I highly recommend this place for all your smoking and vaping needs, a great variety of brands and products to choose from, apart from that the place is super clean and well organized, I went there looking for something in particular, Jessica a very beautiful and polite girl, helped me with a big smile and a nice chat about the products, I’m definitely coming back.

This place is the best! Recently moved to the area and was looking for a new vape shop to call home and Im so glad I walked in here! Charlie is so helpful and friendly and gave the best recommendations. They have everything here! Vape stuff, glass stuff, and even art stuff! Very clean and well kept. Definitely come to The Joint, it wont disappoint.

This is the best smoke shop I’ve been too in a while. They have great customer service here! As soon as I walked in I wanted everything they had. Lots of unique items other shops alike do not have. I bought a few things that stood out to me and can’t wait to visit again. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in they will have something for you! Where has this place been all my life? I just stopped in to The Joint for a glass bong after mine broke and hoped to find something simple for a reasonable price, not expecting too much. Man was I pleasantly surprised when I found that the prices were more than reasonable, and their selection is easily the biggest I’ve seen in downtown Phoenix.The store is kept meticulously organized and clean without feeling cold or impersonal; the employee who helped me (wish I got his name) was so laidback and helpful, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. At that, I came in and told him what I had in mind, and he immediately had several options to show me, all well under my budget. I ended up finding a beautiful dumbbell-style Clover piece for literally a quarter of the cost for the same piece online.The store has a huge range of smoke and vape accessories- bongs, pipes, incense sticks, rolling trays, car fresheners, candles, and much more. The customer service was just as exceptional as the selection and I would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Usually one of my favorite shops and have dropped thousands in glass over the years. But lately I feel like I cant even look around without being stood over like Im gonna steal something. Or as soon as I walk in, being shuttled straight to the item I was looking for (which can be great) and then to the cash register and then out the door. Feeling robbed of the shopping experience and home-like feel that kept me coming back to this shop for these past years.I will continue to come in and give you my business, and will continue to refer people to you when they ask me where I got some of my glass. But maybe ask the employees to relax a bit. Maybe put some of that glass to good use and chillllll.Everything aside, great shop. Love the selection and stock.

If youve been to a wide range of smoke/vape/head shops you will notice the increased price on different products and upon asking about the price of the powdered kratom I was met with a the brands are all pretty much the same price so when I said oh, I was just wondering because I dont see price tags the reply was either its on the bags or on the back and went back to scrolling on the phone so after 2 minutes of standing there awkwardly assuming maybe they are looking something else they walk away? If I didnt know any better id think they were on half the stuff they were selling at the same time 🥴

Kristy kills it every time, I did not meet her until my 4th visit and her fantastic crew is who got me hooked there was a smoke shop in town that I have used for four years who is absolutely wonderful but I’ve made the switch to this company because of a team that works here for customer service and energy is is the best i have seen.Every business in town needs to take notes from her. I think she should start her own podcast or YouTube channel on customer service shoot I even came up with her or even some sort of consulting I bring that up because I’ve thought about doing that myself and I can definitely see Kristy doing that.I have definitely found my home to smoke and vape and Keaton.Another thing I found was super cool was the graffiti paint for art. I drive all the way from Prescott Arizona to come to this location. I make it a point to drive here when I need something.

Love this place! Why? Because Gus always takes good care of you. Hes polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about every single product in the store. If they dont have what youre looking for, the owner will special order it and have it within a week. Overall, I really like this place alot. Great service, friendly faces and everything you could hope to find in a head shop.

My experience was fantastic as the friendly staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They helped me with a difficult task of finding a replacement piece for glassware that is no longer made. They were knowledgeable of their field and able to provide me with everything I needed. They were super friendly and even help me carry things out to my car! Very clean place and will be back again.

I was surprised by how much I liked this place. They had TONS of selections at very reasonable prices. I expected to pay way more than I did for my piece. The service was great as well. FOR KRATOM USERS who shop around, we’re always looking for good Kratom at a reasonable price. I tried this shop and was greeted by the friendly “Ghassan.” I phoned first and it was refreshing he answered the phone. The shop was stocked, clean and bingo, some reasonably priced house Kratom was available. The White Thai house Kratom had some viable alkaloids and it did the trick. I’ll be back because of price and friendly service. Thumbs up from this Kratom shopper!

