Kate has been doing my nails for me for over 10 years. She is very welcoming and detail-oriented. I highly recommend her service as a nail technician.I have also known Jessica for less than a year. She does my hair color and styling. She is really good at fixing hair colors and her service is excellent.

Sasha is an absolute hair wizard. Ive trusted her with my cuts and color for the last seven years. Weve done every color under the rainbow, from short styles to helping me grow out to longer locks. I love that she understands my lifestyle and maintenance needs and is able to provide me with flawless hair that Im able to easily style and enjoy outside of the salon. Sasha really is responsible for all my good hair days and I couldnt recommend her more!

Sasha is the best hairstylist I have ever been to! From the consultation to getting my hair done she made the process so easy and got me exactly what I wanted! She has years of experience and truly puts the clients wants and experience first! I highly recommend everyone to her! The salon is comfortable and everyone is so kind!

Taylor is a complete professional as well as a really enjoyable person! She has nurtured my hair back to health after I had a terrible experience elsewhere. Thai place is simply magical! Front desk help is great, kind, and efficient. Always cheerful and make the experience great. My entire family now goes to Heather for a massage because she is so thorough, talented, kind and make the experience a great value. Won’t go anywhere else. My daughter gets her hair done there and is super happy with the way it has healed from her “trying to do it at home” 😳 Erika and Shannon do great facials and truly work to help heal the skin so that it thrives ( some family members have had some acne later in 20’s). The best part is that you all act like family and I just love the space you create to share with others!

I have been seeing Sasha for years and she completely saved my life!!! I came to her as a box dye bleacher at home with broken off hair and now I have healthy blonde locks!! Not only is she extremely talented at what she does she is beyond fun to chat with and actually cares about her clients! She is also doing my wedding hair this September and I can’t wait!

My last visit was with a new stylist and she not only cut my hair way too short but completely damaged my hair from extreme high heat. I asked to straighten my hair and she offered a blow out I which left my hair curly and not straight. The worst part is I suffered from burns on my scalp from the heat she used!

I come here to get my hair done by Kay. She is an amazing artist especially if you like vivids. On my last visit I had my hair done for my wedding, and it looked amazing! I got so many compliments and just felt so good all day long. She is worth ever penny!

Repeat customer, first time at the new updated location. Very spacious and the staff is super friendly. Jessica is so talented, she updated my cut and suggested products to keep my curls bouncing and my greys tamed. Also did a deep condition and fantastic cut on my teen daughter, showed her some tricks to style her new do, and had her walking out feeling like a princess. Thank you Jessica and Madison!

Beautiful, friendly, but expensive. I was aware of the additional box of color charge, however I don’t think a 4th additional box was needed when you have a sliver of hair left. $80 for a color and $72 addition for having thick, long hair. Crazy that I basically paid for two colors.

All the stylists I have had were wonderful and I left loving my hair. My husband sees Tye and loves him. It took forever to find someone who could do curly hair and it was a perfect fit.

Bethany is a great Pedicurist! She is so happy and focused on getting just the right color to go with your skin tone! Recommend this salon very highly!

This place was AMAZING! We got the whole day experience and I would absolutely recommend it. The salon had some hiccups with scheduling and charges but they fixed them and did an excellent job of communicating. We will be back for sure! My sister and I loved every single person we had. I used the Mon & Wed $80 special for single process color and cut.Relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, they always offer a beverage.Emma was very kind and a great colorist and stylist. My color is just what I was hoping for, cut looks super.Highly recommend the lovely Emma.

Excellent array of stylists. My stylist moved to this location and man was it a good move. What a lovely establishment. Clean, great lobby with free drinks while you wait. Pricing scale is very fair.

First time customer, went in for a cut and style with a 1 hr swedish massage. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Waiting area was filled with many people and they offered complimentary drinks, which was nice. Taylor cut my hair and did a fantastic job. I love my refreshed and healthy look. Heather did my massage and she did amazing as well. Even though I have crunchy (full of knots) shoulders, I left feeling much more relaxed and my shoulders felt like I was able to let them down a bit. I am planning on visiting again when the time comes. Thank you to Taylor and Heather for such a great job.

