I’ve had a membership for a year now and every visit is amazing. The staff are all efficient and kind and the facilities are wonderful. I’ve been receiving facials and skin treatments from Jaliyah since I started and my skin has improved so much. She does an amazing job and gives me recommendations for every day things to continue to improve my skin quality.

I have been coming here for years. When I first started coming here it was hard to find a good massage therapist. Then I found John and he is the absolute best! Literally the best massage therapist I have ever had. He is very professional and knows what he is doing.

Jessica is by far the BEST and MOST consistent Massage Therapist I’ve worked with. Because of her I continue to come to Spavia. Jessica, you are an amazing healer and a blessing to Spavia. Thank you!

Pfauve is great. I’ve been seeing her since I started using Spavia. She listens to my needs and I feel wonderful after my massage. I never want it to end.!

The massage was so fantastic that I forgot my wedding ring and a DY ring also. Realized it the next day (today.) Went back and it was still there. The receptionist was just as excited and relieved as I was to find it. So sweet and literally made my year. Thank y’all! My new fave place. ❤️

I became a member because of the extensive facial offerings at great prices. Emily is a very professional aesthetician. I have noticed a huge improvement with my complexion simply by getting monthly facials. Their facial products are great as well. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for about 6 months and every time has been wonderful. Always a good experience with all of the massage therapists, but Madi really knows how to get into my muscles well and listens to any adjustment of firmness I may need. 10/10 would recommend her.

Pearl was amazing, I received a gift from a friend for this place and I booked facial Ultimate Brightening Oxygen lift and I left after the treatment very happy.

DO NOT get the membership. Your credits expire. This is not a membership to get for those of you who have to work a lot. I called them twice and confirmed I still had credit on my account and they told me yes. Not that I had expired credits on my account. I even confirmed before booking my appointment only to then be told I have to restart a membership before being able to use them. Highly disappointed they can take your money but you can lose what you pay for. Yay me, paying extra for a bad massage today. Never again will I use this place

WATCH OUT FOR THE BAIT AND SWITCHWe were told one thing when we made our appointment and then when we got there it was another price.Plus when we made the appointment we were told no facials if youve been using Retinol. But the esthetician said it would be no problem. Get your stories straight.At this point Im thinking that all you want to do is take my money without personal regard, so I left.Next thing I know, you hit my card for $55 for leaving after your bait and switch and conflicting information. Thats not right.Maybe if you treated your clients well youd have some. No wonder this place is always empty.---------Your response is false. Both my wife and I heard and understood something different. Furthermore, no services were performed and the session never started. I did not put on a robe, I did not sit on your table, I did nothing but try to confirm what was to be done and the price... which ended up being different than we agreed. If someone is telling you a different story then you are not being told the truth. You should be embarrassed for how you have handled this.

Emily did my facial today. I left very upset. She did not do a good job. She skipped my neck during the facial and didn’t use any products. Every facial I’ve gotten in my life the neck was a part of it. She barely put products on my hands. This is not the way a facial is supposed to be. Every time I go it’s with someone different? You can’t pick the esthetician you want.

Whitney is Amazing! I wouldn’t go with anyone else. She really knows what she is doing! Every time I am done with my appt I come out 100% better.

I can’t recommend Spa West Plano enough. The employees take total care of you from the moment you walk in until you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.Highly recommend you check them out.

Best facial I’ve ever gotten! I got the soothing recovery facial since I’ve had some redness and irritation, and my skin was so calm and hydrated afterwards! I had Jaliyah and she was fantastic! She was so professional and soothing. They put you in a robe and you go into this relaxing waiting area with calming music and tea. It is definitely worth the price!

Madi is the best! She listens to my concerns, and takes her time working out the areas in my body that are really tense. But she does it in a relaxing way so I leave refreshed and ready to go!

Such a wonderful and truly rejuvenating treat! Love coming here- it’s completely unlike the other spa chains around here, they have a tranquility room with different types of tea you can sip on before your appointment (I usually get there a few minutes early and stay a little later to enjoy it). Madi is the most incredible, sweet, and hardworking therapist! She puts forth extra effort on my tough areas (neck and shoulders) and I leave feeling like a completely different person! I would Recommend her for anyone looking for a truly incredible massage!

Jaliyah is the G.O.A.T at facials. I had the hydraderm facial for the first time and it was very relaxing and my skin feels like gold. She applies the perfect pressure for a facial and I’m looking forward to my next appointment!!

A wonderful Spa for prenatal/maternity care. All the staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. The specialist Ambreen was great and took such good care of me for my massage. And I went on my birthday so they threw in a complimentary foot treatment as well as 10 extra minutes on my massage. I would give them a 10/10 if I could. I will be returning.

John is very intuitive about my osteoarthritis pain. He always knows how to make me feel better!

Had an 80 min prenatal massage with Cynthia and had an amazing experience! The front desk staff was so friendly, the relaxation room with robe & neck pillow was an unexpected treat, and the massage was so relaxing! I will definitely be a regular!

Love my Spavia time!! The front desk girls are always so nice and make me feel welcome and at home.  My massage therapist, Jessica, is the best!!  She always knows exactly how to get my body “put back together” and working the way it should.

My massage therapist Ambreen Khan was able to help me with my pain. She provided me with stretches to do at home to keep the pain from returning. She was very knowledgeable.

I love this spa. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It is very peaceful. John is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. He is so knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system. Not only does he give great massages, he’s helped me with plantar fasciitis and an ankle sprain and the treatments were really beneficial. And for facials…Jaliyah is the greatest! I don’t know how she does it but it is so relaxing. She’s so sweet and takes great care of my skin. I highly recommend this spa!

