Lavender Nail Bar (Plano)

Used this place cause it’s close to my job but never again not even for them to fix then. I asked for dipped short almond shaped nails in white. They charged me +5 for length and +5 for some other fee for something else. My nails were shaped too narrow in my middle finger which she then had to fix with acrylic. Was already in there way too long so just wanted to leave. In the end the nails aren’t even smooth and edges are outside of my nail bed on the majority of them. This was the most I’ve ever paid for a set of simple nails.

Been coming to Maria for almost 2 years now. Absolutely in LOVE every time she does a new set! I recommend her to everyone I can. Lavender nail bar has been SO great too! Customer service is awesome and they’re all so friendly.

Prices are outrageous. My wife asked for a simple pink and white french set. The nail tech pulls out her card reader, and the total amount showed $95.00 !!!!! Theyre smoking crack at this point and lost a good customer. So disappointed!!!

Nails by Tee, toes by Kelly (design by Tee), eyebrow & underarm wax by LauriVery relaxing, busy atmosphere but I was still able to relax and get comfy, Tee helped me pick the best colors to match the design I wanted, Kelly gave a great pedicure even though I know my toes are awful to work with and I have gross dry skin, she did amazing with moisturing,massaging, and removing callouses!Laurie stayed late to give me an eyebrow and underarm wax and was so sweet about staying late, she was quick and it barely hurt!?

Been coming to this salon for months now and always satisfied with my experience. Everyone is very friendly. John always greets you and makes sure you dont need anything. Bebe does my nails and I couldnt be happier with her. Shes very sweet, pays attention to details, always asks you if you like the color/shape, and very quick. Overall, its very easy to relax and enjoy your time here.

My nail tech was Amber and let me tell you something!! She did a phenomenal job. She goes at a good pace and make sure she perfects the nails I mean she literally spent 10 minutes on each hand filing and I loved every second of it.

I love coming here, the vibe is always great! Vivian is amazing at what she does, and always leaves my nails looking soooo good. I definitely recommend getting your nails done with her, she is capable of doing any design, and can make your vision into reality!

I don’t think it’s professional they ask for payment & tip amount prior to before your service ends. My nail tech was very nice but honestly if you either A) don’t know how to do a manicure or B) Don’t care enough to want to do one well than you should not offer it on your menu or give the service to the next tech in line. The first time I realized my nails weren’t right, I tried to explain but she just said I messed them up? I had been sitting there for 20 mins, how did I mess them up if they were supposed to be dry or why did you not come check on me? After that I just didn’t even bother to show her the rest that were messed up. Will not be returning for another manicure again, I guess dip powder nails are all they care about now.

I honestly hate my nails and I’m sad about it for me to have paid $76 I’m just not satisfied I spoke up but after saying something twice alll I could do was fight back tears. My nails are so thin and not what I asked for. I really had high hopes. A simple French tip is what I asked for to some the nails may be fine but when you are spending your hard earned money you shouldn’t settle for fine . I literally cried because I just didn’t want to be there any longer

I come here ALL the time! The staff is super friendly!! Thanks Justin, the manager for being attentive and welcoming. You are always on time with appointments.This is the best salon. Every tech they have does a fantastic job & they are all so friendly. I get dip manicures here and they do such a great job. My dip never lifts and I can keep it on for 5-6 weeks & only then have to go back because of nail growth. Highly recommend

Ask for Tee if you need your nails done ! I haven’t trusted anyone in a long time to do my nails, they never last or really destroy my natural nail bed. Tee takes his time, doesn’t rush, and values every single client. Listens and is great at attention to every fingernail’s “special” case needs.I have bad nail beds/very crooked from previous work elsewhere, and Tee has fixed the problem nails like a nail doctor ! :)He did a great job with Gel X extensions and chose colors that specifically complimented my skin tone.I also got a gel pedicure while he worked his magic. :)

On a regular basis, I leave like this after paying 65$ + tip for gel pedicure and they’re still ok with letting you walk out like this, I just left yesterday!. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and they keep taking advantage. I get a new person everytime I come in, and I’ve been going for almost 3 years. I leave disappointed every. Single.time.I also were charged $70.00 for this French dip manicure, with tip it was $85! Why???? The nail tech who did my nails name was Lori and she told me okay “now tip please?”!!!!!! I still can’t believe my own eyes. I hate this place. I just want my money back. These people are theifs. They offer to fix the problem if you come back BUT why would anyone want to come back to the buisness who stole, took advantage and left them feeling depleted. Also they give you dirty looks if you come back the next day and ask them to fix what’s wrong.

Martin!!! Amazing work.. I came in to Lavender on a busy Saturday without an appointment.. they got me right in. I travel for work and have been to many salons and had great experiences. I haven’t ever had anyone like Martin for a pedicure, he’s EXCELLENT! I needed somewhere close because I don’t travel as much now.. also check out the late night hours.. plan a dinner and then late night pedicures with friends.. also I think something else is important.. there is no upselling when you come in ..you get what you ask for. Not $5 extra to remove cuticles.. you all know what I mean.. none of that here!! Thank you Martin for taking care of me.. I will be back to see you. 💜

I feel like for the price they charge the service should be a lot better. I got my nails done by amber and she makes them very thin. I dont mind that personally. I broke my pinky nail two weeks later and called to see if amber was available to fix it. The guy who answered the phone said shes available now so I told him id be there in 10 minutes. When I walked in there was a different younger guy up front and I told him Im here to get my nail fixed by amber he says amber isnt working today. I said you must not know what youre talking about because I just spoke to someone 10 minutes ago. Then the other man who I spoke to on the phone (the one usually at the counter) came up and took me back to where amber was. She had just taken a walk in and was about to begin a soak off.She looks at my broken nail and says ive fixed one for you already right? I told her she was mistaken and this was the first nail ive broken. She brought that point up multiple times pointing at the chair where she originally did my set, basically arguing. I said dont worry im paying for it i dont understand the issue? She then asked can you come back in 30 minutes so I dont rush your nail and it will look good. She explained that the guy at the front desk didnt tell her I was on the way and she wanted to start her new client.She basically told me if i made her do my nails in that moment she wouldnt do a good job? ?? I told her that wouldnt be fair to make me come back as I called and confirmed before I came. I told her id be more than happy to come back later if she wanted to do the repair for free which of course she did not. I got my nail fixed ($10) but I will never be back.Go somewhere where you are valued as a paying customer. Arguing with me on whether youve fixed a nail before or anything else was completely unacceptable especially after I tipped her so well on an already over priced set (130 plus 20) . (she charged extra because she had made them all different lengths and I made her shorten them to the same length after she put acrylic on because thats when I noticed it. She was very clearly upset about it and said I shouldve said something before the acrylic because its more work for her)honestly, just do what youre getting paid for and be quiet. Im not gonna pay for you to give me attitude thats so insane.

Really friendly and respectful staff. They were kind enough to accommodate me as a walk-in. Eric did my full set and I am very pleased with it! Forgot to ask the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she was really good too. Will be revisiting!

