but they did not put any pickles on it either 😕 I Just had to get a dill pickle out of my fridge and slice it up to add to the sandwich while it was sitting there getting cold. It was also the most expensive grilled cheese Ive ever ordered in my life. Very disappointed.

Every staff member- including security were incredibly kind and welcoming! I can’t count how many times they stopped by to make sure we were good and happy throughout our visit. My boyfriend and I called in for a reservations to Have a few drinks and snacks, the atmosphere is really upbeat and fun. I came to USA for a week to visit my boyfriend and this was definitely my favourite place by far! Highly recommend trying them out!

We ordered from this restaurant tonight and the experience was terrible. We had an issue with our order last time we went Lookout Tavern. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and so we ordered again and even left a comment on our order to make sure things like sauce were included so they wouldnt be forgotten. Well they received the order at 7:12pm and we didnt get our food until 8:45pm. The food arrived cold, cooked incorrect, and missing half the order. We called the restaurant and the manager was so unhelpful and would not even recook our meal or help compensate the meal in any way. This was such a terrible experience and even the manager had horrible customer service. I would love if they reached out to me to fix the issues they have caused.

Staff is friendly and great. I like the cubano and a good draft beer for my go-to, but the nachos are great for the brunch crowd.

Great place, great food, great people. Been here for Fuego Thursdays, they have latin music and $3 house margaritas till 12am for ladies only - we all love coming here. Great Brunch specials on the weekends.

The food is pretty decent... if only someone would actually take your order! Bartender (at least on this day) needs more training.. or extra help! I was angry that after 20mins and asking several times,.. we still never got our order taken... so we left and went to the sports bar down the road. Thumbs down in my book👎👎

Its very pretty inside! Lots of booths, tables and bar room. Very good amount of TVs for watching sports. Slightly frustrating that people sit right at the big screen... It makes it difficult to see scores and not feel like youre Staring at the people sitting there. The server was Very casual and seemed slightly annoyed with us. I cringed every time she gave us thumbs up. The food was fantastic for bar food! Yes you Can mess up bar food and no they did not! Great quality. We had a fun time but the food didnt outweigh the service and atmosphere. Great spot to bring family for a fun dinner or to meet up with friends! Not if you actually want to watch a game or expecting fun, respectful service.

Excellent happy hour! The bacon wrapped jalapeños were in the top 3 I’ve ever had , and the flatbread pizza was top notch also.. I recommend you go! I’ll be coming back

They should call this place dudes. Nothing but dudes in there. The noise blankets on the patio to cut down noise makes it even less fun than reading this review. Its used to be fun. Im hoping it finds its groove again.

Nicely asked waitress to turn down the volume just a little bit so we could hear one another, was told that was not possible because the football game was on. Later in the evening they switched to music while the game was still on. Server did not mention 20% gratuity to parties of 6 or more and we had people in our party ask how to tip 20%. I was told the bottom of the menu states it, but it is very fine print. Manager also said the waitress should have mentioned it and she didnt tell anyone even though she had 3 opportunities to. The situation was resolved, but the fact it wasnt mentioned to us prior to tipping feels like the waitress was fishing for more money in a deceitful way.

I love this place! This is the spot to be. Melissa and Desiree are the absolute best! Super yummy food, great drinks, awesome music to dance to and even trivia night on Wednesdays. You will not be disappointed coming here any day of the week.

Great service (Cortnie) with spunk and entertaining conversation. Looks like fantastic place to have a beer and watch any sporting event.Food was good... Nothing Oh My but certainly worth the money. Beers were priced fairly with the large coming in 55 gallon drum with a handle and perfect for a thirsty beer drinker.Definitely a higher end sports bar that checks all the boxes.Check it out... Fast seating, great service, good food.

This place is cute and the atmosphere is nice as well. I didnt get any food this time around so I dont have any food suggestions. The beer is a little bit pricey for domestic and I asked the bartender the price for a shot of house or well whiskey and she said it was $8. Which unfortunately for me is too expensive for well whiskey when I can go and get a pint of Jack Daniels for the same price. Bartender was mediocre and its not because it was busy . Its a cute spot but expect prices to be a little bit higher than other places.