Jane is a miracle worker. I have thin hair since I took arimidex for 20 years. My hair is really short and she does a superb job!

I’ve been coming to Madison Avenue for 8 years now. The salon is always very clean and smells good. They have a nice sitting area behind the front desk with coffee and water while you’re waiting for your appointment. The front desk ladies are always so welcoming, positive, kind, and helpful. I am very pleased with my highlights and cut with Andrea. She does an incredible job every time and that’s why I keep coming back! I go here to have my nails done by Judyann. She is absolutely amazing. Her nail art is crazy good. She does miniature portraits on each nail for only $10 plus the price of my fills. I will follow her wherever she goes if she ever leaves. Hopefully MAS realizes what a gem they have.

I went to Brittney because my friend got her hair cut by her and it looked amazing! I usually go to very expensive hair cuts so I’ve been dying to find something more in my price range! I wouldnt go here for haircuts. Its cheap, yes, but my hair is basically the same. She cut my bangs too short, so Im going to have to clip them back all summer. I also left the salon with the inside of my hair still damp. Its a nice place, but I dont think they are hiring professionals.

I have been a client of Bonnies at Madison Ave. for over 13 years. She is the ONLY stylist that has done my hair exactly the way I like it. A friend recommend Bonnie and the first time that I came in, my hair was orange!! A previous stylist had bleached it, instead of highlights. It was awful, but Bonnie completely fixed it! I have always enjoyed coming into Madison Ave. Great service and friendly conversation. Im moving a few hours away, but will absolutely be driving down to have Bonnie do my hair.(The only thing I would say is lacking is the cleanliness of the restrooms)

I had a manicure done by Kate today and let me tell you, she did such an amazing job on my hands! My cuticles are prefect, and my nails are beautiful! Highly recommend! Her skill and attention to detail are amazing!

I tried a few different places around Ahwatukee and Heather at Madison is one of the best people to ever cut my hair. In addition to working with a highly skilled pro who cares about me personally, the venue and atmosphere are a nice change of scenery, high end without being pretentious or over the top. So glad I found this place!

My husband and I have been clients for years and were a little concerned when they changed locations but we love it. The new digs offer so much and the people there are so talented and personable. We both go to Angela and can’t say enough about her talent and personality. I will be trying some of their other services.

Best nails Ive ever had done! Judyann is very particular and detailed. I love the actual manicure and cuticle care part, which is hard to find these days! 🤣 she then finished by expertly applying the nail polish and it looks beautiful!

Kate has been doing my toenails for....wow!...8? + years!! As a slightly overweight man with back issues, I have trouble keeping my toenails trimmed. When I first started seeing her I had 3 moderately ingrown toenails. 3-4 months later they were taken care of and I have NOT had an issue since. I am greeted at the door when I come in with smiles and cheerful hellos. I love this place.

I have been coming here for years and always get great service. This time I want to give a shout-out to new talent; Sara did an amazing job taking a bunch of weight off my long, tired hair and gave it new life with fresh layers. Im super happy with how it turned out after the first wash and air-dry. I will be asking for her when I return!