Had an amazing experience. The atmosphere here is nice and relaxing. They offer you a warm neck pillow when you come in. Water and tea are available as well. Leslie went above and beyond, asking about my needs and explaining stretches and how she was going to cater my massage to my specific pains. This was the BEST massage I have ever had, hands down. Ive had tons of massages around the area and on vacations. I was extremely impressed with Leslies abilities, demeanor, and thoroughness. My wife and I purchased a membership and I already made another appointment!

This spa is wonderful and the services are spectacular. I have had a few facials now and I have to say they were nothing but spectacular! My mom, sister and I went here for a spa day. My mom and I had good experiences with our masseuses. I wanted to share my sisters experience as well though, because she has tried to leave a review and it is not showing up for some reason. As several other reviews mention, she had a horrible experience with Chelsy. Chelsy consistently berated my sister for not being relaxed enough during her massage, and kept trying to position her limbs into positions she felt would be better. My sister continued to let her know that she was trying her best to relax but that the constant repositioning was uncomfortable and making it hard to actually relax. My sister is never someone to complain, but wanted to avoid anyone else having the same experience. The front desk told her that some people dont like Chelsys style and they apologized. If several people have complained, and left reviews about this associate, why are they allowed to continue working with people in a setting that is already vulnerable? That seems careless. The front desk said that they had to charge her for the treatment, but management would be giving her a call to make things right and offer a discounted new treatment. Shes yet to hear from anyone, and instead theyre blocking her review from being seen. My sister had this booked for months and was excited to relax after having a newborn. Instead, she had an awful experience and have to pay over $100 dollars for it. Although my mom and I enjoyed our services, theyve done nothing to handle Chelsy after several people have complained. This shows they dont put customer satisfaction or safety as a high priority. Take your money elsewhere please.

I was excited to try this spa out after all the wonderful reviews. Instead of a wonderful night of relaxation with an 80 minute massage with Chelsea, I had the most stressful massage experience in my life. It was awful!. Two days later Im on here to post my review, and I find out another user had the exact same experience as I did with this therapist several months ago. Im sad to see she hasnt changed one bit and is still making clients feel frustrated with their service.Its my opinion that she was unable to position my body in the way she needed to do her job. She kept telling me I didnt have to do any work and to relax my muscles (whether it was my knee or wrist or elbow etc), which I thought i was already doing. I get that feedback a lot, so I understood I might be tensing up and not meaning to. But this experience was different. After Id move my body until it got into the position she wanted it (b/c itd be less painful), shed acknowledge over and over with the phrase There you go! like I was a young child. At one point after she kept telling me chin down, elbows away from your sides, palms flat on table, ankles together, back flat (seriously, I felt like I was learning how to swing a golf club), I told her I was trying so hard to stay in position. She told me that was the thing, I didnt have to do anything - that was her job. I wish I told her that was contrary to what was happening in that room.I went there wanting to relax and instead all I did was STRESS and feel UPSET b/c I was NOT ENJOYING my time there at all. It was uncomfortable, torture, and I felt like I was being difficult for her to do her job when I wasnt trying to be. I had no idea how my body was positioned. Only she could see it. I was just doing what felt comfortable to me, even if that was incorrect positioning. I was so emotionally upset my entire service. I wish I had walked out on the session to show my dissatisfaction and I regret paying for something I was highly unsatisfied with. Worst experience in a spa ever. :(

Wonderfully relaxing retreat. Nikki gives the best massages ever, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with every specialist for both massages and facials. Everything is clean and the staff are all friendly. I love the seasonal facial specials. The membership is affordable and absolutely worth it!

Spavia is a luxurious getaway right here in Plano! I have consistent pain in my hip and back and John and Whitney help me feel so much relief once I’m done with my services. I’ve had a few facials as well and they were incredibly relaxing and result driven! I recommend spavia to everyone!

I had an awesome time, and I will definitely go back in the future for more pampering! First of all, Cherry at the front desk is so very friendly and super-sweet, and took time to explain all the services and answer our questions. We were both given a warm lavender neck wrap (husband went with) while we waited for our appointment time, and then we filled out a questionnaire about the type of services we wanted, which included type of music, lotion scent for our massage, and other questions to make sure we were well taken care of. Next they brought us to our retreat areas, which were so peaceful and relaxing. Nice super-comfortable seating, soft relaxing music, and a little bar to make yourself a cup of hot tea. My retreat area even had some of those adult coloring books, and some daily meditation-type books. Next came the massage itself. Samantha was very sweet, and did an amazing job getting me to relax. She was able to adjust the pressure perfectly wherever I needed her to, and just provided all-around superb care. After my massage was over, I went back to the retreat room just to have a few more minutes of calm and relaxation! The whole experience was so great, I did not want to leave! (My sign in name was Tracy Black, in case theres any confusion about that!)

I was a member for about 2 years and it makes me so sad to cancel my membership, but I done did it. First off, I absolutely loved Dallas and Vanessa. I’ve only had Katherine once, but the attention and care she had that one time was amazing. I am solely doing this review based on management and customer service. My recent appointment was a let down because of a personal reason I’m not willing to disclose, but Katherine and management knows. Katherine provided a replacement of an essential massage and I was all for it. After multiple phone calls, I was charged 4x. Two was tip, one was a scalp massage that was in replacement of getting an essential massage and the other was for an enhancement that I received in their Nov red envelope specials. I received a refund for, I believe, the enhancement, but haven’t received it for the scalp massage. I have been a loyal customer for so long and I was open to the idea of suspending my account, but after numerous calls and a salty rep, I decided it was time to close the door.

Very great service from the time I walked in the door til I walk out everyone was very polite and nice. The specialist who did my massage made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, which I appreciated since this was my very FIRST time at a spa.

My husband and I had set up an appointment for a couples massage as a combined birthday celebration. Sadly our massage was double booked but after talking to the front desk they put us in separate rooms and made arrangements to comp us our service since we are from out of town. Once we arrived we were greeted with amazing customer service and talked through the process of relaxation. I had Chelsea (I believe) as a masseuse and she was incredible. Even though our original plans were changed I’m definitely willing to travel back into town to come here again.