To be honest, this tavern is as good if not better than some of the trendy bars and restaurants in Scottsdale. Additionally, Ive been to many restaurant and club openings in Phoenix/Scottsdale over the last few years. Those openings were completely unorganized, chaotic, and awful. For Lookout being open for barely 2 weeks, I couldnt believe how well put together everything was. BRAVO to management! An occasional long wait for service or some occasional cold fries is all part of opening a new restaurant. However, we have been here 2 times so far and did not have any issues.The decor and layout gives the tavern a very modern, open, but comfortable feel. Beautiful lighting, TVs everywhere, killer sound system. Talk about a great location to watch football and other sporting events. They even used a fog machine one of the nights. Had such a blast!The staff is extremely friendly even with all the pressure that comes with opening a new restaurant. The first night we had a server named Chelsea and a few days later we had Kirstyn. Both were super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the food and drink menu. Again, that only happens due to good Management. Talking about management, they really had their act together and made us feel like they really cared about what theyve built. We met two of the managers. I believe their names were Todd and Luis. Super friendly, very open to suggestions, looking to improve anyway they can. So refreshing to see that! They even comped 2 drinks for my fiance and me because it was our anniversary. Thank you guys! Also had the opportunity to meet the owner Kevin. Very kind, appreciative, and dedicated to the tavern.The food was delicious. I would recommend the Tequila lime chicken, waffle fries (A MUST) and the Buffalo bites. Extremely favorable and filling. Also, try their Crazy Arnold drink. Its to die for. Their bar manager Kris is extremely talented. I was told he created most of the drinks on the menu.Bottom line, Lookout Tavern is awesome. The area has NOTHING like this place and I definitely want to see it succeed. Definitely worth checking out because I think most people will agree with my review. Keep up the great work everyone! Our server, Sydney was friendly and checked in often even though she was busy. Hubbys Pastrami was amazing, my patty melt was great but too much food. Fries were tasty but didnt stay hot.

Stopped in tonight around 7, and we were greeted and seated quickly. Anahi was our server , and she was AMAZING. She made recommendations and took the time to build rapport with us while we ate. She was very attentive and she checked on us multiple times throughout the business. While chatting with her, she expressed how much she loved working for this establishment, and she truly enjoys what she does. This is so refreshing to see; as a former service worker, this is huge to me. From the servers, to bartenders, to managers.. each person cares about the customer experience and they treat their employees well, and it creates an awesome atmosphere overall. This is our GO TO bar for sports, five nights, fun, and nightlife. You won’t retreat visiting here. The food and people are amazing, and it radiates through everything they do.

We really like the Loaded Tots. Always comes out delicious. Loaded nachos were okay but not something we would order again. Burgers on point along with their fries

The food was really bad. Three of us had the prime rib lunch special. The bread was very dry and stale and hardly any meat. The fries were not the same as they were the last time. They used to be thin and crispy.These were bigger and soggy. Two of the men had chilli. It was so thick it didn’t even look like chilli. They both said it was horrible. Wondering if they are under new management. It is a neighborhood place for us.We were regulars. The waitress knew us and was as always very friendly and nice.However, the food was unacceptable and we will never go back!!Update:Snow bird friends are arriving so we decided to give Lookout Tavern a second chance.It is very close to us, right in our neighborhood.The same waitress was still working there.She is very friendly and very good at her job.The food was very good and hot. And the music wasn’t so loud!! We were able to catch up with our friends.Also, the Groupon is great!!We will be putting Lookout Tavern back on our list. Greatly improved from our last visit.

This place is awesome! Good food, great happy hour 3-6. Live music on Fridays and maybe other days too. Don’t miss this place. You have to find the bathrooms they blend into the wall. This is my new favorite place!

