I love this place! Super chill staff, theyve never let a scatterbrained stoner down with product knowledge on nicotine vapes or their small but life saving selection of Ooze weed pen batteries!!! I do drive 20 minutes out of my way for this place... And have been going there since it was Valor Vapor.. Theyve proven themselves time and time again to deserve my loyalty!!! From buying a complete setup or just stopping in for a recommendation for juice flavors... They totally own the market for me!!

Best shop in Phoenix hands down! I moved to Surprise and still make the drive to get what I need. Ive been going to this location for 6 years and have never been disappointed. Staff is like family, very friendly and helpful, hardware and accessories selection continues to grow, house juices are fantastic, the store is clean and organized. Cassie, Draco and Cody are simply the best to deal with.

Used to live down the street from these guys and would rather take the time to drive over and support a local brick and mortar than order juice or could online because these guys are so awesome! Plenty of shops located closer to my new house but will still go out of my way to come here. Huge selection of gear and they always have great juice. Whoevers in charge on selecting what they stock knows his stuff and everyone working there gives off a great vibe!

Valor definitely knows how to make their customers feel welcomed and taken care of, and they always have the latest devices! They really focus on making a good atmosphere for all the customers and take a lot of pride in their custom made juice! Theyre always up for a mixology challenge and can make almost everything spot on to your juice preferences! Awesome prices and you can taste the quality!

The staff is always so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I can say Im disappointed that Kure discontinued some of their most popular juices that were a carryover from when they were Valor Vapor. I have been going to this particular vape shop for over 3 years. The staff today really attempted to help me find replacement juice flavors that are no longer available.

This is my go to shop in town. Its close and more importantly the employees are friendly and very helpful. They have always done their best to accommodate any request i have had. They also frequently go above expectation. an example: I just bought 2 sigelei humvee 80 mod/kits they both stopped working a month or 2 after i bought them. Kure said they would give me a discount on a new device for the problem. Excellent shop

Nice clean store with friendly staff. But I had to knock off stars for the pricing. 60ml of house juice and a single coil has me at around $30 out the door. Competition a few miles away has me out the door at about $20 for the same purchase. I cant detect any noticable difference in juice quality to justify the $10 difference.

Just stopped by this shop and was helped by a fellow named Garrett . He was so genuine and helpful and recommended a flavor because I was new at this store .. INCREDIBLE flavor and even better the quality of the vape juice is top notch .. thanks Garrett , I will shop only here from now on :)

One of the most relaxed and friendly vape shops Ive ever been to. Custom juice is phenomenal and fun, the owners are super nice people and very informative. The guy with the dreads is very helpful and funny and cute

Love Valor Vapor. They offer their own homemade juices which are super flavorful and like never go bad. Cant beat the prices here. Its what keeps me coming back. Personable and knowledgeable customer service, always feel welcomed in this store.

Went in to get some information and they were very helpful. Pretty fair prices, lots of flavors and customizable nicotine levels. They have a full flavor bar that you can even sample! I tried a tigers blood snow cone flavor and it was delicious! They even offered to fix my other broken vape pen that I bought from another store a long time ago. Ill be back!

I actually found this place completely by accident but it was a lucky find for sure!Friendly staff, super helpful and really knew their stuff. It took about 5 minutes for the girl in the back to make my juice (a chocolate hazelnut mixed perfectly to taste like Nutella 💕) and while I was waiting I was given a mini tour of the shop by, it was super clean and well kept, plus their mixology lab is awesome. You really feel good when you see how the employees here actually care about your vape experience. Hunter and Keith at the front counter were able to answer all of my questions and help me pick out a juice id be happy with, and I definately am! These guys were both friendly and knowledgeable and because of them ill be a regular customer here whenever I need anything vape related!Thanks Valor Vapor!! :)

The valorious shop Valor Vapor has been the best shop that I have been to all over the valley and other areas around Arizona. I love that you can watch the procedures of making juices, the Juice shooting pipes, even the workers there are always more polite. Honesty is kept honored here to. Ive been pleased everytime I have left. It would be great to purchase already steeped juice, but warming it up helps out cuickly to. I am glad to have the shop within a short distance, mainly because the workers! :) I am going in tomorrow to mooch some more. Thanks Valor!

