Ok the people there are very friendly. It is not a customer service issue it’s a selection issue. Almost no mods, Tanks, or juices to choose from. Looked like a yard sale of Vape stuff. Not going back until they get their inventory together. Prices also were slightly high. Not gauging high but I would drive down the road and save money instead.

These guys are great. They helped me find a glass replacement for my tank rather than forcing the purchase of a new tank.

I ran into here (literally) at the last minute and the guy was super helpful. I have ZERO knowledge about vapes so I handed mine over to him and said HELP! He fixed it literally 2min!! I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend this place to my friends! Good coil selection. Everything in stock. Good flavor selection! I got Froot Loops ❤️

Nice Shop, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of vape juice. Theyve also got a good selection of hardware, batteries, tips, etc... Is also nicely located right off of the I-17 and Bethany Home. Easy to get in and out quick, and on my way home from work.

Gay vape shop with excellent atmosphere and wonderful knowledgeable staff. Haley help me with my vape juice she mixed it up perfect I had to do was explain to her what I liked and she got it right the first time. Teresa help me find any discounts that would would help make the vaporizer I wanted more affordable I cant say enough good things about this place!

Switching my husband from chewing tobacco to vape and not sure where to even begin. Came here to the friendliest staff member, so helpful and patient showed us how to do everything and explained everything to us! Dont go to any other place, prices are good and so many varieties of juices. Will definitely be a regular.

I recently started vaping to quit smoking, I walked in having no clue about anything. He helped me find the perfect vape for me, taught me how to use it, and how to fix any problems that might occur. My friend and I ended up staying there talking with him for about an hour after I made my purchase. He let us smell a bunch of different juices. I definitely will be coming back

When I first posted a review this place i was very impressed with the staff and the excellent customer service they provided. Even to the point that I would hang out and kickback with some of them after buying some juice. That was until i ran into the owner. Who made me uncomfortable and seemed a little off. I seen other people kick it longer over there including some girlfriends and boyfriends of some the staff stay entire shift. So its not like i would over stay my welcome. Simply put and i really hate to say this the dude doesnt like people with my complexion he doesnt not hire nor does he have a friendly disposition towards us. As a customer its unfortunate as a new person to the vape community its a blow to the culture. So now i go down to Phoenix vape.

If I could give zero stars, I would. To start, the two girls that were in this location had absolutely zero customer service etiquette. There was no greeting until the counter was approached nor was there any cheerfulness in the both of them. In fact, both girls working in the location seemed annoyed that someone had come in at all. The shop was unkempt, messy, floors unclean, chairs for the bar unorganized and the furniture (sofa near the door) is sinking in, where you are able to see inside of it. The glass display cases are absolutely beautiful but mostly empty. The prices on their premium juice is far above any other location in Phoenix which stocks the same brands, making it worth a short drive to purchase elsewhere. This goes for their vaping equipment as well.Im not sure if there was a recent change in management but what i will say is that if there was, you have GOT to get your staff trained if you want your business to succeed.

I came in for some menthol juice and their lowest price was 14 Dollers and I only had 12 dollers and the guy working here was so awesome and sold me some for 12 bucks. I came from Tempe and he was just so awesome as to helping me out..I recommend this place to anybody and all.. Great customer service..I love it and will be back.

Went in Friday evening and bought a vape pen. Clearly pretty uncomfortable, it looked like it might have been the clerks first day. Left with no instructions from clerk or with the unit. I assumed it worked pretty much like our other vape unit. Couldnt get the vape going when I got home. Called the store and the guy said he has trouble explaining things over the phone and to come in. I come in for the second time. He says I shorted out the battery when I loaded it wrong and he gets it going. Later, when I add juice, it doesnt work. Went in for third time and the guy says I shorted out the battery again because I filled the tank upside down. He gets it going. Later, I fill the tank the way he showed and it still doesnt work. At this point Im sorry I chose Juicy Vape.

Lost my vape and came in to buy a new set up. Mich and Ethan were of great help setting me up and giving me options and info on different products. Great place honestly.

Their customer service is ok, but they are next open durring the hours it says on the door. The last three times I have come close to opening time, no one is here. It is 10 minutes past 12 on a Sunday. The door says they open at 12. They do have good juices, but having to come back later is very irritating.

Juicy Vapes is a great place to go when one is in need of a vape. My son and I went in today on Friday, September 16th because he lost his vape recently. The staff there was very helpful and they help my son pick out a vape he would be happy with.The store has a great selection and is right off the I-17 in Phoenix on Bethany Home Road, making it very convenient to stop in.We recommend this store for all your vaping needs.

Been coming here for a couple years now. Always excellent customer service and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They dont try to upsell you or sell you anything you dont need or want. Full of advice and helpful hints as well. Wont go anywhere else!!!! VAPE SHOP FULL OF ROCKSTARS!!!!

These guys are really good I had an opportunity to go elsewhere and I chose to wait until I got to the area of the store Mitchell and Daniel are very helpful been trying to quit smoking for a long time now about 2yrs and I think it just may work this time.

The time is wrong on google. It says it open at 10 am. And after I drove for 9 miles I found it close and it doesn’t open until 12 pm. So I had to drive 9 miles back home with nothing.Very disappointing. Fix your hours.

Not a huge selection but down to earth friendly shop. End time here. Says closes at 8pm. Its 630 and there closed. Drove a hour to get here. 4th time I have showed up here and the store not open during business hours. Says 10am. Its 1030.

Trash go there 10:50am on a Friday an they are closed funny thing is they dont bother updating business time or info pathetic. Cant manage to do that doubt you can $o anything else right.