I gave this place another try (original review below). This time we had a great server named Bri who was welcoming, friendly and very nice. Food showed up in a reasonable amount of time and was accurate (fries could be hot), but otherwise good. Drink order was taken promptly and showed up quickly and a big beer (32oz) was $7-$9 depending upon what you chose. Wine was $5-$9 (got samples of the two chardonnays; house wasnt so great). I want to believe the owner has listened to the reviews and has made changes accordingly. I guess Ill know for sure the next time I come here. For now Ill up my star rating from 3 to 4.Too expensive for what I received. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and a single 16oz (questionable on amount) beer. My bill was $22.26 before tip. I thought to myself that seemed high even knowing the sandwich was $14, so I looked at my receipt and saw I was upcharged for beer battered fries. A $1.50 up charge for fries that were no bigger than a McDonalds medium size. They were decent tasting, but so are Mickys Ds for a $1. Cut the food prices in half and maybe Id go back. Couldnt imagine trying to feed a family there. Yikes.

Wings are pretty good. 4 stars because the food took a little bit longer then usual (12pm on a Monday) but the food presentation was there.

Our server Cortnie was fantastic. Food was decent but a bit standard. I would guess this is a good place for football or other sports type event.I can say our server was totally on top of things and worked hard to make sure our small party was taken care of. Great selection of drinks and beer if you so choose.All the selection is great but with out the true test of customer service the food is lost. Luckily the service and feel of the place is amazing and worth visiting.In respect the server had no clue I was taking that last one bit is game!

Whenever I come here by myself to watch a game I feel as if Im bothering people working here.Ive been here 5 or 6 times over the years and its the same lack of interest in giving good service to a single diner. So, it appears to be the policy, or simply poor training.Youll enjoy this place if youre with a group of people. Theyre more interested in that.Today I was the only one in the bar for 45 minutes and they wouldnt turn on the sound to the game I came here to watch.They dont seem to understand the concept that someone who comes here on their own to watch a game will bring friends to his place if they have a good experience.It probably bothers me more because im a business owner myself and I dont understand why businesses wouldnt put a strong focus on customer service.

Have visited a couple of times now and have enjoyed it every time. The food is pretty good and the staff is super friendly. The TVs are huge and the interior design is pretty cool. The live music is a treat. You can get a sense that the regulars enjoy stopping by.

What a awesome place ! I have been here a few times over the past year & the food is some of the best I have had along with the customer service & prices $$. They have one of the best LEDvideowalls in the NorthWest Valley to watch Sports events. I had a small party watching the Daytona CokeZero NASCAR race last night great time. The best part too is easy parking front , side or rear even when they are busy. I highly recommend trying their Grilled Salmon or Pulled Pork Sandwiches two of my favorites.

First time here. If it wasnt for Groupon we would never known it was here. Great sports bar. Loads of TVs. Looks like a great beer and drink selection. Our food was well presented and was delicious. Lookout is a neighborhood staple. It has awesome bartenders that are always friendly and ready to banter. Their beer selections is pretty decent and so is their bourbon selection. After 9 on Thursday through Saturday it turns into a different atmosphere. The bartenders and servers get a little more comfortable and the music gets more lively usually with a DJ or trivia. Definitely worth a check out to see if it’s your vibe

My girlfriend and I came here for a night of dancing & fun as we had heard positive things about this place. Im sure its a great place for straight people. NOT FOR US. This was truly one of the worst experiences of my life. It was impossible for us to get a drink even when the bar was completely empty. There was 1 bartender that was kind and attended to us. ALL other bartenders ignored us even when we tried to signal. When my girlfriend went to the bathroom, women in there moved so far away as if she was scum. When we were dancing on the dance floor, people moved off of it. We tried to ignore it for a little bit because we dont like to play the gay card. However, it was blatantly obvious when we left the dance floor and all of a sudden a rush of people jump onto it. Atmosphere was garbage. Service was garbage besides 1 male bartender. Ive never felt so uncomfortable and discriminated against in my 30 years of life. Mind yall- Im a woman, gay, and a person of color. I will never return here again. I also dont usually write reviews but this was so necessary because I dont ever want someone who is in a marginalized group to come here and feel this way.

