I brought my 4 year old daughter here for her birthday to get a mani and pedi and was blown away by their service!!!!! They had toddler chairs with Disney princess decor everywhere, which is every little girls dream! The whole staff went above and beyond and they made her feel SO special! Annie was the one who did her nails and she was incredible! We had the best experience and will definitely be returning customers!
We had a fantastic sisters day out at Crystal Sky! The staff there were incredibly kind, and we were impressed by their manicure and pedicure services. What stood out most was their patience in helping us find the perfect look. The hospitality was truly amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
I went in on 3/4 to get my nails done I asked for dip french tip and i wanted the lines to be thin. Nancy told me that french isn’t possible w dip so they would do something called “builder gel” which would make my nails “stronger” i said ok bc she’s the professional so i trusted her judgement. I asked her multiple times “they won’t break right?” she assured me they would be fine w the builder gel bc it’s not like normal gel polish. They do my nails and they look great but they were so thin i had never seen them so thin before. I couldn’t do anything about it because I was running late for dinner and had a flight to nyc early the next morning.I paid the $73 (tip included) and went on my way. As i was packing for trip i noticed that my nails were incredibly flimsy to the point where they would bend all the way down by any pressure. So when i showered and did any mundane activity they would bend and it felt very uncomfortable and not right. The next day my right pointer finger began to crack and within 4 days 5 of my nails had cracked and broke off.I came back from my trip on sunday night and Monday i went to the salon first thing. They saw my nails and i explained what happened and how they told me they would not break with builder gel but they were my natural nails so I asked them to just do a new set of all acrylics. They did my nails exactly like before then they tried to charge me $75 for the set… I explained that I had already paid $73 for nails that didn’t even last 5 days and Nancy then said ok i’ll charge you for dip only which was $50… I refused to pay nearly $150 for nails when they were the reason they broke in the first place! Nancy was rude and argued with me then she asked me what i would pay and i said i won’t do more than $25 bc again now im paying almost $100 for nails. She argued again then said “I don’t want to talk to you anymore just pay” I begrudgingly paid for the new set and left.I understand nails break but for half of my set to break in 4 days when I have very healthy long nails is absolutely ridiculous and that’s no way to treat your “valued” customers.I wouldn’t go here.
Great for kids and adults. They have spa chairs for little kids. They have good service. Did my nails really good. I didn’t get the dip or gel so my French manicure only lasted about 3 days. but the shape of the nail was still good. It’s clean in the facility. All the customers appeared to be regulars which is a good sign. I brought my granddaughter twice now and she really likes it. We will be back. I changed to a 4 because regular polish should last a little longer.
A newly remodeled salon that is quaint and comfy. The owner and staff are very professional. I choose Mickey for my manicurist. She does an outstanding job. She is friendly, caring and just a sheer Joy. I get the best manicures and pedicures here. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend Crystal Sky Nails.
EDIT: (Red and Green nails) I was invited back to get my nails redone at no cost, as well as offered the 20% discount for my next visit, which was incredibly kind of them! The experience this time was just as clean and friendly, with Nancy doing a wonderful job with my nails! The attention to detail and the care she took when it came to my sensitive cuticles was excellent, and I am very happy with the result. The shape and length are perfect and the craftsmanship is very much apparent. The colors, which were hard to match to my reference, are just what I wanted! She triple checked everything, the length, the shape, and the finish and it shows. The pictures show some cuts around my cuticles but that was from the previous tech, and my fingers feel much better now. I really appreciate what Nancy did for me, and I absolutely recommend her. Though I have yet to get a pedicure, while I was there both times I heard many compliments to that service, specifically to Mickey, and I’m excited to come back and get a pedicure as well.OLD REVIEW: (Black and white nails) I hate to give a negative review.. I came in as a new customer (which apparently offers a discount we were not made aware of and wasn’t honored) with my friend, as I’ve been really struggling