Staff seems friendly and well-stocked for such a hidden away little shop. Purchased a new mods and unfortunately due to a manufacturer defect, it stopped working in less than 24 hours. They replaced it without hesitation.Unrelated: If you love dogs, the friendliest husky in existence is always behind the counter.

In my experience, Phoenix Vape Supply has the best flavors in the city, hands down. I have been to numerous other shops, and rarely have I found even a single bottle of juice that I like (or at a price that I can afford) yet here, my favorite brands of both juice and coils are consistently in stock, and offered at an excellent price compared to the competition.Furthermore, the owners are pleasant, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They taught me a good deal about vaping when I was just starting out - after having quit smoking - and recommended the flavors that are still my favorites today, despite having tried too many others to count. I do not myself Vape, that being said my son does Vape and it’s really convenient for me to swing by the shop on my way home for my son. The shop also offers furry friends as they have dogs there frequently and as a dog person I just loved it. This is a really nice shop with super friendly people give them your business.

The only real vape enthusiast shop left in Phoenix! If you are sick of only finding the same 3 mods, and then just walls of disposables and the same 3 pod kits, this is the place to go. So many mod options, plenty of RBA/RBT options (which NO ONE else even has anymore), and sooo much juice! Liz was INCREDABLY helpful and just a wonderful person to interact with, she showed us so many things and went out of her way to show us different juice options that might be something we would like based on what we told her about what we liked. We even bought the wrong coils our first visit (completely our fault) and had to come back, and Liz set us right no questions asked. 10/10, 100% will be back, a lot. Thank you!

Came here after seeing so many great reviews and now I understand why! Felix was attentive and knowledgeable and spent his time reccomending me the best tank to use for my mod and helping me set up properly all while making sure to help out the other customers. Lobo their husky is adorable and friendly and I definitely will be coming back!

Been looking at this place for a while but procrastinated on walking in but tonight I went to four different vape shops to find a replacement tank for my vape none but this place had them they reclined and friendly and had everything I needed great place

I came in last week mid afternoon looking for coils for my Smok tank. Had the TFV16 Lite coils I needed, and we had time to chat about different flavors as I’ve gotten a bit tired of my honeydew melon. This place has a TON of Mods of different brands, tanks, parts, e-liquids (I saw about at least six or seven different brands that I recognized, there’s probably more). Everything you honestly need to get started out or replace parts that you need.I also got to meet a four legged employee named Lobo, a beautiful bi-eyed puppy! He appears to be an Alaskan Malamute (his head was too big to be a Siberian Husky). His paws were huge!!!The young lady (I didn’t catch her name) pointed me to probably four different flavors and brands, and allowed me to smell a couple. She sold me on Bomb Bombz Skywalker flavor, as she told me this was what she vaped. I finally got to use it after my coil was used up, and I love the recommendation. Thanks to this store, I will no longer buy online. I will be coming here for everything I need.Based on inventory, friendliness, knowledge, and Lobo, you should come here first and get what you need.

Amazing owner here. I went to their old spot on McDowell for the first time and the owner, William, was straight up about my current vape setup and didnt try to upsell me. I tracked down his new spot (hard to find but worth it), and he was very honest as I needed to buy a new setup. I had tried several other smoke shops and it seemed like they were sporadic and overpriced. William broke it all down for me and was honest. His price was way cheaper than all the other shops I visited. Dude was fair and was very willing to show me how to use my new setup. I think I found my new vape shop.

William and his wife a super cool. They have the best prices and selection out here, and they always try to help you pick the right juice or device you want and need. Also they dont rush or pressure you to pick something. Definitely the best vape shop in the valley. Its the only shop i go to.

Very helpful, affordable, and fun. Big sofa to chill outI went there to find my atomizers and they had them of course and a lot of good juices too many to decide what to buy.I think Im just going to go up there and hang out just sit on the couch and vape now thats how cool this place is.

Found all my stuff to rebuild my rda. They have cotton , wire , and tool kits. Big selection on rdas and even 41mm tanks that I have never seen before.

Went right in and got a charger for my piece, Will was laid back, professional and very friendly. Great prices and awesome atmosphere!! Sucks Im going to Cali or Id make this my regular spot. Thanks guys!