I’ve been a member with Spavia for a while now. I love the convenience they offer with location and hours, yet still providing a very calm and relaxing ambiance. I had my first maternity massage with Pfauve and it was the most amazing experience! She’s so detailed and applied the right amount of pressure. Even though it was only 60 min, I felt like it was longer and I felt extremely relaxed and refreshed when she was done. I cannot wait to go back for my next massage with her.

The environment is very relaxing. Staff members are very nice and helpful. I love the fact that you get to choose the scent of the lotion and music played during your massage. The massage was amazing! I got the maternity massage and enjoyed every single minute! I will definitely be back!

I have such mixed feelings about Spavia! I would probably score them 3.5, if that was an option. Lovely facility, management questionable.On the one hand, the experience is amazing. If you need a place to detox in an environment where they take great care with all the details (tricky in such a small area of space), this is it! If you plan on visiting monthly and using your credit up each month, then you should definitely consider this place! It is a fantastic facility and I did not have a visit that I did not enjoy.Just be aware that their elusive management may change their policies on you midstream in your signed agreement and never notify you. And you will never, ever be able to speak with said management in person. You may eventually receive an email from management after persistent requests.Be very aware, before you let your credits build up for any reason, pandemic or otherwise, of what their current policy is. Then check back often, as you will NOT be updated about any changes they may make to your agreement.(It is no longer a policy of you have credits until you use them all, and I was not able to determine when that changed.)If a situation comes along where you need to stay away for an extended period, I would advise cancelling your membership altogether. There will be no mercy (other than a possible extension to 60 days), if you build up more visits than you can use in the 30 day period, without insisting on speaking to a manager...then waiting patiently hoping to get a response from them within the 60 days before you lose all of your credits. The stress of potentially losing hundreds of dollars due to an unannounced policy change may negate any relaxing experiences you have enjoyed there. 🤔Their pricing recently went up an additional $10/month. I am on the fence about whether management has earned that or not. However, they have some great budding professionals there that are deserving. I ponder if the cost increase is shared with them, and pray that is the case. Management needs some serious training in customer relations.

I cant say enough about how awesome my experience was here. The ladies up front are very soft toned and immediately address you. They had me in sandals and a warm pillow very quickly. Walked me back and explained how the process worked and where to wait. I enjoyed a lot of different teas, mints, books while waiting for a massage, facial, scalp treatment, and lunch. Every person I came into contact with was very knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, and were ALWAYS touching me! While I was waiting for my mask to finish they were massaging my hands and shoulders in between treatments. I asked many questions about this being my first experience at spavia. My only complaint is that the appointment notifications told me what times I would be doing what and it was out of order. Not a problem i just skipped breakfast and was starved by the time I finished. The average time for the escape package said 2.5 hrs. But by the time I received everything, my lunch, and then took a shower I was there for 4 hours!!! Im not even mad about it! I cant wait to come back! They are professionals here and even gave me recommendations on massage, skin care, etc. I told my husband to get me this as a gift every year!

I just went to Spavia and was so pleased decided to write a review. This is a lovely spa! The atmosphere and music are relaxing in themselves, and it is nice to choose what you would like to listen to. I have been to very nice others that I couldnt say that about, some being more on the clinical side. I loved the room you are first taken to after changing for a brief wait for the therapist. I had the age defining mask which felt wonderful and included a neck, shoulders, arm and hand massage with warm stones. To be honest, at the end I felt like I had had a full massage and was that relaxed. My skin looks great. It is obvious the staff are very concerned to make this the experience you want and come back, and my therapist, Christine, was perfect. I will definitely be coming back.

I honestly do not post reviews but I just have to about spavia omg! I had been looking for a good place to get a good massage for along time and I have found my place and they have the best prices. I save a ton with the membership and it has tons of perks. Also, I have been in tons of pain and Alyssa treated me perfectly and was helpful with all my needs in my back. They have tons of different treatments like facials, massages, spray tans, waxing and so much more. It is very clean and so relaxing. It’s very professional but your greeted personality and they are so kind and your also greeted with a heated neck pillow it’s amazing. I had a great experience! I felt like they really cared about creating a relaxing and custom massage. The therapist was very knowledgeable and adjusted her technique and pressure to my preferences. There were lockers for my things which I liked. Loved the tea as I waited briefly in their relaxation room. I would definitely recommend Spavia!

Also I love getting my facials from Christine, she knows all about how to relax a girl.. she always gave me a shoulder massage during the facial... and is always very sweet!!!... I am so sad that she will be leaving :( but she is my favorite girl for facials... Also Brandie is amazing for deep tissue massage!!! I just wish there was a little steam room in SPAVIA.... it wouldnt mind paying a bit for that for when i use it... but just love this place!

Amazing facial and sports massage. My monthly sports massage with Pfauve keeps me recovered properly for running marathons. My monthly facial with Brinae helps my skin look glowing. I’ve been going to this spa for over 5 years. Friendly staff, clean facility, and I always leave feeling refreshed.

Its been 12 years since Ive had a massage and a facial. The first experience was amazing but it wasnt anything like Spavia. I felt like a bull in a China shop but thats because its so quiet and relaxing. Im used to noise being a parent so this was definitely a nice change. Im pretty sure I started snoring on the massage table. She asked if I get frequent headaches because I have a ton of tension in my neck and upper back. I definitely felt it when she found the knots but I needed it! The facial was nice too. My skin is sensitive but the products used didnt burn & I didnt have a reaction. I was glad they had a shower so I could rinse off after my treatment. I even signed up for their membership. Im looking forward to going back every month!

This was my first time at a spa and I went with my sister. We got the facial. It so so nice! Better than I could hope for the ladies were all nice and sweet. The facility was very clean and organized. My specialist Savannah was great and sweet, loved talking with her. I so can not wait to take my husband with me next time!!