Great place to obtain all of your vaping supplies. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I went to the one in Tempe first then found out from them there was one closer to home. This one is just as good as the one in Tempe. I will be a loyal customer from now on. BTW there is a great Deal for this chain of vape shops on Groupon right now. Dont miss out!

Good place for juice. The customer service is great. Aaron is amazing. His insight into the vape industry and juice suggestions are second to none. I have to give him credit for basically saving my marriage. Jus an incredible person.

I was really impressed when I went in the other day. The lay out and the vibe they had going was amazing. Not to mention the guy that was there could answer any and every question I had. He was very nice and he was very cool, calm, and collected. I was only there for vape juice and I ended up getting a great deal on cbd also. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

These guys are amazing! Guy sat with me and tried at least 20 different glasses to fit my baby beast, unfortunately we couldnt find one to fit but I did get an awesome new one for an amazing price! Moro Maui is also the only juice Ill vape lol this is the only place I can find it!!! Another employee a while back made me feel like the best mom in the world and sold me some 100mg cbd bath bombs! Totally melted!! Customer service 100% with these guys and nothing but the best for their customers! Too their rewards program is waayyy better than Ive ever seen! Most places make you buy hundreds of dollars worth of product just to get a few bucks off... This is my shop and I dont mind making the drive to get the best from the guys a Kure!!!

I wont buy my juice anywhere else! The endless possibilities of flavors I can make and the fact that I can SEE the clean lab in which their made makes it such a great experience. The prices are fantastic too. So glad they opened a location up north now!

I have gone to this store since they opended. The juice selection is huge and the cost of the different sizes are reasonable. The prices for the mods and tanks are also reasonable. I love the fact that they now CBD products. The employees are very helpful and jack and Jacob were very informative about the CBD products when I went in the other day. I have not gone to any other store for vape products because they are close to my house, they are very friendly and helpful, and again their prices are very reasonable. I have suggested them to my friends and family.

Exemplary shop, cool people, excellent juice customized to my liking and nic level, good selection of rta,s (i did not really look at anything else) but am sure from what i read they have good rda,s, tanks, and mods. The only thing (reason) i did not do five stars was i thought the price to be a little high on bottle sizes BUT for the juice being customizable and excellent quality its understandable some. Overall excellent place and Ill be doing more business their!

This is the best shop in town people! Tons of flavor choices on top of custom flavor creations, all made in a clean lab visible to the public. A friendly staff willing to help you quit smoking, whatever it takes! Highly recommended.

Im not a vaper, but my son is and when we went into the shop, everyone greeted us kindly. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful giving information about their menu and the equipment they sell, even though they new it wasnT my thing, they answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend then for all your vaping needs.

I was very new to the whole vaping thing when I came in the store. Switching from cigarettes to e-ciggarttes was difficult as is, plus not knowing anything about it made me nervous. The guys there were really great. They didnt make me feel any sort of way for not knowing about it, even though I had plenty of questions. They were even so great with my little one, who came in and played on their arcade game. I felt right at home. I wont go any place else.

So first off, I am new to this whole cape thing. I wanna make a huge shout out to ray and Matt for the outstanding information and customer service for helping me get on track with the vape game. I will be purchasing my first mod and once thats done I will be going there to buy my liquid. I went in there scared and not knowledgeable on what I was looking for. I explained what I wanted and she knew where everything was. She knew what I wanted, she also fit everything in my price range and that I thank you for. Nothing but improvements since Valor was changed to Kure. They still carry all of the great flavors of Valor’s house juice, and added a great deal of new house juice flavors that are well-worth the price. They carry a big variety of different devices/coils/pods, so this place is a one-stop shop for me.