Lookout Tavern is a little bit more on the pricey side, however, the dining experience is great! The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and they have a covered outdoor patio thats dog friendly! Ill definitely be back with my dogs! 😊

I had a black N blu burger as well as took salmon home. Burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. Salmon was undercooked but I fixed that when I re-heated it. No harm, no foul~ the beurblanc sauce was a nice touch. The mashed potatoes were excellent. If only you had broccoli! The beer was a bit pricey but it was cold! Service was good and she was pleasant. Had a great lunch and nice dinner~

Love Lookout Tavern. We live just around the corner, so we are in and out often. Our place to watch the Seahawks, Mariners and Kraken play. Food is excellent. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

We have been to The Lookout Tavern many times. I have never left this place disappointed. The food is always good and the server are excellent. My only complaint is the parking or lack of parking.

I went here for Excellent burgers & atmosphere ...not really my experience. It was a UFC Fight night and we were not allowed in the main dining area...even though the Fight was 2 hours away. FYI you have to Reserve a table on Fight nights...for those who dont follow UFC. We were given a choice of eating at the Bar or Outside...the Wait staff were ok, not particularly friendly...I dont know about other Folk, yet if I go to a restaurant I dont want a Massive Multitude of T.V. screens constantly in my face as Im conversing !

Sunday brunches are so much fun. The food is amazing but the DJ they have is so much fun! He makes brunch truly one of a kind with his music and energy. Super nice guy to meet as well (dj statyk)

Ive seen this place online and it was my first time in. First impressions were good with a very large bar, a nice draft menu, and good finishes. Service was excellent with Kaylee out on the patio. Misting systems, fans, and live music were a nice touch. We had a couple beers and a couple margaritas and everything was very good. We didnt eat although I checked out the menu and Im interested in trying a few things. Largely somewhat elevated bar food but something for everyone

Giving one star because all the main menu has meat but they give the option to substitute impossible patty for four dollars more. Don’t like meat, pay extra %20+.. No thank you.

This is an awesome sports bar and had replaced the declining BWW. Always great service, great food, full bar and plenty of TVs. They also have a DJ and dancefloor on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays!

We showed up on Trivia night. 5pm, Hostess informed us only seating available was bar or outside as all tables were reserved. Odd as 3/4 of restaurant was empty. But sat at bar, no big deal. Hour and a half later, restaurant was full. Both of us Had the philly. Was very tasty..ask for horseradish sauce! Little bit too much bread vs meat...but if you use au jus...bread absorbs well. All the food coming out of kitchen looked excellent. We used a Groupon, which put this place on radar...had never heard of it. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Also will let others know about it. Check them out.

Got take out for dinner tonight, wasn’t expecting much figured just “elevated” bar food. BOOOY WAS I WRONG! the food here is on point, crave worthy, fairly priced for the portions, and diverse menu. We will, without a doubt, be back. So happy we tried Lookout!

We went for trivia night (Wednesday nights), and sat on the patio. I got the Buffalo chicken salad, it was DELICIOUS. Trivia was mostly TV sitcoms/music. I really enjoyed the hang out time, would have liked some more variety with the trivia questions/categories. They use an outside trivia streaming service, though, so I dont think Lookout has much to say about that. Overall, fun hang time with friends. I will definitely return.

Went for the fight Saturday night. Everyone was super friendly, especially the girls at the front desk as well as Briana our server. She was over the top hospitable Only complaint is they allowed these “wannabe thugs” sit on the back of the booths like they were in their house. I did speak to security regarding this and was told these guys have the blessing of the owner. Well I hope they spend more than I do

Got an ad for Lookout in my mail and decided to take the family down for weekend brunch.The food was hit and miss. My son loved the buffalo chicken waffles. The huevos ranchero was good if not a bit small of a portion. My wifes eggs (ordered over medium) came out just barely over easy like they had been made sunny side up, flipped and plated. My youngest ordered the KitKat banana pancakes and got a huge stack of rather chewy pancakes with the aforementioned toppings only on the top pancake, meaning once they were gone it was just mediocre pancakes.The service was where they really need to step things up. They were in no way busy, like more than half the tables empty. We waited at the door for almost 8 minutes without being greeted by the hostess or the other 3 employees who walked past us. When the hostess did say something, she went immediately to seating us as if we had already spoken. The table we were seated at had a broken top like someone had pushed up off of it and cracked it down the center. Another family was seated a few minutes after and had a waitress greet them as soon as they were seated. A few minutes after that, our server arrived and took our orders.Could I have said something while we were there? Sure, but after being ignored at the door and sat at a broken table, we were ready to leave.