lately and was trying to do something for myself to hopefully feel better. The salon was very clean and comfortable. The techs were very kind, and took us right away. I showed a picture of what I wanted, and asked if she could do that, and if not I’m very happy to pick something else. She didn’t answer me but talked to another tech before beginning. Most of the time she was gentle, and she was good with my cuticles, the first time I’ve had a good experience with them as my fingers are very sensitive. As we were continuing, she only stopped to ask how I was liking it for the length and shape, no other time, while my friend got asked multiple times along the way. However, she kept brushing off my multiple attempts to ask for a change in my thumbs, insisting she wasn’t done, but never corrected my concern. My pinky nails are very crooked, she accidentally nicked me and drew some blood, but she apologized. The design was much harder than she expected I fear, and looked better before a second coat, which she didn’t consult me on before continuing. There is polish and acrylic dried dripping off the sides, and though she filed under my nail, there is still plenty of excess product, and left my fingertips rough from the machine getting my skin. After finishing, I thanked her and when I found out my bill was 85 dollars, way more than I intended to spend and unfortunately way more than what the product warrants, I was shocked, but still tipped 20% as she did do me a long service and was polite. I have very bad anxiety and find it hard to get out and do these things, let alone be assertive. The concept does read well from afar, I will absolutely give her that.
Olive was great with my pedicure I got the number 1 she took her time and did an amazing job with it. Started the timer for the massage and didnt stop till the timer went off. She had another pedicure walk in and not once did she rush to get to them. She was really friendly and did an amazing job. Best pedicure I have gotten in a while! Will be coming back for pedicures with Olive! ❤️
Iif I could give less than 1 star I would. My pedicure was terrible. I was there 2 hrs & still walked out without color. They say 15% discount to new customers, thats a lie!! After them destroying my toe nails, I left without color & in tears. They thought a $5 discount was sufficient!!Never go here if you want a good pedicure!Successfully is not true. I left with my toe nails bleeding. I can post the pictures if want. Time & date stamped.
I LOVE this nail salon! Everyone is very professional and they know what they’re doing. It’s a very nice environment and they even have a pedicure section for your little ones to get their nails done! I am never disappointed with how my nails turn out. If there are any issues, they are very helpful on fixing it. Definitely recommend coming here!!
I shop in this shopping center all of the time and decided to give this place a go and it was AMAZING. My nail tech took her time with my mani/ped and did the job right. I am so accustomed to going to other salons where they are loud and are in a rush to see as many customers as possible.Crystal Sky is so different. It is very quiet, extremely clean and I am was very satisfied with my services. I plan to go back.
Annie is a great nail tech! I had the green tea hot stone pedi! She took her time with the massage (which I ABSOLUTELY appreciate because I am on my feet 40 hours a week!) She is very detail oriented, so polish is on point! Salon is calm and comfortable💙 Will DEFINITELY be going back!!
Annie truly pampered me through the Ultimate Aromatherapy Pedicure, so much so that I fell asleep while she was massaging my legs and feet💛💚She was so attentive to my tired and dry feet and gave me tips on how to keep the skin moisturized. I L.O.V.E. coming to Crystal Sky and try to go as often as I can for real pampering. Best massage chairs and a wonderful heated lavender neck pillow helped my sore neck.👌😊
Nancy who did my lashes was very professional and detail oriented. To find people who a perfectionist is hard to find. Staffs are very cordial, and professional. I made an appointment for my mom’s live. She love the way Nancy did mine. I will continue to see her.
Cute location. Comfortable atmosphere aside from loud customers on their phones. Variety of colors to choose from.But Ill never go again or refer ppl either. Not sure why the owner gave me the 2 newest techs. My pedicure took over 2 hours and I was highly dissatisfied / highly disappointed. My pedicure tech was repeatedly given instructions on how to do her job. How tf do you mess up a foot and leg massage? And my eye brows were left a hot mess. Ray Charles couldve done a better job with cleaning my eye brows. Overpriced. Way too many basic steps were missed. Techs need more training or significantly discount the customers for allowing techs to literally practice on our bodies.