It was an alright experience, prices are kinda high and they have a 70% off sale on select e-juice that seemed more like 15% off if that. Tried to ask some questions that I felt werent really fully answered. Asked if the juice on sale was old inventory and was told, no, not at all. Turns out it was and the juice had lost its flavor and had that kinda muted taste and smell of really old vape juice.

I’m making the transition from my juul to vaping due to the lack of options and charging issues with my juul I have five or six of them because I lose them and I but another only to find it after a few days...I received text and deals from them when I inquired about switching to vaping I came in for the Luxe PM40 special because I wanted something simple and doesn’t require a lot of maintenance...I went in to check out this deal and I met Cassie who was awesome person and her customer service was excellent... her knowledge and suggestions made me feel very comfortable in making the transition... the place was clean and well organized. I will drive out of my way to have great customer service and this is the place to experience that. Thanks again Cassie you have made a long time customer with Kure.

Valor Vapor is TOP NOTCH! If youre into vaping then you know how hard it is to find a good vape shop. I just went there for my first time and I will definetly be back. The juice is so flavorful and doesnt have a harsh hit on your throat like most of them. See you guys soon!

They have good clean Vape juice that is customized with good bottles and a great price. Their range of flavors is not great but when it comes down to it 20 bucks for 120 ml is a damn good price for a good clean juice

Friendly & helpful service. The shop is very clean and they have an awesome selection of house juice and cbd products. They also have an arcade machine, good luck beating the managers score on galiga tho

First time goin here. Guy was super helpful, set me up with a inexpensive rig that is adjustable and digital. I was late getting there about 15 mins before they closed and he stuck around to help me out and gave me a discount for my first time in. Would recommend!

Walked in and was greeted with being yelled at and then cursed at as if I were someone this clerk knew and not a customer. Stood for a few minutes before being helped while two people behind the counter were just talking and not working was told they had what I wanted in stock after a look in back turned out it wasn’t, for over a week I might add. So ended up not getting anything i was there for. Starting to get that lounge vibe too, too many people just hanging out. Gonna go somewhere else from now on. Valor was good while it lasted

Stopped vaping for a little while, but found myself back on Cigs. Very glad to have found Valor Vapor and the help Aaron gave me! Got me hooked up with a Penguin mod and a delicious bottle of their award winning Monkey Nuts for under $50! Havent smoked a cig in almost 24 hours : )

New to vaping and decided to give this place a shot. I was a little sceptical as soon I walked in but continued. Directly after I left to get food at the McDonalds in the same parking lot with the change. They gave me a fake bill. After coming back to inform the guy working there, he didnt seem concerned at all and sort of chuckled about it.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable which is the only reason I didnt give it 1 star... THEY DO NOT SELL CBD for vaping! They only sell THC/CBD blend. That is not the same thing, in any possible way. The name says CBD & Vape which would make you think they actually have cbd vaping.

I like this place alot, good prices friendly staff. I absolutely hate the new hours and end up at another shop because they are closed when I am able to shop. The other shops are more expensive and way less friendly but get more of my business because of the hours. The old hours were great.

Started vaping a little over a year ago thanks to the guys at Valor. Always have my needs taken care of with amazing service. Mirage is my all day vape from these guys!

I was just in there looking for a tank and ended up getting juice on the recommendation of the salesman and my god, the juice, Sweet Moro, is so good! Oh and the salesman was a sweetheart and didnt let me waste my money on something that wouldnt work for me.

Ive been to different locations and have visited several times. The employees are always great, very knowledgeable, and polite. Ive only met a couple employees that are less than desirable to talk to, but they dont seem to be employed there anymore.

A very good welcome when ur walking in and customer service is very excellent and they are very helpful on what they know of there product plus the best part they will add flavor of ur choice or mix it up or choose the type of flavor from the book when ur purchasing one of there cbd oil so if u go there they will explain everything like they did with us so i do recommend them to anyone that needs cbd oil