Finding a place where you can have great customer service, a serene environment, and an amazing massage is not very easy, but Spavia is on a world of its own. The people who work there are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The services they provide are very well done and you will come out of there feeling at least 10 years younger. My wife loved it and could not stop saying wonderful things about the place and the people. Dont even get her started on how good the massage was because it will take a minute. Check them out and as you can see from all of these reviews, you will not regret it.

I love this place! I came here twice already and from the start it was great, they put a warm neck pillow which is one of the best things. The extractions were tolerable not too painful. And they give you a mini hand massage as well. After your service they give you a warm tea and you get to unwind in a relaxing room. Definitely a great spa, if you know you will be coming often get the membership- worth it!

Love this spa. Its located conveniently a few minutes away from home and work. I was initially referred here by a coworker a few years ago and went a few times. I decided to opt on the membership, since i frequent spas a lot. I do miss getting my deep tissue massage from Jeremy, but he is no longer with them. I was referred to Brandie and will say shes just as great. This place is always clean, they offer plenty of amenities and great customer service.

I asked for a massage and facial for my birthday. On the website it made it sound like relax was a 2-in-1 package for $158 for a signature massage and facial, perhaps I read it wrong or it wasnt updated so *shrug* one less star for the confusion and disappointment that I wasnt getting a facial with it. I get to front desk with my gift card and told it was invalid. Thank goodness my boyfriend didnt leave yet because he was dropping me off, he had to come back in and verify the receipt. It was cleared up after a few minutes that a wrong number was issued, so not perfect or smooth service but at least the girls were nice and fixed it quickly.The place had great decor that set the mood for relaxation and I liked that they had robes and sandals to change into & lockers to secure your things. The group waiting area was peaceful but different (Im used to having my own private waiting room). I was called back promptly and the massage therapist, Jessica, did an awesome job. She listened to what was bothering me and as requested only spoke to instruct me (I like to nearly fall asleep during massages).After the 100 minute massage I was offered a delicious cupcake and mimosa when led back to the group waiting area (Im guessing it was because it was my birthday) and I felt that little surprise made up for not getting the facial. I will probably come back for another special occasion and recommend it to someone.

I started going here only because of the therapist. She was always so booked & hard to get into at Her previous location. My other half has seen her for a while now and she is highly recommended.Rebecca is great & really knows what she is doing. I have been having some major issues with my back muscles & headaches she has really helped within just two massages. I don’t trust many with working on my bones and muscles but I would trust her with myself or anyone I know. She’s amazing.

Every time I go to Spavia for a facial, I always feel so welcomed and relaxed. Customer service at the front end is always outstanding. The waiting and changing area is always so clean and peaceful. Plush robes and sandals are provided for you at each visit and there are lockers to store your belongings.Spavia facials are the best after a long busy day! My esthetician, Sydnee, was very knowledgeable about the products used and never fails to make me feel comfortable and relaxed at the end of a facial. Shes the best!!Farmhouse Fresh is also sold here!! :) Thank you for introducing me to this awesome skincare line! You have to try out their masks, which are used in the facials!

My wife and I had a very relaxing time here! The massage therapists were attentive to our requests, the assortment of ointments smell great, and the tea provided is superb. The facilities are very nice. We definitely want to come visit again!

Great spa for a relaxing massage! The staff were so welcoming and friendly, from the front desk to the massage therapist. I felt well taken care of which was so relaxing and added to my great experience there. The waiting area is a little small, but still very peaceful. I cannot wait until I can go back for my next spa treatment!

Im visiting from out of town & after reading horrible reviews for hotel spas in the area I decided to take a chance here & I’m so glad I did! It was truly a spa experience & if I lived here I would definitely be a member! Carissa was great!

This was my first ever professional massage. Facility was very nice. All of the staff u interacted with were very nice. Shelby was masseuse. She was very sweet and very good. I was very comfortable with her. I got a membership and will be going back to her monthly.

I booked a couples massage as a surprise for my boyfriend and I on a Friday evening. The service and spa were great! We had Passion and Vanessa as our technicians and they were both wonderful and very professional. I found the spa to be very clean and the massage tables were some of the most comfortable Ive experienced. We definitely enjoyed our visit and would return.

Do not get a membership!! It is a S C A M. They charge you monthly but do not have any availability to get you scheduled so you just get stuck with a bunch of credits. They will also never send reminder text messages in hopes that you miss your appointment and get to charge you on top of your already silly membership fee. The manager is never available and never returns calls. Don’t expect the front desk to help you either because they are more than unprofessional and will laugh and “find it funny” when you express your dissatisfaction. For a spa that is to provide relaxing services, this one would be last on my list! Save your money and head to any other spa in the area.

Great experience with Samantha. I have only had one professional massage in my lifetime. The first one was MEH at best but this experience was very calming. She took the time to work on very tense areas in my shoulders which was much appreciated! They take the time to ensure you feel pampered. Cherry at the front desk is amazing. She took the time to help me thru making my first appointment and was patient in assisting me with finding my gift from my husband from back in February.

I came up for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time enjoying your spa. I loved sitting in the retreat room and felt relaxed from the start. I had the deep tissue massage with Darci who did a wonderful job. She was really able to demonstrate her expertise helping figure out the best areas to focus on and find areas I didnt even know needed work on. I had a great time and this is a wonderful spa.

Call to make an appt/s and am continuously placed on hold while they search for availability and I hold for over 15 mins, end up hanging up and then call back and leave a message for them to call me back and they normally do not. Can hardly ever get an appt, especially for more then 1 person at a time, and their turnover is terrible. Every time I find a massage therapist or skin care technician that I like, when I reschedule, they are gone. Unfortunately have been a member for years and am going to have to cancel.