Really fun trivia night, a bit spendy on food, the Ruben didnt have sauerkraut and it was the wrong bread for a Ruben, plus, there arent grilled onions on a Ruben,its just wrong, they shouldnt call it a Ruben. One of the new appetizers was good flavor but way too salty, couldnt eat it.The dessert cinnamon fries were heaven,the best thing we had all night.I would go again, but probably have dinner else where and just come for trivia and dessert.

The bartenders are actually pretty rude. Not the best experience. Not sure if it’s because I was with another woman there, however, the treatment wasn’t the best. They will ask you to move at the bar in order to take instagram picture of each other even if you are already at the bar, ordered a drink and have been sitting there, My girlfriend and I were enjoying a drink at the bar and the women who worked there put there hands in between us and told us to separate in order to take a photo of the bartender. Why couldn’t they take her picture without doing that? There was so much space everywhere Else to to take the pictures 😭It was extremely rude. We had to move to the other side of the bar when we were comfortable where we were at. We were respectful and not bothering anyone. Not too many people were there so I didn’t understand why they would put their arms in between us and ask us to to separate. We won’t be coming back. Hopefully they treat future lgbt 🏳️‍🌈 better. SadTo add and come back to my review, I just seen another woman post who is lesbian and brought her girlfriend here had the worst experience as well. I knew I was not tripping. I just KNEW IT! The menu looked very interesting. I did have the hot wings. They were awesome. The take out orders flowed out of the kitchen as fast as the staff could shuttle them. Leading me to believe the rest of the menu is delicious as well. Happy hour was great! Live music and good vibes. Apparently they do a high energy evening. As it starts at 9:30 me and the rest of the wrinkled happy hour crowd may never know. Great time.

Food was very good, especially the queso dip. They have Big Blue Van on tap as well which is awesome! One thing I was disappointed with was the bread pudding. I love bread pudding, but hate raisins. I was super excited to hear their bread pudding had no raisins! Unfortunately, the last time I got it, it was more like a dry spongy cake with some ice cream on it (so I didnt get it this time). However, the pretzels and burger I got were great! The atmosphere is also pretty nice, my wife and I were there for Triva and had to sit outside. We were seated away from the heater so we had to move a little while after because we were too cold. After moving to the heater it was much better!Overall, pretty good food, friendly and fast service. Hopefully they can make a different style bread pudding in the future!Edit: Tried their breakfast this morning. Everything on the menu looked awesome and what we ordered was great! Highly over priced, burnt or nearly burnt onion rings twice but a delicious batter so sad :( , amaaazing burger definitely, but the hostess ignored me because I only did take out on a busy night so I waited twenty minutes for my already done order and well overpriced meal. I was floored and literally speechless. And since then the prices are higher lol... what??!The burger was amazing though. I felt sorry for the kitchen if they were so busy they could not do those onion rings justice.As a walking distance local (four years) and lover of delicious food it is sad that that has been my experience and have to avoid returning. The hostess had me irate. For the money we paid for our food, ignoring us as if we had never entered your establishment or like we were in line waiting for a table already I was NOT expecting that sort of treatment. Also the delicious food producing kitchen was clearly short handed and busy on one or all three of the nights I have ordered from you in four years. I would be happy to eat more of the food but I think you should appeal more to everyone in the neighborhood or at least treat your take out customers with care just as much as the others. Update: their licensing has changed. They no longer remove tables and turn into a dance night club. Didnt know this and was really disappointed last night. It was our fav spot to dance! It was wonderful! My partner and I are vegan. Our waitress Nicole was very sweet and knowledgeable about vegan diets, and the chef came out and introduced himself personally, and wanted to double check that we were vegan. He made us aware that the buns they typically use arent vegan friendly, but he said they have a gluten free bun that is vegan friendly.For the first time, I felt like I didnt even have to worry about my meal when eating out. It was wonderful! I also love how they decorated for Halloween! And as silly as it may sound, I love the bathrooms, because it looks like its a secret passageway since the doors blend into the wall lol. Wonderful food, wonderful service, and wonderful live music, especially since the guitarist playing that night is a friend of ours. Thank you again to the staff for all of your kindness! Atmosphere & Bartenders is a 5/5That’s the saving grace. I placed a Togo order at the bar which took 45 mins. When I got the food my order was messed up (not the bartenders fault). She took my sandwich back to get fixed.. I gave up at the 30 minute mark and asked to cancel order because my other sandwich was obviously cold at this point. Working in the service industry for 12 years you’d think the manager would come by to apologize.. he didn’t.Again, great place for drinks and a fun atmosphere but the MOD was kind of worthless.