03/14/2024 I don’t think this place deserves even a 1 star, for your safety don’t go, just got out from there. First, they do whatever they want even when you specify what you want, I told them I wanted gel nail polish, no powder at all, just gel on my real nails. Well, the lady started cutting my nails and when I told her to stop she just ignored me and kept cutting my nails. So I ended up having to get tips on, then proceed to put powder, again, I stopped her and told her I didn’t want powder at all, i just wanted gel, she then told me that she couldn’t do gel because I had fake nails on and gel doesn’t work on them, I have a weeding in two days so at that point I just had to do it. She then proceeded to keep doing her thing when I felt my nails fingers literally burning and hurt so bad to see I was bleeding on the corners of 4 of them and she was hurting me on purpose pushing the nailfile on the corners that were bleeding. I told her it hurt and all she said the whole time I was talking to her and everything she said “I don’t understand you”. At the end she called the manager to ask me to pay (because she knew she did something wrong), he came and asked me if everything was ok so I explained him everything that happened, after I showed him ow I was bleeding and everything, he said the whole service was &112, I did complained about it and ended up paying less, but still charged me for the manicure, I was just tired so ended up paying what I had to and left, got home and washed my hands, and immediately I started feeling a burning sensation and extreme pain on the roots of my nails and the little cuts she made, it even hurts to touch my nails or grab stuff. Whole service was horrible, they didn’t even offered anything to drink until we had to ask them so see the drink menu (after an hour).

Got my nails done here for the first time 2days Ago. Highly recommend seeing Amber! She was so sweet & funny and did an amazing job on my nails! She is full of Creative ideas and will get you right on your nails! I couldnt be more Happy with them! Thank you so much girly! I will definitely be back! :’)

Great experience would recommend! If you’re looking for a quiet experience though I would say go elsewhere. They keep the music turned up (pop, hoop hop rap trap type) and there are usually lots of people in here. But they offer menu for drinks, customer service is great and my nails turned out beautiful. I’ve been coming here 2 years and today was my first time with Amber let me tell you if you know you know she was professional, attentive to detail and was very knowledgeable of what she’s doing and nail health as I have natural long nails she was very honest and really nice and her work was purely flawless so next time you decide to come here make sure you go to Amber she is the real deal and the truth when it comes to your nails!!!S/N shout out to Justin best manager they have he is always there and handles everything at the most professional level a manager can. Nancy is so thorough and gentle as a pedicure artiste! She is the gem in the crown on this place! I was beyond amazed at the respectful and patient care we received from everyone here. Just when I thought it couldn’t be any better… Rosa came along and gave me the worlds’ best manicure along with a secret whiff of cinnamon and honey!

Love coming here to get a full set. Ive been twice now to Eric and hes so quick, efficient and the running joke is that Im not picky but he definitely cares and is picky for me! I dont have a picture of my first set but my second set looks like the picture I showed him! Great place to relax and not have to think.

I came to this place late at night to get my nails done the young lady that done my nails messed them up so horrible. I believe she was tired. She then called the police on me. When I complain. I didnt yell I didnt scream. I didnt do anything the police came said she might be having a bad day, everyone apologize when returned my nails were being done and the guy asked I want to manicure. He then proceeded to tell me after doing Services that he did not do the nail extension so then they had to find someone to do my nail extension once they found someone the lady that did my nails put on a white acrylic instead of a regular acrylic and I asked her why she didnt ask me then the business office manager came yelling at me telling me he was protecting his client. I asked him to leave me alone. He continue to scream at me and tell me to soak my nails off , at this point I will not be coming back here because they harassed their customers when they cant get what they want out of you and charge you for extra things they harass you and theyre mean to you. I was charged $185 for a basic pedicure and a full set of nails with the topcoat of jail on both , stay away from them. They are not what they used to be. There is a place called bloom nails that is open till 1 AM.

I have been here multiple times and every single time has been fantastic. Especially this most recent time. I saw Vivian and she was able to do ombré acrylics and I didn’t even know it could be done (I don’t really like dip nails). They turned out amazing and she didn’t just rush though the finish filing near my cuticles and even made sure to build up the apex so my nails aren’t all flat and have a nice, natural curve. The place is always clean, and its hours are much later than most salons which really helps to be able to fit it in after work each day.

I love this place!!! Yes, the environment is amazing. Yes it’s beautiful. Yes you feel like a rich person when you walk inside!!!But the heartbeat of this facility is the staff!!!I came in with my two daughters they treated us like we were royalty! Kitty Cat is who did my nails you will LOVE her! She is the most beautiful person I’ve ever met! She is amazing at her job. She did an excellent job on my nails. She did exactly what I wanted and the entire time I was getting my nails done. All we did was laugh and talk about life! I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done thank you with all my heart! You are the absolute best Cat!!! Go see Cat she will make you feel like family!

ID GIVE THIS A PLACE A 0 IF I COULD!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. I showed a picture and was given a different price when I was at the register to the lady who was doing my nails. If the lady had told me she couldn’t do the nails I wanted in the first place I wouldn’t have gotten them done. She had a really bad attitude from the beginning and cut me many times. When I was telling her you’re not doing the design right she got super frustrated and left in the middle of my nails without being done and started talking about me in Vietnamese to the manager.. Then I tell the manager she’s not doing what I asked for he ATTACKED me instead and said that I don’t know what I want.. I was ready to leave but the manager tells me he’s going to get me a new person - I am waiting there for 30 minutes. I could not longer wait and left. The service was TERRIBLE and they are SCAMMERS!!

I went here for the first time and Cindy and Ann got me in really fast and did the best job ever on my nails and pedicure. Just wow!! I will definitely be back to see both of these sweet lady’s!!

Amy gave me a pearl manicure and I will surely not forget her name. It was a very pleasant experience. She did a wonderful job. This was my first visit and left a very good impression.