I decided to try out a new hairstyle, and had Sarah cut my hair. She did a wonderful job! But the style was so new to me, and I just couldnt adjust to it. I called the Salon and asked if Id be able to come back and talk with Sarah about it and ask for suggestions. I was able to go back and see her that same day. I felt embarrassed about this, but the girls at the front desk made me feel better and understood. As well did Sarah. She happily redid my hair in a way that I am used to and prefer. She is constantly learning new techniques and is always coming up with something funky and fresh for my locks.My last appointment was at the beginning of June. I was notified to call upon arrival and to wait in my car til my stylist was ready. It was mandatory for myself and everyone else to wear masks. They specifically spaced the stations and wash bowls to adhere to over 6ft distance. My daughter came here to get her hair colored for the first time and unfortunately the first go-around we were not satisfied. The front desk was very helpful rescheduling a follow-up for a correction. Tessa took care of my daughter and handled the situation as a professional. Her hair turned out fantastic, she loves it. Only place I will go. The hairdresser and manicurist I see there are the best. I have really thick hair that needs to be thinned out.. it is hard to find someone who is willing to do it right. I came here for the first time last week for a trim because my hair was so dead, but I didn’t want to lose too much length. It ended up being too straight across of a cut for me. So I came back and saw Priscilla and she did a great job. She made the ends look much more natural and she was so nice!After I got off the phone with the front desk staff for the fix, I felt bad because I was laughed at on the phone and received no customer service at all. But when I got to the salon Priscilla was very accommodating!!

Brittney Kistner did a fabulous job coloring and cutting my hair. She’s been my stylist for almost 7 years and I’ve followed her wherever she goes. We happened to move across country a month a part. It wasn’t planned that way but it worked for us!!

Staff is helpful, pleasant, and friendly, and the salon is lovely. They offer excellent packages. I got a spa package that included massage, manicure /pedicure, facial, and hair cut. The massage was fantastic, I never had a massage before this and Kristen definitely convinced me to come back for more ! Nails all turned out beautiful, and my facial was very refreshing(both done by 2 different judys). Once I got to my hair, it completely changed my mood. My sister was with me and got a much simpler hair cut(just a straight cut trim), while I asked for layers. I don’t remember the hair dressers name, but she was blond with glasses. Anyways, she basically just picked up a few pieces and cut them however she wanted. My hair looks very choppy and not at all how I wanted. While she was cutting my hair, she was telling me how tired she was and how she got to go home after doing my hair, and now I feel like she purposely rushed my hair.. I have very thick long hair and my sister has shorter thinner hair, and she was done only like 5 minuted before me.. I’ve NEVER had a haircut that short. My hairdresser didn’t even blow dry my hair all the way through! After my haircut, she didn’t even ask if I liked it. She just said she was done and walked me to the front so I didn’t get a good look at it. While she was blow drying she didn’t even use a brush, just her fingers, which also has never happened with anyone else doing my hair. I’m really upset about my hair.. my sisters turned out great! her hairstylist was Jesse, who I had last time and also did my hair PERFECT. (I wish I would have had her again 😭). Ive been going to Madison for years. Priscilla is the best and definitely takes care of her clients. Yesterday I did have to wait at the front desk to check in, but it was only because they were super busy. Each time I come I am very happy with the color and cut of my hair. I will return again and again.

I really enjoy my visits because Holly is not only professional, good at communicating, provides excellent care, but has also become a friend.After Shaheen moved to DC, it was difficult to find a good match and a talented. I finally found that in Holly. My husband is always pleased with the results as he cared for and cut my hair for over 40 years. Looks are deceiving and Madison Ave is the worst. It’s clean establishment is the only thing that’s great about it. The service is mediocre at best and combined with their high prices, you’re better off going somewhere else. The first time I’ve been to one was okay but every single visit there after wasn’t that great of an experience. I’ve paid so much money when all I got was a simple trim that I could have gotten at a great clips. After how the salon handled my moms situation after they damaged her skin, it shows their lack of customer service as well. I definitely do not plan on ever going back and I would not recommend to anyone.

Holly does such a great job in achieving the perfect short haircut and my blond highlights always turn out so beautifully. I get my hair done here, thick, long and coarse hair that never does as predicted. Madison Spa does an incredible job consistently getting me that perfect color! This was my first time at Madison Avenue Salon. I got a simple cut with long layers and face framing layers around my face. I was paired up with Jane who has been a stylist with the company for 20+ years. I thought I was in good hands, but this is the worst haircut I have had in so many years! The layers are soooo choppy! I could have given myself a better haircut. So disappointed and I’ll be wearing my hair in a bun for the foreseeable future.