I decided to check this place out today for the first time since it was in the same complex as my reptile/exotics shop, and I was so pleasantly surprised by the welcoming friendliness and great customer service, the choice of beautiful glassware and fair prices. In addition to my previous 5 star review, they now have art supplies! I was so excited to see high quality spray paints dominating one wall in addition to markers and a plethora of spray caps. The spray I bought was reasonably priced and I was blown away with the quality upon use. I cant wait to go back and get more colors colors colors! My smoke needs almost became an afterthought. As always very helpful and accommodating.

My fiancee came home one day and told me she found a cool smoke shop. I have been an avid glass collector for a few years. I checked out the joint and was absolutely blown away by their selection. They have massive displays of everything you would expect to find at a smoke shop and more. Gorgeous interior. Friendly staff.

Great staff and great selection. Huge inventory of glass, batteries, wraps, and more. Went in the other day for a new enail + bong setup. They helped me find the perfect glass piece and had the enail I wanted in stock. Prices are good and I find their location to be convenient with ample parking. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a go to shop for basic, daily supplies or special, new pieces and setups.

By looking at some reviews , I am baffled...if a piece had a bubble in it, Alex would absolutely return. Also, not friendly, attitude? They are some of the friendliest most helpful staff of anywhere I have been period. Their prices are also untouchable making it impossible not to keep constantly returning. The occasional discount I have gotten for being a frequent customer is shocking and I would not get it anywhere else, so I want to thank you for that as well. If you are going to post a bad review, please don’t ruin this companies online reputation because of spite, those reviews are false and clearly something else offended those people because it is nothing but friendly at the Joint.

My initial opinion was that the store really looked quite nice and had a decent supply of various products from vaping to smoking needs. I only stopped in for some butane but thought that I could probably do some shopping here. They have some of the smoke eater candles and sprays that I go through the roof on and I probably would have spent more time looking at them but I was in a hurry and apparently it turns out that its a good thing that I did not anyway because as I was leaving whoever it was that opened the shop rudely dismissed the conversation I was having with him and went right over to check the very shelf that I had found myself looking at and he gave it an examination like none others most likely to ensure that all of the product that were there when I came in were still there as I was leaving and they were and they will be. Then he was so concerned about whether or not that product was there I will not find myself buying any of it at any point. I understand he probably suffers a great deal of loss from individuals however I am not one of those and to make the presumption that I was and dismiss the conversation that I was having as if it meant nothing and looking at that shelf was more important to determine whether or not I have taken any products-- will leave you without ever having to worry about that from me again. And I certainly would not recommend this place to anyone unless you feel entertained by watching someone whos more concerned with his product line then building a relationship with the people that use it and I just dont know people who do that. Sayonara.

This was the first shop I went to after moving to Phoenix this summer. Alex (the owner) and Joe (employee) were the KINDEST and MOST HELPFUL people Ive met in this city. The entire staff makes everyone feel comfortable. The prices are fair, and whether you are there to buy or browse, questions are encouraged.I usually frequent in the daytime when Olivia greets me by my first name, I like that... Personal combined with professional, a winning combination.Aside from that no matter what your budget, The Joint Smoke & Vape is a fun and informative destination.

Clearly there were so many better employees of this store who gave excellent customer service, and told me their opinion on the house Kratom I got from them. But had a not so good experience with Olivia who said she cannot give any advice on Kratom which she is selling as her house Kratom. Which is so not how other employees are in this store.

This shop has been on my Must Go To Places for awhile. I finally got a chance this evening to stop in. So glad I did. I have been in the window shopping phase of gift buying for my OAO (one and only, boyfriend, significant other). Ive wanted to buy him something unique, reliable, with a flair of understated class but yet practical (kind of like him). The staff was friendly, attentive (but not in a smothering way) and knowledgeable. The reason Ive not yet decided or purchased this gift was due to financial challenges. This gift isnt for any special occasion, its just a cuz youre you and I want you to know youre special gift. Because of the guy (and Im so sorry I cant remember his name) was so helpful and understood what I was looking to do, my window shopping turned into a purchase.Rarely today do I go into any store without being either ignored or smothered.I highly recommend this shop, not only for the outstanding staff and customer service but for the variety of goods they have for sale.(Plus it smells divine in there...)