Great little neighborhood hangout spot. The Tavern is usually our go-to spot to watch anything spots or just hang out with family and friends. The food is really good and I love that they serve brunch now. I definitely recommend trying this place out. You wont be disappointed.

I got a Groupon and wanted to try brunch since I had seen it advertised on Facebook. We didnt make a reservation and even though it was still empty inside, they could only seat us outside. Tried to get the side of eggs, bacon and hashbrowns but was told we could only get that with the waffle. The pig blankets were OK but bacon was a little undercooked, the avocado fries were lacking any seasoning, the side of hashbrowns came on a dirty plate and when we complained they brought us the same hashbrowns on a different plate. I understand this is a club but for a family brunch I thought they might change the music a little. Got to listen to a song blasting the f word with explicit lyrics.

Cool little local bar. Lots of TVs, lots of great food choices. They need to improve their Happy Hour. ($1.00 off appetizers is hardly a deal). However, we will definitely be back.

I used to come here often when i lived across the street and i always had a good experiance except 1 time with a sever and it was fixed. Then i ordered uber eats for the first time recentley after having surgery. It was the first time i used uber and it was a terrible. NOT BECAUSE OF LOOKOUT TAVERN but uber. Anyway i called lookout anf they ( Jeff and Todd) were awesome over the phone and left a credit for me to use. I forgot about it and i came tonight to eat for the first time in a while. I didnt expect them to remember but i mentioned it and he even took the time out to come shake my hand and say hello. (Hand shakes are very important to me) anyway thats my life story lol! 🤪😉😁 food was great tonight and im impressed .

Our server Devon was great! The drinks were decent the only thing was the food.Had jalapeno poppers, the outside was crisp but bacon inside that layer was chewy . Didnt do justice for the appetizer.The flatbread pizza was just that FLAT . No real flavor.I can say this though, the serving staff are all absolutely gorgeous.Maybe its not the food that put this place on the map.Ive worked in the industry 20+ years and I enjoyed my server making direct eye contact smiling and friendliness without being overly excited.Great job Devon.

Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable about their menu. The server was excellent with recommendations on the menu. She was on point making sure everyone @ my table was satisfied, including my 8 year old grandson.

My husband and I went here for a date night. I had the bison burger, my husband had the California burrito and we shared mozzarella sticks. Our server Marie was awesome! Very attentive! Atmosphere is fun with live music. We’ll definitely go back.

This is a great place to order delivery from; the food is great, and ordering in means you skip the worst parts of the experience. If you have the poor judgment to go in person, arrive at least 5 hours before close so the bartender can have the best chance to pretend to be happy youre there. But realistically the taps arent anything you cant get at Frys so skip it and just pay for delivery.

