The location is great - quiet, relaxing, and private! Susie and her staff are very professional and take time to listen and address any specific concerns. Susie is very skilled and has helped to relieve my muscle spasms and discomfort while at the same time providing a peaceful and pleasant experience! Id highly recommend Whilte Lotus Massage!

I just had a gel pedicure with Madison and she did an excellent job, she was very professional and accommodating. It was a very relaxing and comfortable environment. I highly recommend her.

Booked a couples massage for 2pm today. Showed up on time and was told one of the masseuse was in the bathroom sick, therefore I would have to reschedule. My wife continued on with her massage but I had to cancel mine. I’m not sure why I did not receive a phone call before hand. I ended up just driving back home, waiting for half an hour and then going back to pick my wife up. Pretty sad on their part.

I went in for a facial and my expectations were exceeded. Alexis was patient, kind, and professional. She did an amazing job, I can’t recommend her and White Lotus Massage enough! I would leave more stars if I could!

I hate leaving bad reviews. But Im being generous with 3 stars. Due to illness, Im one of those people who cant handle much pressure in a massage. Im always asking them to lighten up. That said, I booked a Swedish massage with Kyanna and the pressure was so light it didnt do anything. I felt the same afterward that I did before. She was almost rote, just going through the motions in a hurry (I strongly suspect I was her last client of the day).The essential oils were not high quality either, some off brand.Please save your money and go somewhere else.

There had been a technical issue with Massage Book, and the owner made sure everything was corrected the way it was supposed to be, without drama or stress to me, as the client. If all business owners practiced this, more businesses would thrive. Suzie is caring and makes sure everything is working properly without stressing out her clients. Thank you!UPDATE #3: The spa is suddenly moving to a new location, which was announced via an email since it literally came out of the blue. It will be an inconvenience for me as it will be an extra 20 minutes drive into Port Charlotte. Also, there have been sudden, unexpected staff changes. If you dont mind the additional travel time, the new location appears to nice according to the pictures online.

Had an amazing 90-min deep tissue with Craig. He gave my pain points a little extra focus, which was definitely appreciated. Feeling much better. Craig was friendly, competent, and loves what he does. I’ll be adding this to my wellness routine and can’t wait to come back next month. Highly recommend booking with Craig.

This spa is always professional, peaceful, spotless and very Zen- with a client-centered team - led by a sweet, caring owner. When I had a scheduling conflict with my primary therapist, Susie- whom I love; Craig was recommended. He was softspoken and highly professional, but also kind, friendly and super skilled. As he methodically assessed and worked on my tight muscles, he explained what technique he wanted to utilize with my permission. He resolved some nasty tension in my back and chronic shoulder tightness (using the hot-stones really helped!). Craig did a wonderful job!

I had a super awesome massage with Rishcar, one of the best massages I have ever received. He provided a massage with intention. I shared my concerns and he focused on that and then ensured other areas were also given attention. The pressure, cupping and stretching left me feeling loose and rejuvenated.I wish I lived closer, I will definitely rebook again when I am in town.

This place was great! 🤍 Craig is amazing and the guy to go to if you need a deep tissue. I believe her name was Jody but my husband very much enjoyed his Swedish as well. I feel great, would recommend a visit.

My fiance and I had massages today, and I got my underarms waxed. Kayla did my massage and wax, and she was amazing. The massage pressure was perfect and the waxing was nearly painless. She has great technique! Kiyannah massaged my fiance and he was super relaxed after. He even fell asleep during the massage! She had just the right pressure and gave him great aftercare advice too.

Had deep tissue massage with DawnShe was amazing!She is very knowledgeable with pressure points and was able to work out all of my troubled areas all without hurting a burn I had on my backI went in feeling horrible and came out feeling amazing. Thank you so much!I will definitely be coming back

I have had excellent massages these past couple months and got a ton of relief from my next pain and headache.I had the experience with Kayla and Dawn for different type of massage and they were both amazing. They made sure the environment was comfortable and pleasant.

I sent my husband to White Lotus as a birthday gift after a friend recommended their services. This was my husbands first ever massage. He told me that Kiyannah was fantastic and did such great work on his back that he felt so much better. Definitely looking forward to more massages!

Im visiting from out of state and found White Lotus Massage through an online search. I booked a deep tissue massage with Dawn and it was absolutely amazing. She was very considerate and helped to loosen some tough shoulder pain. I left feeling so much better! I highly recommend her.

The flooring has been removed and it feels like no one swept the floor and it very sticky. Placing small rugs around the table would help immensely. Dawn my therapist was totally awesome. I would recommend her for a Swedish massage. The best Ive ever had and Ive been going to a massage therapist for over 25 years. My rating would have been 5 stars Everly for the flooring which is out of the therapist hands. Dawn was an absolute 5 STARS.

Very unhappy with my massage from Susie. It was almost like she had no energy no strength at one point she kinda just stopped and I kinda looked and I think she was falling asleep. Plus it was very very noisy so I tried Susie one more time for a 60 min deep tissue. And now were hooking up after work.

Update: It has been hit or miss with the consistency of the massages. I had the best massage with Dawn last week. She used a hot towel under my neck to loosen up muscles before working that area and it feels like she has four hands working on you not two! She didnt jabber or make weird realization noises when finding tight areas like another therapist I recently saw there. Going to book again now to see her next week.

The spa is an inviting space with a peaceful atmosphere. I had the 60 minute Aroma Therapy massage with a foot scrub. Destiny was my therapist. She professionally set the stage for my session. She has great communication skills and listened to my concerns and issues. I came in with a terrible headache so she focused on my cranial, neck and shoulder areas. Half way through the session I could feel my headache lift. She has great hands and checked in with me to ensure she was using the right pressure. I felt like a new person when I left. Ive had many massage treatments over the years. I would rate this experience at the top. This was my first visit to White Locus but will not be my last. I would highly recommend the spa and Destiny.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I was honored to be seen by the owner and she was outstanding. This was my first time ever getting a massage and now I can’t see not getting one again. If you are a very active person like myself I highly suggest getting one. I had no idea how much I was over working my body with weights and lunges. The office is incredibly clean, peaceful, and inviting. The staff is kind and professional. I can’t wait to come back for another session. William did such an amazing job! I got a deep tissue massage and he used the perfect pressure. He was very knowledgeable and it assured me he knew exactly what he was doing! I was very tight in my shoulder/neck area and he massaged/stretched everything out. I would HIGHLY recommend him for your massages!

I have received several massages in my lifetime, and as a licensed Physical Therapist, claim certain credentials in rating massage technique, and massage practitioners. Today was my first visit to White Lotus Massage in Punta Gorda, and the occasion was to redeem a gift certificate. By my preference of available appointments I was scheduled with Kiyannah. I was greeted promptly, brought into the treatment area timely, and received a very skillful, relaxing Swedish massage. As expected, prior to beginning the massage I was asked about any body areas of particular interest, injury or need. As not always follows, the specified area was addressed thoroughly, but not at the expense of address of the rest of my body. Kiyannah demonstrated consistent use of pressure, excellent continuity of hand contact, and working Swedish technique in perfect concert from both sides of the table (not as easy as it sounds, unless you have rehearsed extensively).I enthusiastically endorse Kiyannah for Swedish massage, and White Lotus Massage as a peaceful environment to enjoy the experience!

Jodie was a very professional and very caring LMT. I highly recommend her, she is conscientious in technique and in pinpointing problem areas. She did an amazing job getting to relax. The White Lotus center is very nice and everyone is very caring and kind.