I felt completely comfortable and cared for during my recent visit for a massage with Nikki. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage experience from the snuggley soft robe, to toasty warm table, and Nikkis perfect pressure. There was absolutely no pressure however, or even mention, of their subscription memberships. At other establishments, Ive encountered hard-sales pitches and recommendations for massage packages while still on the table. I truly appreciated them keeping my relaxation their top priority. Just say yes to whatever they offer - warm neck pillow - yes, water before/after - yes. Spavia was different, and a place Ill return to soon.

I visited Spavia for the first time last Sunday to use a gift certificate for a massage. From the start, I was impressed: no reams of paperwork to fill out, just some questions to complete on an Ipad which is so much faster. Then I was shown to a change area where they have lockers to place your personal items, and you are given a nice robe and rubber sandals in your size to wear during the visit. My massage therapist was on time and phenomenal, both personally and professionally. I felt like a million dollars after my hour long deep tissue, in body and mind. The great thing is their membership options which greatly reduce the price of each service that carries over so youre not paying if you dont go every month. I am delighted that this spa has survived this pandemic and recommend it highly...I can only speak to the one massage I had, but I will definitely come back.

Visited for the first time on my birthday last month. Was pleasantly surprised. The environment was very zen and relaxing.. The staff was really nice. I like that they ask before hand if you want your masseuse talking to you even meet with them. Theres nothing worse than when youre trying to unwind and the service provider keeps talking lol! Great place considering a membership

Had an 80 minute massage with Chelsey. I requested a relaxing, stress-relieving massage and I received the exact opposite. Throughout the massage, she would tell me how to position my arms or my neck, which is fine, but EVERY TIME she wasn’t satisfied with my positioning. She would momentarily stop the massage and tell me to “relax my arm” or “allow your chin to fall”. I could sense her frustration. I told her more than once that I am as relaxed as I can be. This happened over and over, to the point that all relaxation was gone. I asked her to be more firm with the massage, and she blamed me for it not being firm. I wasn’t “relaxing my body” enough. It was very awkward and she seemed extremely fake. Never again.

Very positive experience. Booking of appointment was handled professionally, facility appears very clean and well maintained. Atmosphere was quiet and appropriate for relaxation. My therapist was skilled and delivered a great massage. I would definitely return.

I’ve never been treated so well! Love this place, its ambience, staff, and the lovely owner, Amanda. These folks truly care about your wellbeing and your satisfaction! They have a great variety of services offered. I come to Spavia for a regular massage and always leave feeling so much better. My last visit takes the cake though. I hesitantly booked with a male therapist for the first time and I will be coming back to see John as often as I can! John was so kind, funny and obviously knew his craft. I had a recent surgery on my cervical spine and would never have let a person stretch me the way he did but it was abundantly clear, he knew how to help in all the best ways. He educated me while he worked and I was blown away at how he knew my personal body mechanics based on what he felt in my muscles. I got a deep tissue massage yesterday and I don’t feel like someone beat me up today. In fact, I feel more loose and relaxed than I’ve felt in years! Thank you John! And thank you, Spavia for being a wonderful, safe, and welcoming establishment in our community!!!

My first massage with Virginia yesterday. She is amazing, the best at SpaVia and very popular. I highly recommend her to persons who have medical or injury-related issues. This spa consistently hires excellent therapists and the environment is positive, relaxing, with neck warming pillows, showers and robes so that you are totally Zen afterward.

I love Spavia! Its such a relaxing experience and I love how you can customize your massage or facial based off of preferred lotion scent, level of conversation, music, etc. its very clean and the ladies at the front desk and the staff are super sweet. Highly recommend their membership! Affordable and worth every penny.

This place is super relaxing! Paul is one of the best massage therapists Ive ever been to. Not just relaxing, but therapeutic as well. The retreat room is one of my favorite parts. Go early so you can just sit and enjoy the peace for a while.

The spa was so lovely!! We had a wedding on Friday, and the bride treated the bridesmaids to a service here. The spa was so relaxing and welcoming and as soon as we entered we were so taken care of. My facial with Ashlyn was incredible and SO relaxing. I cant recommend her and Spavia highly enough!

I had a the vita-c facial and it was a really great experience. I have never been to such a fancy place for a facial before. They made me feel comfortable and the environment was very soothing. I usually get really cold during these treatments but I didnt have to worry about that at all. Kept me warm during the whole thing without me having to tell them. Would definitely recommend!

The massage was absolutely amazing, good pressure and Marcie was so warm and welcoming. She set the atmosphere perfectly. The facial was so relaxing and after the girls blessed me with a sweet little cupcake for my birthday. Its the little things that make a difference.

Jaliyah did a great job on my facial. She gave me a lot of education and recommended products that would help get my skin healthy. The front desk ladies were really nice, and the waiting are and locker rooms are nice too.

I received a massage and facial package to Spavia as a birthday present. I was just blown away by how calm and relaxing the experience was! Holly, my masseuse, was great, and I cant believe how relaxed and tranquil Luz had me after my facial. The quality of service makes the membership here 100% worth it. Treat yourself!

From the front desk to the service, felt pampered. Dallas was great with facial. Customized treatment for me. Saw an improvement afterwards. Also appreciated the complimentary massage from yall. Dallas did that too and was relaxed the rest of the day. I may do the massage later in the afternoon next time!

I was hoping a slightly better experience but two things really disappointed me . I had specially told the person scheduling my appointment that I want black heads removed and to make note of that but guess what the steamer was broken and when I told the person if she could get one from another room she did not even bother to ask but said I am sorry they are all being used . Secondly the room heater was Extremely loud due to which I could not completely relax . I paid $130 for my service . So a bit disappointed with my first experience . I had made my appointment only 24-48 hours before going there .