This is our second visit, our visit back in February was equally good. Brought wife, and 3 granddaughters, and one of their boyfriends this time. Staff is very friendly and attentive, and experts at their craft at keeping your feet healthy and attractive. Plan on returning regularly to maintain my foot health.

I needed to get my nails done at the last minute and found this place. I called to make an appointment to come after work. I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment. Upon arrival, I approached the counter and was not greeted. A customer had to tell them that I was at the counter waiting, which is understandable because maybe she didn’t hear or see me enter. So she came over to the desk and said “what do you want?” So I’m not sure if that’s polite in their culture, but not in my culture. She didn’t say it in a nasty way, but later on when someone else entered, she said “how may I help you?” There’s a difference.So I was seated immediately, which is good and appreciated. The lady came over and started the soaking of my nails and whatnot.Something I did not appreciate is only being offered water, Sprite, or Coke. I heard someone else being offered wine. Maybe they offer certain people certain beverages. 🤷🏾♀️Then after she applied the Gel-X nails, I noticed one of them had a lot of the glue or whatever on it and it was sticking to my skin (I’m pretty sure she noticed it because I kept messing with it and I saw her look at me messing with it. I had to ask her to do something about it, which was aggravating because she acted as if she didn’t know what I was talking about.I wasn’t satisfied with the final result. I got red nails and after looking at them closer last night, the application of the color is of poor quality, mainly on the side of the thumbs.I’m used to a much better quality of the final result especially if I’m paying a certain amount.Again, this was last minute because my nail technician was unavailable and I was going out of town the next day.I tried this place because the reviews were decent. Maybe it’s hit or miss, but I will not return!

I went here on my daughter’s bday to get eyebrows, lip, and full set of nails.Keep in mind, I’m not the confrontational type so of course I said I was satisfied, paid and left. Was also in a hurry because again.. it was my daughter’s bday.First I got my eyebrows and lip waxed. With the eyebrows, the lady waxed them and that was it.. there was no tweezing to shape the eyebrows, (which has been done every other time I’ve gone to different salons.) , I did point out that she had missed a few hairs but wasn’t going to make a big fuss. She also didn’t put anything on my eyebrows or lip for the redness. I had to ask Nancy who checked me out to put something on them. (Which again, is something that’s usually done without asking at every other salon I have gone to.Now onto the nails,Nancy quoted me an hour time but took about an hour and a half because she messed up on my mermaid design. The tips don’t even fit my nails. They are smaller so on the nails she didn’t file down you can see my natural nail because the tips are too small. Also, they aren’t all even length and one is even crooked. She also made me bleed while doing my nails.Also, I was unaware of the 15% off for new customers until I came on here and read reviews. That was never mentioned nor given to me.From reading reviews, seems I’m not the only one who has issues with this salon.I’m giving 2 star because I LOVED their Disney princess set up for kids. It was super cute!
Ive been with my Nail stylist Nancy for years, wayyyy before she owned her own shop. Her salon is always clean and all the employees are very cordial and nice and we get to laugh a lot. Always asking if we need anything, snacks, drinks etc. My nails 💅 are always to my liking and I leave very pleased each time. Great shop to spend time in.

