He apologized and did his best to make it right. I still have not had a chance to set foot in the store. But I’m going to and hope I can give five stars like the rest of these reviews. It’s clear the people that work at the shop and the owner take customer service very Seriously. That alone is kick ass!Just called to ask a very simple question. I tried to be as specific as possible. Guy on the phone would not even check to confirm. He was rude and hung up on me. I see you guys have amazing review. But I am one person you’ll never get business from.

Best shop I have ever been to!!! Huge selection of juice and everything else you want or need to vape. Doesnt matter if you are a pro or just starting out. Sal takes every customers needs and fits them with there perfect match even if it is less than the one they thought they need. He takes in his customers feedback as personal as I have ever seen and makes it a point to be the best and most comfortable place to go with questions and or just to stock up on juice. I will be a customer for life and you will be too once you walk in for the first time.

Sal and Mo are amazing! They really take care of you and make sure you get the best of the best. They are real and tell you everything you need to know if you are new to getting into vaping. Stopped in to buy more cartridges and get some juice. Great customer service and was given a free cartridge in good faith and to let me know that they appreciated my business. I didn’t like the juice. Having experienced bad house juices from other vendors, I chose to go with something I knew I’d like. They accepted my return of the house juice and told me to pick anything I wanted in an even exchange. Because I appreciate their business and the way they valued me as a customer, I said, “I bought the juice and didn’t like it. It happens. I’ll pay 50% of the price of the new one.” The owner, Sal, was insistent that he wanted me to be happy and that he’d do what it took to earn my business. I insisted that I was happy with their service and that sometimes you buy things you don’t like. Not everybody will just give you your money back. All in all, I walked out with a juice I enjoy and he gave me another cartridge to replace the one I used on the juice that I didn’t care for. This is what good business should be about. I will be back here for my future vaping purchases.

Probably one of the quickest yet most efficient visit i ever had with a vape shop. I was greeting by Mo who was by himself at the store. I was initially just wanting some Premium Juices and asked what he had, he showed me what they had to offer and he also told me some of his favorite juices. The visit was going so well I decided to just say screw it and make his time worth it and bought a few coils and a new mod just because the service was awesome. Will be coming back for sure whenever I need more juices, coils or whatever.

Stopped in to buy some kratom as I was on a work trip. Live in Saginaw figured why not see if they have it. They did. However it was much more then my home store. I simply said I can get it cheaper at My place. Dude running the store says then why did you even come in hereUh because I wanted to price check to save a trip. Not really keen on customer service here. Wont be returning. Keep your products and keep your attitude youngster. Was a nice shop too. I wont be spending my money here.

I received excellent professional service from Zack. He was very knowledgeable about all the vaporizer brands and help me find the one to fit my vaping needs. Ive visited Je Vape three times now. Each and every single time Ive went I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of the customer service and the expertise of the workers.Today I spent like 30 minutes trying to decide on the first sub-ohm device Ive had in years. Took up a lot of Sophies time. But she was nice and definitely seemed like she knew what she was talking about. Something I havent encountered at other vape shops. Im happy with the device I ended up picking out so Sophie did a great job!The experience here reminds me of what vape shops were like several years ago. When everyone who worked at a vape shop was a high level enthusiast. Since juuls and other pod systems have gotten popular it seems like most vape stores are run by people who dont even know what a VG/PG balance is or the difference between an RTA and a RDA. Rest assured thats not the case here.

This is my local and favorite vape shop! Sal the owner is a great guy and will get anything you need! He always takes time to help anyone with any questions or concerns they might have. The juice selection is amazing! And he has every kind of mod and tank you can imagine. And if it is not in the store he can get it for you!

I seen the store open up not to long ago but didnt need any supplies yet. Today i finally needed some new coils so i went in. The guy working asked if i wanted to taste some juice so i said yes. All the juices i tasted were great and they actually had a good mod to try them on and not a cheap little pen battery. I told him i needed a new mod in a few weeks but not right now and he explained several of them to me no problem. I will definitely be returning.