I have been going to Spavia - West Plano for massages, which are divine, but I got my lashes done yesterday and they are just amazing!! Luz was so great, she is warm, welcoming, and makes sure you are comfortable. I would highly recommend her. I just wish my natural lashes were thicker so she could add even more. Ha

Yolanda and Vanessa did a fantastic job on providing us with a couples massage. Both of them used great technique, checked in frequently to ask how the pressure was and how we were feeling, and helped to relax every muscle in our body. We both experience back pain, and these two did a wonderful job in relieving that pain and helping us to feel so much better. We will definitely be back!

The staff welcomes you, and to personalize your experience,offers a choice of aromas and ambient music to accompany your spa service. I selected a simple 60 minute Swedish massage. Before the massage, I changed into a soft cotton robe and massaging slippers. I was offered a comfortable settee in a quiet waiting area stocked with fresh cool water or herbal tea and interesting books rather than trashy magazines - a really nice touch. The masseuse was very professional and skilled at her craft. After the massage, I returned to the cozy waiting area to extend my relaxing visit, sipping cool water and reading -no rush to return to the outside world. My second visit was a girls day out with my daughter-in-law and her mother. All of us enjoyed a massage and spent nearly an hour afterward just relaxing in the waiting area sipping herbal tea and chatting. My third visit was for a hot stone massage. I attained a superb level of relaxation. Spavia is uber-quality relaxation, convenient, and reasonable. I would recommend going to find out for yourself just how much better you will feel after a visit.

We did a couples massage yesterday and the lady who worked with my wife did a great job on her deep tissue massage and Vanessa did a great job with me. The young lady who checked us in was nice, courteous, answered all of our questions and we ended up signing up for their membership before we left.

My parents had a couples massage and my Dad has limited mobility. It takes a little bit more time and effort for him to get settled. The staff was so patient and attentive and really took care of both my parents. Spavia is clearly the best massage spa that I have experienced in Dallas. They customize the experience for each client and offer a lot of benefits to members. My massage therapist was very careful with my requests and I was very pleased with my experience. There a lot of products available that one might find useful. I purchased a neck heat wrap that I have been using at home and is a blessing for my tense muscles.

I love Spavia Day Spa! The experience from the start to finish was fabulous! You are greeted with a warm neck pillow, then you change into a robe and slippers, and next relax with a cup of tea while awaiting your service. Virgil is an excellent massage therapist. She was able to massage and loosen the crick in my neck. I visited several spas and I have to say, Spavia was the best!

Vanessa has given me two prenatal massages now. Both were amazing! Being pregnant is hard work on your body, especially if you have other children to chase around. I am so grateful to be visiting her monthly, and taking an hour to myself to become relaxed and have my body relax further. Plus Vanessa is awesome to chat with also!!! Incredible experience everything I go. Sahsha is the best massage therapist I have ever had! Shes kind, professional and an excellent massage therapist. She is very knowledgable about the body and knows exactly has to help her clients out. She has been worrying with me through a back injury and I couldnt be more happy with the results. One of the best Spa experiences Ive had. The ambiance is amazing, very clean and quiet. I had the opportunity to choose the type of lotion I wanted, they actually listened when I told them I didnt want conversation during my massage, and best of all...they saved my preferences so I didnt have to repeat myself!!!

Todays facial at Spavia Day Spa in Plano was one of many Ive had this year, and I continue to rate them 5 star every time. Christine in particular gives the best experience ever, and the Vita-C facial is the best. I love the ocean sounds I select personally as well as the aromas of coconut, lavender, citrus and more. The atmosphere is relaxing and personal attention is given every time I come. Great Spa!

Great service and an extremely warm staff. Message and facial experience was perfect but I wish I could say the same about waxing. The message therapists and aestheticians time their steps perfectly and spend exactly an hour taking care of you. The oils and products used are amazing.The waxing appointment on the other end was never ending. By the time I was done, I was too tired and bored to check and later realized that a whole patch of hair wasn’t taken off. A part of it is probably because of the poor lighting in the rooms which is alright cuz most of us like dark rooms for massages and spas but doesn’t help with waxing.I’d highly recommend this place for spa/massage but not for Wax.

Spavia is worth every penny and simply the best!! The entire staff, from the receptionist to the massage therapists to the the owner, Stephanie, are professional, warm, and pleasant. For our one year wedding anniversary, my husband and I bought a groupon deal for a 100 minute couples massage package and we surely were on cloud 9! Our LMTs Wendy and Traci are superb and very skilled. They even gave us complimentary cupcakes and a glass of mimosa as a kind gesture toward our anniversary. The owner also gave us a free hot stone treatment on our next visit since the booking rep forgot to add it to our package!! There is no doubt that Spavia is the place to be any time you need quality, professional spa treatments.

Had my first visit yesterday for a facial and I can’t begin to express how relaxing and wonderful Spavia is. Very tranquil, clean and just all round excellent spa. As a matter of fact I went ahead and booked a couples massage for Valentine’s Day for me and my husband.

My husband treated my daughter and myself to a morning at Spavia for my birthday. It was amazing! We had several treatments and all were fabulous! The employees were knowledgable. The environment was relaxing and crystal clean. The only thing I could have asked for was my husband joining us but he had to go to work. If you are looking for an amazing spa experience give Spavia a try. You will be glad you did!

My family is a LONG time customer of Spavia since 2016, and I am writing this on behalf of my spouse. She set an appointment at Spavia 6 weeks back, and they did not send her a reminder prior to my 9am appointment today. At 910 she gets a call stating she is late and needs to be there ASAP to keep the appt. However, before she hurries to go there she gets another call stating they cant accommodate her anymore. This is the 2nd time it has happened that there are no notifications and she foregoed the appointment and massage fee. The person upfront made NO effort to accommodate her for another time nor did they make an effort to keep their long time customer who spends over $700 a year with them. Their notification system is broken, and so is their customer service. I need answers and will be challenging the charges on my credit card and going to BBB with this if it is not resolved. To the manager of the location--> It is beyond ridiculous to think your customer service would risk a regular customer being stuffed this way. Beyond disappointed with the communications and professionalism of Spavia. Do not expect us back at this business anymore.