Halo, so I wanted to share my review, because I know what it feels like to pay for something and not get the job well done. I went to get a lash lift, literally looks like I got nothing done. My lashes are naturally straight and I walked out of the salon the same. Paying $70.Please be careful, ladies! 🤗
This place was unnoticeable by me hadnt I Googled it. Decided to visit because of the reviews. Nicely put together and clean. The first thing that drew my eyes were the massage chairs. Theyre the best out of all nail salons Ive visited and the newest!I didnt care for the attention I wasnt given upon entry. I noticed how others entering afterward were attended to, especially when the lady seated closet to entrance who had a client immediately stopped her service to greet them!Best foot massage Ive had! My nail tech pampered my feet with attention, smiles and eagerness. She even brought me a beverage to quench my thirstyness.I wasnt expecting to pay $15 extra for gel pedi! I chose $45 Aroma pedicure and told $40 for Nexgen. I doubt if Ill return!
Shape was non existant, bulky, and awful the tips were crooked and after speaking to them I came back in for a refund, and they broke my nails and didnt give me the refund. Owner was rude and they were so hostile would not recommend to anyone!!! Worst experience ever i was so humiliated when they broke them off and still didnt give me a refund in front of guests they were just so ugly to me I dont wish this on anyone! Beware.
It is a spotless and quiet place.I really like the work that Annie does on my pedicure, she is super delicate, attentive, and very gentle with my feet. I really like this place, highly recommended.

Place was nice, the workers were very friendly and I felt very relaxed here. I did think the nails came out cute, unfortunately, I do not see myself returning here again. They advertise 15% off new customers on their website and the Google title of their site (but does not specify it does not include basic package). If the salon policy is clear regarding the charges, it should be stated in the website or somewhere clear enough at the salon for customers to visually see. I was also charged $5.00 extra for the basic pedicure although on their website and in person price list with choice was shown to be $30.00. I also found $55.00 to be a bit pricey for just acrylic nails, manicure (listed at $20.00) and a simple French style design. I also never requested a specific type of trim, as I let the nail tech do as she pleases (she kept the original shape of the nail). The owner says I only payed $46.?? for the set and manicure together, but I have the receipt to show I was charged a full $55.00 for it. To add, no where on the receipt does it show I was given a 15% discount as the owner claims. On top of this, I think it was a bit unfair to continue to charge me full price for a manicure considering I was made to bleed on both my hands and no apology or compensation was offered on the account of my bleeding. I do believe if a French style is more, it should further be explained in person upon request, but it should also state in the website of your business. Part of me felt as though I was deceived and lied to with false advertisement and no communication regarding price changes and/or charges. I would attach photos if possible, but website also shows my point.
I always see Mika for pedicures and shes the best! She has very good pressure with the foot and calf massage, so my legs are very relaxed when shes done.
Did a walk-in with my son, he got his first mani/pedi. It was his first so he was a bit nervous but the ladies were nice to him, he defiantly enjoyed it and wants to go again. I got a mani/pedi, and did gel with nail art on my toes. I have a sensory issue and cant stand the nail machine,they were so nice to remove my old gel polish by soaking and scraping. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they did it! We never felt rushed or like we were being an inconvience(just getting the old polish off takes a bit), everyone asked us several times how we were doing. This will defiantly be my nail salon from now on. Very good service, and attentive to our needs.
Edit: I have to take my 4 stars to a 2. So I came back to get a pedicure. I was in the chair for about 1hr 45 mins with a newer girl. I had nothing to do that day so I was fine. I had a basic pedicure with two acrylic toenails. About 4 days later I notice a small spec on one of my acrylic toenails. I thought nothing of it until a few days later that small spec grew very quickly. It was a green fungus under the acrylic. I’ve never ever had a toe fungus in all my years of getting pedicures. I went to another shop and had them remove the acrylic. To my surprise the old acrylic was never removed and there was a huge pocket over the fungus. Meaning the girl didn’t remove it before laying new acrylic. I now have a disgusting green toenail. Disappointed because I really wanted to continue here.It was a nice experience. The shop was clean but there was a light sewer smell in certain spots. My daughter and I went for pedis. Her nail tech was detailed and thorough. Mine not so much. She seen customers piling in and the pedi I paid for was very rushed. The staff was nice and gave us a complimentary drink. I would return. My French pedi did turn out pretty.

