O.D. Wellness of Plano

Ease in getting a reservation, very clean space, and welcoming staff. I opted for the 60 minute (50 back and 10 head). This was a very relaxing and deep tissue massage. Ill definitely be back and try the 70 or 90 minute treatment.

Call the Plano location (number found on Google and the number advertised on their site), confirmed the appointment for the next day and the call was ended. Turns out that when I dialed the Plano phone number the person over the phone thought it was ok to book my appointment at the Frisco location (15-20 away) instead of the Plano location. What’s the point of having two different locations and two different phone number if you gonna direct all appointments to one place… furthermore over the phone I specified two 60 back massages. When I arrived the people had no idea what type of massages we were booked for and had a room set up for a 60 minute foot massage. Better off calling the Frisco location to avoid all the hassle and inconvenience.

I went in today because I had a bunch of knots in my neck and arms and back , the lady at the desk first impression was as if she was asking herself, why are you here , I thought…, she’s pretty rude and nonchalant like she didn’t want to even talk to me ? But this was my 3rd time at this location and it has always been a man at the desk moving forward I read through a lot of reviews that explained how nice and pleasant she was Joi is her name I figured maybe I will have the same experience let me give them another try , someone recommended this place I’m just going to say treat all customers with respect don’t judge me for what I look like because I most definitely won’t be back n the service was much different from my first visit , but it helped a little bit so I spent 85 on my service, 30 tip and treated poorly smh . ✌️

Really wonderful foot massage. I went for the 60 minute one which included some back & head massaging which was wonderful. My masseuse was very professional & accommodating. Would go back!

Really kind staff. They really cater to your therapeutic needs. Highly recommend the combo massages to get the most out of your pretty pennies for at least an hour or more, depending. Also, totally random, but their bathroom has heated toilet seats and a bidet! Just a really relaxing, calming, Zen experience.

I’ve been coming here for years and love it. Great value and I never have an issue getting an appointment same day. Highly recommend!

I loved this place but las time there was an Asian guy 50-55 years old, you could smell cigarette from his hands and was not friendly will not coma again

I accidentally booked at the wrong location, still made time for my appointment in Plano.I have been looking for a good masseuse for deep tissue. Well, I found it! I opted for the 90 minute back and foot. I was so not disappointed at all.I will definitely be coming back and recommending to all my coworkers. We all work long hours on our feet and need this great therapy.Thank you all so much. I look forward to my next appointment.

I asked for firm pressure and Dan definitely provided one of the deepest tissue massages Ive ever experienced.

Leaving 2 stars because my first experience was better than the last. Came yesterday with a friend and paid for 60 min back and 30 foot, they did not spend more than 20 minutes on my back, dug in super hard with elbows, and the whole time we thought it was the 70 min special which would make a LOT more sense for what they ended up doing. Won’t come again and won’t recommend.

Wow wow wow. We just walked out and that was amazing! Not only is the massage fantastic but it comes with so many perks and the price is unbeatable. We did the 90 minute combination massage and it was a full body experience. You begin face up with your feet soaking in warm water. They start with your face and scalp and then make there way down to your toes where they scrub your feet with an exfoliating scrub. They even bring out the hot stones for your legs and back. Give it one good try, I promise you won’t regret it.

Love the environment and what a great massage. I hate to complain but cannot believe what I saw while there. I noticed someone else was finishing up and handed the masseuse a 4 dollar tip for a 70 minute massage Really??? All the while complimenting the massage. I could not believe someone would tip such a small amount. I understand the industry and the masseuse lives off of the tips. I made sure to tip my masseuse a 40% tip on a 90min massage. Sorry but if you love the massage let them know with some extra cash. Sorry staff but have to speak up for you all there. Thank you for a wonderful massage in a very nice clean relaxing environment. Just visited this place a few days ago I was a little hesitant because of a bad reviews but it is close to my house and thought I would try it out. WOW!! What a great massage! Seriously one of the best massages I have every had. A very friendly and beautiful young lady met me in the front as I walked in. She walked me back to a the massage area and then let me prepare for my massage. Her massage was fantastic all the while asking to make sure I was enjoying the pressure that she applied. Communication was fantastic and very little small talk as this place is not very private so they try to keep the talking to a minimum. If you are wondering about this place dont wonder any longer make and appointment and go relax you wont be sorry I promise!

First time coming in and fell in love with it! Had the 30 min foot massage and it was AMAZING! Especially if your on your feet 12 hours a day.The draw back was that the guy was VERY PUSHY about the tip. It kinda came out rude/money grabbing.Other than that good service!

My experience was awful. It was painful, and jarring, rough and just generally an unpleasant experience. I love a good massage that gets into knots - good pain and all that. Not this place. It’s pain pain. By the end of my combination session I was so extremely tense, I had a horrible headache. Today, I can’t even turn my head so the side and just sitting is very painful.This wasn’t a message. Hardly any massage of the body with hands. It was almost all elbow or forearm just bone on bone. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a relaxing or therapeutic massage.