I let my hair grow out from a disaster hair cut & told her, Taylor, how it was cut way too short. She proceded to cut it even shorter than my disaster cut. My hair is so short it stands up in places. NEVER WILL EVER GO THERE AGAIN. BE WARNED. Dont think they listen. NO STARS FOR THEM

Debbie is amazing ! After moving to Tucson I still drive down to get my hair done every five weeks . Recently I had my wedding and kimmy did my extensions which she is excellent with this service ( definitely worth every penny ) and Debbie colored and styled my hair for the big day. I felt gorgeous!

They are talented, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend, particularly with the added head massage with the shampoo.

Amazing customer service, very clean and beautiful. This is an upscale salon so its a little pricier, but I think it was worth it. They let us have a nail party for my friends wedding. We had a wonderful time. They aloud us to bring food and the staff was so kind and flexible with our needs.

Normally don’t trust anyone but my sister to do my hair, but I decided to take a risk and it paid off! My stylist Chelcie B. was AMAZING! She was super friendly and made my tired balayage look fresh and new 😁 She also did a great job with my haircut. Will definitely be coming back 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Visiting here from Florida, found this salon via Google. Its always a nervous experience going to a totally different hairstylist than what Im used to back home - however Abreanna (senior level stylist) did an excellent job on my very long curly hair. She did exactly what I asked her and Im very pleased! The price was not bad either at $38 for shampoo, cut & dry. I would definitely return to her next time Im in town! Thank you, Abreanna!

Id never had any spa experiences before and I was made very comfortable with every step. Judy did my Express facial. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Crystal did my mani/pedi, very easy to chat with and made the experience very fun and light. Santiago was my hair stylist, he did a fabulous job, he was very precise in delivering what id asked for. Tracy has done my haircuts the last few visits and she is so nice and my hair comes out great! Location is nice and clean and parking is easy.

I have been a client of Kaleighs for like 3 years now! My stylist prior moved out of state so I was forced to find a new one. After many stylists, I finally found her!!! She has always been very tentative and thorough to my requests. I was appalled to hear anything bad about her at all!!! She never pushes products, she only recommends products she thinks will benefit me, and if I ever disliked a product or service, she would reimburse or trade the product at no cost, or correct the service again at no cost! A person can not read your mind or know the exact color your hair may transform to regardless of what color you pick. This is why a stylists asks questions, repeatedly to figure out the best solutions! As for being mischarged...well any one ignorant enough to pay a bill they thought was incorrect, and even leave a tip, I think is the one that wasnt paying attention! I followed Kaleigh to Madison Avenue which, although is a slight drive for me, is totally worth it! The salon has a great atmosphere, great staff, awesome products, reasonable prices..and best of all...has Kaleigh!! I am a 40 year old woman that usually hates younger stylists, as they are sometimes too fresh or young for my taste and try to convince or push the In products, or styles. Kaleigh does nothing but try to fit my personal style and appropriate look. She is amazing and I would follow her anywhere!!! I truly recommend the salon for any mature woman that knows what she wants and knows what shes paying for!!!

Sasha does it again! I’ve been seeing Sasha for almost six years now and I cannot recommend her enough! She has so much knowledge, talent, and creativity that she pours into every color and cut she’s ever given me.

The salon is beautiful, staff was courteous and I love my haircut! I chose one of the new talents named Shelby. She is incredibly talented and concientious. She definitely will get my return business!

I have recently gotten my hair done with Heather. She is fabulous! I got exactly what I asked for! Absolutely the sweetest and very professional. Ill be coming back for more!

As a consistent client over the years, I missed Madison Avenue when they had to shut their doors due to Covid. Now that they are back, I recently got a massage. The front desk was happy and helpful as they walked me through the most recent changes. All my years getting highlights I have never had orange hair... Thanks to my adventuring and trying this salon for the first time the blonde specialist made my hair orange! Why? How? I still dont know! The assistant manager tried to fix it but its still not right. Not happy... If you love your blonde hair dont come here. It will be ruined by Kaylee.

