Like this place, good inventory on Nicotine vape products, good prices, and helpful staff, although some of the staff seem more knowledgeable than others in my opinion, but such is life.Have to mention...even if you are 40-50yrs old, you might need an ID apparently. I am 48 and look at least in my late 30s, early 40s and on one occasion, one of the staff made me go get my ID.Hasnt happened since, but It was mildly annoying and I would say that is the only slight blemish for me at an otherwise regularly great experience at this store. I highly recommend this store for adult Vapers!

I love this Vape/Smoke Shop and especially because of the employee’s that work there. They will give you options, explain, and let you know what’s better for you. Donny is one of the best employee’s that I see in there. He’s literally became my personal friend and he helps me all the time. On the 22nd of June of 2024 I came into the store late at night around 9:00 p.m. or so to buy some nicotine salt. I ended up purchasing a 30 ml 50 mg nicotine blue raspberry lemon product manufactured by Cloud Nurdz. I arrived home and I added some of this nicotine salt into a pod for my device. First puff and I could not taste what the label on this bottle promised. It tasted like nothing; basically, it tasted like I was vaping water. At first I assumed my pod was the issue so the next day I went to another store and I bought two new pods for the device. I go home, add the juice to these two new pods thinking that it will taste fine now but when I go to taste it it still tastes just like water with a stale taste. There is no blue raspberry lemon flavor to it. So I call the store and I tell them about it and I assumed that they would at least let me trade it in for another one but they said that due to the nature of the product that they will not give me a replacement. The best that they can do is give me a partial Store credit. I dont know why it is my fault that they will not take back their own products just because it has a certain nature to it. When you buy food at a restaurant and you think it tastes weird they dont refuse their product back because they say its of a certain nature such that they wont replace it. no, a restaurant will actually replace the food for you and remake it or give you a refund. I was not even asking for a refund. I just wanted another product that might actually taste like something other than water. It is just beyond me that they would scam me out of money that way. Now to be clear I am not saying that they knew that they were selling me a product that tasted like water and nothing else. Im sure that they had no idea it tasted horrible BUT as it it is not my fault that it does tastes horrible, someone should take responsibility for the product and its the merchant that chose this nicotine salt to sell and it is this merchant that sold me a product that tastes like nothing without even advising me that their products cannot be returned replaced or anything. Im not expecting them to take back my product and try to sell it again obviously if they take back my product I would assume that they would throw it away. And thats the nature of being a merchant is sometimes you take a loss at a product you sold because it doesnt work or it is not as it is intended to be. But no they are putting their loss on me the customer and only give me a partial store credit which I find to be completely insulting.Where you choose to purchase your vape products is obviously up to you but IF you dont have a job that pays you a salary where you can shrug a purchase like this off, then at the very least ask them what will happen if you are not satisfied with their selections so that BOTH parties are on the same page.

This place has the worse customer service . They don’t train their employees to advise customers to “create an account “ if your items don’t work properly we can issue an exchange . The item wasn’t cheap either and SANDY was no help trying to tell me since she didn’t sell me the item she wouldn’t be able to help me with a return when the store sold me a broken torch . I asked to speak to someone higher and she stated they would be back until THURSDAY but should always have a manager in store incase an issue occurs . First time coming and won’t be back .

This is my absolute FAVORITE place to go for vape supplies. The people who work here know what they are doing AND because they dont work off of commission, I never feel like they are trying to get me to spend more money. Went in this morning. Guy was not at all helpful gave me the wrong atomizer for my geekvape. Over charged me about 8 dollars. Hopefully i can get the stuff i need at a better vape shop. Go somewhere that wont overcharge you.

Its a typical vape shop. Staff doesnt seem to really care about the customers, but are helpful if you already know what you want. This story is small, and has limited inventory. They are also quite a bit more expansive than online shopping. They were chatting 80 dollars for a battery mod, that was consistently 50 dollars online, with free shipping.

Extremely overpriced for basic vape components. The retail experience could be a lot more inviting, as could the staff. Also, they should educate the staff on what they sell, and not just have them there to look up pricing due to most items not having a price tag.One more thing, replace the blue LED’s with more inviting warmer color LED’s and with half the lumen output. You feel like a suspect in a lineup as soon as you walk in!

