Im from the Boise area and was visiting my parents in Clackamas for the holidays. The other afternoon I decided to check out some of the Portland culture I hear so much about but unfortunately cant partake in in my home state.Your sales rep, Maddie, instantly caught on to my bewilderment when I entered the store. She explained every piece in a professional, yet understandable and accessible manner and I really appreciated that. My mom got some weed from a coworker, and Maddie recommended a bowl for my folks and I as beginners. Let me just say, we really enjoyed it.Theyll be coming back and if Im ever in the area again, I will be as well! 5/5 stars, awesome, clean shop with a huge selection. thank you Maddie!!

Spent hundreds of dollars in this place bought a couple esco bars last time in a couple weeks ago pulled them out of my drawer today and both of them had the juices in the pack all over the devices. They didn’t work so i called about it and the told me they can’t help me. Looks like I’ll be buying my rigs and puffco attachments elsewhere don’t show loyalty to this place they won’t show it back not to mention that I alrsdy had to come back because a rig I bought didn’t even have air flow so they didn’t even test their products

Best pipe buying experience Ive ever had, hands down! The gentleman knew his products. That was pretty nice. I wish he had a name tag though so i knew his name. I was with a friend and in the area. And they only like to go here. We came from Gresham/Troutdale. I may come here to buy my next piece as well. Prices looked decent. Cheapest is $6 and best part is they arent nose or eye lash burners hahaha. Id recommend if your needing a glass piece. They have all sorts of varieties. From little to big. And even have lighters, papers and wraps 😁

This is the only glass shop I shop at in Portland. Knowledgeable and friendly staff with ACTUAL brand name products. They’ve got stuff for all price ranges, so no matter if you’re looking for some papers or a one-of-a-kind setup, NVS has you covered.

This is the place to go! Fantastic store with so much great glassware and all the tools necessary to get our smoke on! Sydnee was fantastic at showing the selections, and was very knowledgeable about all of the glass suppliers! The owner Josh is a great guy and runs a clean and tidy ship! Love this shop. Love these people.Bought a super dope leisure downstem to replace something I broke and it was a huge upgrade. I ended up getting my bowl stuck in it crazy hard and tried all the tricks at home. Ended up calling and talking to Patrick he gave me some suggestions then had me come in. No idea how he had the magic touch but he unstuck it in 30 seconds and saved my piece from myself.Always recommend this place. Heard a lot of good things about the owner as well over the years.Thanks for your guyss help.

Got a new US Tubes piece here (woodstock location) and the experience was amazing. I shouldve asked the name of the employee that helped me, but he has a skeleton tattooed on his forearm. I very much appreciated how he let me browse before starting to suggest pieces and asked what I liked about certain ones before pointing me to others. I also liked how clean and welcoming the place was. Will definitely be coming back and supporting this place. The employee made the experience.

First round in was already amazing with the help I got, and then the same sweet angel helped me with recovering a receipt so that I could get my warranty claim. Super knowledgeable and amazing customer service, absolutely recommend.

I live in Vancouver and this shop was worth the drive. The girl working was very helpful (dark hair, bob cut) and patient with us as we asked her a bunch of questions about a new rig. The pieces they have are unique and its just a cool atmosphere inside. Definitely coming back.

This review is a long time coming, and well deserved. This is hands down my favorite head shop in town. Their selection of high-end scientific glass is unmatched, and their customer service is awesome. Not only have I personally experienced great service time and time again, but I was particularly impressed with an experience my mother had with Jordan at the Woodstock location. He helped her during the 7/10 sale, when she came in to purchase a birthday gift for me. He didn’t know that her intention was to buy a very nice piece, but he still treated her extremely well from the very beginning of the interaction, and made her feel very comfortable in a store she was not necessarily familiar with (and we all know can seem intimidating). She ended up buying an incredible piece at his suggestion, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I came back a few days later as a matter of fact, and purchased a High-Five e-nail from him as well, which has been a total game changer! All around awesome shop, and kudos to Jordan and the rest of the crew there!

Selection is the best on the west coast if not the country. Prices are amazing and their price in house glass brand is surprisingly awesome for the price. Staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable and will always take care of their locals first! If you’re into glass this is definitely a Portland attraction!

EDIT: The owner of the store contacted me, and even gave me a free nail for the experience. Definitely a great store. The lady I mention below was fired, she apparently had more than a few complaintsAs for the store itself: 5 stars. Weve been to this store about 5 times and purchased something almost every time. Never had a bad experience.The Story -However, I came in with my girlfriend on the 9th around 7pm and the customer service we received was one of the worst Ive ever had. To the point that Im considering never coming back.We were looking for a nail that fit one of the bongs we purchased at the store, which they still had. The lady that was there was incredibly rude, obviously wanted us out of the shop as soon as possible. She was asking us questions about what we needed and getting visibly frustrated when we couldnt remember the size. We told her 4 times that we bought the piece there and that they still had it, she ignored us and kept asking questions. We eventually just ignored her and went over to the piece ourselves to find the size.The Summary - The employee that was there when we went was incredibly condescending, inappropriate, and rude. She treated us like we should have known every specific detail about nails and bongs, and was rude to us the entire exchange. I will not be walking back into a store that employs people like that. Maybe she was having a bad day, but you can NOT treat customers like that.

