Tai Chi Foot Massage

I travel extensively, and have had massages all over the country. The massage I received today at Tai Chi Foot Massage was hands down (pun intended) the best body massage I have ever received.The facility is clean, the staff is attentive.Go... you deserve it. We all do.

I left Tai Chi Foot Massage after a one hour full body massage with Linda last night feeling AMAZING! I am a MMA fighter and it’s normal for me to feel banged up but last night my lower back was so tight I felt pain just bending over and standing straight up. I asked Linda to focus most of my time on that area and she did a phenomenal job. I left there feeling good as new and today my back feels almost 100% again. I’ve been a regular there for about a year and always ask for Linda because she always does a good job but last night she really went over the top when I really needed her and I am very grateful. If you need a strong focused massage on tight areas definitely ask for Linda. Thank you guys! 👊🏽

If you want a reasonably priced, wholistic body massage in a clean and respectful environment, then this is the place for you. They are focused on wellness, not the bells and whistles of a luxury spa. There are two options, a room for foot massage where you keep your clothes on and there are other people in the room. They do have combo massages where they work on your full body but the clothes stay on. The second option is to be in a private room unclothed. The private rooms seem to be more geared toward relaxation. I love both options but the foot massage lounge chairs are really great and the masseuse pays close attention to the pressure points, fascia, muscles…really great. I feel amazing when I leave!

I miss my $4 massages in Asia and while this was a bit different of a setting, in a room with others, I loved it. I felt great after and was satisfied as this was a birthday gift. Ill be back!

The best place to go for a foot massage but you get so much more… neck, shoulders, hands & then all focus on feet. I just booked and I know it’ll be as fabulous as it always is.

My first experience with this type of business. I’m not adept with languages and had a very difficult time understanding the staff. Even after saying my apologies and explaining that I didn’t understand.Had the special foot and deep tissue massage. I’m thankful to not have had to disrobe. I was semi uncomfortable because of not knowing what to expect and English was not their strong suit.I will probably not go again.Others may be ok with the serviceThey didn’t clean the cover of the chair opposite me before another client came in and sat down.

I always get a great deep tissue massage here. Its easy to get an appointment and the prices are good.

Very reasonable pricing and extremely effective service in a pleasant environment. $39 for a 60 minute massage (aka reflexology) and $29 for a 30 minute massage (I always do 60 minutes). Results are both obvious and quick. I own a dog walking/pet sitting business (Paws & Relax), so I’m on my feet quite often. These sessions are amazing and extraordinarily beneficial. Would recommend to anyone with specific needs as well as people interested.

Found this place through Groupon which they accept only on Monday through Thursday no matter which one you purchase. Prices seem cheaper when you buy directly there so I didnt buy the Groupon. They recommend making an appointment if going on the weekend because thats their busy time period. I called around 4pm on Saturday and made a 5pm appointment, but because I arrived 15 minutes late they didnt have another spot until 30 minutes later. Another reviewer mentioned having a hard time understanding the English spoken here and I have to agree when I called them over the phone, but this improves when speaking in-person. There is a sofa you can sit on to wait in the quiet waiting area and a bathroom that you can use. As we waited we were offered small bottles of water as well as the bananas that were sitting on the console table which was very friendly. After 25 minutes I was taken into a serene, quiet room of 6 bed/chairs of which 3 were occupied. The sound of running water and gentle instrumental music can be heard in the background as relaxing, white noise. I was there for a 30 min foot massage which starts with soaking your feet in warm water. My masseuse was a middle age Asian man. I was told to lie back in an almost prone position and a blanket was laid on my upper body. After asking for permission he massaged my head and shoulders. After that my feet were taken out of the water, dried, and the foot massage begins with a lower leg and calf massage. As he massaged my feet I couldnt help but think how tiring his job must be. As we near finale he cracked each of my toe knuckles which was interesting as I didnt even know toes could crack! He also did some weird shiatsu like massage on my pelvic area and stretched my legs yoga style to finalize the foot massage. That was weird. Im used to foot massages consisting of acupoint acupressures so this type of foot massage is 4 stars for me but the nice hospitality and environment deserves an extra star. At pay time he pointed at a sheet that shows different prices for people paying cash versus credit card payments. Example: 30 min foot massage is $30 cash or $32 credit card. Overall it was a good experience.

This was a great massage place! My husband and I went for a couples massage . John and Linda were our massage therapists. They were detailed, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I had a lot of knots in my back that needed addressing. John was able to get all of them out. The hot stones were included in the price, that was also very nice! We will definitely be back.