This is by far my favorite smoke shop Ive been to by my house! The prices were great. One day I walked in for one small thing and ended up getting a huge bong, a whole hookah set up, and a few pipes for a really awesome price! Its dangerous to take me in here because they have so many beautiful pieces as well.

Especially since they doubled the size of their shop by aquiring the spot next door and knocking down the wall between them.Every one of their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry. The Joint Smoke and Vape have the best incense and candles. The candles are a smoke and odor eliminating with some great fragrances. I like the “Peace River” and “Dragon Blood”. There incense are homemade I believe and you can purchase 10 for $2.00. Plus the employees are always helpful and friendly.

Their lights were on bright and loud and their sign was on and blinking OPEN (it was after 10, but I didnt know the hours until I approached). when I approached I saw a hand written sign that said they closed at 10 scribbled on it. Bummed, I returned to my car where my wife and son were waiting. We were looking up vapor shops around the area using Google maps, to see if any were open. We sat quietly for maybe 5 minutes when suddenly a security truck pulled up behind us and started taking photos of our truck. then when we pulled out (my wife was freaking out) he started following us. on our way out we saw a man passed out in an entry way, but security was still more concerned with us. at least I hope he was only passed out. the whole experience left a sour note in my mouth. if they dont want people pulling up after hours then dont leave all your lights and open sign on. when you do, dont be surprised when people pull up to your store, and definitely dont treat them like criminals. ugh, anyway, visit at your own risk.

High End Smoke Shop for less! This place is awesome! Very wide variety of products, friendly and patient staff, and quality glass. I got an amazing bong for way less then i had to spend. All in all I had a fantastic experience.

I was looking for a place where I could look for a pipe, after I looked at vaporizers on line, and they are really expensive. I have been by the shop 1000 times and really had no interest in going in, until now. First impressions, kind of like the head shoppes of days of old, minus the black light. One part of the store is for vaping, so not of much interest to me. There was a large selection of all kinds of pipes and products.I walked in and was not expecting to see the beautiful, tattooed redhead of my dreams. Sara (sp?) was very knowledgeable about the vaporizers I was interesting in looking at. What she didn’t know she looked up. She gave me literature and told me that I could go home and do some research, so there was no pressure to buy anything, and she made a lot of suggestions.The vaporizer selection went from inexpensive to the top of the line Firefly ($300), so there is a gamut.I ended up buying a Launch Box.Overall, not what I expected. Not the kind of store I would usually frequent, but I was very impressed with everything. I would highly recommend checking it out.

This place is located right on the corner so it was easy to find! Inside is a spacious assortment of glass and other smoking materials. The owner Alex is extremely friendly and seems to take an active roll in the business.

I hate giving reviews, but I LOVE this place. Theyre always so nice and helpful. Prices are decent. But most importantly, they never make me feel stupid when I ask stupid questions regarding my new vape pen, that I dont know how to use. LOLI go out of my way just to come here.

Wow. One of the cleanest smoke shops ive ever walked in to. The staff are knoledable and helpful... They took time to explain products to me and I didnt feel rushed at all. They even offered me a discount on the glass bong I bought, one of the largest selections of local glass Ive seen. Lots of vape juice and accessories avalible... Mmj community friendly. Pretty frustrated because I was sold the wrong product and havent been able to return/ exchange it. Apparently the manager is the one person in the store who is allowed to do returns and exchanges and I have spent the last month calling the store almost everyday to ask if/ when Alex would be in. So I guess the manager just hasnt been in the store for a month? So Ive been stuck with the wrong product, out the money for it and not able to use my vape.

Hmm, I bought a $9 pencil torch here yesterday, sparked it twice, and the part you twist to light the spark went out. I came back today to see if I was able to exchange it for one that works and was told I needed to come back on TUESDAY to speak to the owners brother about exchanging it.

Great assortment. The employee tip jar is a very bad idea. Maybe you should pay higher wages to the employees and get rid of the tip jar. Total turn off.

I experience in life is if you buy something and it breaks you can take it back and either get a refund or an exchange but not here buyer beware everything is sold as is and after spending 30 bucks for a torch that did not work the guy actually told me that I need to buy another one and then he cant take the one thats broken back not going here anymore stay away from this place