I wish I could give a full review but after trolling the parking for 5 minutes looking for a spot, their business plan includes closing the kitchen while they transition from brunch to lunch for at least 30 minutes. We came hungry to eat so it was a no starter. But looked like a cool place. Oh well

My wife and I came here to watch ufc fights. The whole experience was great.The food was super good. I had the half chicken. She had a steak. Both were amazing, but the best part was our server, Brandi.Brandi was SO sweet to us. She checked on us regularly and the place was completely packed but she kept up her sweetness the whole time and made the experience the BEST.We didn’t realize this place turns into some sort of club on the weekends but it seemed really fun! That’s not our kinda thing but a few years ago, we might have partied into the night there. We will be back sometime for sure.

Unfortunately the bouncers at this place are extremely classless. The head guy “Jeff” decided to kick me out of the bar telling me I’m too intoxicated. Only had one beer and two cocktails and did not cause any trouble inside for me to be even kicked out in the first place. Apparently being singled out with a whole load of other people getting “intoxicated” made me feel really special. Also trying to get an explanation from “Jeff” will get you handcuffed even though they already pushed me out the door. If you seriously want to be manhandled by a bunch of thug bouncers so they can get an ego boost than this the place for you.

I just received the worst nachos Ive ever ordered. I ordered their loaded nachos for takeout. When they arrived, it was just chips with a small amount of un-melted shredded cheese, a small amount of toppings, and they forgot the guacamole. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Guess I now have to put my nachos in the oven, add cheese, and then cook my own damn food. Never ordering from here again.

The food was really good. Service was very good. I admit, Im old... older than most of the patrons. They had a DJ ... music wasnt bad, but it was so loud my ears rang for hours after I left.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO WATCH THE GAME. Food is about a 3/5 but HUGE Beers. Quick service even during the big game.

Come here every Friday night 9pm-2 am closing for drinks and hangout with friends!

Mixologists Martinis and Mohitos are in the house. There are numerous brands of beer on tap including Budweiser regular. The Chefs rare Patty Melt, Wings and well done Frys were subpurb. The respect for customers further showed in the mens room that smelled pleasantly sanitized and, was very clean.

Great Burgers and Tasty fries. Upbeat atmosphere. Good selection of beers on Tap and Bottled.

Well I was not expecting women dressed in lingerie when I came in, not mad about it just surprised lol. Food was good. Service was good for a Saturday night.

Fun place to meet friends for cocktails and food. Live music which was not overbearing while having conversations. Great happy hour prices. Food was delicious.We had so much fun we stayed for Trivia and won a round. Ended up staying for over 4 hours after we all kept saying “just one more”. 😎

Nachos were good, needed extra chips as there was very little chips and so much topping. (First world problems right!) So I asked for a couple chips and she brought me a bowl of chips then on our bill we were charged $3 for some plain chips. I know things are tight but comon man.... drinks are on the pricey side. Cool atmosphere lots of screens. With so many options out there to go not sure we will be back there.

The kitchen was closed when I went so I cant comment on their food. They had a good variety of beers and cocktails. It was late and the server was nice and informative.

So my wife decided to take me out for a beer and a bite. She wouldnt tell me where we were going and we ended up at the Lookout Tavern. My wife ordered a wrap and I got a mushtoom burger. Food is great, beer is great but I was a little confused when the waitress ask me how I wanted my portabello mushroom cooked!! So i asked for it medium rare lol. It came back cooked like a normal cooked mushroom lol. Over all its a nice place. Ill have to go back a few more times to give a more indepth review. Oh one more thing... parking is a nightmare!!!!

We come in for Monday night kid trivia and sometimes for Wed night trivia. Alot of fun decent prices.And we love Marie! Our favorite server. She is attentive and ver sweet.

FYI they add 20% gratuity for parties of 6. We were not told. They ended up refunding us our extra tips but honestly won’t be back. Average bar food.

Great place to have wings!!We always come here when we vacay in Phoenix. This place is awesome! The waitresses are amazing, respectful and patient. I never had a dull moment coming here.

This place is a total shame. We reserved a table and when we arrived they had sold it to someone else.

It was lit 🔥 the bartenders were pushy on trying to get you to buy bottles tho. Music was good. No cover which was also good. Good vibes & positive energy.