Came here for the 1st time , it was pretty late and I was in a bit of a panic but these very amazing ladies CYN and JEN took the best care of me ;) they even gave a me the best pep talk to make it thru the week . The staff was so attentive and the vibes were out of this world ! The prices was well worth it and reasonable. They rushed my daughters nails leaving them lumpy, then moved her chairs to one by me as they had originally forgot and separated us then forgot about her pedi for 30min till I asked about it, then argued w. Me till he looked at her feet and realized it wasnt done but nicely apologized, blamed manager shift change for the mix.up (he was the same guy that checked us in btw) and offered 10% off her pedi which was super nice until it was time to pay and I realized they tricked her into a gel polish upgrade so her 33$ pedi went up to 55$ then down to 48$ w the discount. My nail tech was very nice and personable she even made me a drink but my nails have no apex and are spoon like in some areas. My pedicurist seemed grossed out my the fact I was growing my leg hair out for waxing at a later date as well as my mosquito bitten ankles from gardening, she still did what felt like a great job until I got a close look at my big toes and realized both were smudged by what appears to have been a towel and the top edges have no polish to cap the nail and my heals are still ruff. I left confused and disappointed, these nails were for my daughters senior homecoming dance, which is on the 1yr anniversaryof her extreme near death experience with covid, we expressed this to the techs. as well as well as it was a much needed mother daughter bonding and healing experience.How I left paying 2 separate transactions, one of the 48$ explained above and one of $175 for what shld have been 2x $40 pedis, 2x sets of gel dip w/ tips $40 and 1x 12$ eyebrow wax and 1x $8 lip wax that we wrote on paper as our service requests, I still dont understand that would have been $180, even if you add in the upgraded pedi with no discount that would be $195. Where did they other $28 go? And if u didnt include the discount they gave me that question would be whered the other $35 go? PLUS I tipped 16$, literally the last of my cash I had on me they sure werent getting my debit card....This place rushed thru every person I seen them serve and i wasnt the only person unhappy I witnessed a woman express her pedicurist was squeezing her ankle bone and the lady told her that she had to in order to get her calluses and was very rude about it the woman then expressed it wasnt the pumice stone but again that she was squeezing her bone, pedicurist says then cant do the woman then expressed its ok to hold the bone but to put less pressure on her ankle bone (Achilles tendon) the pedicurist finally seemed to understand but walked away and the customer amd i made eye contact and she asked me if I had seen that I nodded and we shook our heads in disgust of what just happened,it shldnt have been handled that way by that pedicurist, although the pedicurist did return gently finishing her pedi. This was not quite the experience we expected.

For the past 5 years I’ve only been going here.And I’ve moved and now have to drive an hour but it’s worth itI get my nails down by two peopleTee for more detailed nailsAnd Cindy for more basic and traditional nailsGreat peopleGreat atmosphereEncourage people to make appointments a few days in advance but if you walk in they’ll take you right away if not in a few mins later.Also the waxing is great

I have been coming here for years and I will never stray from this place, Mary is one of the very best people to get for your pedicure anywhere else I go I get ingrowns and I never have had that problem coming to Mary!! She takes her time and really cares about her clients being happy with her service!If Mary is booked get Laurie to do your pedicure or T for nails *he’s great and can do just about anything on your nails* or a pedicure! The key is to go to the right people, and you won’t be unhappy with your service!!I love this place and my techs! They really take care of their regulars💗

Tiffany provided amazing manicures. It was my moms first time ever getting a mani and Tiffany made sure my mom loved the experience. Kat did a great facial. My mom absolutely loved the experience. My dad greatly enjoyed his massage. Joyce did very well! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming! Definitely recommend!

I went to Lavender nail salon today. The salon manager deals with the customers one by one. If there is a problem, it solves it immediately. The name of the employee who did my nails is MARTIN. He really does his job very professionally.

Just be prepared to spend more than you intend to. They will pressure you into upselling their product, which is to be expected, but whenever you decline, instead they decide to charge you more for individual items that they originally said were apart of the cost. I got a dip set, got charged for acrylic. Was told that shaping was apart of the dip set price, instead was charged for shaping. A couple nails came out a little crooked, but otherwise the experience was ok. My friend who came with me for just a simple mani & pedi however did enjoy it. I suggest only sticking to the basics here & standing your ground on what you intend to get.

Lavender Nail Bar is a wonderful nail salon. I found this place 3 years ago when I lived in the area and I still drove out of my way to visit. On this visit I was serviced by Eric.I didn’t know what I wanted (as usual) so we decided to do a neutral color. I was already very impressed with the way he was removing my old dip set, making sure not to damage my natural nails. When he put the color on, he did 3 coats on the first nail to test, which I really appreciated. The color came out really different than we hoped and he understood that it clashed with my skin tone being the chocolate doll that I am.He was very kind and accommodating and the next color we tested was perfect.His shaping was beautiful. His demeanor was professional, not too talkative but again, very kind. I would choose Eric again next time.Now the shop is really a gem because of these top things they do that just make sense:•they are open until midnight. Why do nail places close at 6 when you get off work at 5?! Skressful.•they have a full bar so I can get a drink in and loosen my stuff fingers up haha•their techs will not blame you or make you uncomfortable if you don’t like the result of your manicure, pedicure, wax or other salon service•they are very easy to communicate with and know the latest nail trends. You can sure they can perform any technique you need, said the girl with the solid dip job. Ooof I’m annoying.But please, please, stop by this shop for your nail needs. You won’t be sorry.

Open late served with a large side of shade!Before services have been completely rendered you are to process payment and process nothing less than 18% gratuity. Okay understandable, typically when there are any type of add-ons the nail tech ensures you are aware of any extra charges, BUT who knew that when asking for clarification for what i was being charged would include unnecessary slick disrespectful comments to justify.They’re open late, offer complimentary drinks, and serve all the shade if you’re not local, check your balance y’all because Cindy will charge you for breathing in her space.Definitely not a way to build a good customer base, please someone come get your mama! She out here running wild! You’re welcome but we will not be returning customers, we’d rather get our nails done ranch side.

I absolutely love this nail shop. The techs are amazing, fun and professional. The hours of operation are great as well. Lavender Nail Bars hours are perfect, even for a late night mani and pedi. I highly recommend you visit them.

Would you believe I got my nails done at 6pm yesterday? Yes not even 24 hours ago and they look two weeks old, the design already He has a chipped off. This was the work of Jessica. Michelle normally does my nails and is amazing, she may not always get my shape right but her work is A+.Jessica stated she works 6 days a week and was rushing the entire time. Michelle was off so I booked with Jessica. Never again!!!! Definitely not the quality of work I received when I get my nails done at the lavender bar. $65 wasted.

This was my first time to Lavender Nail Bar, I was hoping to have a good experience, inside was very cute but the nail tech that I had actually was very rude. I decided to come her because the nail tech I usually go to is no longer at the place I go to. At first I wanted to get a flower on one of my nails, so I was looking g for a design, showed her a picture, she said of and wanted to take a picture of the design, I told her hold on let me look for some more designs, she went to get the colors, when she came back I showed her another similar picture and she made a comment “oh now you want to change your mind?” Like am I not able to change if I see something nicer? And I did tell her that I was looking still. So already she was bothered. She did not ask me how long/short I want my nails to be, she did not ask what shape I would like, I questioned about the cost of the designs, and I decided not to do them because I felt it was too pricey for me and went ahead and did the the regular dip. I believe she got upset after I decided not to do the design. When I asked her if she can do my nails not to square she said “you never told me!” I told her she never asked to begin with. I’ve been to many nail places and that is the first thing they asked before they start. They normally will cut one nail and asked if that’s the length I like and when they start shaping the nail they will also ask if that’s the shape I like. But she never did any of that. She just did whatever she wanted and made me feel like it was my fault for not telling her. Never asked if I like it or not. I’ve never had this experience before at any of the places I’ve been too. I will not be coming back for sure.

While I absolutely love seeing Joyce, Cindy, and Martin, each and every person on the team makes it a point to ensure attention to detail and overall comfort. If you are looking for a salon that’s open late, has a full service bar, can cater to creative designs, and treats you like family. This is the place!