I was excited to try a new salon and get my nails done after so long. I was greeted by very kind staff who made sure I was comfortable. I got a pedicure and a “fall set” for the holiday season. I was going for brown nails with a specific design that required me to pick a base color closer to my nail color and then have the brown. The nail tech decided it’d be best to do dip with the pink and design with brown gel polish. I was pretty satisfied with the end result. The nails got messed up when trying to dry and the nail tech had no problem redoing them, but she did seemed a little annoyed, I understand though. However, not even a day had gone by and the brown gel had started to chip off on my R index and L thumb fingers. It sucked because they had chipped on thanksgiving, and the next day was my birthday, so I didn’t have the “perfect” nails I wanted. I just decided it’d be better off to take off all the gel and paint over my nails, rather than leaving them chipped. Staff was wonderful and I mean no hate, but my nails didn’t last and I think that’s worth noting after spending $115.
Stopped in for the very first time on a whim while waiting on my teenager who was doing driving lessons in the area. For this visit I got a basic manicure. The ladies were so very nice. The salon very cute and well kept. Will be back for gel manicure and pedicure.

I can honestly say, my nail salon is better than yours. Drinks and they even fed me tonight. Shirley was teaching me how to use the chopsticks.

I gave this place way too many chances, but they kept disappointing so this is my last time. First, they charge way too much and the prices differ each single time I go. Last time I went (a month ago), gel manicure was $35 (I can show yall the transaction on my card), but today it somehow was $40. I asked if the prices changed, no. Another time I came only to have gels removed, they charged me $10. Most of the salons do it for free. But I still always tipped the ladies who did my nails to show appreciation but my nails were average, still.other technicians, they’re rude. Talking about customers in their language (and think that others don’t understand anything but I damn can understand when you’re talking about me) or doing loud tiktok videos. I was never offered a soda or a drink, or welcomed with a smile. Mickey is the best technician here but the manager and the general aura (and the ever changing prices) of this place is a no for me now.Ps: i’ve never gotten that 20% discount either.

Very calm, peaceful environment. Anna and Ava were my nail technicians and both were very attentive to me. I will return.

Im very pleased with the services offered here. No aching nails after you are done and my nails are always perfect when I leave. I get compliments wherever I go. Been coming to Nancy for years. She and the other ladies are all great.
They charge more than most. Their colors are off and when you say something they make excuses for it not being the color you picked. Very rude when they make mistakes. Expect you to pay for services you do not receive. I had to go to another salon to get a pedicure that looked decent. I did pay as she requested. They were talking during our time there about us and other patrons in their language, very unprofessional.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!! $80 for a regular gel manicure. Not to mention my nails looked terrible, they were even close to being even then still wanted to charge me $80! They are terrible and wouldn’t recommend. There are so many other AMAZING places only a few miles away and they are perfect, clean, and charge a reasonable price.

I dont frequently compose surveys yet I feel leaned to assist a few specialists who are making a breathtaking showing! I had my most memorable arrangement today for a full set. My nails are totally wonderful all around they are not excessively thick and not excessively slender and look very normal and lovely! I will have returned to keep dealing with my nails you can see that she has an energy for doing them and ensure that they all appear to be identical! She took extraordinary consideration of me and extraordinary consideration of my nails I definitely approved of getting cut or him harming my nails which I appreciate. High suggested.

Everyone was very kind and the dip nails I got are great, however the nail art leaves something to be desired… Im honestly frustrated because my experience was overall good but the nail art is quite sloppy. I was started with one person who did most of my nails and left many mistakes that could’ve been easily fixed or cleaned up (and I did have to speak up multiple times to get spots fixed or redone), but my frustration comes from the fact that halfway through another artist had to step in and do the designs on half of my nails. I greatly appreciate the fact that they stepped aside and asked for help, however Im not sure why I was given this artist when they couldn’t do half the design. Thankfully the other person could and did a good job, but it’s very clear the nails were done by different people with different levels of experience in nail art. Also, because of all the back and forth I somehow ended up leaving the salon without a topcoat on three of my fingers. Because my overall experience was good and the dip service was excellent, I’ll definitely be back, just not for nail art.update: I was invited back to get my nails fixed at no charge and they turned out great! Nancy did an amazing job and I really appreciate them reaching out!
This nail salon reliably does a fresh steady employment. The shop is so lovely and clean. They have great stopping. The staff is obliging and fast. Their back rub seats are truly agreeable and they do great back rubs. Ive been to a great deal of spots in LA to finish my nails yet at an entirely sensible cost, this shop works effectively.