Our experience at Spavia was probably one of the best, if not the best spa experience. Why would anyone splurge for Four Seasons when you can get the same experience here? The amenities are fabulous - hot shoulder wrap when you arrive, a retreat area with books, hot tea, mints, etc - the little details add up. We also loved that it felt like a personal retreat, right here in the suburbs. Well definitely come again!

Very disappointed in my airbrush tan. You cant even tell I had anything done. I have the monthly membership, and Id only previously gotten massages. I was told on the phone the airbrush was included. After the appointment, I found out it wasnt included. The airbrush with exfoliation would have been included (which was more expensive), but I had to pay out of pocket for a complete waste of time. Makes zero sense. Very frustrated that I paid for a sitter for that, and I have to go elsewhere now to get the spray tan I need for an event. Im cancelling my membership.

I love this place! The front desk is friendly and helpful. You fill out a preference card to help them make the service everything you want. It is very peaceful, clean, relaxing and affordable. I had my first couples massage here and already have my next appointment booked!

I wish I had been able to get massages from here, unfortunately I was cancelled on twice. I was trying to get a couples massage for my boyfriend and I, and the first time I scheduled I had to wait two weeks. The morning of, they called and said one of the masseuses couldnt come in that day. I get it, things happen. So I rescheduled for ANOTHER two weeks away, and a week into that they called to cancel again because that day is a holiday. Why would you schedule me on a holiday if you were going to be closed? When I rescheduled, she even said That is Easter, is that okay with you? and I said yes, assuming that meant they were not closed that day. Needless to say, scheduling continues to be a headache, and I will be finding somewhere else to go.Update: They responded saying I would receive an email from the Spa Manager, but never did..

Carissa was fantastic! The ambiance of the rooms were very relaxing and everything was clean. Everyone who works there was very nice and seemed very happy to be there.

I purchased a 3 month membership for my wife on mothers day. On her second month visit she purchased an additional treatment which per the membership should have been $79. They charged her $129. Also, they told her she has no remaining credits on her membership meaning they took away her third month.Upon reaching out to Spavia I was told several times they are looking into the issue and they have no record of her membership or my original purchase even though she had her second month membership visit the previous day. The manager has yet to contact me directly as she is never present when I call.So far they have blamed their system, but have done nothing to reconcile the situation. If nothing is done soon I will be addressing this with my credit card company.

I had the signature massage as well as the premier facial and an eyebrow wax. This was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had and at a reasonable price! I was able to book a same day appointment online. I couldnt be happier with the results.

Shonna is the massage therapist that I saw last time and I cant wait to book with her again. Her hands are A M A Z I N G! I think I may have gone overboard when I asked her to come home with me. LOL. Oh, and the prices are awesome...especially given the level of service. Everyone I saw greeted me with a uniquely genuine smile and eagerness to ensure that I was having an awesome experience. WOW. Wonderful experience overall. The front desk staff were welcoming and informative. Tracy, my massage therapist was top notch. Cant imagine going anywhere else as long as she is there. Highly recommended.

Upscale spa with excellent facilities. Brandie was very knowledgeable and focused on my upper back for much of the time. The ambiance and the music was soothing and relaxing. Have been to several other local spas and they were disappointing in at least one aspect such as facility being old, not having bathroom or enough privacy, but Spavia appears to have gotten all these factors well under control. I will be returning to this place for sure.

Alyssa is a fabulous masseuse! Trinity is terrific and welcoming at reception. (She makes a delightful cup of tea with your name on it...in glitter.) When I leave the front desk wearing a warm neck wrap, the clock stops and I enter the portal of relaxation.

Every visit is nothing but the best service. Very friendly and professional front desk staff, who know how to make you smile, and an amazing group of massage therapists and facialists. I wish I had time to go back more often. Such a great team! Thank you so much!

I came in January 5th to enjoy a spa day before my birthday which is on the 6. My first therapist Vanessa didnt listen regarding pressure I wanted , nor stomach massage, or glut work in which I mentioned before the service started. She was not Passionate about massage, not customers service driven, and didnt even seem to want to be at work. The worst part was when she argued and had to have the last word after I expressed that I didnt receive what I wanted and that I too am a massage therapist. Then she had to imply that she knew more then me because I didnt provide spa services which Im very capable of. Well the point is this was the worst service I have ever had top with a bad attitude. Marci my 2nd therapist who did my facial service was great! I have been waiting to talk with the manager but havent seem to be able to speak with her. So Im posting this review now.

I really enjoy my time at Spavia. The staff is friendly and efficient. The environment is relaxing and well designed. Virginia is an excellent massage therapist. In sum, I receive consistently excellent service.

I felt the massage wasnt that great. On the pre-screening questionnaire and I asked for shoulder and legs and what I got wasnt good. The therapist used her elbow most of the time instead of her hands. That is a huge miss for me since you need to use both in my opinion to really get into the muscles in order to loosen the tension and knots. As for the legs, she only rubbed my quads and it didnt feel good. The IT-bands are almost always in need of tension release and she didnt even go there. Overall, this was as big waste of $119 for me.

Virginia did an amazing job! I came in after buying a deal on Groupon and I left signing up for a membership! appointment and check-in was easy, the massage was great and the tea afterward was relaxing as well.

Ill preface my review with the fact that Ive been working in the spa industry over a decade, and had countless massages. My experience overall has been great with the exception of one visit, had to knock it down to 4 stars for that one time. Tyler who is new to spavia did an AH Mazing job on my last massage. He has a sports medicine background and is super thourough working your muscles in like a map to find problem areas. If you want results go see Tyler, its not as fluffy a massage as some will be used to but my hips are a huge issue for me and he released a lot of tension in that area. Overall the staff is always nice and accommodating and I love the facility, you get the same experience as a high end spa without the huge price tag. I love the membership options that make it easy to come in on a monthly basis. Thanks Tyler and Spavia!