I came in yesterday with my cousin and the people that work there are so so nice, but this was the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life. I only took photos so that I could finally remove the polish. There are entire parts of nail that have no polish on them, my cuticles are so ragged, and some of my nails are filed slanted. Only giving 2 starts because they were all very nice.

I’ve been a customer of this establishment for the last 4 years. Sadly, this is the last time I’ll be visiting. I spent 160 + tip getting a pedicure and manicure and they did a poor job on the pedicure. When I asked if we could improve the quality of the service, the owner told me I could leave if I didn’t like it. Was rude and combative rather than offering any form of positive service. I paid and left- never coming back again.

I made an appointment for today the night before, and they got me in earlier than I expected. I was willing to wait, but they went ahead and sat me down after I picked my colors.Now, walk-ins are welcome, but I made an appointment because I wanted a pink to white ombré nail and I know that takes a while to do. My nail tech was very kind (I believe his name was Vincen/Vincent?). He was very detailed oriented and took his time! This is important ladies, if you want good nails. Never rush your tech!!!All in all, my experience was great. Remember to be nice to your nail tech and if they are really busy or short on techs, be patient. You probably should’ve made an appointment in the first place....but this is the only salon I know of that stays open late! So know that some techs will come in later after a late night nail session the day before. ;)UPDATE: I went back today (7/17/2019) and got a color change. Again service was great. I made an appointment for 10 AM and got in with Bella, who was great! I’m still loving this salon. Make appointments, people. It makes it easier!

I got the Pearl pedicure and Pearl manicure today. My technicians were Bin and Kelly. The service was excellent and the technicians did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend Bin, Kelly and going to Lavendar Nail Bar for excellent and relaxing pedicure and manicure!

Another fabulous nail experience with Anne! I have to say Ive been going here for about a year Ive tried other technicians which are good but she is the best! Other nail salons Ive tried in the Dallas-Fort Worth area always nicked or cut me or never shaped my nails the way I wanted them to be. She always does what you ask and is always happy to see you with a smile on her face and gets down to business to get you on your way fast! As long as I live in this area I will never go to another nail tech! If you want great nails at a wonderful salon go see Anne at Lavender Nail Bar!

Lavender Nail Bar is my go to. They have a huge selection, have plenty of employees and communicate well. Plus their hours of operation make it easy for anyone. My best recommendations for nail techs are Jessica (who I have used for years) and T.Do know they can get busy just like everywhere else and it is best to schedule for weekends.The parking is a little limited and it is off a busy intersection so give yourself time to arrive.

Horrible quality of work. My dipped nails were rushed and lasted 6 days, normally, I only get a new set every three weeks. I needed a place to go to as my normal tech was on vacation. My nails were cracked and breaking by day 4. Natural nails that I have grown to be healthy were in shambles after coming here. The girl that did my nails rushed and wanted to nap in the back room instead of doing a decent job. It took two days to clean my hands from my soak off. I would NEVER come here again.

They are extremely fast and very neat , I love Annie and Miss Kitty Kat . They take very good care of you. Book them!

Overall the experience wasn’t bad, I wanted to try a different pace from the usual one I go to and should’ve just stayed with my original. My pedicure felt rushed and I was charged $20 for gel on my toes, yet I have white gel marks on my skin from it not being cleaned off properly before curing. I also got acrylic nails which looked beautiful but only lasted me 2 days, I was tapping my nails gently on a table and one snapped right off, the material of it felt cheap. For the price I paid the pedicure and acrylic nails were not up to par.

I went in on 12/3 for a noon appointment that I pre booked. Waited over 35 minutes to be serviced. I left around 2 pm and I was charged $70 for these nails. I don’t mind paying a good amount for nails if I LOVED them but these are just laughable. They are lumpy and the shape is just weird. She didn’t even polish the sides. I’m so angry I paid that much for these.

We did lavender mani and polish chipped in less than 3 days. Seems waste to spend $50 each for 3 days of polish. Massage was ok but will not go back for this service

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Martin and it was a very pleasant experience. He was very kind and took his time with my pedicure. Eric did my manicure and he filed my nails just the way I like. Will return!

Horrible experience. I am super upset about this and my experience here today I am young and work hard for the money I make and I was overcharged for long nails when they are way shorter than I asked for they tried to scam me by 30 dollars and I ended up having to get my dad so I wasnt being robbed and they came out so bad they were crooked and not clean or filed all the way. I was screamed at by the workers when I asked them to fix it after I paid when I got them fixed I was told it was free and they once again tried to scam me 15 more dollars to fix crooked and unfiled nails they ended up way to short still crooked still not filed and not what I asked for at all. I am super upset that I worked so hard for this money and wasted it all on nails I hate because people can’t do there jobs right after I was so respectful the whole time and even after I asked them to fix it it was not what I asked for at all.

Sad and weird experience. After getting drinks, the owner and my nail tech got into an argument in front of my friend and I just bc I let her see the menu that was given to me. Nails were poorly done. There was more that happened but I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. I came here on a business trip, and if I were to come back, I wouldn’t be returning here.

They didnt clean my nails at the end when they finished they left all the dip around my finger Because they were rushing to the next client also They were uneven I had to file it in my car😭

Sold me on gel because it would last two weeks +… it came off in 2 days.Also- my daughter had tips put on- they were too long, not even, and misshaped and they wouldn’t fix them without charging us again. So … $200 down the drain. Went somewhere else( for less than 1/2 the price and more professional) had them removed and redone and they told us that it had been done incorrectly.

Absolutely terrible service and quality of work. They were pressing me to pay before my services were even done. I asked for gel and picked the color yellow. The gave me a man who didn’t know what he was doing. I had air bubbles in every nail. When I addressed them about it they said it looks nice and told me to just pay for the manicure. They ended up having a women repaint my nails and they still ended up bad. The next morning one of my fingers chipped completely. These people are so money hungry and careless. I added photos of my nail the next morning.

I happen to get my nails done and overheard tiffani did lashes so I decided to give a try, price was decent and came out nicely .. save me time get up and put strip lashes . Thanks tiffani for make me beautiful with low cost !!

Really great job! So happy with this place the moment I walked in. I was asked if I wanted a drink, I initially said a water, until I saw they had a LOADED mini bar. A was then made a margarita as my complimentary drink. Sailor was amazing with my ombre manicure, very gentle, took her time, and I enjoyed her conversation. Go see her!

I have hooped around nail salons since moving to plano… I stopped here and was helped by Cindy! She was so nice, easy to talk to, funny, understanding. 10/10 coming back because of her.