First thing is the lady asked what is a manicure, which should have been the first red flag to leave. My service was the $50 classic manicure & pedicure in which the tech did the poorest job ever. Water was ice cold, plain water no blue solution at all, no foot scrub. Poor polishing skills, looks like a 5 year old polished my toes. Then when it came to the manicure the polish didn’t match the color on my feet. When I requested gel for my nails and when I mentioned the color was not the same they still they gave me to other colors that still didn’t match. The communication sucks, the shop is nice but the service is not worth the money. Not a recommended nail salon at all!!!!!!
This place is a chop shop. Stay away! You could get some type of blood bourn illness. Nothing was cleaned, not autoclaved. Everything was used, files, tools ect. And my nails are peeling 2 weeks later and I got a full set of acrylics. Havent had any fake nails, and my nails are healthy so theres no excuse. My tech was gentle and kind but thats the only good thing. I will not be back.
I went here for the first time with my 8yo daughter. They were so sweet to her. She sat in the princess chair for her pedi. She loved it so much that I got her a mani as well! Would definitely come back.
Finished my nails here interestingly with my companion who is a customary. Its so near where I reside. I had the option to find the specific variety I had as a primary concern before I arrived. A lot of gel tones. The proprietor was perfect. She was sweet and worked effectively. Costs are high however it is downtown so that will be normal.
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and lots of great color choices! Tina and her staff treat you with care. Ive only gotten pedicures done here, but know several people that utilized this salon for regular eyebrow waxing and manicures. I really enjoy getting my feet pampered here and the location is great and easy to get to.Thanks and keep up the great work!
I required a stroll in arrangement she informed me really fast and were cordial. While strolling into the salon it is flawlessly designed. They suggested I do plunging nails and Im enamored. No more acrylics for me. The shape is lovely. Client care by a long shot was the best I have gotten from a stroll in arrangement
The proprietor strolled around and asked every individual how we were doing, how we enjoyed what was being finished, and so on. Every one of the workers are really great. The salon is extremely perfect. Everybody there appears to invest wholeheartedly in their work. (I have NEVER composed a survey. I simply believe others should realize that this is s extraordinary spot to go AND truly sensible!)
First and last time I ever go here. My friend and I made appointments for dip powder manicures for 5:00 pm yet weren’t helped until 5:30. Already not off to a great start, my nail technician accidentally hit my head with a ring light while trying to set it up. I don’t recall her apologizing. She then started doing my nails, without any of the usual services that are included with a manicure (soaking the nails, oil/lotion on the hands, clipping the cuticles). She just filed them a bit and began adding the powder. When she told me my nails would be $70 I was horrified, but not wanting to ruin the plans my friend had set up, said it was fine. I got the basic “natural nail acrylic” color with brown gel on the end like a French tip. My friend wanted some fun Halloween nails, and specifically said she just wanted it on her natural nails. While we were chatting distractedly, her nail tech began gluing on fake nails, then charged her $90 for them! We later called to ask for a breakdown of the pricing and didn’t get a straight answer. We were told the manager will call us back. We never got a call back. Our nails were cute, but surely not worth $70 or $90. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your nails done.
EDIT: Dropped it down to 2 stars. Im clearly irritated about the promotion not being honored, and the reply glosses right over that fact...Clean and quiet. I dont pedicure often, so I cant compare to others. I didnt get the attendant I requested based on the reviews I read here, but Mika was nice. Callous removal was light-handed. I got upsold on gel polish, which is fine IF it indeed lasts longer. I also didnt receive the 20% New Customer discount, which I put in the notes upon booking. Pedicure with color looks nice, but would I book again? Eh, maybe...maybe not. The customer service was what I would have expected anywhere but the lack of discount that lured me in the first place wasnt honored on receipt. Based on cost, I can understand why people resort to doing their own nails.