Decent food, good beer selection, lots of tvs, service was way slow but I expect that because nobody shows up to work. Every business cant get anyone to work. They all wanna be influencers and film dance videos.I will go here again as the BISON burger medium rare is to die for. Killer onion rings. This place is a thumbs up in my book.

Celebrated my birthday here! Food was good and the service was hands down some of the best I have ever had! Caelynn was responsible for 20 of us and none of us were ever without!

I come here for trivia. Decent food but a little pricey. They recently started reserving tables for wed night which I’ve never seen in the months I’ve been going. Maybe because of the heat? Anyway, good little spot and lots of tvs.

Sat at the bar.. really couldnt see much of anything going on because of the liquor shelf above the bar.. Had two different gals serving. First one sucked. No personality. Both were working the bar but second was amazing. Parking was in sane. Had to park 4 businesses away. We both said from the minute we sat down this is a first and a last.

I love this place. I had a great experience. I even wanted to work here but I know they dont even tip out their hosts. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years, this is absolutely ridiculous especially for a bar/club that makes so much money on alcohol markup. Food was so good though.

This is my first time try here. Food was really delicious, hands down. The only thing I did not like was the sound. Requested to lower the volume but no luck.

The beer battered French fries are crazy good, so are the wings and the tea and the beer and the burgers and the service is smiling and so good at their jobs and the huge TVs....

Awesome sportsbar, great food, great atmosphere, great service, they have a nice outside patio on each side, recommend to make a reservation, 5 stars baby!

My favorite bar in phx. After 9pm when they have the dance floor open it is always a good time. Only downfall and the reason I give them 4/5 stars is cause the mist they do on the dance floor is super loud and everyone there dancing always hates it so maybe theirs a different way they can do that.

Great restaurant but servers and bartenders try to rip you off. Thank God I asked for a receipt. Server charged me full price when it was supposed to be happy hour then I order a drink from the bar and she does the same thing. Why is the customer responsible for correcting pricing. Felt intentional since two separate people did the same thing. Double check your receipts if you come here for happy hour. We are talking a difference of $30.

If you go in on the weekends for brunch, make sure you have a reservation. We did not so our choices of seats were limited. Food had great taste and presentation was good. Our server was excellent!!!

Food is good but their curbside pickup process is terrible. The link that was texted to me to check in when I arrived to pick up my food wouldn’t load (server took too long to respond). So I tried calling and got a busy signal the first 6 times. When I did get through, I was put on hold. After 4 more minutes on hold I went inside to pick up my order that was supposed to be delivered to my car. The hostess informed me that she would need to seat two more tables before she could hand me my order—even though the bag was sitting there getting cold. I tried calling the manager after leaving, but he only made excuses (we’re busy, it’s trivia night, etc.). I will not go back.

It was a loud experience but it is a sports bar so you should expect that. We could still hold a conversation. The service was very good and the food was plentiful. My friend and I could have split a sandwich and still been full. We will be back.

I love the food here. I can’t stress it enough. But it’s the only reason I go there. I can’t give this place 5 stars because the music is always so loud you can’t hold a conversation with your friends. Every. Time.

We decided to go for the burgers on Saturday. We walked into a nightclub. The music was too loud. I thought the place was a tavern, not a nightclub. We had drinks at the bar that were good and expensive. Then we left.

The waitresses will no keep track of your bill, I ended up paying $120 for pancakes, bacon, hashbrowns, 1flight of mimosas and half of the birthday girls’ 1 drink…Total rip off and our waitress could careless who paid so I left with the short stick.I don’t recommend for big group, someone in your party will end up paying for everyone which isn’t fair during the holiday season.I’ll be warming everyone going to this restaurant how over priced and careless the staff are!

So we had brunch there, and the food was good, dont understand though why you need a DJ a Sunday afternoon/morning time frame when everyone is hungover from the night before... That was ridiculous, whoever thought that was a good idea...I dunno... Save it for Saturday night... Anyway thats my only complaint.