In short, stay away (-5 stars)!!One benefit to this location is the hours for those unable to get to a nail salon by 6p. However, the availability of good nail techs is low. I was fortunate to have a great pedicure, but my gel manicure is awful. Its bumpy and doesnt look professional at all.My mom had 3 or 4 people work on her hand because her nail curves that way... well use your tools and file it the other way to make it even like the other nine fingers.They insisted on talking with my 11yo about what she wanted (overtaking my Mom and disregarding the adults/paying patrons), about what they could do after my Mother and I explicitly told them several times what services to give her. Then upsold a service and started doing work we did not authorize. The tech was going to start arguing with my 11yo, but my Mom and I intervened, and a manager corrected her.Lastly, my other daughter (a 15 yo teenager) asked for something to drink. They offered a strawberry lemonade. Why, please tell me, why did the guy put alcohol in it?!! Yes, he did. Unbelievable!Hawaiian Nail Bar in Allen is much better all around the board if you must go somewhere later in the evening. They genuinely take care of their customers. Didn’t do the design I wanted, told me one price online and one in person and up charged. The dipping powder I got is wayyyyy too thick and is hurting my nails. DONT GO HERE. It’s been 2 days and it’s already chipping off

To start, I made an appointment for my mom and I for 5:00. We got there at exactly 5:00, and walked in and was treated very nicely by the man at the front. We picked out our nail colors, and took a seat at the seat we were given. We then proceeded to sit there for 30 minutes without anybody coming to start on our nails. We had people telling us that someone was coming, but no one ever came. I was getting dip powder, and my mom was getting a normal nail polish manicure. A young lady came and started on my nails, and at 6:00 a lady finally came to start on my moms nails. I understand that it was very busy, but as a business, you need to understand and realize that you cannot allow 30 people to come in to get their nails done at the same time with only 15 people working there. When I called to make an appointment, they said that it was perfectly fine and we could come in at 5:00, instead they should’ve said that they couldn’t take us at 5:00, and give another time. A lady came in at 5:45 and got sat right next to my mom and had someone immediately start working on her nails while my moms were not touched for another 20 minutes after the lady got started. The young lady that was doing my nails, was clearly rushing to do another appointment, or leave, because she was going very fast and not taking her time. She was also texting people and on the phone while doing my nails. Very unprofessional! Don’t get me wrong, I do love my nails and think they look very good, but will definitely not be coming back here. Thank you.

Miss Ann did my nails perfectly! I’m so happy Ali found this place, as I work a 12 hour shift everyday. Miss Ann’s technique saved me time and money. There’s nothing like getting it right the VERY FIRST TIME. Will definitely be coming back and leaving another review for pedicure

I came here with friends on my birthday and it was a great experience. They have a whole room dedicated to drinks of your choice to start. The chairs are great and the team went above and beyond to notice small things, ask my preference, and check repeatedly if i was happy so far. Nails came out great and i have gotten lots of compliments. I will be back!

I am one busy mama and didn’t have time before 7pm to get my nails … I did a google search and called lavender and they were so kind over the phone and even kinder when I arrived… the service was fast and professional! Ann did a great job and was so kind a very personable! So glad you guys were open… I will most definitely be back with friends!! They even have a full bar!!!What a perfect idea for a girls night!

Kitty Kat spoke life into me without knowing me, I appreciate that and for that I’m grateful. I love my toes thanks to Cindy, and my girls had a great time. We will definitely be back in 2 weeks.

A very busy nail shop. The nail artists are okay, you never get the same person twice. The thing I like about this place is its open late. This works great for working mothers.

I’ve gotten my nails done here a few times and I’m always satisfied.

I have gotten my nail done at this place twice both times I had nails break off and lift from the base in less than two week. I got my nails done last Thursday 1/26 and I have 4 nails missing this is ridiculous. I went back 2/4 and was told there was nothing they could do that I would have to pay for another full set. I think they do a half job on purpose so you have to come back in a short period of time. The nail techs are nice but for the amount of money they charge they should do quality work I will not be returning

Never again!! Nail tech burned my nail with the drill 3x. when i said something he brushed it off. They asked if i wanted designs.. ( i just wanted red French tip) & it turned out horrible. My nails are super bubbly and not what i wanted. When I spoke up he said he’d fixed it but started doing a rush job because he has someone after me. While drying my nails he touched it and didn’t bother to fix the polish while drying. The prices are too high for this basic service. Go to a real nail tech with better customer service.

The staff was very friendly and the place looks amazing but Tee who serving my partner kept talking all time long and didn’t provide the whole 20 mins massage that was told on the package. If you go to this place please try to avoid getting service from Tee instead ask for Ying she is one of the best!

I was recommended here by a friend. Joy did my toes and Katie did my nails. They were able to find a match with gel nails and polish toes. Attention to detail with everything. Joy gave me the best 15 minute foot/lower leg massage that I’ve ever had! Not to mention, the margs are tasty as well! I would 100% recommend Lavender Nail Bar. I will be returning. Price is great, especially for the exceptional service you get.

This used to be my go to nail place when visiting Texas. After my last experience this past Wednesday, I will never be coming back. A woman named Cindy rushed through doing my nails catching some of my cuticle skin in the process with her nail drill. I paid $40 + tip for this shoddy work.

Everyone here is so welcoming and nice. It feels like coming to see friends for brunch. But, both times here I’ve gotten cut and bled. This time I had to fix my nail a bit and there’s brush hairs (I think?) in the gel. Granted, I should have said something but I wanted to be out so I didn’t. I want to reiterate that they’re VERY nice and fun AND they’re close to my job and open late so it’s really convenient. I love the creativity of the people that work here and Alex (I think his name is?) is absolutely AMAZING, but bleeding twice and being in pain for the rest of the day is a bit of a turnoff. My camera wouldn’t focus but here’s my best picture of the cut.

Tried to charge me $30 for an acrylic soak off for 12 nails .. then gratefully gave me a $5 discount 🙄 so I paid $25 .. even tho half the nails weren’t even soaked he popped them off with another acrylic nail … annoyed

I would give zero stars if I could 😠 😡 I guess if you want a glam manicure with OPI polish -you are ignored. I waited patiently after letting them know I would like a manicure. The guy sat and talked about me so I put two and two together and realized, he was refusing to provide service because I decided to get a regular polish for an event tomorrow instead of gel. I had such a great experience at lavender nail bar, I came in with a design in mind, and Tiffani made it come to life. Super professional and fun. The design came out, exactly how I wanted. This is my first time getting nails done with Tiffany!! She did an awesome job..I really loved the outcome.

The nail techs that did my nails was rude and rushed through the whole process. The lady who did my feet was yanking and pulling on me. I did ask her to take it easy, and then they started talking in their language. The host came over and asked was everything OK which let me know they were talking about me. My nails started popping off a week later. I payed 140$ bucks for poor service. After a long day at work, I just wanted to relax. I guess that was to much to ask for… I will never go back again.