I wont ever go elsewhere now. The variety choice is mind blowing. Any variety you might actually consider they have it. Their client assistance and meticulousness is perfect. She did my nail shape impeccably and twofold checked it satisfied my guidelines all through. Energetically suggest.

Sweet technicians, and very careful attention to detail. I got the Coconut Spa treatment/massage with hot wax and hot rocks. Wow, so relaxing. The results are beautiful with gel polish fingers and toes. I will return.
I love this nail salon, it is always clean and decorated so cute.Everyone is friendly and does a very good job. Shelia does my nails and Kim does my pedicures and they both are great! I had a facial my last visit and it was wonderful with Mika. I highly recommend this salon.
Hands down the best mani and pedi I have had in years! Great massages, my nails look great, and very nice staff. Just moved to Plano and decided to try Paradise Nails Spa bc it is really close to our house and its definitely my go to for now on. Next time Im bringing my best friend!

It was my most memorable time here. I needed to eliminate my acrylic nails and simply do essential nail trim. Individuals there are well disposed. I called first to check whether I want appt, however she advised me to simply come in. I figured it would be confounded to eliminated my phony nails yet it was quick easily.
Friendly staff with attention to detail. Reasonable prices and inviting ambiance. There is even an adorable princess themed area for little girls. I will definitely be a repeat client.

Ive been coming here for the beyond 4 months and I love them!!! I generally plunge and shellac yet every time my nails would get long they would break. UNTIL I began coming here!!! My nail bed is Sound and Ive seen numerous specialists here and everybody is perfect!
No technicians are very limited in skills cannot do buildable gel nails…. Forced me into dip powder which I could do at home myself. It came out lumpy and uneven. Then she overcharged me $80 for a $65 pedicure did not even offer the 20% discount for a new customer will never ever come here again!!!!

After searching near and far for a 5-Star Nail Salon, I found Paradise Nails. I am so glad that I did.The salon is so clean that the floors were wet from being mopped when I came in. It smells nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. They use the liners in the pedicure tubs which is another plus!Tinas customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! She is knowledgeable and she makes sure your nails are exactly how you want them! The entire staff is friendly. :-)If you are in need of a clean and comfortable nail salon, Paradise Nails will certainly exceed your expectations!!
Did not enjoy my experience at all. My feet soaked in cold water even after asking twice for warm water. Had a $50 pedicure and and didn’t even get a nail trim or filing. I had to ask him for both of those. He proceeded to trim two of my nails so short it hurts to walk now. The nail polish is a mess, the clearcoat is so thick it will take hours for the nails to dry. They spilled bright pink nail polish on my brand new white sandals. An employee noticed that the nail polish got spilled but didn’t do anything. I had to ask for them to clean them off. Hot stone massage was advertised to last 12 minutes but it was maybe 3 minutes in reality. Friendly staff but low quality experience.
I went one night about a month ago. They could have said wait a minute we are about to close, but they graciously took me in ,even though I was last minute. Well needless to say, I will definitely be going back and have told all my coworkers and friends. They did a stellar job and gave me the best pedicure ever. My feet were literally baby feet when I left.They were so so soft and smooth.Thank you for an excellent pedicure. I am back in town and will see you soon.
After trying multiple nail salons, I have found the place and won’t go anywhere else! Always very friendly with comfortable atmosphere. I can show them a photo of what I want and they replicate it. Also, I’m a bit of a baby getting my nails done, mine are thin and hate when they are grinded/filed too much. They won’t do that here so it’s a win for me

This place is always very accommodating. Last night I didnt get there until 7:30 pm and stayed until almost 9 pm to get me and another lady finished up. (They close at 8) They are always super friendly and one gal always remembers that I bring my mom in sometimes. They also do a fabulous pedicure!