I am from out of town heading back to TX. Dropped by because I ran out of salt liquid. It was a very pleasant experience and the young lady was very nice and help me out. 10/10 service.

I bought a battery at Smoking Vapor for the CBD cartridges I was buying at SV. The battery wouldnt take a charge.I returned to the store expecting a replacement. The manager refused me and made me eat the loss.That was a year ago. I have not returned to SV for cheating me. They have lost over $300 worth of business from me since.

The people working here are very friendly. The customer service is great. Even online the responses are quick and simple. Anytime there is an issue with anything they make sure to assist you as soon as they can. The cartridges are awesome! So many flavors to choose from. I had a different opinion of this store a few years ago. I am pleased to see they completely turned my opinion around since I live in the neighborhood now. The employees are very friendly, the prices have come down to a very competitive level and its hard to beat alot of their deals if you can catch them. Theyve since upped their game on juice selection, just still not a huge selection on mods or rebuildable tanks. If you are looking for a starter kit, they have a decent selection of kits and pre made coils though. I have noticed a lot of brick and mortar stores are kind of stepping away from rebuildable supplies and tanks and its becoming more of an online thing lately, so no hard feelings.

I ran out of juice so I looked for a place near where I was currently at. I ended up at this store. I asked what flavors they had because I couldnt read the boxes as they were behind the counter on the walls. I chose two and he took them to the register. He rang me up then when everything was done he handed me the boxes of juice. When he handed me the boxes I noticed that one of them said fuji apple ice. When he told me it was just fuji apple. I asked if I could switch it for another flavor and they wouldnt. Even though I had not left the store. It was his fault for not telling me the ice part. They would of had a good repeat customer but now I will never return here again. The little manager was the worst.

Friendly staff, bought a vape the other day and the lady said the batteries were included they weren’t which is common. The atomizer was torn but the next day they gave me a new atomizer without needing a receipt. Despite the frustration of not being able to use it the day I bought it, it is good quality and they took care of me. Overall good experience.

I have been using this shop for a few months now and never had a problem like this. Simply asked for something that I had gotten free and did not know that it wasnt actually free. I would have had no problem paying for the item until Josh got a major sassing attitude towards me. I tell him I didnt understand why I was being charged because the other guy didnt charge me and I get told well the other guy is going to get a talking with because they are not free so if you want it you need to come on with the cash. Very unprofessional. I almost have a second loyalty card full and was planning on using that but now I think Im going to switch vape shops all together.

Wonderful experience, good selection of Aspire products as well as other brands, cutwood juices as well as a good selection of their own in house flavors (no frills, basic flavors, but taste great) and of course the staff was the most wonderful part of the whole experience. Over price their items. Like to a ridiculous price. Swishers that had a label stating one price then i was charged almost $4 for ONE pack. Not cool.

Maybe if the employee turn over rate wasnt so high you would remember your long standing customer base. I realize the government is trying to regulate everything vaping but come on. So we went to your competitor Red Star Vapor. Guess what.. didnt ask for an ID.

These guys are so great. I lost my vape set-up during airport travel today. I googled stores in Phoenix and this was the closet to my hotel so I took a chance and I headed off. I explained my situation and the set-up I had to the guys there. From that description they helped me pick up a new mod and tank that had the same ease of use I preferred but was much better equipment then what I had and cost about the same. They also gave me a great deal on coils to get me through. They didnt try to sell me the latest and greatest just what I needed so that I could start vaping again quickly as i had used this to give up 21 years of cigarettes. They also have a superb juice selection and from the couple of flavors I suggested they gave me this hazelnut juice from innevape liquids that is now easily in my top five. So if you need any vape supplies or a new vapor go see these guys they are awesome and absolutely worth it.