This place has really made me mad... i got this set on 9/30 by a middle aged man who was rude the entire time and instantly did not like them and could see that they slowly but surely are going to break off... $55 later...my index finger broke off the 1st 30 min after i left, while the others were bending and cracking. i go back two days later and show the man at the front desk, he says.. “they look fine to me.” OKAY HUN, REALLY. I know it’s Oct 1st but i literally have WITCH CLAWS. I proceed to wait more than 40 min for someone to fix them... and I end up getting frustrated and leave. At least tell your Nail Techs if they can’t do a certain technique give it to another Nail Tech, work as a team. I will not be back. (excuse the stained fingers, i am a hairdresser)

I love Lavender Nail Bar!!! First, they stay open late which helps us entrepreneurs and mothers that have late meetings or “kid activities”. The staff are ABOVE AMAZING AND TRANSPARENT! My daughter loves to get designs and Tiffani is ALWAYS upfront with the price. Tiffani has also been super informative with my daughter since we told her that my daughter wants to go to cosmetology school.Lori is ABOVE AMAZING! She always take great care of my nails and she’s SUPER FUNNY! She takes her time to make sure that everything is just what you want!!!My pedi friend (I think her name is Rose) always makes sure my CBD Pedicure is relaxing! She also keeps my massage chair going just right!!!Last but not least….CATHY IS THE BEST AT WAXING MY DAUGHTER AND MY EYEBROWS!!! She plays NO GAMES but we absolutely LOVE HER!We’ve had a couple other technicians that have for the most part been professional! Great job team! 🫶🏽

I have been coming here since 2019. I have always had a great experience. I usually make an appointment. Or I’ll walk in and ask for Cindy or Joyce, or take who ever is available. The drinks are always on point thank you Lauren! I come here to relax and enjoy my services.

Edit to add: I contacted your store after I got your response and left a message with Kim for you to call me. I’ve still heard nothing other than Kim trying to tell me the girl had allergies that’s why she was “crying”. Uhm, no. She did not have allergies. She told me her dad died 2 hrs before she came to work.I do not fault the girl who did my nails. I fault management for making her work when she just found out her dad died! I got my nails done Thursday, today is Monday and the gel is already lifting. The poor girl doing my nails was sobbing the whole time. I asked her why she was there and not home. She said she had to work until 6. You should not have someone working if they cannot do their job correctly. Again, I do NOT blame her. I blame the older woman up front who clearly knew what was going on because she kept walking by and looking at me.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Tee at Lavender Nail Bar for over a year now. I have had zero issues! Ever! I’ve never had to wait, the service is spectacular and they have a large range of complimentary drinks!! Tee is not just a person that does my nails he is a friend. There’s no forced conversation or awkward small talk. He tells me if I should get the extra cuticle care or if I can skip a time or two. He makes my nails look wonderful! I would highly recommend anyone to try this place out you will not be disappointed!!!

I got a gel pedicure there. The lady cut two of my toes (and left several others sore) because she was going too fast and not being careful. I also got a lavender pedicure ($58) that was supposed to be with milk and honey, and didn’t receive that. She used cuticle oil as lotion, so I left feeling greasy. She only massaged my feet for 14 out of what should have been 20 minutes. I timed it. Because she cut my toes right at the beginning of the pedicure, it made the rest of the experience burn and uncomfortable for me.She was put out at me asking for hotter water.I left a smaller tip than what I would have normally and she was even upset at that.Terrible experience. I have attached a photo for you to see how red my toes are. They are not normally like this and it is painful.I think the one good thing was the music playlist that was going.

Virtually everything looks great and clean, I’m really OCD so I pay a lot of attention to detail, but I’m very disappointed about how the tech prepped my nails. She took off chunks of my natural nail even though I told her not to file the nail bed too much. Once these come off, I’m pretty sure my nails are going to be really damaged.

New favorite place - Love the hours - that is a huge plus - and on my 3rd time in I found the BEST nail tech ... the others were good but now I use Tiffany... her work is awesome - she is super fast but good and very neat/clean. Happy I have a regular nail tech now that i can look forward to every 3 weeks!

WORST manicure ever.An older woman in polka dot blouse did my dip manicure. She kept stopping to spend several minutes texting. The owner/manager noticed and finally said something to her so she put the phone down and out of my line of vision but kept looking at it.I guess she tried to make up for lost time by rushing most of the manicure. She cut the nails on one hand and the thumb on the other too short, leaving flesh exposed at the end. The thumb that’s too short is totally square shaped while the other thumb has rounded edges. I’ve never had a manicure this poorly done.First time I ever had to tell a technician she was causing significant pain.She was very messy and left dip on several of my fingers and my hands look dirty as a result; picture taken after a shower and washing my hands several times.The pedicure by a very sweet lady was done well. Very relaxing, no pain and the polish is very neat.I gave the pedicure technician a 25-27% cash tip and told her it’s ALL for her only. I realized right before writing this review she may not have understood so there may have been an argument with the woman who did the manicure; I hope not. I intentionally did not tip for the manicure.I was going to have my eyebrows waxed but after the manicure there’s no way I would take the risk.

Went here on Friday night as our usual place was closed for renovations. My girlfriend and I both got pedicures and she also got a manicure. Saturday the nails started to fall off. Today they are almost all off. She didn’t do anything out of the ordinary to cause them to fall off as other manicures have lasted weeks without an issue. I’d like my money back.

I am very unpleased!I have been coming here for a year and never had an issue until the last 3xs. Yesterday me and my two coworkers stopped after work. We were rushed out, I told my lady Vivian the water was hot 3xs and didn’t care. My feet hurt from the hot water. Tracy was huffin and puffin with the change of nail color because the one my friend wanted was unavailable. My other friend was not offered a drink. The people were bothered that we were conversations amongst each other.My feet feel irritated from the hot waterWE ARE NEVER COMING BACK HEREMind you it wasn’t busy either

Two stars is being polite. It’s wasn’t a good experience at all. Did my manicure in 15 mins from start to finish. Polish and clean up was sloppy. Finally had to ask just to take off the polish all together because she did such a horrible job. It looked like a five year old art project. Tried to have me pay full price. My nails look worse then when I walked in… They may be open late, but it’s not worth it.

Open late and they will get you right in. My girl was fast but also very precise, gel mani looks great! Full bar in waiting area!

Ying is THE BEST pedicurist, and the atmosphere here is always amazing: great services, great drinks, awesome customer service. Plus this place is open late, like til 10 or midnight sometimes, so it works great with my work schedule. My only hang up is they dont always have a nail tech who can do my designer sets, but the work I did have done here by Eric was pretty good. Regardless of wherever I go to get my nail sets done, I still go to Lavender Nail Bar to get my pedicure done by Ying because her work is always 5 stars😊

I was able to call ahead and make an appointment with Ann 10 minutes before I wanted to show up. I saw a bunch of other reviews saying to ask for Ann, and she was perfect! I’ve been here a couple of times and this is by far the best service I’ve received. I showed her a picture from online and she created a sample on a fake nail to make sure she could recreate what I asked for, and everything was so neat. I would definitely recommend asking for Ann.

We made a reservation, but it seems you dont have to if theyre not too busy.I did a powder dip and a gel on my feet. The massage was aggressive in the best kind of way especially on the shoulders, and they were careful to avoid a spot in my hand where I indicated.They did a great job on the nails given the horrendous state my fingers and hands were in when I showed up.Drinks were not watered down to all hecc, and they were pretty attentive.Price was a little higher than what Im used to but Im going back.