I have used Tinas salons for over 16 years. I have had pedicures, manicures, and waxing. Every experience has been great! Staff is friendly and efficient and the salon always clean and comfortable. I have recommended Paradise Nails on Custer Road to many of my friends and will continue to go myself for another 16 years!
Had an appointment for 4 mani pedisTook an hour to remove old polish then tech walked away to work on another person. Was in the chair an hour before they even started working me, this was even with an appointment. Will never come here again!
First and last visit. Definitely not going back. Just really bad experience overall and I don’t think the cost was worth it based on how my nails looked. My nails wasn’t cleaned properly and when I complained that my nails were not symmetrical, I got scolded.
Everyone offers the best customer service. They are so accommodating and will always make things right if the customer asks.

I had visited this establishment previously and had a decent experience. Then I was given a gift certificate to go back and have a pedicure, and they were not honor it because they said the name of the establishment has changed and was no longer paradise nails. It’s really disappointing that somebody would spin money to let you go to a nail salon, and then the nail salon would not honor the gift certificate.

The ladies at this nail salon are WONDERFUL!! They took such good care of me. I had been to 2 other salons in the last week and both places did my nails too thin and they broke...using Nexgen powder. Ridiculous!I talked the the ladies at Paradise Nails and they went above and beyond to give me just what was needed. They designed my Dallas Cowboy nail designs and even went so far as to pose my hands on a little fuzzy rug, then took a picture for me. I will DEFINITELY be back!!!💙🏈

I have never posted a review before. Today I am very angry. I stopped in to get a Next-gen done. Picked out a deep mauve color. It turned out a light red brown chesnut-nothing like the sample. The nail techs spoke very little english. Said company send us. Explaining that it was the company that sent the color chart. She let me pick another color and we started over. Soft pink. This one came out a light tan color. The owner was in the booth next to me and never said a word. They charged me $40.00. I will never be back needless to say.
I ended up here yesterday new years day because everywhere else was closed. Im so glad I did.From the man who answered the phone I knew I would like this place, he was courteous, communicated well, answered all my questions with patience.We got there about an hour before they closed so we had to wait a few minutes. About half an hour before they closed someone came in with her 3 daughters and they were politely told that it was too busy and they would not be able to service them. I really appreciated that because to me that meant they are not greedy and rather emphasize taking their time on each client they do service.I got a pedicure and nexgen tips. I was extremely satisfied. She played no games with my callous removal and was very thorough with the entire pedicure and manicure.So on to pros:They use liners for the pedicure binThey have nexgen(dipping powder)They offered wine or waterEveryone communicates wellThey charged my phone!!!!They do not use cheese graters on your feetThey take debit and allow you to tip on the cardVery comfortable seating both in the waiting area and the pedicure areaCons:I wish they had coffee and sodaI also wish they had more nexgen colors but they had probably 100Overall great experience and they earned my regular business

The young girl who did my pedicure was amazing, but the guy who did my manicure cut my fingers 4 times before I finally got up and left. He tried to blame it on my dry skin... I dont have dry skin & a week later my fingers are still scabbed because he cut so deep. I will not be returning.
Probably one of the best Pedicures Ive had in years, the technician worked hard on some issues which was greatly appreciated, and the leg & foot massage was just right!

The staff is rude and have little concern about their customers. Made an appointment several days ahead, when I showed up the place was full and they told me I had to wait. My appointment was for the first when they opened at 12. Will not be returning since due to this and they dont even do that great of a good on nails.

Very disappointing service. My sister and I had multiple cuts on both hands and toes. They had to apply neosporin towards the end to stop the bleeding. I was wearing a bandaide for 2 days. Very sloppy manicure provided as well. Incredibly disappointed.
Price was too high especially if nails fell off the next day, also they talked about others in a different language that I could understand which was very rude-10/10 don’t recommend.