This is the best vape shop Ive been to in all of texas. Since moving here from Chattanooga, its been really hard finding a place that really cares about the customer. This house vape Juice is fantastic, the prices are more reasonable than others Ive visited while here, very friendly and helpful owner and workers. They even have a points program so you can get free stuff when you spend a certain amount. I will only go to this vape shop from now on. Thanks for all the great help and information today! Love this place, I wont go anywhere else. Its a one stop shop and they have new people there so the service is quick and staff is knowledgeable of the products they sell. They dont rush you, and the vibe inside is spot on. Its a little out of my way, but worth it

Kinda of upset that I bought a cake disposable and my boyfriend bought a delta labs disposable and they are both the exact same thing. I thought it was kind of sus that the sticker on the bottom of the cake box was missing, but I didnt notice until I got home. Still going to give three stars for the service because the kids working there were nice. The owner needs to be more truthful about his products. I buy cake pens from multiple other vape shops and none of them have ever screwed me over. It was our first time there and we are so sad because we really liked the place. But if the owner is going to deceive their guests, we are hesitant to go back.

Just moved into the area last week and wanted to give this place a try after just seeing the Google review stats. Glad I did! A nice younger guy helped me pick out a new kit and some juice. I hadnt researched the kits but when Im planning on frequenting someplace, when I can, I like to ask for suggestions on stuff. He asked what price range I wanted to stay in and I told him under $100. He didnt take advantage of that and picked a $65 kit out for me that Im happy with so far, as well as the juice. They passed my test!

InnJust went into ja vape and honestly because all other store were closed past 9pm! I will never go to another vape store, by far it our favorite one we have found! Amazing customer service!!! I was unsure about the flavor of their house juice that they carry and they don’t do flavor testing. The man working offered to clean my tank & fill it up with the house juice and if i didn’t like It then he wouldn’t charge me. It was exactly what I was looking for & he gave me $5 off the bottle he filed my tank up with!! Plus I got another bottle of it!!! Their house juice is good and that’s hard to find!! They also have so many mod and tank options! Our new #1 vape shop!!

If you need anything this place has it. Each team member is an expert in the field and have stellar product knowledge. They know their stuff. If you come ask for Mo, he helped me out and he explain how everything works so well. With the largest variety of products, along with competitive prices, and in a convenient location, this shop is irrefutably the best shop in the area.

Zack/Zach is a gentleman and a scholar. Very helpful, not intimidating or elitist as I have experienced in other shops. Highly recommend to the novice and expert vaper as they carry everything from consumer grade to high end options. Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

They were the only vape store around us that was open on Thanksgiving and we needed a new build since ours croaked that morning. Came in and the guy helped us choose one and was nice. Prices were decent and they have a good selection.

Went there from another vape store in Allen who sold me coils that were terrible and I ruined the first one in 5 min. I went in tonight to try some new coils it takes some trial and error to find what you like. Sal and Ed were really patient and explained everything to me. And let me test most all of their house juices. I just wanted to write a review I highly recommend this place, they arent opposed to answering your questions. Thank you Sal I will be back. And of course they are open till 10 pm which is rare.

The guy at the front desk wasn’t wearing a mask and wasn’t helpful at all. Four people bought stuff before me and he didn’t card any of them. When I was ready to buy the vapes, he proceeded to card me and wouldn’t except my REAL ID and told me to leave. This place is a joke. Don’t recommend at all. All of the good reviews for this place are for other locations, not the Plano one that I’m reviewing.

Visited because of the reviews. A waste of my time! The guy was slightly rude and unconcerned. I wanted to try a few flavors as I didnt want to get stuck with flavors I dont like. He told me they arent allowed to let patronstest. His exact words, We cant do that because of the inspection. I asked how much and was told $14-15 for 30ml and I couldnt return it if it didnt agree with me. I would have given negative stars!

Their hours say 12pm-10pm on Sundays. Its 12:22pm on Sunday and Im still waiting outside for someone to open the doors. I dont have time to wait for 30 minutes, especially since I dont vape or smoke. My son has a rapport with them or I wouldnt still be waiting for them and this would be one star.In about 8 minutes Ill be leaving and selecting a different vendor. If you dont want to follow those hours then post different ones.