Never disappointed by this place!! I’ve been going to Sasha for over three years and always makes sure I leave her chair feeling amazing! After they reopened they followed social distancing guidelines by minimizing people in the building. They came and got me from my car when it was my appointment time and wore face masks. Great staff, great service, great salon. The only area that would make the experience even better would be to relax a little in between services , i.e. enjoy a nice cup of tea etc. of which they have for guests but difficult to partake of when moving quickly between one service to another.

Love the ambiance and the salon is beautiful. Ladies at the front desk are very helpful and the hair stylists are professional and listen to your needs. Shout out to stylist Bre Flowers who is fabulous and friendly.

Found this gem while I was vacationing in Phoenix. Loved the atmosphere of the salon. Had next-day appointment availability and were so accommodating with my 2-year old while we both got our hair styled. Excellent perks for local patrons with coupons offered for your visit.

This was my first visit to the Foothills location. At first, I was a bit disappointed because I spent at least 5 minutes at the front desk waiting to be checked in. I was okay with the wait while the ladies assisted people who were ahead of me but when someone came from the back to checkout and was assisted before me, that was frustrating. Having said that, the mani by Crystal was great. She spent time sharing with me the benefits and disadvantages of various types of gel finishes and I look forward to my next appointment.

Will never go back or recommend this place. My 16 year old daughter was quoted $108 for a service. Ended up being $148 because that didnt include toner for highlights.... What!!!! Im sorry toner is part of the highlight ing process. P they pushed her to buy things she didnt need. Took complete advantage of a young girl who was without an parent to say no. Shameful! Dont believe the prices they list on their website... False advertising at its best.

Great place with amazing service! Stopped in here a couple of times so far to get my hair trimmed and came out incredibly happy. Price was good for the service and quality of cut that I received. Star has been amazing and I wouldnt want to go to anyone else!

I have mixed feelings about this place. There were many moments in time where they colored my hair beautifully and made it look natural, but that still doesn’t make up for the times where they have messed up to the point where I just felt ugly and not myself. Though they did do fixes for me for free, some of these mistakes shouldn’t have been made in the first place by professionals. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point I’m a little disappointed.

Sasha is great! She asks the right questions and listens to provide a wonderful haircut and product recommendations. Madison Ave is also clean and spacious.

Judith always take good care of my skin problems, love the European facial, shes very professional and friendly. Madison Spa is a very clean place and the staff are very cordial.

Wedding day hair and makeup was at this location and it was set up perfectly for this. A large area is dedicated to hair and make-up so it easily accommodated the entire wedding party plus family. There is a separate room for mani pedis, and a quiet area where the massage rooms are located. Many spa products can be purchased at the front - but I dont think this location sells make-up products.

Horrible business ethics, they kept my last paycheck. For new talent stylist they will tell you that you get to keep all your tips then deduct your hours worked from your paycheck. Its fraud and unethical.

I had a horrible experience! The Hair Manager Elaine is so rude and refused to apologize for my bad experience because her staff lacks basic knowledge in cosmetology. Do Not Go Here! or give this place one penny they need to get rid of that so called Manager and replace her with someone who wont drive their business into the ground! Stay away!

Bad service(customer service) I did not feel welcomed was given dirty looks the entire time. Was not offered any products, didnt get the hair color I wanted. The girl who did my hair was not friendly at all! She has short blonde hair skinny and has a mole on her top lip

Not reliable, don’t use for special occasions!!!! Had a dual services scheduled for two massages and two facials, they cancelled on us same day as the services were scheduled and left us with no ability to schedule somewhere else on a holiday weekend.

Prices are a little high, but hey you get what you pay for. my thoughts are if you just need a little trim maybe go someplace less expensive, but if you need a new style or something fancy this is your place.

Their phone etiquette leaves a lot to be desired. They place you on hold, then hang up on you and ask you to hold again when you call back. Theyre either understaffed, too busy, or must not want the business.