These guys are excellent! Its a local company ran by local people. I called ahead because I had my doubts with my Njoy battery being compatible. It was not, however after a demo I was convinced that Smoking Vapor Electronic Cigarettes offers a superior product. The guys cut me a deal and included a variety pack with the starter kit. I got my kit on Groupon and it worked great for about 2 weeks then it started leaking from the tank I never dropped it or did anything that would cause the damage when I emailed the company for either a replacement or refund they first had me take a pic of the device then they said after going back and forth in emails for about 5 x that I dont qualify for a refund the 30 day money back guarantee only applies to a unused devise and they made a comment that suggested I dropped it and cracked the tank when the pic proves there is no cracks ....this makes absolutely no sense why would u have a 30 day money back guarantee for an item that isnt used I could of had a faulty devise this is not my fault and as a 1st time customer they should have been more willing to help me ...I will not use this company again.Hello all ,Update from last review one of the employees contacted me directly to apologize for the inconvenience and explain that because I purchased the item on Groupon that is why its not covered by a 30 day money back guarantee and anther reason I cant remember (sorry memory is a little short..lol) anyway he said his manager wanted to still give me a replacement tank as a courtesy & apology for the inconvenience. They sent it overnight mail & I received the next day I was very happy then part way through my day the battery died it was old not recharge at all so I dont know if I I was the lucky one to get a faulty device and it was just a fluke or what . So would o use them again I will order a replacement battery its $12 then we will see how long it last so stay tuned .😕

I never thought class could be associated with anything smoking, but this Vapor company is unbelievable. I am not a smoker and was curious as to what the store was...and I was excited to know that they carry an answer to help people stop smoking...very classy place....conscious and kind staff and manager was very attentive to my needs. This place has everything you can think of: Kratom, CBD, a vast selection of Salt Nic and regular E-Liquid, solid starter kits and more advanced mods, and the cheapest (price-wise) for disposables with a huge selection for those too. Definitely my main shop from now on!

I absolutely love my Mi-One!!!I have had my eye on it since I saw the release in your Phoenix store, but like some vapers I was skeptical about the tank size and battery life.I came in two weeks ago to pick up my usual juice and a few coils for my Cloud Beast, and I finally decided to take the plunge and buy a Mi-One.But Nate, (Nathaniel) is what sold me. He walked me through my set up, helped me figure out how to my coil, and even gave me some inside scoop on how to make sure I dont burn up my coil after the first hit.Ive loved my Mi-One ever since, its perfect for my daily use when I just need to get a few hits on a hectic day.All my co workers are blown away at the size of the mod and even more so at the hit you can get, I cant help but tell everyone. My juice is ALWAYS on point in flavor and my coils are too.Thank you SV yall are amazing and I just had to let you know.

Fantastic product! I tried the free e-cig starter kit , SV1 and have not smoked a cigarette in 60 days! They have a 1 yr warranty, customer support, amazing sales and marketing department and this is not your average vaporizor shop. They are a full blown distribution center but you would never know! The shop on 44th and Oak is quaint and very personable. Beautiful white walls and displays with all types of bright popping colors , chill smoking section where you can hang out and watch tv, Lounge area. Keep it 100 juice is 20 dollars? in online shop it is only 13.95. When the staff kept saying different things about the price like saying 14 dollars at first glance and then 20 dollars after pretending to check the price in the system, I genuinely believed him. Such a rip off

I am a new at vaping and went to but*** and got an istick which was not at all I was asking for nor looking for, I went home that day disappointed. Later that night my better half wanted to go do a little black Friday shopping as we were heading to the strip mall over on 44th st and Thomas I notice a new vape shop in front of the place we were going. I asked just to see if I can get a lower Mg of juice and maybe that would help me make the vapor cloud I was looking for. As I was trying the different flavors I hit on their Touch model and it was just what I wanted!!! so I bought the setup and have been happy ever since. it took me around $350 in different models and but I found it and a great price. Testing bar was lack luster. Accessories were not competitively priced with other shops I have been to and salesman seemed to have less knowledge then I did about their products and I have never been there before.

I used to love vaping. We used to run away together, just drive, go to the beach, climb mountains, slurp up opposite ends of the same spaghetti.. now I absolutely loathe it, but cant live without it. We fight and separate all the time. I love in a constant flux of crippling depression, outright frenzy, and immeasurable elation with it. Super shiesty and prices are high. Went there for raw papers on Thursday and then again on Saturday and was quoted 2 different Amounts.. I wouldn’t recommend.