This place is fabulous!! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and comfortable! I personally had my nails done by Michelle and pedi by Brian but I was there with three other girls and they really enjoyed their time there, too! I highly recommend!

Tee did ombré nails for me this evening and let me tell you… he did an amazing job!! From scheduling the appt to the moment I sat down and walked out.. It was great! The staff was friendly. Im not a drinker so the free cocktail was a waste for me as was the price for the mani-pedi... They did a great job. It was different from my normal place in Irving, Texas but couldnt get there in time for the Marine Corps Ball! Had to have a mani-pedi they worked. I wont go back as my Regular place only because its above my budget.Again, great staff! Great job! Great atmosphere! Loved the music! DFW, the Lavender Nail Bar is a MUST stop! Open until midnight and an amazing complimentary bar. The Honey-Cinnamon pedicure was everything I didn’t know I needed. Only here for the weekend, but I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area!

My sister and I went here and the people doing our nails seemed VERY inexperienced and turned down most of the designs we wanted saying they were too hard when it was a simple ombre. My sisters nail broke as soon as we left and they didnt cut my cuticles. Lady going my nail hit my hangnail carelessly. Staff thought my mom was getting alcohol for ME. Smh, not worth the money. They messed up all the colors I wanted and they look kinda weird.

Received a Swedish massage from Tiffani and it was amazing! Shes very caring and concerned for your needs and well being. I had her full and complete attention for the entire hour. She definitely knows what shes doing and I would highly recommend her!

First impression always counts! All the other salons near were closed early on a Saturday which brought us here. No judgement walking in and everyone was friendly. I got acrylic with dip powder and still loving them.

Jessica did my nail and she did such a great job. I wish my nail was a little longer so I could do coffin style than a square. However, Jessica recommends I get a square shape without extending nails.I love the results and she used thick acrylic layers so it can resist for a long time. Its been 2 weeks since I have done it. I broke one nail while I was cooking but I just broke acrylic, not my nails. I could break my finger if I didnt get my nail done lol. I highly recommend Jessica, she will take care of your nails very well!

Basic manicure looks and felt so good. Pedicure with Mason was best massage and callus removed Ive had in a while! Nice place too, clean and the chairs looked new.

I recently got eyelash extensions done at this salon and I am blown away by the results. The staff were very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The extensions look so natural and I get compliments all the time. I highly recommend this salon for anyone who wants beautiful eyelash extensions!

The service here was AWFUL! The technician was so aggressive and would not give us time to pick our color. She was pushing CBD pedicures like real drugs! No ma’am! I want a regular pedicure. K don’t think anyone spoke English which made it even worse

This place has mastered the bait and switch. The receptionist quoted us the wrong price. He told me $40, but it ended up being $80. He also said I could get a certain color/style. Once the tech was about 60% through, she told me she couldn’t do what the receptionist told me she could. Imagine paying twice as much for a style that you don’t even want! I am giving this location 2 stars because at the end of the day, my nails look great. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I will not be coming back here. It’s not ethical to charge me twice as much as the original quote, AND tell me you can do a certain style when you can’t.

First time writing a review and I would have liked to had given a 5 star review because my nails did come out looking nice unfortunately it’s not the case. I wanted to like the place because the hours that they are open are convenient for people with a full schedule. My first time coming here and it has been about three weeks ago, I got a gel pedicure with an upgraded pedicure and payed extra for that which included a 45 min message I believe. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that 45mins and I know because I timed it so I was already cut short on that and the worst part is that I got two infected toes with pus and all. I would show but it’s gross. I am writing this review to bring awareness to the person in charge to make sure the tools are being sterilized properly. Especially if someone has a low immune system or diabetes those two infected toes could cost them losing a foot. It’s also not the first time that it has happened I wish I had read the reviews on yelp but someone else seemed to have mentioned something similar.

I went to lavender nail bar today, June 11th around 3:15 with my friend. We both got next gen manicures and polish pedicures. We come here all the time. The last couple of times I have been to lavender nail bar, I have been cut and injured by the careless ladies in the salon. It’s like I can never just r e l a x. They are always inflicting pain and leaving me with OPEN WOUNDS. Giving me 1 minute massages where they pound on your legs (like that’s actually soothing). I ask for a simple cuticle cut with my next gen and am left with a deep bleeding cut on my cuticle. She rang me up at $80 and I asked “are you going to discount me for cutting my hand open?” She said “okay $5 off”. That is HORRIBLE customer service. I am treated like a number and not a human being. My friends pedicurist was watching TV and asking us questions the entire time. He was so annoying. Not even paying attention to her toes. At one point he asked us if we were voting for Biden or Trump. What the heck?! I used to come into lavender nail bar and get the whole 9 yards...the premium manicure and premium pedicure. Would easily drop $140+ with this nail salon. They half ass everything. I have been loyal to this place and they have not been loyal to me. I’m never coming back.

They have incredible customer service and are very respectful! Had a bumpy start, wasn’t happy with the first set of nails, they did a whole new set at no charge, and they look great. I’m very happy with how they handled the situation, thank you Lavender Nail Bar!!

I’d like to give a 5 on the quality of the service which is true. However, this is the second time that the final cost did not match what the technician told me. I requested a gel pedicure and the price listing for the Detox pedicure was $72 on the menu provided. When I made the appointment online, the basic gel pedicure was listed at $60. So I asked the technician if the $72 Detox pedicure included gel and she said “yes”.However, when presented with the bill - it was $97 - and was told that the gel was $25 on top of the $72 Detox. Not wanting to shortchange the technician I tipped as usual making the total bill around $115 much more than I wanted to pay. The salon either needs to make sure that the prices are clearly communicated or that technicians have a command of the English language to ensure they don’t miscommunicate.As this has happened to me twice and once to a friend, I’m conflicted on whether or not I’ll return. The services are of high quality, but it isn’t cool to not be upfront with what you are being charged.

Went in for a black french. The lines were awful, there were bumps everywhere, my nails were see through. kept pointing stuff out but after a while i just gave up. paint was see through. went back today to get them redone. asked him what would be easier since french was not good. got black ombré. still looks horrible. the coat is so light my nails look clear in the sun. it’s been about 9 hours since i got it and all the tips have chipped off. i just wish i could get my $85 back. i don’t have money to just waste. will probably get these taken off tomorrow. what a waste.

Ask for Ying!! She’s the only one I go to for pedicures now, she is the absolute best and gives amazing massages! She is attentive to detail my toes are always perfect when I leave. She is also so sweet and attentive to all her clients love her!