I have been coming here about once a week to get a massage i do physical work and i ache alot ,i have had nothing but a fantastic massage every time except once she had an additude,I spend alot of money there and I tip every time but that 1 time,,, I have had different ladies massage me BUT the 1 i like the Most is JENNY !!!she gives a fantastic massage and is very friendly and i must say very cute also ,I will see you soon Jenny

Great prices and great service. I had twisted my back about a week ago so wanted a massage now that my back is feeling better. I messaged and they were able to get me in the same day. My masseur (male) was excellent, using his hands and forearms for a strong massage. My massage was definitely not a light rubbing massage to just drift off and relax. This massage was for those of us who like to have tightness and knots really released. He was especially good with my back, shoulders and glutes, where all the strain had been. Ive had all types of massages here and all around Europe and no lie... Id say this was one of the best Ive had. Absolutely will return!

Just left here from having the worst massage ever . I paid 90 plus tip for a back massage not a full body . He don’t even tell me I was done and just walked out . When I asked the lady at the front desk what she considered a full body massage she could not answer because no one speaks English in order to communicate properly with someone . I definitely won’t be going back . Waste of my money smh

This was my second time getting reflexology (foot massage) here and just like the first time, my experience was bad. I went back to give it another shot because I had so much tension in my feet. My reflexology was poorly done both times, but even worse the second time. I called to make an appointment for a 60 min reflexology session and requested a “firm or hard” foot massage. The woman who answered the phone barely spoke English, but seemed to understand what I meant by “hard” and she said “yes, strong.” I assumed she understood me and would make sure my massage guy would provide a firm session as requested. I was wrong! When I arrived, I even politely asked the the “reflexologist”/massage guy to give me a firm massage before we started the session, but he clearly spoke no English and did not. He massaged me as if I was a baby. No firm pressure whatsoever. It was as if he just lazily rubbed my feet and did not hit any pressure points. He mostly rubbed my ankles and lower legs over and over again. He had no idea what he was doing. He was also strangely groaning and coughing throughout the entire session making it difficult to relax. It was probably the worst reflexology session I ever had. I left that place with the same tension I walked in with, with added frustration. To make matters worse, I was forced to leave a $10 tip for a bad $40 massage after asking them to break a $20 with a $10, $5 and singles. I was going to leave him $8 which is still 20% for a bad massage. They instead slickly gave me two $10’s with shocked faces. By “them”, I am referring to the woman I spoke with on the phone and the guy who gave the massage who BOTH stood at the counter expecting me to leave a $10 tip. I will not be returning!

If I could give 0 stars.. I honestly would. I was very unsatisfied with my “couples massage” experience that I booked. It was suppose to be a relaxing full body massage but the man who helped me didn’t speak english well and as clients we suffered from this error. When we arrived they brought us into the full body room (which we got undressed) and then told us we are suppose to be in another room for a foot massage that I did not book! This was a very uncomfortable experience for my partner and I and there was no resolution!! Just an repetitive apology and kept on saying “Next Time. Next Time”. Uhm.. there will be no “Next Time”. They told me to not book on Groupon so I agreed to pay in person and they still got it wrong. I spent $145 on an experience I did not go in for. Do not recommend!! Very unorganized and provides a scattering and unprofessional service.

We went to Tai Chi massage to get a couples massage. We loved that we were able to be in the same room together!The massage therapists were promt and very good!My boyfriend loved Tony, he came highly recommended!Excellent prices as well.

The massage was fine, but they were dishonest in their advertising. We ordered a full-body massage for $60, but they gave us a foot massage only, which they advertise for $40.

Just left after a foot massage and I can honestly say this is the first time in three years my feet havent hurt. Im going back for body and foot massage. Extremely professional and extremely skilled. Excellent.

I had no appointment scheduled yet they were able to fit my Mom in within 30 minutes of my call. She went in tired and achey and came out with a pep in her step. She throughout enjoyed her first experience. They treated her with the Reflexology foot massage which helped her feet feel stimulated. Highly recommend! They did a great job. It was my first time there after reading good reviews. I got the half hour foot massage for $29. They have an hour for $39. It was a nice family. Husband, wife and daughter. The wife gave the nassage and she was very skilled. She knew trigger points and gave a calf massage along with the foot massage. She said she did it for years in China before coming here. They use limited English but you can communicate. I came in late and they still took me. Very accommodating and professional work. I enjoyed it and will recommend them.

My boyfriend and I went for a 90 minute massage and were not disappointed! They took us back in a couples room - both therapists were AMAZING, professional & thurough. We esp loved their attention to sore spots and knots & followed up with hot stones & warm towels. Will DEF be returning again!