Best place for a large selection of quality glass. They have inexpensive options for everything as well as things that are high end. All the of staff are kind and knowledgeable. My go to for everything.

Has been my to go to shop for buying bongs and rolling papers. Have probably bought a half a dozen bongs/water pipes over the last 4 years, well no more will this be a shop I frequent. I went in today, 6/28/2022, to purchase a new bong. Upon entering the store I was greated by the woman behind the counter. I started looking at the pipes closest to the door and the clerk then informed me, I needed to show.her my ID. I replied why I am obviously over 21, I am 66, and if she really needed to see my ID she could come to the front of the store and I would show it to her or she could wait until I reached the back counter as I looked at all the different glassware on my way to the back. But, no she ordered me to come to the back counter now because she need to ener my ID data into her computer and if I didnt submit to her demands I could leave the store and I would not be allowed to do business in the store. Great new store policy. So if you want to keep your right to privacy and shop anonymously, Id find a different glass shop. It is a shame but not going to bow to a pipe store:s ridiculous policies. My only purchase from there a few months was very unpleasant! I just went in for some Raw Papers and the employee had horrible customer service and literally had no idea of the inventory on hand and acted like asking for help wasn’t part of his job. I felt so disrespected that I probably wouldn’t step foot in your establishment again. I was hoping for good results from this place but I have a sour taste in my mouth and there are hundreds of headshops in Portland with better service and pricing sorry.

Patrick that Works here at the Woodstock location in Portland, had been very helpful. Hè was able to Find exactly what i needed and gave me accurate information on my purchases. He also had excellent customer service and made me feel welcome. I definitely recommend this store to everyone, and I Will be coming back!

This hometown hero glass shop has everything you need to facilitate your vape and smoke needs. I personally come for the great selection of kratom powders and capsules as well as top CBD oils. Youll definitely spend more than you wanted but never buyers remorse

I went in looking for a grinder, and after the employee rolled her eyes and hung up the phone call she was on, not before proclaiming very dramatically that she had to go, she made me feel very rushed and as if any question I asked her was a huge inconvenience. I would hope that with this being a glass shop, that they would be a lot more chill! I understand mid-high end glass shops, and appreciate them, but snobbery is not integral to the experience at all.

I am going to choose to spend my money elsewhere because I believe you back up a product u are selling . This place has a great selection and I was excited to do bizness here . I bought a cute little water recycler bong so I thought . The next day Im looking at the pice I paid 50 for and it turns out this pice isnt actually a recycler like it was marketed to me as and they wont take it back the next day for one of the other pieces that are with out a doubt recycler bongs . They ran the old ALLSALESAREFINAL on me .

Terrible customer service. I was about to spend $400-$500 in this store. Asked for a deal on a bowl piece, the very nice associate said yes, the 5 mins later the manager got off the phone, yelled about how they don’t give deal and walked away. I walked out. Bought something two nights ago to realize it does not work properly. So I went in to exchange it for a new one. The lady informed me there were no sort of refunds or exchanges.I would understand if it was a glass product and I was complaining of a chip or crack after I had already taken it home. But it was not a glass product, or something I could make malfunction in the way that it is. I rarely do reviews, but I won’t be doing business here again; over an $18 exchange.Chuck it up to a loss and will go buy else where.Also would just like to say, all I wanted was an exchange for a faulty product YOUR company sold.

I was sold a faulty battery 2 nights ago, when I got home it didnt work, I went in to see if I could trade it in for the same one or for something of equal value, and they said all sales are final, the girl behind the counter was helpful and I i understand its not her fault but this is why I went to a store and not online where I could probably find it cheaper, I also had the receipt on me, anyways buy at your own risk

Recently went in to do some research, I believe Ally (hope that’s how you spell it) is who helped me, she was super friendly and knowledgeable. She very politely informed me of the 2 piece limit on water testing and explained why I couldn’t test more than 2 which was great heads up! Allowed me to walk around for about 20 mins whilst I debated on many pieces. But Ally made sure we felt welcome and given the attention we wanted. Keep it up!!! I wasnt going to their shop for a handout....I spent my Ownmoney and got shorted point blank....And for the record my receipt showed the transaction just not the purchase in money,SMH...So for the future its a lesson to look at the receipt and make sure its A full transaction with it saying how much you got back.....2019 knowledge for me l didnt know they did this.....

Had a real good experience even though it was a lil bit pricey but they have an amazing variety when it comes to glass.

Bought some dynamic glass by patrick Mcclain. The piece tasted of DC glass cleaner and had flower residue. Not only did they use the glass before sending it out, they tried to charge me 20% to cancel the order, essentially blackmailed into completing the transaction. They dont send expensive glass out in peli cases as is the industry standard. It came in bubble wrap and packing peanuts.At least I got some Patrick Mcclain. Dynamic glass is awesome!