As first time vapers my girlfriend and I decided to check this place out considering we do not have a home vape shop. We were greeted by the owner Sal and he showed us numerous flavors until we found the right one we liked. I had an employee/owner? charge me $10 above retail due to the product being hard to get. Mind you I could have easily just purchased it online, however I prefer to support local b&ms. This wouldnt have been such an issue if i hadnt purchased the same product a week before at 5$ above retail. Needless to say this establishment will no longer be receiving my business. Just a heads up to others out there, dont be surprised to have a price jacked up at a moments notice.

My husband and i started going to this shop when we moved around the corner from it. I havent had any issues til today. We came 10 minutes before opening so we knew we would have to wait. But 20 minutes goes by and u have 4 customers waiting and no one is there. Went to wizards down the street got juice and coil for less than over there.

This place has really came along way. They have expanded their store with CBD products now, and their Just CBD gummies are amazing. They work efficiently and taste really good, and they have amazing prices too!

Theyd get five stars if they actually adhered to their posted business hours. Several times Ive gone better. Ten and ten thirty with the store still closed despite posting opening hours of ten am most days.

Its a shop thats close to my house and carries premium juices that I actually enjoy the flavor of. Not many shops have that or I have to drive a ways. Excited to finally have a good shop near me with really nice employees! A must try for sure.

Love this place and weve only just met. I searched everywhere for my Priv V8. Was about to drive all the way to Rockwall until another vape shop recommended Je Vape (right down the street from where I live). Not only did he have my beloved vape I recently broke, the price was $30 cheaper than another place that said they would have next week, he was super cool and and threw in a couple extras saving me even more money. I broke my ECIG, I went to literally 8 vape stores this morning trying to find something similar to what I had. ( Kangertech nebox)All I wanted was something compact with an internal tank. Youd think I was trying to find the holy grail! Finally the young man at Better Vapors told me about Je Vapor. I went there and saw a selection unlike any other venue Ive been. Sal was the man. He had what I was looking for at the right price!!! Great service, very informative, and huge selection!!

Je Vape is such a great spot to come hang out with your friends when you have nothing to do. When you walk in everything is set up so well and neat, everything is so easy to find. When you want to jam out, they play really good music and have an AMAZING sound system!!! Sal the owner is really helpful when you are looking for something. First time stepping into this store and was impressed from the start. I met the owner Sal and he started right of the bat with letting me vape a few flavors to see what I liked. Ended up going home with a charger for my batteries and his own line of strawberry shortcake juice which is damn good. I usually do all my shopping online for my vape needs only cause the couple of times I have stepped into other vape stores the workers acted like I was the noob and that vaping belonged to them or something, not a feeling you want if youre trying to better your health by switching to vaping. I will be going back to see Sal for all my vaping needs from now on, he has everything you can need and more.

So I can down to Texas and decide to stop by and see what vapes Texas had to offer and the worker there was super nice and could answer all my questions. Very satisfied with my visit for I had found a nice new mech that makes me smile every time I hit it so thank you for the great service keep up the good work.

Thank goodness Je Vape took over the previous vape store here. Moh in the store was super helpful. They didn’t have the flavors I’m used too, but after a bit of a chat he found me something which was spot on... a complete different flavor but something I liked without even having to try it... they’ve got two stores both around Plano and Legacy... great service 👌

I bought a vape here recently, one of them had an issue and it won’t hit. Every now and then it hits but more often than not it doesn’t hit and it’s a waste. I called the store and talked directly to the clerk who sold me it and was told that nothing could be done. I have the vape and I can show the exact issue I’m having. To spend $15 and be told the most they can do is sell me another one for $10 doesn’t help. I have spent a lot at this store and it seems they don’t care about helping the customer, it’s all about the money. Honestly so ridiculous, I’m not shopping here anymore

Lol, I was surprising an old friend that was supposed to come to talk to me. She says shes a family friend. But only tells them what she needs them to hear. I parked at vape place BECAUSE I HAD AN INSTINCT THIS WOMAN WAS EATING NEXT DOOR . And I was right! She didnt recognize me sure eats tortilla chips like shes bulletproof. And who was laptop guy outside? When I grabbed the takeout menu a guy was on his computer on the trunk of the car. He said he was the delivery guy.