Tony gave a phenomenal 30-minute relaxation massage. I had no expectations but he was very professional and efficiently addressed all pain points in my full back, neck, arms, butt, and legs. Ill come back here if I ever travel back to Tampa.

Ive had literally hundreds of massages and today I was blown away by the quality of the massage and care for trying to help an ailing ankle injury. Linda was spectacular, and the manager seeing I was hobbling took ten minutes after I paid and was leaving to rub ointment on my hot spot of my hurting heel. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back. Best foot massage ever!

I absolutely love this place. i go for their combo massages but no matter what i get, they always do a great job. i can usually walk in anytime and get a massage and it’s open late! i can’t say enough good things!!

Dont be fooled by the exterior, or the prejudice that comes from an asian massage parlor...this place is legit. The inside doesnt look that much better but the service was way more than I expected. The massage chairs are all in one large room where one actual massage table was too. I opted for the $60 hour of half foot massage and half relaxation massage. My attendant was an asian man who spoke no english but had a better understanding of massage than many others Ive seen. Put my feet in a bucket of hot water and started with my head, neck and shoulders. After the foot massage, which was incredible, we moved to the table where he did my back, legs and thighs. Overall, a really good massage.

As a massage therapist I am blown away by the skill and effectiveness of the practitioners at Tai Chi and always leave there super happy. They are respectable and great at what they do!

This place was awful. The guy walked out for a few minutes and never apologized. After the massage he definitely asked for a tip. I paid for the massage and was going in my purse to get my tip money and when he asked for a tip I just walk out. I will never go back again. If they insist on tip not a business to support.

The place is not fancy AT all they do not turn on the lights and do not speak English and made us wait 40 mins and do not honor the pricing on there site. On there site it states 89 couples massage for a hour and 5.00 off first time clients. The massage was not professional they def dont give you a full body as the website states its just your back and head and if you dont say anything they massage your body over a towel which is odd. I was expecting to relax but instead it was more of a deep tissue digging massage. When done we got to the counter and they charged us 118 we showed them there site and they said it was wrong there computer guy made a mistake and would not honor the price. Never again but should have known walking in this place would be like this its pretty ghetto but was last minute.

The walking on the back massage was AMAZING, best massage ever! I’m going back ASAP , the pressure from this style is how a massage should be, unlike the American style. I left so healed and refreshed, I would have kissed the magic feet of the woman who walked away my knots❤️

For a $29 30 minute session.So I broke a twenty and gave a better tip- buyer beware, they absolutley expect big tips and theyre not afraid to tell you. I just didnt have enough cash on me without breaking a bill to tip more, if I had it I planned to give $6.Just felt cheap, had to change my old 5star review.

Always leary of any massage parlor that doesnt have you fill out any paperwork or ask about areas of concern or if youve had injury/surgery areas you dont want worked on. Came out hurting in several areas after stopping massage a few times from being too way much pressure.

To my opinion, one of the top 10 massage center in the US.. and not far from the top 1....Great Massage parlor Ambiance, thai style with multiple long chairs in one room for the foot massage or combo ( my favorite 40 min feet and 20 min body) with also private multiple super clean rooms for full body massage. The quality of the multiple therapists is almost equal, not worth mentioning the differences, each of them procure a unique quality to their massage.... the Only down side is that it is becoming more and more difficult to book last minute with their spreading popularity....i’m the busy guy world traveler ...Lol..,that can’t book in advance!

It was hot as heck. Foot massage okay but the back massage was brutal I asked him to go softer but I am sitting with an ice pack on my neck . Yes it was that rough will not return . Price on website $39 price after massage was $50 ?

They dont run air and it was super hot in the room to point of sweating .Made an appointment and they didnt have someone at time on arrival. They use baby oil for the massage . Very cheap service for amount charged. Girl at deal a bit rude after I came second time. Wont be back. They smoke before your massage. Buyer beware .

I only truly have one negative thing to say about this place, and trust me that doesnt last that long. There is almost no employees in location who speak English. HOWEVER, bear with them. They do an excellent job of pointing, communicating physically and truly understand what they are doing and what you need.Once you get over this close your eyes and go for a ride!!! I have been here several times and opted each for thier special which is $40 for a 1 hour reflexology foot massage. They also include 10 mins of over the clothes body work. Each time it was a man who did my massage and they are very skilled and knowledgeable about the art of therapy.There are several beds and chairs located in an open air room where several customers can get worked on. Its such a professional environment that doesnt include all of the hanky panky and weird stuff that other Asian massage parlors have.I am a lifelong customer now, from the bottom of my heart thank you for all you do for your customers. You bring joy and happiness to my stressful and chaotic life.I really only have one negative thing to say about this place and trust me, it wont last that long.