My husband and I came here for a couples massage on our anniversary. It was Wonderful. Very clean, accommodating, and an all around great experience. I will definitely be going there again and possibly gifting some massages for Christmas ;)

Scammers! I got my my wife a gift card to relax. We asked for scalp and hand treatment add-on with massage. She got there and confirmed they were scheduled and then they did a bait and switch and said they forgot and would not do it at the end. Now she has $40 on a gift card and has to go back for a second treatment and pay the massage price to get the $40 add-ons she was trying to get. We have a 1 year old baby and this was supposed to be a day away but now she is stressing about planning another day.

Sad to say this, but I had a terrible experience here. I had an appointment to have a relaxing massage last night (Saturday 8/12). My daughter is a member and put me on her account to get her same member pricing. They would not honor it and I didn’t get the chance to get the massage. Waste of driving there and terrible customer experience.

I went to Spavia in West Plano when I was visiting a friend in the Dallas area. I really wish we had one in Austin! I would be a member for sure. One of the things that sets Spavia apart from other places is their retreat room. You can arrive a bit early for your appointment, change into the robe and slippers they provide, and relax in the retreat room. They provide tea, water, and mints along with heated neck/shoulder warmers to help relax your muscles before the massage. You can go back to the retreat room after the massage and spend even more time soaking it all in.Pam gave me a wonderful hot stone massage that was very relaxing. She worked out quite a few kinks from my shoulders. I cant wait to go back! Im going to need to find more excuses to get to Dallas!

At spavia west plano, my signature massage experience was amazing. I was welcomed and acknowledged by front staff with smile and Vanessa, my therapist was great. My massage was relaxing and made me feel rejuvenated.

First time visit. My wife and went to check them out. We have been going to Massage Heights and wanted to compare services and staff. We are very pleased at what we experienced. Very friendly staff. The place was very clean as well. Biggest difference at Spavia was the massage was an entire hour not 50 mins like Massage Heights. We will revisit this place again.

Ive been coming to Spavia in West Plano for some time. The facility is always spotless, the front office staff friendly, and the massage therapists on time and very knowledgeable. Felecia and Wendy are head and shoulders above any other massage therapists Ive seen.

I just love Virginia! She has truly changed my life and my back. She also always updates me on health and nutrition and it’s so nice being able to talk with someone and relax every month! She’s amazing and gets all my knots out.

I love massages and get them regularly. I have had MANY masseuses over the years in many places (and countries). I will say that Brandie Foster at Spavia West Plano is the single best masseuse I have ever experienced based on the type of relaxation massage I prefer. I highly recommend her and Spavia West Plano.

I am so grateful for Dallas at Spavia Spa, he truly has a gift of massage. I have Fibromyalgia and woke up this morning hurting so bad I could hardly stand it and had a 9:30 am appointment with Dallas already booked and I cant express enough how much better I feel after his deep tissue massage on my upper back, neck, arms and hands! I love SpaVia! My sister has been a long time client and introduced me to them and I bought a monthly membership. I have had regular and deep tissue massages here with Sahsha, Nate, and Virgil and they have all been great. I would highly recommend any of those 3 but Virgil especially for deep tissue massages. She is very thorough and makes sure to pay attention to your problem areas. They also have a great rewards system that you can build up points for add ons and even a free massage or facial. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I set an appointment a Spavia - they placed the appointment for the wrong day and put in the wrong email address and phone number... So I received no notification about the incorrect time they set. So you can imagine my surprise when I see the charge on my card. When I called, they made no efforts to resolve their error. I tried to rebook for another day and use the credit for that time, but that again they. made no effort to resolve THEIR ERROR. Very disappointed with the professionalism and courtesy of Spavia. I would say Im never going back, but Ive never even been.

Wow!!! It was a great experience!! The personal attention and genuine kindness was awesome. Christine is by far the best! Everything is immaculate, and in place and the reason I am give them 5 starts is because on top of that they really make me feel special (it was a birthday present).

I was a first time customer. When I visited first time, after reaching to location I was told technician is not available. Tried to reschedule. I was told I can adjust kind of facial I get once I reach. But they put me on 40 min facial treatment and technician refused to perform any facial that will take more than 40 minutes and asked me to reschedule it. Since they messed up first time, front desk suggested that I would get a complimentary oil scalp massage. Technician refused to do that as well because of time limit.If technician has B2b appointments, why giving out wrong information in first place ?As a first time customer, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. There is no proper communication with front desk and technicians.I am not coming back again.

LOVE this spa! I was needing some much needed me time after a long and stressful week. I was having back and need pain from occupational-related muscle use and Tia, the massage therapist, listened intently to my concerns and provided me with much needed pain relief. Yousefa, the facialist, did the essential facial on me and my skin looks AMAZING. The staff here is so attentive, kind, and professional. I found my new spa home.

Jeremy was amazing!! I have alot of shoulder, neck issues and he helped set me straight! He also provided simple excercises for me to do at home to help things loosen up over time. Front desk was super friendly and everyone was patient for me to be the absolute last customer of the day :)

Spavia is a true spa experience! I loved my massage with Marcie. From the warm neck wrap to the relaxation room, I was relaxed from the moment I walked in! Other (franchise) spas I’ve have not come close to the Spavia experience. I’ve now had 3 massages and have bought several gift cards for others. I’ll definitelu be back!

I have to say, I am extremely picky when it comes to spas. Having been a massage therapist before I have really high expectations for spa experiences. Spavia blew me away with how amazing they were. I got a facial from Yusefa and she was amazing! I am getting married and 9 months and decided to start working on my skin care. I will definitely continue my care here at Spavia and especially with Yusefa!

I love this place. It is definitely an upgrade from massage envy. The staff are wonderful, you can customize your music and lotion sent and the relaxation room and showers are great. Its a nice place to go when hotel spas are too pricey.