This is my go to nail shop from now on Rose she is very good I got a pedicure massage and full set of Nex Gen nails and I loved it I like Tony I think that’s his name he keeps everything moving smoothly

The service was pretty good The girls that we’re doing our nails was Tiffani and Phil. They laugh and joke with you. They are very funny they did a good job on our nails, so I want to think Tiffany and Phil

This is my 4th time coming to this nail salon in a 2 year time spand. The 1st time I came I was recommended to Tee who did an amazing job, when I came back for my fill I was not satisfied with the work so decided not to come back because of the inconsistenancy. Over a year later I decide to try it again, 1st visit I was very pleased, 2nd time for the full I was so disastisfied that I went back the next day to have them fixed and am still extremely unsatisfied. Paying $55 + $15 tip I should have a way better outcome. They are over priced and I will never return. I do however recommend Joyce. She did an amazing job on my pedicure each and every time I went.

Lori is just simply AMAZING! She is kind, patient, she works her butt to the bone and provides nothing but the utmost—unparalleled version of customer service you could ever receive! I will literally not trust any one else with my nails but her!She is always pleasant and helpful! She like hers is just truly unmatched! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I wanted to love this nail shop so bad. The manager is the main reason i put two stars instead of one. He is by far the best part about this place. So sweet. However, save yourself your time and money and go elsewhere. I have had my nails done for a little over a week. Less than 5 days in i had to get 4 repaired (one broke completely and the other 3 corners chipped off) from being too thin and not covering my whole nail. Today i was separating a bandaid and my other pointer finger broke. That would mean coming in for the now 3rd time in less than two weeks.On top of all of that, when i came to get my nail fixed again the only pleasant part was the manager. My nail tech was rushed and very clearly didn’t want to be fixing my nails. She rushes up, throws her stuff down, scoots in and quickly grabs my hands, again no biggie. I made sure to mention I’d like to be sure to pay some amount so i can tip her for her time. Even then, she was still rushing. Instead of filing what was left of my broken nail she added on top of it. It wouldn’t dry. She kept patting it. Then she didn’t barely file it. My fixed nail is 3x thicker than the others and blobby. She then gets up and leaves my hand somewhat dusty and says she will be back. Never came back. I waited for 10 min and the manager noticed i was ready to go and said not to worry about paying.To add insult to the injury as I’m waiting there with dust on my hands a spider crawled up my arm. No fault of theirs at all but funny nonetheless.I’ve spent the time I’ve had my nails done hiding my hands and coming there to get them fixed more than i have enjoying them.Save yourself the time.

I went here for a pedicure with my boyfriend and spent probably $150 together, a little under a week ago. I got a nail fungus on my toes and have had to see a doctor in a weeks time from the pedicure. I have never had foot fungus in my life.***edit: no response ever from management or owners. screw this place

Joyce is the best nail tech I’ve ever had! I’ve tried so many nail salons and Lavender is my new spot because of her! I drive 30 minutes just to get my amazing nails from her!!! She is so worth it❤️

Came here a few times for services, all different people. One in particular I loved, she left. Tried a new person with a friend, they have her bleeding throughout her nails and my nails were mediocre yet tolerable. My friend decided to not return. I drove an hour from Dallas because they were open late and really needed my nails done. He told me to wait an hour. I sat in my car waiting for my appt only for him to say that no one wants to do my nails. The problem is they want you to sit and except anything they do to you, regardless of the quality. But when you mention what you like they get upset. People are paying their money and should not be rushed to get the next person. Your prices should match the quality. Find a team of talent and this will not be your issue. I was not the only one complaining about services. It’s always a hit or miss with this location.

My wife and her 3 friends went tonight to this nail salon. They had the worst experience at a nail salon that you could have. They each were billed $100 even though they all had different packages with different prices. All four of them were sat apart even though they asked to sit together. One person was moved four times from chair to chair. All of the girls had multiple errors on their nails. One girl was told they couldnt do tips to the nails they already had and was charged $10 to remove them. Another had her nails places extremely crooked and had a tech tell her that her nails were too short to use the color she chose (?) Not sure how the length of the nail matters with what color you have. Another had the same color on hands and toes and the tech put too much top coat on her fingers so they looked super white washed/milky and hands and toes looked like two different colors. They whitenessed a stranger have a nail ripped off by one of the techs. And she exclaimed that she was shaking/traumatized and the tech didnt seem to care. Seems like they could use some more customer service training.

Ann is the best manicure technician her . She listens to what you want and can freestyle a beautiful diamond ensemble if you adk her too do what she thinks will look good. I have been using her for over a year. She is deffinitely sho you should request. She can do French tip and ombre and probably anything else you could possibly want! :)

First time coming here and I WILL be returning! I was in desperate need of a pedicure and luckily I got Henry. Hands down BEST nail technician EVER! He was so funny, easy to talk to, and paid very good attention to detail. He made sure to keep asking how I was feeling as well as if everything was alright. I live about 40 minutes away but as along as I can have Henry to do my pedicures I’ll be making the drive.

Always a great experience at Lavender Nail Bar in Plano. They work efficiently while also engaging in conversation with customers. Lori and Kat are such a fun team to have when you get a manicure and pedicure.

This place it’s very unique starting from their hours of operations open till midnight 👏🏻. The owner speaks English 🙌🏼 and very friendly and he checks on all his customers making sure their experience it’s up to their expectations. I HIGHLY recommend this nail bar over any other nail salons.

Friendly staff, clean environment. My gel polish could have come out a little cleaner/neat looking.

They rush too much in here unfortunately due to high volume majority of time. Not enough staff here either. Then later in evening they get picky of who they choose due to them working late as well.

I use to love it here now I’m not to sure. They rush you to pick colors and it really depends on who you get some of the woman are amazing and some rush. I do t like the whole rush thing especially with how much money you pay.

I went here for a pedicure and acrylic full set. The guy that did my nails was nice and listened to what I wanted and did deliver. I gave this place 3 stars bc my thumb nail and another nail were lifting in less than a week.

Yall are scammers, overcharged me for services. Tiffany is a liar and a thief. I was told 225 but was charged 260. Thats was my FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING THERE. I DIDNT GET THE COLOR I PICKED AND MY LASHES ARE ALSO UGLY, YALL DEFINITELY RUINED MY CHRISTMAS.

If you are looking for a good eyelash extension salon this is NOT where you want to go. My sister went in for a fill and left out like she still needed a fill. There were large gaps between the lashes. They began to fall out the same day. I was thinking about getting eyelash extensions but I wont go there. Get your nails done there but not your lashes.

This nail work isnt quality anymore, they do fast to get you out and then the nails chip and crack a few days later. The male manager was bothering the nail technician hurrying her up to go do something else. I wont come here no more.

Been coming here for over 2 years. I found success with only 2 people. My normal nail tech didnt work when I needed my nails done so I was guaranteed this male nail tech would do a gooood service. The nails looked good when I left but started breaking 1 week later. I came in today (Sunday) to discuss repairs. To date 4 nails have broken. Its been less than 2 weeks. I was offer $5.00 off and a whole song and dance as to why they could not be fixe at no charge. Policy is 2 weeks guaranteed. I just cant do business with businesses that have little integrity.

Got my nails done yesterday. I know white is difficult color to get nice and solid. But just after a few hours it started turning yellow-ish and after one day it’s already chipping.