I’ve gone here for 5 years, but there was a guy with full grey hair and glasses. He complained about my tip, but I tipped 20%. He calledMy friend and I after a massage, but in general we won’t ever come back here. The amount of disrespect we experience wasn’t really pleasant even though the massage wasn’t that great. If you want to come here and be critiqued about how you tip be my guest, but they don’t care at all. I increased my tip accordance of their price increase but that wasn’t enough. Just know 20% on top of the price they expect isn’t enough. You’re going to tip 30% etc. you might as well go somewhere else.

Let me start by saying that I get a lot of massages, and the massage itself was great! Probably one of the best. However, no one showed me a price list with the different types of massages so I was unsure of what I was getting and the fact that they didn’t speak much English didn’t help when I inquired about it. This was only a minor thing for me.The real issue came when I was paying. I paid with a card and after signing the receipt the therapist noticed that I didn’t leave a tip. The massage therapist then proceeds to badger me about not leaving a tip multiple times. Mind you that I was actually preparing to leave a cash tip. I still left the tip, but I was so turned off about the therapist antagonizing me about him thinking that I wasn’t going to leave one. Tips are not mandatory!! I will never return here!

Similar to the Frisco location. I like this location because the rooms are separated. Please be forewarned the rooms have openings towards the ceilings so you can hear sounds outside of your room. If that bothers you maybe bring headphones 🎧 so you can relax without interruptions. You can’t beat the prices and service! A 70 Minute massage is $40 and I like to tip. What a steal! I love them ❤️

I like to give a balanced opinion in my reviews, personally negotiating the bad against the good, and vocalizing both. However, with O.D. Wellness I have a very difficult time doing so simply because there was no bad to mention.Ive visited several wellness spas in Plano, but this particular location is a star in its own right.I arrived early for my appointment only to find I had accidentally scheduled it at the Dallas location. This was distressing as I had taken an Uber across town just to experience this specific spa by recommendation; it was looking like an expensive round trip with no reward.A phone call was made, there was no stamping of feet by myself or the powers that be. They were, thankfully, able to take me as a walk-in and I am so grateful they did.As I was ushered out of the lobby and into the spa, I was led into the room where my service (90 minutes - 30 minutes feet, 60 minutes back) was to take place. Despite the slight language barrier, my therapist and I had very little trouble communicating with one another.The session began and...wow. Ive never experienced such intuitive massage in my life. It wasnt simply feet and back. This was thoughtful and meticulous, head-to-toe, starting with my head and neck while my feet soaked in a lovely warm bath. I wont make a long review even longer by describing every detail but, suffice to say, it was one of the most rejuvenating experiences Ive ever had.The price is unbeatable, and the service is sublime. I will happily pay for many round-trip Ubers to come to visit this spa in the future. This place is the real deal. I already cant wait until my next visit. Thank you, O.D. Wellness!

I love OD Wellness!! Ive been coming here for years. They really do have the best services at a great price. Its very relaxing and the people are nice. I highly recommend them over any other spa in Plano/Frisco that likely charges way more for a less pleasant experience.

Friend and I decided to check out OD Wellness on Parker Rd and it was WELL worth it. 90-minute massage for $65 was literally the best massage Ive received... EVER. Ive frequented a few high end Spas and Id say this place exceeded services at a discounted price. Go to Yelp and get 20% off first visit. I have NO affiliation with this place of business just wanted to share how great this experience was for me.

Absolute disaster! Ive been to the Frisco and Frankford location multiple times, but decided to try this one based on availability and being in the area. I called at 5:15 PM and was told to come in for a 5:30 PM appointment. Upon arriving, the two individuals - neither of who spoke English and communicated with a translating device - said I didnt have a reservation and couldnt serve me. Huh? I showed them the number I had just called to verify I had the correct location.They conferred among themselves in the back room, and eventually came out to take me back. I will note that this location does not have private rooms - the walls go up about 80% of the way, and they are more like stalls.The massage itself from my masseuse was quite pleasant. What wasnt was listening to the other masseuse listen to farm shows. Constant mooing and clucking. Volume up, no regard.The icing on the cake was settling up. I came out and handed them my card, and they used their translator to ask for cash and suggest the credit card reader wasnt working. When I showed them I didnt have enough, they took the card and attempted to use it. They failed, of course. So they asked me to sit down, and video called another location to learn how to use it, step by step. For 10 minutes. The card reader worked fine, they just didnt know how to use it, and honestly have no business being out front interacting with customers.At this point, all of my stress that had been relieved built right back up again.Highly recommend O.D. Wellness, but NOT THIS LOCATION!

Really enjoyed my massage 70 mins. Staff was pleasant everything was clean. The massage was amazing right pressure,heat from the stones, and warm towel.I literally was falling asleep thats how relaxing the massage was. I will definitely be back

This is my new GO TO monthly space, I stumbled upon this place as one of my friends told me about it.You get such a bang for your buck! I can’t stress enough how great this is. It’s not your traditional Swedish day spa, it’s a tad bit different, but it’s SOOOO worth it!

I lift a lot of heavy weights and I’m also a runner; my body needs deep tissue massage on a regular basis, and THIS PLACE IS AWESOME for this very purpose. Eric is great! Got exactly what I needed for an awesome price.
